Some of these were taken out because I didnt like them and removed them from the guild. With some of the differences in WHY there were techniques that were fairly useless, so yeah.

• Life Preservation
One of the ones I removed. With the changes to Healings hands this was pointless.

• Quarentine Technique
This is fine.

• Cleanse
A waste of chakra so I removed it.

• Massage
Sure thing.

• Power of Resistance
Approved.

• Fleshbinding
Pointless to have with the way healing hands works.

• Numbing
Approved.

• Fleshrending
Approved.

• Anatomic Analysis Skill
This is like diagnosis but more costly, so denied.

• Circle of Restoration/Regenearation
These are denied on the grounds of how potent they are at C rank.

• Temp Control
This can be D-rank and is approved.

• Life Link
Approved.

• Circle of Enlightenment
This technique is dumb, look at the necessary preparations. Where would you even find 5 medical ninja at that rank. It needs reworks to be approved, ones that make it so a single medical ninja can do it over time, and without the animal sacrifice.

I only made the Demon Sealing Technique just in case we needed something there that an RPC could use for the arc. If something is present, then I don't need this. For the Capture Seal, I'll say that the body has to still be fresh and completely intact.

I only made the Demon Sealing Technique just in case we needed something there that an RPC could use for the arc. If something is present, then I don't need this. For the Capture Seal, I'll say that the body has to still be fresh and completely intact.

Some of these were taken out because I didnt like them and removed them from the guild. With some of the differences in WHY there were techniques that were fairly useless, so yeah.

• Life Preservation
One of the ones I removed. With the changes to Healings hands this was pointless.
I would say this jutsu is situational, but hardly pointless. The Healing Hands jutsu doesn't help anyone who's inhaled too much smoke and is continuing to inhale a lot of smoke whereas Life Preservation can. Sometimes, healing takes a while and the patient needs assistance to survive that while, so it can be used in tandem with other medical jutsus for lengthier procedures that require the basic life support Life Preservation gives. Then, there's poisons. This jutsu actually helps poison spread through the body, but it can also counteract against the effects of the poison while an antidote is being made.

• Quarentine Technique
This is fine.

• Cleanse
A waste of chakra so I removed it.
Sanitation is a waste of chakra? I wouldn't want some dirt-covered hands being inserted into my wounds. There's nothing in the official systems of WHY to grant it any use, but sanitation is such a basic and integral part of medical procedures (especially since we don't have a jutsu that heals infection) that it's hard to imagine a jutsu that provides it instantly is a waste of chakra.

• Massage
Sure thing.

• Power of Resistance
Approved.

• Fleshbinding
Pointless to have with the way healing hands works.
Mm… Then can I have it be able to temporarily heal large gashes and wounds? Stuff that'd take B- to A-rank amounts of chakra to fully heal. The healing would remain temporary and too-vigorous movement will reopen the wounds, but then the jutsu can be used as a temporary fix until the end of the battle/when the medic has more chakra at her disposal.

• Numbing
Approved.

• Fleshrending
Approved.

• Anatomic Analysis Skill
This is like diagnosis but more costly, so denied.
I remember talking about this with Hark, actually, and he provided a good reason why it wasn't like Diagnosis… Can't remember it word-for-word, though. The way I came to understand it, Diagnose only detects the nature of the problem whereas this this jutsu locates the problem and gives enough abstract information for those practiced with the technique to also detect the nature of the problem. If Diagnose both detects and locates, though… uh… Then I'll go check with Hark again to see if I missed anything about this skill.

• Circle of Restoration/Regenearation
These are denied on the grounds of how potent they are at C rank.
Circle of Restoration is a time-consuming technique that can do the equivalent of something one or two ranks higher. I can't deny it's potent, but it also can't be used in the middle of a fight. I mainly wanted this as a cheaper alternative to Psychic Surgery whenever my rpc wasn't in combat (and when she's of too low of a rank to know Psychic Surgery)
As for Circle of Regeneration, what if I raised its rank? Maybe B? Like Restoration, it takes a while and can't be used in combat. I could also require a rank restriction, like maybe Jounin rank or higher.

This can be D-rank and is approved.

• Life Link
Approved.

