Character Personality: Shu is a rather interesting character. She’s rather stuck up, and often looks down on others. Keeping her thoughts to herself, she’s not fond of talking unless necessary and is a rather observant woman. She carries herself in an elegant manner, as she has the characteristics of a lady, but can disobey her lessons in regards to her etiquette. She has shown the tendency to be rather arrogant towards others and has in the past looked down on others as if she was on a higher level than them.
Character Likes: Being a quiet person, she love literature and will spend most of her free time reading. She enjoys music, particularly classical music. Shu also enjoys spending her time in her own quarters on her free time. A skilled user of kido, she also enjoys spending her time training in the art of kido whenever the opportunity presents itself. She also does enjoy combat, and can often be seen training along with her fellow comrades in the art of zanjutsu.
Character Dislikes: Being that she loves to keep to herself, she hates loud and obnoxious people with a passion. Shu also doesn’t like uneducated people and hates those who don’t understand the concept of etiquette. She also hates animals in general for reasons unknown. Dogs flat out terrify her and she's not that fond of cats for that matter.
Character Strengths: Shu is a rather observant person and as a result can gather a lot of information on a person with a mere glance. She has the ability on the battlefield and look for openings and flaws in an opponent’s fighting style. Also being the fact that she’s a rather petite and quiet person, she’s great for stealth purposes, much like her mother was.
Character Weaknesses: Shu’s skills with communicating with others is probably her ultimate downfall, due to the fact that she has shown the tendency to be rather arrogant when looking at others and finds it hard to ask for the help of others, especially on the battlefield

Character Description: Shu’s facial features appear to be soft, however the expressions in which she presents prove otherwise. None of her facial features are extremely defined, however they are also not undefined. Her cheeks and chin are well rounded, allowing for a possible mistake in character upon first glance. Despite these details, her facial expression is often that of ignorance, negligence, and possibly what one might simply recognize as a lack of caring.
Character Attire: After becoming the Captain of the Fourth Division, Shu had long since gotten rid of her former suit of armor and instead now wears a traditional shinigami uniform. She has on the normal sleeved captain's haori, but dons a further white robe fastened at the front near the center of her chest. Printed on the back of the robe is the insignia of the Sword and Shield Initiatives along with the Fourth Division emblem and the Hiroshi Noble House emblem as well.
Character Tattoos/Markings/Scars: Shu has a long but thin scar that runs down her back from her early years of being a member of the Fourth Division. She has a birthmark on her right hip. The only tattoo that's visible on her body is the one she got on her nape, as it's the emblem of the Sword and Shield Initiative. She also has the Shibusa Noble House emblem tattooed on the back of her left hand.

Basic:

Carried Weapons: Shu always carries with her her zanpakuto, along with a set of ten shuriken. She also carried with her eight smoke bombs and other weapons of the sort that she’s mastered such as kunai's, a grappling hook and several others she keeps concealed in her armor.
Fighting Styles: Shu uses a mix of both speed and her brute strength . Her main form of combat is with hakuda and zanjutsu, as she finds these forms of fighting to be quite useful. She's also a master user of kido thanks to her father and her division, and has shown the potential to use rather high level kido that would have proven difficult for others thanks in part to her father being her teacher, but also because of the fact that she’s a direct descendant of the Hiroshi clan and can learn kido half the time it would take those that aren't.
Strength: Her strength is perhaps one of her best aspects on the battlefield. Shu is able to lift rather heavy objects with relative ease, as her suit of armor is a perfect example of this. Being that it weighs 40lbs, it would obviously drag her down, but she has shown the ability to move around with the armor with relative ease. She can also wield weapons that weigh in excess of 35lbs with ease.
Speed: Being that she’s received training in the spiritual arts and received the training directly from her mother and father, her speed is adequate for a captain class shingami. . She has shown the ability to keep up with captain class combatants, but can’t keep up for long periods of time due to the fact that she hasn't fully honed her skills.
Intelligence: Shu is rather brilliant person, as she’s very keen on observing people’s behavior and has known to possess a vast amount of interest in her studies back when she was in the academy. A bright tactician and someone who possesses a vast knowledge on spiritual techniques and beings, she is truly someone to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Her vast knowledge in kido along with the medical arts and battlefield tactics make her a truly formidable foe on the battlefield.
Stamina: Shu is able to hold her ground on the battlefield, preforming onslaughts of attacks with her swords with ease. She can also use this with a deadly mix of ho
Durability: Being that she’s been a part of the Gotei 13 from a young age, she’s had some of the hardest physical conditioning to not only increase her overall strength, but also making sure that she can take on the hits that many just cannot take on the battlefield.

Spiritual Pressure: As Captain of the Fourth Division, Shu possesses a rather immense amount of spiritual pressure. However, due to her young age, she has been shown to struggle with using such vast power on the battlefield without bringing harm to others, and rarely uses high leveled techniques until absolutely necessary.
Swordsmanship/Accuracy/Other: Shu’s swordsmanship is probably one of the best in the Fourth Division, as she’s received training from both her father, but also from her comrades in the Gotei 13, who passed on their knowledge onto her.

The Zanpakuto - The Goddess of War

Zanpakuto Name: Sensō no megami
Zanpakuto Type: Melee
Zanpakuto Spirit: Sensō no megami
Zanpakuto Relationship: Shu's relationship with her zanpakuto is rather strong. The two are at peace with each other and Sensō doesn't have a problem loaning her power to her master in times of distress.
Zanpakuto Sealed Description: Overall a rather simple katana, it measures a total of 48 inches in length, and is rather lightweight for Shu to carry around on the battlefield. She usually carries this on her back at all times, as she has an elegant gold colored sash that holds her zanpakuto in place thanks to a gold clip of the Hiroshi clan.

