gaia_crown HOW DOES THIS WORK:
Meta signups are working a LITTLE differently this time! We will be accepting any players who want to enter the meta even without signing up, as long as they enter prior to the beginning of the event (when we will blast announcements all over our thread/ main title/ announcements!), but only pre-registered characters will recieve a battle ability bonus. The bonus differs from player to player, and you will simply post your pre-reg by rolling your bonus below! This will then be taken into consideration!
gaia_crown WHY PRE-REG:
Other than the IC event bonus, preregistering also gives us a good idea with how many players we can expect during this event! Like all the other metas, this one will involve over 12 premade characters (and more coming!), free custom rolls, and of course, some auctions at the very end based on the theme of the meta! You can expect a LOT - a LOT of fun and excitement as well as prizes, both icly, minipet wise, and art wise for all!
By pre-registering you are showing your interest and support for us and the meta, but if you feel overwhelmed or if your irl gets busy, there is no need to complete it from start to finish. Unlike the past summer meta, the actions you choose in this meta have the OPTION of greatly, GREATLY, influencing your character, even down to physical attributes! We ask that if you are looking for characters that need a significant change in their lives, this IS the plot for you 100%
- HOWEVER if you are entering a character that does not, the choice is optional. That means you character will *NOT* be influenced by the event at all other than their experiences within it if they choose so. What happens to your characters is entirely based on character choices.
gaia_crown Character choices?:
- The world is changing, both Halloween and the Human World! Insanity threatens to envelop it, and there are talks now about artifacts, ancient items of power that can favour one faction, be it Horsemen, Hunter or Halloween. However, as the artifacts get out of control, even the factions can no longer control them, and it will be a matter of each individual character, regardless of factions to fight and ultimately shape the outcome of the worlds as a result of this meta! That means your character will potentially have direct influence in shaping the future of Halloween and the Human world!.
- We have left the ending OPEN ENDED to prepare for this choice, and your character IC decisions. Hopefully, you will have as much fun as we will have when the result rolls over! Please keep in mind that outcomes are affected by decisions your characters can make during critical events but it does not mean we can cater to ALL DECISIONS. Like a storytelling game, we will do our best to have multiple options which your character can reflect on, but ultimately the storyline will keep on moving regardless until the end! Keep in mind your priority is to take the events of the meta, and see how these events shape your character!
- At the end, your character encounter a conflict that may or may not change their current outlook on everything. It is UP TO YOU what your character chooses! As for everything else - well - that's a spoiler now, isn't it?

gaia_crown Are quest players involved?:
- Yes they are! You can indeed play a quest character, and they can ultimately make a decision as well. However, quest characters cannot be rped after the meta (in the Amityville setting) until they get an enroll. You can however, get a backstory for that quest character when you receive them! (otherwise it is ICly assumed they are in Halloween but not *in* Amityville, where the current RP setting happens for Halloween creatures!)
gaia_crown How many characters can I sign up with?
- As many as you think you can POSSIBLY handle, but we recommend a max of 2-3 in order to get the full experience of this event, which is player interaction! IF you were with us in 7 Kings, you might have a good idea of how intense these events can get!
gaia_crown Prizes?:
- Of course! All participants will also receive special minipets themed prizes, related to the meta, and a commemorative event trophy!
- There are also many premades to give away, customs, alt art customs and ??? options as well of course as our auctions at the very, very end of the event!
gaia_crown What is this meta about?
- You can read the prologue to get a general idea! The Great King rises, and so does all objects they have created, in their power.
gaia_crown How intense will this be!
- We're looking at a introduction "tutorial" event, followed by the main event (sort of in sequence, so think adventure/ Kingdom Hearts styles, where you visit each "island" for a small storyline), followed by a final boss fight!
- We're looking at a MINIMUM of 1 post per 48 hours in order for you to keep along with the storyline, but if you skip an "island" or a sequence, your character can still easily catch up, as each of the "islands" are stand alone storylines! The only thing possibly "necessary" is the final conclusion, where your characters will all be asked to make a choice (or make none at all, which means nothing influences them and they will be influenced by nothing, and they do not have to be positively or negatively affected by the outcome!).
- This is a GREAT chance for quest and NEWBIE players to get a feel of the TiH event and storyline as well as ask questions and develop relationships with other players!
- We will open a blast chat as well JUST for the meta, for players to talk, discuss, and plot with each other!