• Circle of Enlightenment

I hardly thing that's a fair reason to think of the technique as dumb xd . It's a big jutsu, so it should have pretty outrageous preparations. How about requiring only the medical nin in the center to be an S-rank and know all three circle techniques, two of the others to know at least one of the Circle techniques, and the other two can be any rank as long as they are healing specialists? Also, what's wrong with the animal sacrifice xd ?


Ah, also, will these be added to the public jutsu lists or can I use them as my customs? I don't really have a say either way since I didn't make the techniques, but I would like to know in order to accordingly edit my jutsu plans for my rpc.

• Life Preservation
A lot of these were taken out because the costs stacked up waayyyyy too much for a medic to be viable. The healing hands like does everything you need it to do at scaling levels too. You can have it heal small cuts or bigger crap fairly quick. With poison removals and other crap this move isn't really necessary.

• Cleanse
You dont actually have to even touch people to use healing hands, which does a hell of a lot. Once again, if you reaaalllllly want to have to use this go for it.

• Fleshbinding
Yeah that's fine.

• Anatomic Analysis
Diagnosis does enough to give you the right information for whatever you need.

• Circle of Restoration/Regeneration
As long as they cannot be done in combat and regeneration is raised, and it has a time requirement before the 'surgery' is complete.

• Circle of Enlightenment
I'm not trying to be offensive, but the need for so many people is what makes it dumb (and the animal sacrifice). There are like 3 medical people in this guild, that move would like never ever happen. I would say change it so one dude can do it over time and it just has a high chakra cost, since this like repairs everything.

A four stage technique that does not kill, but instead renders a body useless. Let's see how this goes.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's First Movement: The Sea and Sinbad's Ship
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Dan is a talented musician and is known as one of the greatest of his generation. With his ability to create chakra strings with characteristics of steel, he will spawn four strings by connecting four strings from his fingertips to his shoulder, slightly mimicking the position of a violin. By applying chakra to his fingertips on his other hand, he can press against the strings and vibrate his fingers to create a sound just like that of a violin. The sound, heavily amplified by his chakra, is strong enough to spread all throughout the current thread. This sound is a beautiful melody and those whom hear the sounds tend to imagine a whole symphony playing the music. As it plays, though, Dan's chakra begins to well up inside of him and will then raise its potency. All sound jutsu for the next five posts are one rank stronger. This bonus cannot stack.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's Second Movement: The Kalendar Prince
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Immediately, in the next post after Scheherezade's First Movement, this jutsu can play, introducing a new side to the music. While still beautiful, a powerful begins to gather. Vibrations begin to intensify from the sound, affecting everything in the current thread. Dan can focus his attention to a single target and begin to bombard them with pressure and sound waves capable to crushing steel and turning bone to dust. Only a single target can be chosen for this technique, but it only requires Dan's attention for him select a target. The pressure will lock onto the target instantaneously once they are chosen. This will last until Dan's next move. At such a time, the Third Movement can begin.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's Third Movement: The Young Prince and The Young Princess
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Immediately, in the next post after Scheherezade's Second Movement, this jutsu can be used. When the Third Movement starts, a booming wave of pressure will be sent out that will collapse, level, and flatten everything in the current thread. The damage caused is immense, but is then followed up by a rapid series of high frequency notes that rain down from above. If they were completely visible, they would look like enough needles to blot out the sun. The needles are all strong enough to pierce through diamond and will seem to almost explode through with tremendous power capable of leveling a large building.

Technique Name: Scheherezade's Fourth Movement: Festival at Baghdad. The Sea. The Ship Breaks against a Cliff Surmounted by a Bronze Horseman
Technique Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Description: Immediately, in the post after Sheherezade's Third Movement, this jutsu can be cast. This jutsu is the final technique a member of the Seika Clan can cast before losing the ability to use their arms. The pressure now becomes so intense that Dan will no longer be able to prevent it from harming his own body. However, to protect his body, he allows all the pressure in this final technique to be conducted through his own arms as he continues to play through his strings. He will cast out massive waves of sound that now dull down and create a resounding boom[ hat seems to never end. To those who can remember this sound, it is a melodic hymn of such beauty that thinking of it can cause one to weep. The truth to this jutsu, though, is that all of the sound and pressure will lock down bodies in the current thread, friend or foe, and pierce into the brain. The sounds begin to grow so loud and powerful that they burst parts of the brain.Most importantly, it aims for the frontal lobe. Once that is destroyed the body becomes almost lifeless, barely even capable of recognizing primal instincts. The body will then become nothing but a husk, but their life will still be spared, as is the story of Scheherezade. Dan will lose the ability to play music with his arms, but still be able to use them for everything else.

