Here's the drill, folks. To get this sorted out quick an clean, but also with a measure of fairness, there will be multiple threads with other themes to vote on. I have tried to fit each of the more popular ideas into separate threads so as to not make anyone choose between them too soon, but you will have to eventually. Also, while it's still in this stage, I would like you to post when you vote. Copy the code below and fill it out, please. If you are having a hard time coming up with an idea now then dont't sweat it. These voting threads will be here until the weekend is over. jessieomer is voting for Videogames because they have THIS awesome idea for it: Seriosuly, not only could every room be a different style, you could easily do the evolution of video games from 2d video game platforms like Kong, to the more advanced games like Tron, where you have an avatar that does the work for you.

Sachie Whitby is voting for Video Game Genre Theme because they have THIS awesome idea for it: Video games are fun, so this theme would be fun!
Some of the earliest RPGs were dungeon crawls or had extensive dungeon drawling even if not only component of the game... ex: Wizardry, Diablo, The Bard's Tale, Might and Magic, Shin Megami Tensei, Phantasy Star, Final Fantasy & many others.... so I think it would be very fitting if the RPG room was a dungeon crawl [but the setting does not have to be a dungeon literally.]
Oh but what if RPGs are not your thing, the video game genre theme has a room for you too! Maybe you like those town games [Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, etc], well someone can make a room like that but not copy those games exactly..... and another room can be this big fighting tournament for people that like roleplaying PVP combat.

Pinkiekitty is voting for Myths and Legends because they have THIS awesome idea for it: I'm not sure if I have an original idea, but I suppose we'd be able to have a room for Greek Mythology and Norse Mythology (I know we did Greek in the past, but as a theme, not a room). Any chance for me to get my Greek Geek on is good by me.

I must say that I like the myths and legends a *tiny* bit more. Even though jessieomer's idea of the evolution of games is pretty cool, myths and legends seems to be able to reach out to a wider range of people.]

MystMist is voting for Video Games because they have THIS awesome idea for it: I love RPG and have played almost all recent games and some really old games, but i love JRPG even more because they have great story and background and great replayability, so there is a lot of themes to choose from even in only the rpg genre of gaming and contests is easily made from casual games.

Sunshine Molotov] is voting for [Video Games] because they have THIS awesome idea for it: [(I was gonna say myths and legends because I'm a total sucker for them, but then this idea popped into my head) Okay basically we could have this new technology that basically allows the player to literally immerse themselves in the game they are playing. We could have a load of different game genres, such as horror, action, rpg (oh please let it be Atelier Rorona inspired!) shoot 'em up, dating sim (ha ha!) and so on and so forth. The ballgoers all get trapped in their respective games when the technology backfires, and they have to play through the game in order to escape. The hosts could be the various videogame characters, and they could divulge hints and tips, shortcuts, etc, but could also be somewhat bad and try to hinder the ballgoers' progress through the game.
I think that'd be a cool idea because everyone would have a game they find appealing!]