Shikai:
Status: Mastered.
Incantation: Rise, Sensō no megami!
Release Appearance: Shu's zanpakuto doesn't take any form upon activation, as it appears that Shu is unarmed upon activation. However, when she summons one of the five weapons that are available to her, then her shikai appearance varies.

Abilities:

1. Kuroi ame (Black Rain; 黒い): The first weapon for Shu's shikai, this weapon by first glance is nothing more than a black bow with no arrows whatsoever. However, when the string is pulled, a black arrow made of pure reshi takes shape. Upon impact, this arrow explodes to form a very powerful explosion that creates a devastating explosion along with a rather large blast radius of 500 feet. However, the power of this weapon is so unstable, it becomes rather hard to aim properly at her opponents when she first uses this weapon. A side note, when using Kuroi ame, Shu's eyesight is boosted significantly and allows for her to see targets from further distances than what she normally could.

2. Beruserukusōdo (Berserk Sword; ベルセルクソード): The second weapon is a more brutal one, as the blade takes the shape of a dadao, while the handle is a bit different, as it's slightly longer and has a gripping hole at the end of it to ease the ability to swing around the sword. Weighing at twenty pounds and being four feet long, it's a rather hard weapon to move around at first glance, but due to Shu's strength, she's able to move this weapon around to a deadly degree, as she's surprisingly accurate with this weapon. The sheer damage that this weapon can cause is quite scary, though using it in rapid successions incredibly hard and exhausting and as a result, Shu rarely uses this weapon.
Sidenote: Shu’s overall strength and durability is increased in this form by 10%, but her speed and stamina is decreased by 20% when using this sword.

3. Deyuaru shibō (Dual Deaths; デュアル死亡): The third set of weapons consist of two dual swords. Each sword being twenty nine inches long and weighing eight pounds each, these swords are extremely easy to move around. They're main purpose is more so to overwhelm a opponent(s) in battle with Shu being able to use two weapons are once and strike at a much faster rate than those opponents who are equipped with a single weapon only.
Sidenote: Shu’s overall reflexes and stamina is increased by 20%, but her strength is decreased by 10% along with her durability.

4. Shizukana shi (Silent Death; 静かな死): Probably Shu's favorite of her shikai weapons, this weapon takes the form of a eight inch tanto. Being extremely lightweight and pretty easy to move around with, Shu is able to take out opponents silently with this tanto. However, this tanto isn't the best weapon to use when it comes to fighting another opponent in swordplay, due to it's small size.
Sidenote: Shizukana shi also comes with a black face cover that she can slide up, which covered her mouth and nose, causing her to go completely invisible. With this skill, she can use it to sneak up behind enemies and perform discrete kills. However, in this form, she loses about 40 of her overall durability, and as a result, she can’t take the same amount of attacks that she usually was able to withstand before in the past. Though her speed, stamina and reflexes are increased by 15% respectively.

5. Nihon no ryū Rīchi (Dragon's Reach; ドラゴンのリーチ): Shu's most recent and final shikai weapon, Nihon no ryū Rīchi takes on the form of an elegant black and gold naginata. the blade of this weapon is 26cm tall, with a golden dragon placed right on the blade. Standing at 235cm, this weapon offers Shu long range combat skills without having to use her bow and arrow, which has proven to be rather unstable for her. This weapon is rather lightweight, and is incredible effective to batter, stab or hook an opponent with relative ease. With this weapon, her durability, strength and stamina are increased by 30% but her speed is decreased by 10%.


Bankai
Bankai Status: Achieved but not mastered. .
Appearance:
Release Appearance: Shu's bankai appearance varies, but like her shikai, she remains unarmed until she summons one of her weapons that is accompanied by the proper outfit.

Techniques:

1. Nihon no ryū Iki (Dragon's Breath; 日本の竜息): Shu's first bankai outfit, Nihon no ryū Iki complements Nihon no ryū Rīchi, the golden naginata that she possessed and Kuroi ame. However, she now also dons a crimson set of samurai armor. Her Naginata stands appears to be exactly the same as before, but now possesses a special ability. It is able to jet out fire upon Shu's will and can be used to cut through some of the hardest metals with ease along with being able to overwhelm opponents with pillars of fire that can be spit out from the naginata with ease. As for her bow, Shu's bow is now a full blown longbow, as her arrows are also increasingly powerful, as the blast radius of an arrow is now 800 feet. However, like in shikai, the bows Shu is able to materialize are highly unstable and accurately aiming a bow to hit an opponent is incredibly difficult for her to use. In this form, Shu's has acquired a 'sixth sense', which allows her to perceive things around her at an incredibly fast rate, making time around her almost slow down. She can use this ability to accurately aim her shots before firing and to rapidly move if a situation calls for it.
Sidenote: Shu's overall durability and strength are increased by 70%, but her speed and reflexes are decreased by 45%, effectively bringing her speed down to that of a lieutenant.

2. Teikanshi Shizukana shi (The Silent Death;サイレント死): The second outfit available to Shu in bankai, this outfit complements Shizukana shi and Deyuaru shibō. With this form, she wears a predominantly black and red suit that's complemented with gold, and appears rather sinister in this form. With a mere thought, she's able to turn completely invisible, as well as completely hiding all of her spiritual pressure, making her next to impossible to find. This allows her to perform stealth level operations, and more importantly, spy on others if a situation calls for it. However, if something foreign hits her body, i.e, someone accidentally walks right into her, a fly lands on her, her invisibility is immediately gone, compromising her identity. Her overall speed and reflexes along with stamina is increased by 70%, but her durability and strength is decreased by 80%.