I like it, but you might wanna have someone else look over it too.

Technique Type: Medical
Rank: D
Description: This jutsu causes the skin of the victim to stretch, grow, and fuse together over cuts and bruises. The chakra is also very hot, and is commonly used to cauterize a wound as well. All in all, the jutsu can heal injuries that would normally take B- to A-rank amounts of chakra to fully heal. Unfortunately, this jutsu is, at best, a temporary fix and too-vigorous movement will reopen the wound. The use of this jutsu doesn't mean you shouldn't go to the hospital.

• Anatomic Analysis

• Circle of Restoration/Regeneration
For the time requirement, do I just say that time is required to accomplish the surgery, specify minutes for various levels of injury, or require a post count to heal various injuries?

• Circle of Enlightenment
I actually didn't mind if the chances were next to nothing for this jutsu to happen o.o . However, if near-impossible requirements bug you, then I shall change it like you suggested.

Technique Type: Medical
Rank: S
Description: One of the most powerful jutsus ever known to shinobi, this one requires time, safety, and large amounts of medical chakra, levels that only those shinobi who have concentrated their efforts in the medical jutsus can achieve. First and foremost, this jutsu requires the time and space for the user to write down large, intricate seals on the floor. Although, having seals already prepared and reusing seals written down for a previous use of this jutsu are also allowed.
Then, the patient is placed in the center of the seal and the user sits at one of the drawing's sides. For an hour, the user meditates, fully exploring the patient's body. During this time, the patient enters a state of unconscious stasis, where his body get neither better or worse, simply remaining at the condition it was when the technique started. After the hour, the medical nin fully understands not only everything about the patient's body but also the everything about whatever it is that ails the patient.
Now that the problem is known without question, the medical nin pushes forward an immense amount of healing chakra into the seal, equivalent to the cost of three S-rank jutsus. The intricate seal magnifies the healing chakra, uses it with greater efficiency than any human can ever hope for without the help of the seal, and also allows for a slew of procedures and techniques normally impossible for even the most skilled medic to accomplish. The result is a highly accelerated healing that is capable of healing in moments what would normally take hours. Of course, the time already invested into the technique by this point makes using the technique for accelerated healing a rather case-specific purpose. More importantly, this technique can heal any and all abnormalities in the human body, cleansing, fixing, treating, healing, etc. anything considered a problem by the medic nin usng the technique. However, healing what is normally considered impossible to heal takes anywhere from half a day to a day, not including the preparation time already mentioned, depending on the severity of the problem.
After the jutsu is done, most times the user will require a great deal of rest after using so much chakra. Obviously, this jutsu is impossible to use during combat, and should only be preformed in a hospital, where other medical nins are present to oversee the procedure and to help out if things go wrong.

Also, because I'm selfish, I shall make them my own, mwahahahaha emotion_c8 . (Although, it's more like I don't want to have to use up jutsu slots for these techniques sweatdrop .)

One activation is enough launch seven of these over the course of a single post, ad they do not have to be constant. Of course the different elemens do different things. Lightning balls are faster, but only briefly shock a target and do little real damage. Balls of water hit with significant force and seem to concuss targets for a few seconds. Fireballs leave scorch marks and can easily set things on fire. Balls of wind are the hardest to avoid and tend to hit and then push pretty hard, seding targets flying without doing much damage. Earth balls hit the hardest but are slower.

• Sightless C 300
This technique is an area of affect. Once the people enter the area the user can trigger the genjutsu whenever. For a single post their eyes will be unable to see anything.

• Cover of Crows C 300
The trigger of this technique is the user forming a set of random seals. Now, whenever the user is struck they will burst into a murder of crows. These crows will fly around randomly, creating a smokescreen of sorts. The user is able to easily walk through them without being seen.

• Murder of Crows B 400
The trigger of this technique is a phrase related to crows or murder. Once the technique is triggered, the user will dramatically thrust out their arms and burst into a murder of crows. These crows will converge upon the target(s) and begin to peck them to death. The pain and fear is very real, though of course because it is a genjutsu it is false. Anyone who hears the activation phrase and is a target of the user is assaulted.

