History: Vanadinite lived in slateport city, for most of her life, she wanted to follow her sister on her adventure but Marina vanished and she had no idea where to look for her until recently when she ran into group of people called "Team Magma" Hearing them talk about a Team Aqua, which was the group her had joined. Vana decided to join them to try and find her twin, they loved fire pokemon and had cute outfits so what was there to lose?
Personality: Vana is excitable and friendly, she seems to have endless amounts of energy and adores anything she considers cute.

History: Keahi was Vanadinite's starter pokemon. Although originally intended to be a part of the professors breeding team, Vana's father manged to buy the bird from him and he kept the name the professor had given him. He has been with Vana ever since since.

History: Vanadinite went on a hot air balloon trip over the desert which crash landed, causing them to fend for them selves, while simultaneously being transported to the future where a guy had been breeding pokemon for food and many of them had mutated and become vicious, a torchic was the only pokemon that they ran across that didn't out right attack them and instead tried to lead them somewhere. Once they found a cure and were sent back to the past, the once vicious pokemon were befriended and wanted to go home with the trainers who had helped them. Vana of course chose the adorable torchic that hadn't been aggressive at all and named her Houri.
Personality: Houri is a bit vain, although some might call that and understatement. She is pretty and she knows it, If she cannot get or do something by her self she does not hesitate to charm people into helping her. This however does not me that she cannot or will not do things under her own power.
Meta info: Summery, cannot evolve, cannot pass on edits. IC Effect: Attracts attention from other torchics with her tail.
These are all single stage pokemon. They will not grow. If you need an IC reason: the region lies over a rich everstone vein, so pokemon that have been exposed to the water all their lives are unable to evolve. Those who only had traces of the water, like your own pokemon, are uneffected. If the pokemon are bred, their edits will not pass onto future generations.
This torchic has a long tail, which helps attract more attention to it when in a group of other torchics (IC).