3. Kyōbōna (Berserk; 凶暴な): Perhaps Shu's least favorite form, Kyōbōna complements her least favorite shikai weapon, Beruserukusōdo. In this form, she undergoes a radical appearance change, as her skin becomes pale, her face more defined, and her body is in amazing physical shape. However, she now stands at 8'2", making her incredibly intimidating in this form. She's clad with heavy duty samurai armor, protecting most of her body, but leaving parts of her arms and legs exposed, revealing her numerous tattoos. Like her Teikanshi Shizukana shi form, she doesn't wield a visible weapon unless she snaps her fingers, thus summoning her weapon, Beruserukusōdo. The reason however why Shu hates using this form is because she loses her sense of restraint and calm, as her mind state is truly that of a person gone berserk, as she doesn't attack with reason, but purely out of anger and blood lust, making Shu an incredibly dangerous person to deal with if she uses it. Kyōbōna is Shu's most powerful bankai technique, but also her most dangerous, not only for those around her, but also for herself, as this technique consumes an alarming amount of her own spiritual pressure, as prolonged usage of this ability will result on her bankai disappearing and her reverting to her original state exhausted and in no condition to fight. Side note: Shu's overall strength, endurance, stamina and durability are all increased by 65%. However, her speed and reflexes are decreased by 50% respectively and her intelligence is decreased by 70% as part of her change in behavior. This ability lasts Shu a total of 15 posts. After that limit is reached, Shu is forced out of bankai and at that point is completely exhausted to go on fighting.

The Story - Trials of the Past

Born in a cold, peaceful winter day, Shu was born a healthy baby, who didn't cry at birth strangly enough, but thankfully this was normal for some babies, and complications in the future didn't occur. Her parents were grateful for this marvelous gift of live, as they made a promise to each other and their daughter that they would raise her to the best of their ability. Though their daughter was a bit strange as time passed on.

Shu's first words were never uttered until she was five years old, and even then, she often kept quiet around people, and rarely spoke to her parents. She stood out from the others, as many expected her to be much like her father, who was notoriously known for being a social person who was loud and enjoyed the company of others. She on the other hand preferred being isolated from others. Books and spending time with her parents alone seemed to be Shu's only interests, as she often remained quiet and kept her thoughts from others. A true introvert in every sense of the word, she didn't really enjoy the company of others. Though she did take up a lot after her mother, Juri.

Though because of this, she often struggled making friends with her fellow school mates and the other children around her, and was often bullied by her peers from being so different from the others. Her parents were concerned by this, as she often got beat up by others in school and was ridiculed by her classmates at school on a daily basis. It eventually got to the point where they had to pull Shu out of normal school and they had to place their daughter in home school. Here, Shu excelled in all points of her academic studies.

She seemed happier being alone and at home all day, as she often could be seen with a content look on her face, as she would spend most of her time relaxing in the Fourth Division library for hours at end, reading about the history of the Gotei 13 and the shinigami race. She was always fascinated by this all, especially being that her own mother and father were both well respected shinigami. Her father in particular stood out to her, being that he did so much for the Gotei 13 and when the time came for his promotion to become a member of the Royal Guard, she was able to witness herself her father turn down the opportunity of a lifetime.

This moment probably impacted Shu the most, as she was in awe seeing her father turn down such a position. Sure she probably would rarely see the man after this, but she felt responsible to some extent that he didn't take the position because he didn't want to let go those dearest to him. However, the reasons why he declined the promotion has remained a mystery to all in the Gotei 13 to this day. However, being around constantly around two active shinigami always made Shu curious about the Gotei 13, especially after reading so much about the organization whenever she had the chance.

Although she did her best hiding her interest from her parents, they eventually caught up to this and had a talk with her. A long and awkward one that went on for hours, and afterwards, a decision was made. Shu would join the Shin'ō Academy and beginning her training to become a shinigami. Being that she usually kept quiet from her fellow classmates and always was a bibliophile, she always was found hitting the books and constantly training at every possible moment that was presented to her. Because of all of this hard work and effort, she managed to complete the standard six year training in just a mere year, making her quite the well known person as she graduated top of her class.

Shu's real talent was in kido, with healing kido in particular and was placed in the Fourth Division, where her parents were both stationed at. Here, she was able to slowly rise up the ranks, as she continued her medical studies here in the division, constantly learning about the medical arts and such. All of this was in preparation for the fabled entrance exam for the Sword and Shield Initiative that both her parents were a part of. Eventually after taking the exam, she was admitted to the Sword Initiative and began her forty year training, as she remained all those years training. Thankfully along the way her parents were able to help her with her training, and surprisingly during those years, she was able to learn her zanpakuto's name, and then some.

Upon completing her training, she was placed as the fifth seat of the Sword Initiative, and stayed in that position for twelve years before receiving her first promotion to third seat of the Initiative, being placed one rank directly below her mother. During this timeframe, Shu continued her training with the shinigami arts, and during her spare time, would continue to practice the medical sciences, continuing to expand her medical knowledge in the hopes of getting to the same level as her parents. However, things would take a sudden change for the worst for Shu's life.

On a fateful, rainy day in the World of the Living, Shu was sent over under the command of her mother along with a few other members of the S&S Initiative to investigate a mysterious incident in the world of the living along with the tenth division to offer medical assistance if the situation called for it. However, they were unaware of the true threat that was present at the world of the living, a mysterious vasto lorde level hollow that managed to make it's way over to the world of the living. Unaware of this being's true power, those shinigami that were sent over to investigate said being were slaughtered, as many members of the tenth division that were sent on this mission died almost immediately.

