It says "Radiator Face", and it's supposed to be Rita Repulsa from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Boris found the game! After hearing a lot of people saying they lost it, Boris took it upon himself to find it, and he finally did. He was interviewed and this is what he said.

"It was underneath my bed the entire time. I have no idea how it got there, but I also found other items there as well."

So, whenever someone loses the game, or anything else for that matter, they should look under Boris' bed. (You just lost the game!)
