Tools

Item Name: Fake Glasses
Item Range: Self
Item Cost: 1,500
Item Ability: The glasses block chakra directed at and coming from the user's eyes. This gives the wearer immunity to genjutsu that requires a visual catalyst. On the flip side, the glasses also prevent the wearer from using genjutsu that originates from their eyes.

Item Name: Soragakure Hookshot
Item Range: 10 m
Item Cost: 1,500
Item Ability: A complex machine consisting of a chain and hook, the hookshot is a versatile and useful tool with the strength to pull the weight of up to two average humans. Technically, it could also be a weapon but don't expect it to do much damage (assuming it returns unscathed). When not in use, it looks like a gauntlet with a large drill (the hook) surrounded by a repeatedly looped chain. When in use, the drill/hook is shot out, pulling out the looped chain that it is revealed to be connected to. The hook is meant to latch onto the first thing it comes into contact with by breaking the surface and wedging itself into the break. Of course, not everything works perfectly. Depending on the object, the hook could just crash undaunted through it onto the next object, bounce off without effect, or even just barely manage to break through before coming back. As a general rule of thumb, the hookshot can dent steel but not enough to latch onto it. The hook can be called back at any time via the chain (a mechanism in the gauntlet pulls the chain back to loop around it again into its original position). If latched to something, the hook will either bring the object back to the gauntlet or bring the gauntlet (and indirectly the wearer) to the item depending on weight and friction and other physics stuff. For this reason, the hookshot has enough strength to pull the average obese male. The hookshot is quite useful underwater as it maintains both its speed and strength even in such conditions.

Item Name: Soragakure Clawshot

Item Ability: Identical to the hookshot but rather than a single drill, the clawshot consists of three claws are used to grab and/or pierce rather than just pierce. The piercing strength of each individual claw isn't as strong as the hookshot, but there are three of them as opposed to the one. A small mechanism in the springs causes them to grasp onto the first object within their reach, requiring no chakra to initiate the grab. Although, if necessary, 1 chakra can be used to control the claws to either grab or release. The pulling strength and mechanics of the clawshot are identical to the pulling strength of the hookshot. Likewise, it is also useful underwater.


Bolts

Item Name: Whistle Bolt/Arrow
Item Range: Varies with the crossbow/bow used
Item Cost: 10
Item Ability: Whistle bolts/arrows have grooves on their arrow head that can be manipulated with chakra to create different sounds while the projectile travels through the air. Their intended purpose is to be used in combination with Whistle Shot to create signals. Although, they could be used as regular projectiles without chakra if needed. It isn't suggested, though, as without chakra the projectile will create a standard whistling noise while traveling through the air. Not to mention, it's a waste as these specialty bolts/arrows cost more than their regular counterparts.

Item Name: Soragakure Bombchu
Item Range: 5 m

Item Ability: A bombchu is a small, mouse-shaped (doesn't look remotely like a mouse, just kind of shaped like one) bomb that dashes along a surface at 1 m/s until it detonates. Detonation occurs after either a set amount of time, enough for the Bombchu to travel 5m (so 5 s), or contact with an obstacle. Bombchus travel in a straight line after being activated and are capable of traveling up walls, below ceilings, etc.. Although, as they travel by using wheels hidden by their body, an appropriate slope is needed to Each bombchu detonates with the strength of one explosive tag and is activated with 5 chakra.

Item Name: Crossbow Gauntlet
Item Range: Self
Item Cost:
Item Ability: A leather gauntlet with a seal written into the center of the back of the hand. The seal both stores chakra and uses chakra to create chakra bolts that can be manipulated as freely as any other chakra bolt. Chakra bolts are created by sliding the non-gauntleted hand over the seal. They are shot in the direction opposite of the slide. Creating a chakra bolt, which has no difference from a regular bolt other than being made out of chakra, takes 1 chakra. The amount of chakra the gauntlet stores goes up with rank (it is assumed that chakra is stored during some span of time not mentioned in-rp). This chakra may only be used to either make the chakra bolts or modify the chakra bolts directly.