Shu however was in absolute paralysis, as she wasn't accustomed to such raw spiritual pressure that was being exerted from this hollow, as all she could do was just stand there and watch the horror unfold before her. Juri however fought valiantly, protecting those men and women that came with them to investigate this incident, as they called for immediate backup from the Gotei 13 before more members would be slain. However, just before backup arrived, Shu's mother fell to the hands of this vasto lorde, dying from her bare hands.

The creature was then bored and vanished, as Shu immediately rushed to do everything she could to save her mother, but it was already to late. She passed away on the battlefield and the guilt of being able to do absolutely nothing to save one of the closest people in her life really affected her. After that day and shortly being promoted to her mother's former rank, Shu made a promise to herself that she would one day work to become stronger, and to keep moving forward in life. She continued her training every single day, constantly working to obtain new knowledge and skills that would come useful on the battlefield, with the ultimate goal of learning her bankai and ultimately achieving her dream position. Being the next Captain of the Fourth Division and the Commander of the Sword and Shield Initiative.

She'd continue to train hard for several decades, as she constantly trained to learn newer kido spells from her father, and learning how to properly master her five shikai weapons from her sensei, Nocella, as she worked at it with admirable dedication. Her skills were ultimately put to the test during the Second Great Ash War, where she was ultimately able to help bring the threat of the Time Rogues to an end.She stood out in particular in assisting the vast majority of the Gotei 13 who ended up injured during the final confrontation between the Gotei 13 and the Time Rogues.

Ultimately after the end of the Second Great Ash War, word came around to the Gotei 13 that her father and the current captain of Fourth Division, Jousake Hiroshi decided it was finally time to join the legendary Royal Guard. As this surprised everyone, Shu was faced with some uncertainty, as this meant that she would ultimately have to part ways with her father, who she looked up to dearly, as she knew well that they would seldom see each other once her father took up residence in the Soul King's Realm.

However, it came to much surprise that her father decided that it would be appropriate for Shu to become the next Captain of the Fourth Division, along with being the next Commander of the Sword and Shield Initiative and becoming the next Head of the Hiroshi Noble House. Shu gladly accepted her new-found responsibilities, as she underwent the process to become the next Captain of the Fourth Division.

Once complete, Shu's ultimate goal became true. However, things weren't so smooth for her once she became Captain, as she actually had quite a difficult time leading the sheer number of men and women that were within the ranks of the Fourth Division alone. Dealing with the entire S.S.I and managing the finances of the Hiroshi Noble House became overwhelming for Shu. Her first year as Captain of the Fourth was considered by many a complete fiasco, as she almost lost her title as Captain of the Fourth thanks to her inability to lead the division with her strict and rigid command. However, as the years went on, Shu was ultimately able to grasp proper leadership skills that have ultimately helped her make the Fourth Division one the most organized and unified division within the Gotei 13. Ever since then, Shu has worked hard to train in the art of kido and whenever she can, train to ultimately master her bankai.

Relationships - Those Dearest to the Heart



Jousake Hiroshi [Father]: Perhaps one of her closest friends and most important person in her life, Jousake has been a rather big part of her life. From looking out for her as a young child, to helping her out with deciding to join the Gotei 13 and eventually the Fourth Division, to honing her skills in the shinigami arts, Jousake as always been there for him. A totally understanding man, he was always one to understand her complex personality, even though she often didn't feel comfortable around him growing up due to his flamboyant persona.

Juri Hiroshi [Mother] razz erhaps Shu's biggest influence in her life after her father himself, Juri has always been there for Jousake for just about everything. From helping her deal with bullies to learning more about the shinigami arts, she's always been there for Shu. A true lady in every sense, she also was the one to teach her the art of behaving like a proper woman. Her death greatly impacted her life and due to this, it's been the sole reason why she's worked to become something like her own mother from a behavioral aspect.

Atsuhiko Ai Haruko [Former Sensei/Mentor]: Atsuhiko is one of Shu's mentors, as he's been Shu's first sensei and mentor in the art of zanjutsu. Being his position as the Captain of the Eleventh Division, his centuries of experience were perfect for Shu to lean hand to hand combat under the wing of this man. He also was the first person besides Jousake and the teachers from the Academy to teach Shu true discipline and patience on the battlefield.

Kokoro no Tennyou [Former Sensei/Mentor]: After receiving training from Atsuhiko for several years, the Head Captain herself was starting to notice Shu's skill in combat, and continued to talk to her father about her progress, as the two eventually came to an agreement. Kokoro reluntantly agreed to train Shu in the art of hakuda. Being a master at hand to hand combat, Shu was able to eventually pick up on her training and eventually became respected as being one of the best hand to hand combatants in the Gotei 13, including as being the most notorious hand to hand combatant in the 4th Division after her father of course.

However, although the relationship with these two seemed to be that of a teacher and sensei, Shu was able to rely on Kokoro outside of the classroom as someone to go to for advice on live. Particularly with dealing with others, Shu seemed to pick up a lot after Kokoro being that she's the current Captain Commander and she has to deal with leading the entire Gotei 13 herself. Leadership has been another key skill Shu's learned from the Head Captain herself. This skill has probably proved to be more valueable for Shu, for the simple fact that she's been able to use the skill to take charge of the Sword Initiative, which was something she could never imagine in a million years.

Nocella Kurenai [Current Mentor/Sensei]: Perhaps the oddest relationship Shu currently has, Nocella is her current mentor and has helped her hone her skills in zanjutsu. She taught her the art of zanjutsu through unorthodox methods and has been questioned in the past. However, she has been able to successfully teach her how to utilize each weapon that's present in Shu's shikai, as her father really couldn't teach her how to use said weapons.

