Zen Aquaria
My 'Sona.
I chose to make Zen a half-Kirin to represent my own half-heritage; that being Japanese. Her hair and eye color matches mine, and I used to keep my hair in the a-line bob style (currently overdue for a haircut). Her tail hair curls at the end because that's what my hair does when I have it cut that short.
I chose red because it's my favorite color, though I muted my preferred shade (crimson) because it would have been hard to look at. She wears glasses (matching frame styles) because I do; I'm practically blind without them.
Her cutie mark represents the passion for aquaria, or the hobby-culture of raising fish and aquatic plants. My career/hobby of choice. If she were to have an actual 'power' associated with it, it'd be that she has a knack for creating a harmonious flow within the tank habitat. Hence, Zen Aquaria.






Sanguine Storm
Creator's Notes: Sanguine's creation, like Duke's, was inevitable. I can't very well leave one vampire pony roaming a world alone, so I dreamed up a... Comrade of sorts, in her case. She gets on his nerves more often than not. I created her before the whole 'vampire batpony' shtick became canon, so I opted for her wings to merely have the silhouette of bat wings at a distance in flight.






Lykona

Creator's Notes: Lykona, a Druid-type wolf-shifter, was created in response to my frustration with the "were____" term, a la Sega's 'werehog'. Also as an exploration of a naturally magically-inclined character forsaking their own power for that of a learned path. I like werebeasts/shapeshifters, too, so again her creation was inevitable.

Ponified OCs
I sometimes take it upon myself to abuse/amuse my OCs by drawing them as ponies. Some don't care, others get cross with me, and some rock it.
I'll list their names, what they are normally, and concisely describe their pony versions. You can play 'spot the pony' with the images that follow the list. xD
Eizoryu: Futuristic bounty huntress - Light blue pegasus with brown mane/tail and sci-fi armor.
Soren Kilgore: Blood mage with cryomancy knowledge - Ice blue unicorn with blue-black mane/tail and tattooed front hooves.
Strata Ignultias: Forced-subservient Fire Plane entity - Orange/vermilion "alicorn" with dark brown mane, fire-tipped tail, bird/bat combo wings and black horn.
Katarina S. Acheron: Vampire Elder/clan leader - Navy earth pony with midnight blue mane/tail and sharp sense of dress.
Johnathan R. Acheron: Vampire, butler to Katarina/her clan - Light tan earth pony with cream socks and blaze, gray mane/tail and hoof feathering.
Salizar I. Acheron: Vampire, consigliere to Katarina - Tan earth pony with coffee-colored mane/tail and rage face.
Selina R. "Circe" Acheron: Vampire, spy/agent/assassin for Katarina - Dark gray noctral/batpony with brown mane/tail.
Ariane Lereaux: Vampire, Draculean; free agent or rogue - Grayish-brown unicorn with dark brown mane/tail.

Miscellaneous Designs
Just random designs I came up with. Some named, others not.

The trio below are Fatal Error (mare), Mnemonic Trick (mare), and Broken Image (stallion).
Fatal Error is now officially an FC of mine and has an entry above, and Mnemonic is up for adoption. MT's appearance has changed, as well.


Hippocampus is Sharkbane.


These two below are an unnamed pair of Hippalektryon that I based off a couple of roosters I used to have when I owned chickens.


These five are just some alicorn designs I wanted to do. Four are "Corrupt" versions of forces of nature, and the last oversees Tartarus.
