A faint smile Kagetsukiko Technique Name: Drink Me Technique Type: Universal Ninjutsu Rank: B Description: Drink Me lets the user physically shrink as small as a mouse and anything in between. The user stays this size until Eat Me is used. Shrinking does affect the user's physical abilities, lowering them as much as one would expect growing smaller does (i.e. drastic decrease in strength and speed). However, it does not affect the user's ability to use jutsus and techniques.
Technique Name: Eat Me Technique Type: Universal Ninjutsu Rank: B Description: Eat Me reverses the affects of Drink Me and any other size-affecting jutsu that the user is affected by. So if you're tiny will the jutsu you fire be tiny as well?
Nope. As far as I can tell, jutsu is unaffected by size, so I can't see it making sense for the size of my jutsus to change because I shrunk. Unless, of course, the jutsu is used to make something like personal armor out of an element or strengthen a physical attack. In that case, it is affected by the size of the user. It's just... logic, I guess? At least, it seems like common sense to me?

Technique Name: Curse of Willpower Technique Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Description: Once cast over a thread, this jutsu makes an entire thread basically affected. It is activated by anyone coming into the area. They will be attacked by a mob of whatever the most appropriate ninja enemies are. They are killed like any other, and also deal realistic damage to enemies until they are released. If killed, the "bandits" continue to come in. The aim is to exhaust enemies by fooling them into thinking they are surrounded by a nearly endless supply of ninja.

It's just... logic, I guess? At least, it seems like common sense to me? That really isn't true, and totally depends on the elements and jutsu being used. I'm sure creating an air ball of wind to ride on when you're 7 inches tall is a lot different from creating when when you're 6 feet tall. As well, generating wind blades, or creating a weapon of an element, etc. There's a bunch more. Just be sure to use some of that common sense when you're using a jutsu and roleplay it appropriately. Approved.