More interesting though about their relationship is that Nocella has never been one to take on such a job in the past, so why do so with Shu? Simple. Jousake managed to use blackmail in his favor to get Nocella to train Shu when she achieved her shikai, as it was a rather unique weapon and training her was going to be no easy task. Thankfully she was able to agree to this and has since helped Shu master her shikai.

Amaranth Trammel [Current Mentor/Sensei]: During Shu's quest of knowledge, she's recently gotten close with the Commander of the Kido Corps, Amaranth Trammel. The two share a mutual level of respect towards one another, as they're easily considered the best in their own fields, as they share with each other new techniques along with several things. In particular, Shu has trained under the wing of Commander Trammel for the past thirty years, as she has been learning under her wing the art of kido, as she's been able to advance her skills at an incredible rate, thanks in particularly to her bloodline traits.
She's also agreed reluntantly to teach her sensei in the art of the Hiroshi Noble House kido in exchange for her lessons.

Samui Rue [Friend]: Another close friend of Shu, Samui is Shu's partner in the Division and has always been one she has been able to rely on to talk about her troubles when she sometimes didn't feel like talking to her father. Although she's been known to be loud and a bit of a troublemaker, Shu and Samui surprisingly get along marvelously.

      Incantation - ”Shining in the heavens above. Hadō #38, Seizu!”
      Description - The caster sends out three small spears infused with Reiryoku, which track the target. The Kidou is extremely linear and does not avoid obstructions towards the target. It does have a moderate piercing power, though strong material can stop the attack.

      Incantation - ”Blessing of the Satyr, daughter of nature. Hear the call of heaven and earth. Hadō #41, Hari Kan!”
      Description - A Kidou spell that can be used in rapid succession. Making a fist with one hand and pulling back an imaginary bowstring, the bow and arrow automatically appear docked in the caster’s hand. Upon firing, it immediately disappears until the action is repeated. The subsequent attacks have to same power as the first, whether the incantation is respoken or not.

      Incantation - ”The calamity of flame takes to the sky. Bear witness to the fangs I hold. Hadō #51, Kuen!”
      Description - The user holds their hand in a fist as red reiatsu builds up in the user’s palm. Thrusting their fist forward, it sends multiple arcs of flame at the target. Upon contact, it will cause severe burns and eye blindness from the sparks.

      Incantation - ”Sweet whispers of the wind, give favor to a call through the breeze. Hadō #56, Bōfū Kyōfū!”
      Description - Jumping high into the air, the user twirls in a circle with arms outstretched. Bullets of reiatsu rain down upon the area, effecting anyone within a twenty meter radius. If hit, small needles of orange reiatsu will pierce through the victim, possibly puncturing vital organs and pressure points.

    #65Nigai Akui苦い悪意 lit. Bitter Malice
      Incantation - ”Hold the grapes of wrath in the palm of your hand. Carry the scar of a thousand men. Cast away the purgatory on your flesh. Hadō #65, Nigai Akui!”
      Description - When activated, a stigma appears on the back of the user’s hand. By punching the victim with the corresponding fist, the stigma transfers onto the victim. Over time, the stigma will leech the reiatsu out of the victim, slowly turning the insignia into a venomous green. The only way to break this Kidou spell is to cut the insignia off the skin, or have the caster deactivate it. However, the longer the stigma is in effect, the more the Kidou takes a tax on the caster. The amount of time it takes to leech the victim’s reiatsu depends on the amount of reiatsu the victim currently has. The stigma must be transferred on the post it is activated, before it disappears.

      Description - This kido spell was created in collaboration by Commander Tennyou and the current head of the Hiroshi Noble House, Shu Fēng Hiroshi. By using the caster’s fist, the caster simply shouts out the name of the spell and unleashes a barrage of hakuda based attacks. These attacks are designed to inflict significant damage on an opponent in hand to hand combat, and has been proven in the past useful in breaking down barriers that are classified on a lower number that 66.

      Description - In order to use this spell, the user simply placed their palm on their blade and slides it down their blade. In doing so, the blade is covered in light blue energy. Then followed by three full strikes, this attack is designed with the intent of breaking down significantly powerful barriers along with dealing a great amount of damage on opponents.

These solidify into sharp cutting blades which lacerate whatever is around the user. Usually used as a self defensive move, when in close combat, or surrounded by projectiles or multiple enemies.

      Description - This hado spell is one that requires a sword type weapon in order to use. By simply activating this spell, this grants the user the ability to attack opponents with incredible speed and precision. This is designed to attack large groups of opponents at once and is rather difficult to use against a single combatant.

    #80Sogeki no Kirifuda狙撃の切り札 lit. Sniper’s Trump
      Incantation - ”Casting away the cloak of obscurity, the sniper’s eye narrows and shatters. Break away the chains of intuition and grant me a single favor. Hadō #80, Sogeki no Kirifuda!”
      Description - Upon casting, a golden feathered bow appears in the user’s hand. This bow only has a single shot, but it has incredible destructive force. It’s piercing power can cut through most barriers and material. When launching it from the bow, it creates a large soundwave behind it from its flying speed alone. Though the arrow is your standard sized arrow, upon coming in contact with the target, it is powerful enough to punch a ten inch diameter through the victim.

    #82Yūin Datchō (誘因脱腸; Catalyst Rupture):
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This hado spell is one that requires the user to simply raise their middle and index fingers at the direction of their opponents, as it summons a giant barrier that separates the caster from opponents, temporarily blocking the attacks of opponents. Once done defending, this spell breaks up into dozens of smaller ‘cards’, which comes flying at the caster’s opponents with incredible speed and precision.

