Personality Despite being the size of a large Clydesdale and being brightly colored, Cuauhcoatl is soft spoken and modest individual with a stutter that gets worse when nervous -- which tends to lead to him to stuttering when on certain subjects or meeting new people. He's an extremely gentle personality, and feels what is on the inside is what matters, not the outside.
Cuauhcoatl is an Angeni of Learning. Literally: He has command over the domain of "Learning". However, he has a relatively poor memory about a lot of things, and tends to have to hunt around for them in his head before he can remember them, often times having to relearn it several times before it finally sticking. Because of this, he does not believe in judging the sins of the parents on the heads off their children, and will judge most breeds (excluding skinwalkers), crossbreeds and mutants, no matter what their appearance, by their own behavior.
Over the years and with the development of Yectenehua starting to gather attention, his presence no longer hidden away in the valley's of the northern mountains attracting individuals who wish to expand their knowledge base, and plenty of foals in Yectenehua itself, he has taken up both role of protector of Yectenehua, but teacher to those who are willing to learn. However he still has the habit of leaving Mecho Amachi or his son Darius in charge of protecting the herd when he ventures off for his research on Generational change, Mutations, The Spirit "Blessed" breedings, and how they might effect the creation of breeds.
He Really, REALLY hates Kawani Skinwalkers: Not only are they demons from hell, corrupting otherwise good or Neutral soquili, they are a perversion of an ability that, outside of the Kawani lands, is thought of as a Neutral ability, often gifted to Hero's, Elders, Chiefs, and medicine men.
History
Cuauhcoatl has been around longer then Soquili have wandered the lands of the Kawani people, back before the white man brought his horses and they were changed by the spirits of the new world, learning about the world and the people in it, the angeni often taking other forms in his travels to interact with the humans and creatures, but rarely for long periods of time.
However, as time passed, he eventually took the form of a Soquili while in the Old World, and has stayed in it for most of the time. While he is not stuck in the form, he is getting close to it: He can transform into a human, but often times there are errors within his form from his equine form. Without reason to practice, he may soon become stuck, unable to change into anything but a soquili, a formless spirit given a permanent form.
Territory Being a well traveled and endlessly curious sort, Cuauhcoatl's usual range is basically anywhere your Soquili is except for underwater. However, he has a private territory to the far northeast of the Kawani lands, and he lives in a well hidden and difficult to get to Longhouse to store his worldly collections.

- Is very nervous around others, so tends to stutter for a while. Tends to relax and stop stuttering when he either knows the person well, or something perks his intrest.
- Is a pure Angeni, so CAN turn into a human form. However, he uses it so rarely that its difficult and painful for him to do so. Sometimes only gets halfway and will often keep a feature from his human form. He's on the verge of losing his ability to turn back..

Majorish Plot Ideas
Kayla likes Cuauhcoatl, the two having become friends, and agrees to the surrogation hoping it'd snap him out of being in love with an usdia, but when she realizes it doesn't she worries for the children and manages to steal one away, and returns to find them protecting the other two. When they finally track her down, the basket had popped and the foal had attatched themselves to her, so they couldn't take them away, but she confronts them because of how 'unnatural' their love is and had done it to protect her child from their madness. Basically a good person that's trying to do good, but hurting them.
This causes them to form Yectenehua, a herd where those who may not be welcomed by regular society for being different (Gay, unstandard breedings, hybrids that look like the evil breeds but are good in heart and spirit, mutants, Bound to the water etc) to be welcomed and blessed with a regular life with others who would understand them.
However, despite Cuauhcoatl's personal beliefs that ones traits should be passed, they are no longer thinking of surrogation because of the pain caused by the first. And then cuauhcoatl rescues Sapphire (The black and blue half angeni, who, like Ikinya, is owned by Tirokio) from a horrible situation with a controlling individual, Beelzebub, abusing her, and the pair nurses her back to health, including a healthier mindset. Seeing the sanctuary the two had created, their love for one another, and hearing of the pain they had suffered from their first attempt at surrogation, offers.
This turns out to be a much better experience, Sapphire staying with the herd to help raise the children, and knowing that the kids were raised to know she was the one who gave birth to them, so both mares were their mother -- body and spirit.
Meanwhile, Sapphire's friend Harmony, the light blue one to the right owned by Katjive, eventually finds her and learns of the two and what they have done for them, and is also moved.

Cure for the Cursed
Cuauhcoatl wishes to find 'recently' cursed Skinwalker of a smaller flightless breed (Regulars/Unicorns/kelpi/etc cursed with Bobcat, Coyote, Snake, mouse, rabbit, etc. Any smaller breed that can fly can be used if their wings were injured and rendered flightless before he found them. Smaller physical builds are preferred in the soquili as well -- Average sized mare range and smaller.) to trap in a pitfall and take care of for the reason of learning if it was at all possible to coax out the good side again, or even remove the curse in totality.
The skinwalker will be transported in Feral form once he has deemed it too inhumane to continue testing on them at that time to a deserted island -- lush with life (including animal life) but no soquili and familiars beyond any other cursedwalkers that might be involved in the plotline. The island is fenced off from the outside world and any baskets are removed and given to loving homes since they will not carry the curse. However there are chance for escape before then if you wish to not be part of the Skinwalker Island Project (still in the works)
The reason smaller ones are preferred is because, while Cuauhcoatl is the size of a Clydesdale, and is smart enough that, even with his size and angeni powers, he wouldn't want to work with something that would be able to kill him should they escape.

