We have the WOLF by the ears and we can not keep him......

User ImageKuzokuUser Image:
idk what is going on, but now I'm getting freaked out. It started out me just becoming more existentially bothered I guess you could say. I always questioned existence, but the thought became more to the foreground. I started thinking about death and suicide, wondering why people were so bothered by it with the logic that "We should be happy. Not only is it a natural part of life, but we are overpopulated. Its not much but it helps the economy and the resources of our planet." I started becoming emotionally cold, and mentally distant, and more curious about pain and the taste of my own blood (I'm not sure curious is the right word. I know what my blood tastes like and what pain feels like, but I guess more interested? I mean I've always liked the taste of blood but it's been a long time since I actually thought of ways of extracting some).
Mixed in with all this, I would occasionally see shadowy figures. Everything from a shaded man in a brown trenchcoat that dissapears when I blink, to a dark humanoid figure in a black cape standing on a highway divider that is gone next time I look.

Just tonight, I saw something that really freaked me out. There was a giant light in the sky, about 1/4 to 1/2 the size of my fist. It was mostly white but a tinge of green, and maybe a splash of blue. It flew across the sky throwing sparks everywhere it went, dimming as it went about half way for only a moment and growing in brightness again, then disappearing behind the scenery. I was frozen, waiting for an explosion assuming it was a large meteorite that didnt burn up in the atmosphere, but nothing happened. I started seeing humanoid shadows walking across the street but I think that at that point it was just nerves.

Perhaps it was the second coming of Optimus Prime.

Or need to go on some psychiatric ones. Or write a book because people who do get them made into (oh noes) Disney movies. I'm talking about Lewis Carroll. the creator of Alice in Wonderland, I swear that man was on drugs.

That's what Im being told by various sources. It would explain quite a few things, though it could also be depression mixed with other things.

I usually get the seasonal blues during the late fall, where I start to hate school, become so unmotivated and withdrawn from hobbies, and sometimes unsociable. It progressively worsens as winter goes on. Since depression is usually caused by the lack of serotonin, I would try to exercise more, eat healthier, sleep at a schedule. It's almost impossible to start for the first two- three weeks, but once you do, it really does becomes addicting. When I physically feel better, I try to fix my mental state. When I can't socialize with other people, I would take my dogs out to the park. I would listen more to happier music like funk or acoustic music. Lately, I've been trying to practice humanistic psychology. It's so sickly optimistic, but sometimes you have you be delusional at these times. I'm a cynic at heart, but sometimes it poisons me. After I find some mental stability, I try to self improve. Like lately, as emasculating as it sounds, I been learning how to cook. lol

Maybe you don't have to necessarily do what I do, but just try to preoccupy yourself before your own thoughts poison you. Perhaps being idle contributes to depression.

That may be part of the base, I haven't been able to do a lot of things, and with my time and everything, I basically eat out constantly and stay away from home as much as possible.

You're right. I'm pretty sure it does.
Busy usually equals happy as long as it isn't to the point where busy equals burnout.

Fenris The Wolf Master

Sorry to hear that. I kinda didn't take your original post seriously. I legitimately thought it was aliens. sweatdrop Sorry about.

King's right though. You should try to stay busy. And look at pictures of sunflowers or something. Spring is right around the corner! 4laugh Everyone loves spring!

And also.
Architect of Thought

Kiwi, hug Kuzo next time you see him. Thanks.

Aside from that.... I don't. Eat healthy. Get enough sleep. Exercise. Don't over do it on the caffeine or any sorts of drugs or alcohol if you do them. In fact just don't do that.

heart heart heart

Weed and Shrooms? Or LSD? I knew it - with the caterpillar smoking a hooka he had to be on drugs- I'm surprised Disney left that in.

Aliens could only be two things: Sci Fi Humanity of yesteryear or the "unknown" friends that have been plaguing our world or thousands of years.

But I must agree. Doing other things will keep the brain off the baddies.

An idle mind desires only death for it has no purpose to exist.
