You might recall our Captain saying earlier in the year that she no longer has the capacity to run regular contests and guild events like she used to. Now, to truly mark the end of such a run with a bang, as the title suggests, we're holding one last contest—this one aiming to determine my permanent face from the new year onward.
Not only am I looking for a new look; I'm also fishing for a new name!
CONTEST DETAILS
There are no limits to the number of entries! Submit as many designs and/or names as you want.
You don't have to submit what you don't want to. If you only want to post avatar designs, that's fine.
If you just want to pitch new names, that's fine too.
Conversing in this thread is allowed, but please dedicate only one post—your first post in this thread
—to showing your entries. Whenever you want to submit a new entry, edit it into that post.
This probably goes without saying, but for the naming part of this contest,
we're not accepting names with vulgar words or themes in them.
You are to use tektek.org's Dream Avatar Simulator to submit an avatar design.
(There is also the new version with the latest Gold Shop items, but it doesn't seem to have
a "Gold Shop Items Only" option...yet. Use at your own discretion.)
Base (hairstyle, gender, race) changes are acceptable.
There is no budget, but only items from Gold Shops are allowed.
That means we're NOT accepting designs that have items from these shops:
La Victoire
Club Verge
Mecha Neko
Prize & Joy
Dernier Cri*
* - We know this is a Gold Shop but the items are way too expensive. sweatdrop
Additionally, we're not accepting designs with items that come from Chance Items
(Return to Valefor, Starlight Redemption, Crystal Overdrive, etc.).
A tip to make sifting through the items easier:
Make sure the above is checked.
The deadline is December 31st, and the winners will be selected by the Captain herself.
The winners will be entitled to their choice of any ONE item in the prize pool,
which will be listed in the following post.