    #87Shi no Te (Hands of Death; 死の手)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This is a spell that requires two casters to use. Each caster has their own individual incantation to recite. However, as they begin to recite their incantation, they are elevated up in the air, as they are engulfed in energy. This energy shortly begins to take the form of a giant reaper, as a set of angelic wings appear on these two reapers. Once complete, with the blink of an eye, these reapers quickly move to the other direction their opposite was formally at. The result is that the intended target is ideally hit with two vertical slashes, that are designed to inflict maximum damage on an opponent.

    #89 Kasō (Cremation ;火葬)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This is a forbidden hado spell that was decreed forbidden by Central 46 approximately sixty years ago due to it’s sheer destructive nature. Many have considered it’s destructive nature on par with the sacrificial spell, Ittō Kasō. This spell can only be activated by two casters, who must meet the requirements of the spell. One caster must be a member of the Hiroshi Noble House while the other must be a caster from the Shibusa Noble House, as the blood from both Noble Houses are needed as a catalyst for this spell.

      If these requirements are met, the two casters start off by reciting the incantation to this spell. While doing so, they begin to cast two circles, one below the selected target, and one above the target. Once the incantation is complete, they both shout out the name of the spell and activate it, as two pillars of purple fire come crashing down on the intended target, as it’s designed to burn away at the target’s spiritual pressure.

      Incantation - ””
      Description - This spell is a purely offensive spell that is incredibly volatile, and as a result, only the head of the Hiroshi Noble House is allowed to know the spell automatically. The head is allowed to share the information with those they allow as an exception, but as a result, very few people both inside and outside the Hiroshi Noble House know of this spell. By closing their eyes and spreading their arms out, the user is lifted up ten feet in the hair, as a dark aura surrounds their body. this aura quickly forms an orb around the caster, as it offers total protection for the user. This is very temporary, as it almost immediately builds up a great amount of energy and explodes, breaking off into six points, as it spreads out through the entire battlefield, effectively repelling opponents while still being able to dish out a significant amount of damage.

    #93Nigiritsubusu (Crush;握り潰す)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This bakudo spell is a rather powerful spell that requires full control by the caster, and as a result, it’s seldom to see such a powerful technique being used by those of the Hiroshi Noble House. By closing their eyes and crossing their arms, the user is elevated ten feet from the ground, as a circle appears behind them, with four double-edged axe heads begin to rise behind the circle. After three seconds, the caster must open their eyes, as two gigantic twenty four foot tall axes appear. The tip of their blades is covered in ice, as it comes crashing down on the target. Upon being hit, the target is trapped under the weight of these gigantic axes, and ultimately frozen up by the ice, effectively sealing them away.

      Incantation - ””
      Description - This spell is one of the more powerful of the Hiroshi Noble House spells, as the sheer power of this spell is incredibly vast and uncontrolled. In order to use, the user must recite the entire incantation necessary for this spell, as no living person is currently known to have the sheer skill to use this spell without incantation. As the incantation is recited, dark and ominous clouds begin to cover the sky. In particular, four [I dunno how to describe that formation].

      Once this formation is complete, the caster simply shouts out the name of the kido spell with all of their might, as four pillars of lightning come crashing down on the battlefield. Depending on the skill level of the caster, these pillars can be manipulated to hit a particular target(s).

      Description - The user throws their arm upwards, dragging a hexagonal tessellation out of the ground. It cannot withstand many attacks, and is usually only good for shielding weak blows.

      Incantation - ”Shine upon all offenses. Dull the blades of my enemies. Twist illusion and waver reality. Bakudō #50, Kishikan!”
      Description - Casting the spell, the user lifts their palm to create a blue barrier. Upon an attack hitting the barrier, it will turn gray and reflect the attack back at a selected target. This can only be used on projectiles, and will shatter upon encountering any direct attack. An attack can only be held in the barrier for three seconds before the attack is released.

    #56Kaminari-sai 雷債 lit. Thunder Bonds
      Incantation - ”Shatter of silence, lightning of the thunder bird, flash of redemption. Shackles of spinning slate and clash of obsidian. Bakudō #56, Kaminari-sai!”
      Description - Creating a triangle with the user’s thumbs and index fingers, lightning sparks out from the middle of the triangle. Upon activation, a large clap of thunder is heard as two rings of lightning descend diagonally from the sky, towards the target. Once the target is bound, a burst of lightning brutally shocks the target, either knocking them out or paralyzing them.

      Incantation - ”Feathers of Nephilim. Wings of justice. Shield of integrity. Cast away malice and shine pure among the darkest nights. Bakudō #69, Ten no Tsubasa!”
      Description - A Kidou spell that requires two casters who know the Kidou spell. Activating the spell at the same time, both users must stand back to back. Upon activation, a shield insignia will appear in each caster’s palm. Swinging the corresponding arm outward and smashing the shields together with palms side by side, this creates an even larger shield that can block attacks with an astounding amount of force. Only lasts for the post it is activated in.

    #70Danshingu yami (ダンシング闇;Dancing Darkness)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This bakudo spell was created by the former head of the Hiroshi Noble House, Jousake Hiroshi. By simply casting the small summoning circle underneath an opponent, eight small black orbs of condensed energy will rise from the ground, before quickly coming down on selected target, effectively pinning down a target. This spell is impossible to break free from with brute strength, but can be broken free from with the help of a zanpakuto or powerful kido spells.

      Description - The user places their palms about two feet apart as a stretchy blue orb forms between their hands. Upon striking this orb, the Kidou explodes into polygons, damaging the attacker in the form of lacerations. This orb cannot be thrown, and is regarded as a passive self defense Kidou.