• Numb B 400
This technique requires the user to actually touch the opponent. It does not matter where. Over the course of four posts the target will begin to grow numb, originating in wherever the user touched them. By the fourth post their entire body is numb and they cannot feel their limbs. It causes people to be incredibly uncoordinated and unable to even properly grasp items.

• Shattered Reflection B 400
The trigger of this technique is an area of affect. Once the target walks into the area a series of mirrors will appear all around them. In the mirrors the target will be reflected, and at first nothing happens. When the user wishes they can have all the reflections suddenly attack the target and attempt to kill them. If one of the reflections is killed the mirror explodes violently, sending razor sharp shards in every direction.

• False Death B 400
The trigger of this technique is for the user to take a hit from anything. The victim will perceive the event as if the user had actually died. This lets the user walk around unseen and able to deliver a surprise attack.

• Death S 800
The trigger of this technique is the target seeing the user make the motion of slicing at their neck. It is an advanced form of the Instant Strike technique. In the blink of an eye the target will see the user appear before them and slit their throat. In their mind they will die, entering a void zone of nothing but a dreamy white area. There will be no sounds, no feelings, no sights, no smells. Just a realm of absolute nothingness. This technique has been known to drive people insane after only a few minutes of being within the void zone.

• Release the Hounds A 500
The trigger of this technique is a phrase related to hounds or a hunt. Once the technique is triggered the target(s) will suddenly hear dozens and dozens of howls and growls in the distance. Over four posts they grow closer and more menacing, and on the fifth a pack of wild wolves will attack the target(s) They will attempt to sink their teeth into the victims and tear them to shreds. The pain and fear is very real, and many shinobi have been known to pass out from the pain they believe is real.

• Pitted Betrayal A 500
This technique is cast against two people, and requires a phrase to be heard. The phrase is in relation to betrayal. Upon activation the targets will perceive the genjutsu caster as their allies. This will cause them to attack their actual allies as they believe they are the genjutsu caster. Because they both see the enemy in their allies it is generally not found out before one of the parties is able to harm the other.

• Blood Rain A 500
The trigger of this technique is the smell of blood, even if it is just a small amount. The target(s) will begin to feel, see, and smell blood raining down for the sky. This technique lasts for a total of five posts. The more the blood falls the more panicked the target will get. It will become hard to walk through the blood, it is impossible to chakra walk on top of it. The blood will rise and rise until on the fifth post it threatens to drown the target within it.

• Grand Colliseum S 800
This genjutsu is a masterful creation. The trigger is the user forming hand seals and saying: Summoning Technique: Grand Colliseum! If both of those specifications are fulfilled the user and the target(s) are caught in the genjutsu. A huge colliseum rises up around the user and the target(s), trapping them inside. While inside of this genjutsu the user is able to cast any single technique they have seen because they are all illusions. The target(s) will waste their chakra by attempting to fight back against this seemingly omnipotent being. If a fatal blow is dealt in this genjutsu that person is rendered unconscious. If the blow would have been dealt against the user the genjutsu is ended, and they will fall unconscious.

• World of Darkness B/S 500
This technique is triggered by the user laughing, generally a dark and particularly manic laugh.

The user is able to capture a number of people in this technique. Once the laugh is heard a feeling of a paranoia so deep the targets cannot help but be distracted. In truth it stuns them, keeping them locked in place. The world will begin to fade away until only darkness surrounds them. The voice of the caster will be heard by all. As the caster describes monstrous beasts they will come to life and attack the targets. The pain and fear is very real. The creatures are able to strike the targets without breaking the genjutsu, but if any person actually touches those trapped in the genjutsu it is broken.

The user is able to capture a number of people in this technique. Once the laugh is heard a feeling of paranoia so deep the targets cannot help but be distracted is felt. In truth it stuns them, keeping them locked in place. The world will begin to fade away until only darkness surrounds them. The voice of the caster will be heard by all, but this time what they say is different to each person. They will describe in exact detail the greatest fears of the targets, unique to each of them. Any creature or trauma that is dreamed up in this genjutsu can affect the targets without breaking the genjutsu. Real physical pain must be felt in order to snap out of this genjutsu, and a debilitating wound at that.