Personality
As cheerful as her adoptive mother Ikinya and curious as her father, Zyanya is a bright, kind, and happy young foal, fitting of her angeni heritage. However, due to the tramatic story of the loss of her youngest sister to their biological mother's discomfort over the way the herd was forming and her parents unconventional relationship, as well as the fact that, before she emerged from her basket, her godfather's only son had been kidnapped by 'Harpies, the young girl has a sharp sense of feeling there isn't someone out there to protect others.
And she want's to be the one to protect them. While her angeni powers are greatly reduced due to her mixed breeding, even now, she trains it and focuses on making a code for behavior. The Code of someone more then just a hero.
She wishes to be a Superhero.
History
Raised on myths and legends of superhuman beings and soquili, Zyanya has developed a taste for heroism even at her current young age.

However, around those who need her help, especially children, injured soquili, and non-spirit touched animals she blossoms, and becomes confident and takes charge, caring for and protecting them best she can with her little body.

Found floating on a sea turtle who was helping keeping him above water, unconscious and barely breathing, Cuetzpaltotl suffers from (or considering the terror felt when he tries to recall memories from the blank void in his memories, blessed by) amnesia. Hungry for the love and affection of a family, he quickly took to the role of adoptive child to Cuauhcoatl and Ikinya, feeling as if they were what he had longed for his entire life... If there Three kids of the same gender they raise them normally and none have to kill. But if there's two of one and one of the other... The two who are of the same gender need to recreate balance in the world to keep the sun rising. If they managed to actually get (Non-canonly) Four baskets and had two of each things'd be fine. If there's three of one gender and one of the other, the Opposite gendered one is the one sacrificed. Mainly its literally using their breedings as a form of divination to figure out if the world is unbalanced and going simply by gender and dominance -- There's always going to be one child 'weaker' than the other so if the genders are unbalanced (Two of one one of the other) the weaker of the ones that tehre are doubles of has to go. Their belief is, by having the More vibrant and dominant sibling sacrifice the less dominant and more timid offspring to the gods, it is promoting strength in their lines as well. Its likely something that formed in their home centuries ago during a time of hardship or out of fear (the sun blotted out by a volcano eruption for example) when one child killed the other over food or out of fear and claimed it was the gods demanding it to bring back the sun and the smoke cleared shortly after and the sun returned. And so their ancestors took it as the truth and it became their herds religion.. And eventually it wittled down to a family tradition and they are the last of that culture due to the fact that.... Very very few families would mate into a group who actively has such brutal methods with their children. But yeah: As he steals away enough of the less dominant siblings when they wandered away at a young age Since they live fairly normal lives till the final year of their foalhood, watching the last breeding's cycle, eventually the parents WOULD adjust their cycle to simply giving the less dominant to the jungle... And thus Cuetzpal or Cuauhcoatl can simply collect them. And the tradition of religiously dictated Fratricide/Sororicide would die out.

Personality
Xochicoatl, before her birth as a Harpy Eagle, originally was a spirit in the Astral Lands where some angeni are created rather than born, before Cuauhcoatl was born to Higher Angeni. While still in the same realm, the two could no longer communicate, and Cuauhcoatl soon turned against his parents Xenophobic ways as his domain began to take hold, and he found his way to the Kawani lands. However here, he could no longer even See her. So she found her way to be born to a family of Harpy Eagle Familiars, and once of age took to find her 'Spirit brother', though she could not remember anything from her past beyond knowing he was out there. The bond was instantaneous, and he recognized and named her. The two have been nearly inseparable ever since.
Affectionate and patient, Xochicoatl seems to live in a different mindset than most living creatures, willing to bring herself to great levels of hunger and exhaustion if it meant feeding a hungry mouth or doing anything she feels is the right thing. This worries her brother to no end. However, this devotion has, thankfully, made her the leader of a large flock of fellow Harpy Eagles who had been without a home, who see her as a mother figure, and will often make sure she is all right as well as keep an eye on those she loves for her. Because of this, some members of Xochi's Flock has joined "The Flock", liking the lifestyle and knowing there they could keep an eye on them to make sure the environment doesn't change for the worse for Cabriole Amachi and his family. Many have developed full loyalty to The Flock, but remain loyal to "Momma Xochi" regardless.
Trivia
Doesn't really remember her time as a Domained Spirit -- she was too young to have enough power built up into her body to create a mortal form, so much of her previous life was lost beyond her most driving desire. Her domain was released into the ether for another Domained spirit to be born from its seed. Because of this, she is considered truly dead by her parents rather than 'Deathly Ill/Critically injured' like Cuauhcoatl and her other 'siblings' is for having taken a mortal form. She can't remember anyone but Cuauhcoatl beyond a vague feeling of familiarity -- he was her closest sibling in her past life and thus who she sought out. If she encounters her other siblings she was close to, it'll be a vague, weak feeling of familiarity and fondness, and no feeling what so ever toward those she was not close to. Considering her parents didn't really 'raise' them, she'd feel nothing as well.