      Incantation - ”One byte, fifteen nib, two hundred fifty five byte, sixty five thousand five hundred thirty five word. Bakudō #79, Fushigina Kensaku!”
      Description - A tracking ability that locks onto the reiatsu of a target. This can only be used by someone who is familiar with the said person’s reiatsu. The user claps their hands together and places them on a flat surface. Green lines will then snake out, allowing the user to track anyone for up to 100 miles.

    #82Ishuku no Kēji萎縮のケージ lit. Cage of Atrophy
      Incantation - ”Engage this demon of atrophy. Punish sinners for their deeds. The blood seeps down the walls and entangles all seven purgatories. Seal the faces of those that will oppose. Penance shall be eternal damnation. Bakudō #82, Ishuku no Kēji!”
      Description - Placing the base of the user’s palms together, a round star-like seal appears in front of the user’s palms. Strings of red reiatsu leech from the symbol, creating paper seals around a large area. Upon activation, linked chains will shoot out from the seals, attempting to bind the opponent and simultaneously creating a cage around them. When the chains are finished linking, the user clasps their hands together, collapsing the cage onto the opponent. The force is not enough to crush a victim or strangle them with the chains, yet it is enough to completely restrain a Captain-level opponent.

    #84Hachinosu蜂の巣 lit. Honeycomb
      Incantation - ”Laborers of light, place protection upon your children. Shield those that would fall and encase us in protection. Feel the light, breathe the air, touch the earth. Let us live through the day. Bakudō #84, Hachinosu!”
      Description - Summons a spherical dome that encases a 10-100 meter diameter. Once finished casting, the barrier is invisible, though touching it will cause a shimmer of blue polygons to appear. Naturally, the larger the diameter, the more reiatsu it takes to cast.

Sogaidō

    #80Shirizokeru (Repel; 退ける)
      Incantation - ”TBD”
      Description - A powerful sogaido spell developed by Shu, this is a very powerful defensive spell that is currently known by only two people including Shu. By simply saying the name of the spell and clapping their hands, the user can create a pillar made of pure energy, which offers full protection from a 360° of protection. Three seconds after being cast, it creates a giant wave that pushes back anything within fifteen yards of the caster. This can be used repeatedly after being cast the first time, by simply clapping one’s hands.

    #43Seishin o Ochitsukaseru精神を落ち着かせる lit. Calming Spirit
      Incantation - Unknown
      Description - Creating a blue orb in the palm, the user can place the Kidou spell into the victim’s injury, infusing it into the victim’s body. This will heal internal and external wounds around the area, as well as slowly remove impurities from the user’s body. This does not work against disease and poison, though it does slow down the processes of both.

      Description - Placing a hand over the afflicted area, the user’s hand glows green. Pulling their hand away from the wound, a flower slowly grows out of the afflicted area. This works as a powerful painkiller, and will remove poisons and abnormalities in the victim’s body.

    #83Kassei-ka suru (Revitalize; 活性化する)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This is a rather powerful Kaidō spell that was developed by the former captain of the Fourth Division, Jousake Hiroshi. In order to use, the caster simply looks at the intended target and snaps their finger. As a result, three white rings of pure energy surround the intended target, as they begin to spin around on an axis, thus creating a white orb of energy that keeps the target inside. Then without warning, a bright white beam of pure energy shoots straight from the sky, piercing through the clouds. During this time, this spell completely heals and revitalizes a persons spiritual pressure. However, due to the raw power that is needed to use this spell, very few members within the Fourth Division know how to properly utilize and master this spell.

    #99Sodai Fushicho (Great Phoenix; 壮大不死鳥)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This is the strongest healing spell that is known to both the Gotei 13 and the Hiroshi Noble House. Created by the head of the Hiroshi Noble House Shu Fēng Hiroshi, this spell was designed to heal mass numbers of people. By activating this spell, the caster is not permitted to use their zanpakuto in the slightest, and must only use Kaido spells during it’s entirety. By simply calling out the name of this spell, the user is shortly begins to emit gold energy from their body, as they begin to float from the ground, roughly twenty feet up from the air. By simply closing their eyes and chanting the incantation to this spell, they can create a giant explosion of sorts. However, this explosion does no harm whatsoever, as it heals anything within the blast radius of a mile. This can heal specific targets and even bring that target back to life if they aren’t too far gone. However, due to the sheer power, this spell can only be used once a year, and after being cast, this spell renders the caster useless on the battlefield for an entire month.

      Incantation - ”Stand strong before all is lost. Hope shelters you in its wings. Aidō #26, Sen’yū!”
      Description - This Kidou spell can only be used in conjunction with another person. The two casters cross their weapons together as they glow orange. Upon entering combat, both users will find that their attacks are automatically timed and synced to compliment each other perfectly. This can also be used on an opponent, to make the opponent’s moves more predictable and easier to dodge. Lasts four combined posts.

      Incantation - Unknown
      Description - Upon activation, this places an insignia over the target’s chest, mildly boosting defense of the target. This Kidou can be used on the user’s self, and lasts for two user posts.

      Incantation - ”Render hearts open and spill emotion into the earth. Bind two tightly, and give strength to the weak. Bakudō #42, Yugata!”
      Description - This ability allows two people to exchange a reservoir of Reiryoku. For this ability to work, the user and the target must be within ten meters of each other. While this ability is in effect, the users can transfer reiatsu to either person. Useful for people who need an energy boost, or are running dangerously low on Reiryoku. This cannot be used on non-living things, and is not especially useful in battle, as the spell is immediately broken when the distance boundary is crossed.