Item Ability: This cloak completely hides chakra from all ranks and types of sensors but only if 1) it has no holes, 2) the wearer is at least 15 m away from the sensor, and 3) no chakra has been used by the wearer in the last 3 posts.


Accessories


Item Name: Flower Bell
Item Range: Self
Item Cost: 1000
Item Ability: A simple spherical bell that chimes very softly so that normally only the wearer can hear it (it's supposed to be worn as an earring) while also emitting a very light flower scent. It helps soothe nerves, chases away nightmares while asleep, and all that good stuff. Among a whole pile of other side-effects, the bell particularly helps with accuracy [1/2 Rank to Accuracy]. It's known as the flower bell because, unlike other bells, it doesn't make much audible noise while also holding a scent. Both characteristics, oddities for bells, are reasons why flowers are used as decorations, hence the name.

Item Name: Soothe Bell
Item Range: Self
Item Cost: 1000
Item Ability: This bell's ringing creates a soothing effect that may or may not pacify anger, rage, and other such emotions. It's a handy tool when trying to get bloodthirsty allies to stop ripping the enemy to shreds. Other than that, though, it doesn't have much use.
(I.E. It's pretty much useless if the other rper doesn't want their character to stop being violent.)

Technique Name: Quarantine Technique [Shadan no Jutsu]
Technique Type: Medical
Rank: E
Description: This jutsu utilized a large circular seal. The seal prevents things like diseases, bacteria, chakra, and other form of sicknesses from entering or exiting the quarantined area. This jutsu does not prevent things like people or animals from entering or leaving the area, however, and it is not 100% foolproof

Technique Name: Kiyomaru (Cleanse)
Technique Type: Medical
Rank: E
Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

Technique Name: Shiatsu (Massage)
Technique Type: Medical

Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.

Technique Name: Teikouryoku (Power of Resistance)
Technique Type: Medical

Description: A medical nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical nin. This technique improves as the medical nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons.

Technique Name: Fleshbinding Technique [Ikimi Baindingu no Jutsu ]
Technique Type: Medical
Rank: D
Description: This jutsu causes the skin of the victim to stretch, grow, and fuse together over cuts and bruises. The chakra is also very hot, and is commonly used to cauterize a wound as well. All in all, the jutsu can heal injuries that would normally take B- to A-rank amounts of chakra to fully heal. Unfortunately, this jutsu is, at best, a temporary fix and too-vigorous movement will reopen the wound. The use of this jutsu doesn't mean you shouldn't go to the hospital.

Technique Name: Numbing Technique [Jinto no Jutsu]
Technique Type: Medical

Description: As its name suggests, this jutsu acts as a local anesthetic, numbing the nerves around an area and dulling one's sense of pain. This jutsu is generally proffered to narcotics on the battlefield since it doesn't hinder the mind.

Technique Name: Ondochousetsu (Temperature Control)
Technique Type: Medical

Description: Description: Normal body temperature can be disrupted for one reason or another and this technique is used to restore it. It can be used to treat abnormally high or low body temperatures either by using chakra to infuse the patients body with heat or by using chakra to siphon off excess heat. It is not required for the medical nin to continue to use this technique in order for it to be effective but unless the cause of the abnormal body temperature is solved then it will occur again over time.

Technique Name: Fleshrending Technique [Ikimi Tekiyaku no Jutsu]

Description: A medical ninja's number one priority is the safety of his or her team. While this is normally accomplished through healing, some ninja learn that the best way to make sure that his or her allies aren't harmed is to take out the opponents. Those ninja learn how to reverse jutsu such as the Fleshbinding Technique to cause harm. This jutsu in particular sends out a wave of chakra over the opponent's skin with a touch, causing minor cuts and bruises in a large area. The learning of such techniques is forbidden in most professional academies and frowned upon by most medical nin.

