Enrollment The application form was fed carefully into the Acceptance Bin, but Hellma continued to stare at the copy of it she had made. A reaper. And one of rather suspect circumstance in Hellma's opinion. Perhaps it was nothing, but what if...
A pearlescent tentacle tapped her pen in tine as she considered the situation. After several minutes the tapping abruptly stopped and she gave a rather gruff sigh and filed the copy into a red folder.
A quick peak inside would reveal the student forms and pictures of several other snot level reapers. Apparently the information gleaned from the Island has left the headmistress feeling that her campus was rather less than secure. Was it just the paranoia of one who hates to share power? Or was it the wisdom of experience, telling her that the danger has not passed, but simply waited.

☆┇ Fell is easy to get along with, if you can get past her bold attitude. She enjoys making friends and looks forward to meeting new people. Unfortunately that's not always the case for those that are meeting her. Despite her friendly personality, she's the kind of girl that gets right up in your face, is rude without intention, and is an extremely bad example to her fellow students. Especially when it comes to rule breaking. Fell loves getting into mischief and even encourages others to join her; regardless of the consequences. So if you choose to befriend her, be prepared for lot's headaches in your future.
☆┇ King is a soul eater who has "earned" his name by defeating and devouring the "king" of soul eaters ( not really a king, simply the one with the most power/most feared among their kind ); taking all of his power. Proof of this is his solid black colour.
He is a strict, irritable, and for the most part quiet being; only speaking when he feels the need to voice his opinion or when he simply feels like it. Though he is quick to scold someone or laugh at someone's misfortune. It's best to say that he is rarely ever kind.
☆┇ Fell can't contain her Fear very well and needed something to help control/put a lid on it since it was probably leaking out of her half the time. Though because she couldn't find something compatible with her, or willing to stick with her, she more than likely got impatient; making a deal with Kingsbane instead. The deal being that if he helped her, he could feed off any extra Fear instead of risking his own hide to consume souls and to store that Fear for later use when they need it ( since his ribcage stores power/souls and doesn't digest it ). Though he doesn't absorb enough to actually harm her. Mostly just excess Fear she has built up and can't keep.
☆┇ Fell has mark on her back that resembles a black spine. It is a sign of their pact together and it is permanent.
☆┇ Other Things to Know
reaperModesty - Fell has none. In fact she's almost always dressed in skimpy clothing; claiming that it's easier to move in.
reaperRelation-ship Bumps - If you value your love life do NOT mention relationship problems to Fell. Ever. She'll take it upon herself to try and 'fix' things between people and will often make matters worse. Tough luck if she finds out on her own though.
reaperElder sister - Fell often treats all other female students like her younger sisters and adores hanging around them, regardless of what they might think of her.
reaperBad Influence - Aside from getting into trouble, Fell is also a bad influence to other girls. Teaching them things they shouldn't learn for years to come and suggesting clothing should never be worn in public ( she's the one responsible for Mei's dirty magazines ).
reaperToys - She loves toying with boys and enjoys stringing them along.
reaperRise to the Challenge! - Fell is quite competitive and loves taking others up on challenges and bets.
reaperTomboy - Fell is not your typical girly girl. She's not afraid to get dirty, likes creepy creatures and is fascinated with grotesque things.

Soul Possession - Fell allows her pact partner, Kingsbane to possess
her; driving her into blind rage and attacking anything and everything that
moves. Because of this, her strength and speed greatly increases. Though
because she's attacking blindly, she cannot tell friend from foe and may end
up attacking her own allies. So be sure to keep your distance.
Natural Abilities
Sense Soul - A Grim Reaper has the ability to pin-point exactly when a
soul ready to be reaped is. While in Halloweentown, this ability merely lets
them pinpoint the exact location of ghosts -- there are no souls to be reaped
in Halloweentown.
