 Hello beloved members of FEF.
Are you ready? "Ready for what, Lethe?" Why for Sweetest Day of course!
Sweetest Day is a holiday created back in Cleveland, Ohio during the 1920s by local confectioners. The meaning behind this day back then was to show a little compassion for those less fortunate by giving them candy, because who wouldn't smile when receiving a box of sweets. Nowadays it's gotten a bad reputation for being a Hallmark holiday and/or a second Valentine's Day.
I'd like to change that for the good people of FEF, who very rarely experience a day like today. For many of us this guild has been a second family over the years. I, for one, am grateful to all the friends I've made here and for all the fun times we've shared. In the past I've shown my appreciation by giving a general greeting to everyone, complements, and cute sketches to active members. This year I thought I would get back to the roots of Sweetest Day. I'm going to be giving away sweets to the members of Fire Emblem Forever. Keep an eye on your PM box over the course of today and tomorrow. If you don't see your name on my recipient list and haven't gotten a gift yet, don't hesitate to say something. The last thing I want to do today is make someone feel left out.

Nice to meet you and thanks. *bows* Though i admit i don't know what you draw considering i haven't got a cannon char or a custom one. I'm not at my 20 post minimum to get a cannon and as for a custom i forgot the lore of the other races. Hmm. Is there a post with all the races and their lore on it? As in how they tend to look, act, the past of their race...

As in how they tend to look, act, the past of their race... It doesn't have to be art she will be giving out. It can also be gold or items too. I'd say the best place to look up that info is the Fire Emblem Wiki or Serenes Forest. D'aww. thank you ;u; A sweet day to everyone! heart I have drifted away from FEF, but never once thought I wouldn't return some day. Because yes, you are like an awesome internet family, and I have never known more warmth from any community but this one. Who could possibly just walk away and forget that? Not I!

I feel like I haven't been here long enough to deserve such a gift but thank you. Happy Sweetest Day to you especially Miss Lethe.
I was completely unaware a holiday like this existed but it's fun to know. I look forward to celebrating it for real coming next year. Should be fun! 3nodding

Funny story, I was JUST wondering a few days ago when Sweetest Day was and I wake up this morning to find out it was yesterday and a chocolate box this morning XD.
