Where do you think it would fit in? Do you think it would be possible to write another one after Hannibal, or would it have to be something in between?

i think if he wrote a book it would have to have been after Hannibal rising so we could figure out what happened after the boat exploded and he killed the last man.

XxMo_uNdEaDxX i think if he wrote a book it would have to have been after Hannibal rising so we could figure out what happened after the boat exploded and he killed the last man. Yeah, that's where I can imagine a new book fitting in. As much as I'd love a sequel, I just can't think how it would work. Unless it was just Hannibal and Clarice having wonderful adventures all around the world. It's far-fetched, but I would absolutely read it!

I agree, though I feel like there could be something between Silence of the Lamb and Hannibal that deals with a search for Hannibal and the failed attempts - or maybe part of it is Clarice helping to hide him.

I think that's what makes the show so pretty. Thomas Harris put so much though into how he describes things that you just have to go above and beyond to make it look like he's pictured it.

I can't be easy making what Thomas Harris sees in his head a reality on screen.

If Thomas Harris wrote a sequel, it could be interesting if Hannibal became Dad! XD! And see how he would react to this new situation, what feelings he is really able to show or even if he can finally just feel something ! 4laugh

"I'd like to think that a book could come after 'Hannibal' if done really really right. I imagine it would be more about them running from the law, which is no doubt still after him. Maybe have a not so happy ending? I don't know, it could work. But realistically I imagine a book would fall between 'Hannibal Rising' and 'Red Dragon'."
