Rules
◘ Please only submit one character per post.
◘ There should only be one major character per profile, even if they are related.
◘ Please be sure to read all relevant information in the "Additional Setting Information" thread of the guild BEFORE submitting a character request.
Profile Information
◘ You do not need a Hound or Familiar to RP in Hell Bound -- all you need is an approved character! Keep in mind, however, that human characters cannot be roleplayed as Summoners until they have acquired a Hound of their own. Additionally, your human character does not ever have to become a Summoner if you do not wish them to.
◘ Please post your characters with the correct title format. Titles should contain the name of the Summoner AND the Hound, preceded by:
- [NS] for future summoner characters who DO NOT have a hound
for summoners who HAVE a hound
[W] for whyst characters who do not have a familiar
[NW] for bonded whyst characters
[N] for regular humans
Character Approval
All characters in Hell Bound must first be approved before they can be roleplayed. Keep in mind that we do not expect perfection, and most profiles will be approved instantly so long as it's clear you've read the rules and your characters are appropriate to the setting. With that said, we do ask that you double-check your profiles for spelling and grammatical errors.
You must meet the following minimum criteria for your profile to be approved:
◘ Summoners and Whysts MUST have their certed pets depicted or linked in their profiles to be approved.
◘ A shop appropriate name for the character(s).
◘ Written, drawn, or avi-inspired appearance of the human character.
◘ Personality description of the character(s).
◘ If the character is a Summoner or Whyst you must also include a history or scene of the summoning itself (i.e how the two met and bonded).
◘ Any additional information beyond that, such as their history or plot ideas, is just icing on the cake.
My Pet Isn't Certed Yet?
That's okay! You can still post your human as being a Non-Summoner / Unbonded Whyst, respectively, and get them approved for roleplay. Of course, you can't roleplay them as a Summoner or Whyst that is bonded to a hound or familiar, respectively, until that pet is officially certed and you've re-posted for a profile review (to change the character's status from unbound to bound).
We do this to ensure that people aren't playing unbound characters as if they already have a hound or familiar when they do not.
If this is too roundabout for you, though, you could always simply wait until the pet in question has been certed and do it all at once. This is just an option for those especially eager to jump into RP!

Profile Update
For Summoners who have newly acquired a hound, or Whysts who have newly acquired a familiar.
You MUST have your profile approved a second time if you're adding a Hound or Familiar to their profile, respectively.

Once approved Eauo or L ii a t h will quote your request here with 'Approved!' and mark the title of your thread with an (A) stamp. If your profile is not approved we will PM you with the reason why so that you may fix it and get it approved.