Technique Name: Circle of Restoration [Bankai no En]
Technique Type: Medical

Description: The user lays out a large tarp that contains two small ornamental circles in which the user lays his hands, which are connected to a large circle in which the patient lays down. The user focuses chakra into the seals and into the patient. The chakra seeks out the major bodily functions and gradually performs minor surgical feats. At the same time, the chakra also promotes natural healing. This jutsu cannot be used in combat and requires three posts to utilize its full power.

Technique Name: Circle of Regeneration [Taisha no En]
Technique Type: Medical

Description: The user places the patient within a large circle and places his hands in two smaller circles located close by. A biological medium (such as hair) is taken from the user and strung from the user to the patient. Chakra is moved through the seal and medium to the wounds of the victim, restoring them with great efficiency, even to the point of reattaching limbs. More elaborate versions of this jutsu utilizing multiple medical ninja at once have been known to exist. This jutsu cannot be used in combat and requires three posts to utilize its full power.

Technique Name: Life Link [Itonami Musubu no Jutsu]
Technique Type: Medical
Rank: A
Description: The user attaches several chakra strings to multiple patients' tenketsu. This allows the user to fuse their chakra flows, but not their chakra supply. Any force inflicted upon the patient is applied to everyone else the strings are attached to and visa versa. This jutsu basically lets others take on some of the pain the other person is experiencing. While, in theory, this jutsu could be used offensively, attaching the strings to the tenketsu is a very precise business, making it incredibly easy to dodge, even if the victim isn't trying. Half the damage inflicted to anyone under is instead split among everyone else in the link.

Technique Name: Circle of Enlightenment
Technique Type: Medical

Description: One of the most powerful jutsus ever known to shinobi, this one requires time, safety, and large amounts of medical chakra, levels that only those shinobi who have concentrated their efforts in the medical jutsus can achieve. First and foremost, this jutsu requires the time and space for the user to write down large, intricate seals on the floor. Although, having seals already prepared and reusing seals written down for a previous use of this jutsu are also allowed.
Then, the patient is placed in the center of the seal and the user sits at one of the drawing's sides. For an hour, the user meditates, fully exploring the patient's body. During this time, the patient enters a state of unconscious stasis, where his body get neither better or worse, simply remaining at the condition it was when the technique started. After the hour, the medical nin fully understands not only everything about the patient's body but also the everything about whatever it is that ails the patient.
Now that the problem is known without question, the medical nin pushes forward an immense amount of healing chakra into the seal, equivalent to the cost of three S-rank jutsus. The intricate seal magnifies the healing chakra, uses it with greater efficiency than any human can ever hope for without the help of the seal, and also allows for a slew of procedures and techniques normally impossible for even the most skilled medic to accomplish. The result is a highly accelerated healing that is capable of healing in moments what would normally take hours. Of course, the time already invested into the technique by this point makes using the technique for accelerated healing a rather case-specific purpose. More importantly, this technique can heal any and all abnormalities in the human body, cleansing, fixing, treating, healing, etc. anything considered a problem by the medic nin usng the technique. However, healing what is normally considered impossible to heal takes anywhere from half a day to a day, not including the preparation time already mentioned, depending on the severity of the problem.
After the jutsu is done, most times the user will require a great deal of rest after using so much chakra. Obviously, this jutsu is impossible to use during combat, and should only be preformed in a hospital, where other medical nins are present to oversee the procedure and to help out if things go wrong.

Technique Name: Drink Me
Technique Type: Universal Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Description: Drink Me lets the user physically shrink as small as a mouse and anything in between. The user stays this size until Eat Me is used. Shrinking does affect the user's physical abilities, lowering them as much as one would expect growing smaller does (i.e. drastic decrease in strength and speed). However, it does not affect the user's ability to use jutsus and techniques.

Technique Name: Eat Me
Technique Type: Universal Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Description: Eat Me reverses the affects of Drink Me and any other size-affecting jutsu that the user is affected by.