      Incantation - ”The swallowtail flits about from left to right. The snake descends upon it, striking swift and sure. Long gone, the swallow chirps. Bakudō #64, Agehachō no Shukufuku!”
      Description - When this spell is cast, it gives the target a significant boost in speed and reflexes. The insignia manifests on the target’s back, can be used on the user’s self, and lasts for three user posts.

    #72 Tenbu(天舞; Heavenly Dance)
      Incantation - ””
      Description - This is a buff based hado spell, as it can be used by the caster on themselves, but also on whoever they desire. Upon finishing the incantation and or the name of the spell, the intended target is shortly engulfed in black energy, which is outlined in purple, as they are overtaken by this spell. Once the energy dissipates, the caster or intended target, as it’s power lights the caster’s eyes purple. Their overall strength and speed is boosted by 30% and this boost lasts about four posts.

    #85Shutō o suru (Vaccinate; 種痘をする)
      Incantation - ””
      Description - This spell is a very useful spell when it comes to combating opponents who rely heavily on poison and other forms of toxins. By simply shouting out the name of this kido spell, the caster is able to negate the effects of most toxins and poisons that have entered one’s body. However, this spell isn’t an all powerful technique, as any other toxins or poisons that have entered one’s body are not affected by this spell. This spell lasts a total of two minutes, as it can negate the effects of most poisons and toxins that enter one’s body. The full extent of this spell is dependent on the level of spiritual pressure the caster has. The higher the reiatsu, the more toxins and poisions the caster is immune to.

      Description - Upon casting, the insignia floats in the air to the right of the target. This spell gives a significant boost in physical power, reiatsu, and reflexes. It lasts for a single post, and cannot be used on the caster’s self.

    #89Tengoku no Mon天国の門 lit. Heavenly Gate
      Incantation - ”Left arm of Valkyrie. Right arm of Valhalla. Chamber of Freyja and banquet of Odin. Ambrosia of Gods. Bakudō #89, Tengoku no Mon!”
      Description - With both hands at either side of the user, the user generates a spear of light in each hand. By placing their palms together, the two spears come together to make a singular sword of light. Choosing the intended target, this boosts the target’s physical strength and endurance, in exchange for the price of decreased speed and dexterity. This Kidou can be used on the user’s self, and lasts for two user posts.

    #93Oshikakeru tekkō (Storming Steel and Iron; 押しかける鉄鋼)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - This kido spell is a forbidden spell that has been forbidden by not only the head of the Hiroshi Noble House, but also the Captain Commander of the Gotei 13 and Central 46 altogether due to it’s raw power. The only person who knows how to properly cast and utilize this spell is Shu Fēng Hiroshi. To use this spell, the caster begins by saying the entire incantation for this spell, as they begin to build up a significant amount of energy. Once complete, the caster gets down on their knees, as they are shortly engulfed in dark energy. As a result, a sharp increase in the caster’s spiritual pressure can be felt throughout the entire battlefield.

      Once the transformation is complete, the caster is now revealed, as they are covered in dark energy. They emit a menacing vibe, as they seem to embody absolute evil. Equipped with a doubled bladed halberd, the caster is also seen with a pair of wings made of pure energy along with a set of horns. Without notice, a barrage of attacks go on for roughly ten seconds, as the transformation is soon lifted, leaving the caster back in their original state and temporarily sealing their zanpakuto. However, in those ten seconds, roughly one thousand attacks were made with the blade, making it next to impossible to have avoided all the attacks.

    #94Kōdo no Sāji光度のサージ lit. Surge of Luminosity
      Incantation - ”The bane of prominence awakens to the call of the slumbering beast. Shatter this paradox and unleash the wrath of chaos. Bring destruction upon my foes. Gather ashes, fill sparks, rage on for all of eternity. Hadō #94, Kōdo no Sāji!”
      Description - Sliding a hand down the caster’s weapon, a large flaming orb appears in front of the user. Upon striking this orb, it unleashes a massive inferno of destructive force along a twenty meter radius, burning everything into ash. The flames shoot up in a high twisting column around the area of effect, effectively capturing anything that tries to escape above.

Junshin

    #7Kyojin (Titan; 巨人)
      Incantation - ”Unknown”
      Description - Perhaps the only known summoning type kido spell, this spell has been labeled a forbidden kido spell by the Head of the Hiroshi Noble House, and has recently been labelled a forbidden spell for those within the Gotei 13 by Central 46, thanks in part to pressure from the current clan head, Shu. Right now the only people who know this spell is the current head of the Hiroshi Noble House and her father, as right now, only Shu has the authorization to teach this spell to anyone she pleases, along with control over who can learn this spell and it’s full power.

      In order to use, the user must gather energy on their fingertips, and begin to draw out a summoning circle on the ground. It’s diameter must be eighteen feet wide and cannot be off in the slightest, or else this spell is useless. Then drawing out a very complex set of runes that must be precise. Once done, the caster runs out of the summoning circle, and must offer a sacrifice of sorts. Usually the blood of a young lamb or any other small animal can suffice for the sacrifice, but offering up some of the caster’s blood can be enough to trigger the summoning, Upon completing the sacrifice, the caster then begins to recite the incantation for this spell, as it is impossible to summoning the great beast from this spell without incantation. Once complete, everything goes silent for a brief moment, as suddenly a violent roar can be heard from below the ground, as the ground beneath the caster begins to shake violently.

      Then without warning, a giant sixty foot tall behemoth appears from the ground, as it almost immediately begins to charge up a rather powerful attack from between the tip of it’s two horns. Once a target’s been selected by the caster, the monster fires off this rather powerful attack, that’s capable of annihilating anything within it’s 300 foot line of fire. However, due to the amount of spiritual pressure needed to summon this beast along with controlling it, it drains the caster of half of their spiritual energy on the spot.
