Front Gates
"Only the best may enter..."
___About:
This is the Division front gates to simply put. They are also guarded by two of the divisions trusted members. These gates are the main entrance into the division. One must pass through these gates if they wish to enter the division announced and unannounced, it is just common respect to do so.

Raimundo made his way through the gate, the squad one members bowing to him as he made his way through. "Good Day." He called to them all. He bowed his head in respect to the members of squad one. Izuma hand picked his squad, so each of these members had something he desired. He entered the building, and made his way to Izuma's Office.

Why he would just walk was even beyond him. He simply could have Shunpoed and gained some practice, but he didn't. No point in thinking it over what was done was done as he was at the First Division's front gates. Still in a steady stride Virgo walked past the gates and guards not addressing them, it wasn't like Virgo spoke anyways. Besides they seemed to know exactly who he was seeing the VC badge on his arm along with the Eleventh Division insignia. They both understood quickly with just a glance. Passing the gates Virgo entered into the First Division.

kUCHIKI IROHAROKKUBANTAI TAICHOU ___________________Theme Song: Placebo- InfraRed______▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄▀ ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀ ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Iroha arrived at the gates of Squad 01, and settled to wait with infinite patience like a cat at a mouse's hole in the wall, waiting for someone to recognise her and approach her, standing imperiously, head held high with an expression of severe noble disgust on her face. Far be it from her to enter the grounds of another Squad without permission, at least, obviously and in plain sight of everyone. What she did in her private time, was another matter entirely... She was still rather annoyed that Kenpachi's disappearance was causing such problems. As if the woman was not completely capable of looking after herself. Iroha was certain that Kenpachi would say a word or two to those people who thought she was worth getting into all this bother about. Iroha certainly would in her place. One more thing before we start the final face-off,

Squad 3 Captain ---- Zanpakuto: Foji-Raka ---- Mood: * K'yon's foot touched down post-shunpo just outside the gates to squad one. As he landed his jet black bangs fell onto his face in normal fashion. He without hesitation continued to walk with haste into the squad grounds, his soot covered haori flowing behind him. His eyes looking far out across the ground he almost walked past Iroha before her own spiritual signature caught his attention. "Kuchiki-taicho, I apologize my mind is...in entirely too many places at one time. Heh..." He forced a fake laugh before turning to looking towards the Captain Commander's building. "You know, I think something's coming. Something pretty big. Hell if Kenpachi's been taken then you know it...whatever it is...isn't for the faint at heart." It was obvious that K was worried about Kenpachi...even is she was arrogant, over-confident b***h. After a second of thinking to himself his physically shook himself out of it. "The Commander is going to be calling a meeting soon, why don't we head up a while?""Keep your squad mates close, teach them all you can, and do everything in your power to protect them...even at the cost of your own life."

"No need to apologise." she stated calmly, not batting an eyelid, but noting the forced laugh with a slight frown. "Do we know for certain that Kenpachi-san was taken? And by whom?" She nodded coolly, and began walking towards the gate. "Tell me what is on your mind." she offered. Not that she cared over much, but the man was obviously distraught, and that would serve the Gotei no purpose, not to mention, she might glean some interesting information from K'yon. One more thing before we start the final face-off,

Squad 3 Captain ---- Zanpakuto: Foji-Raka ---- Mood: Worried He sighed and put on a kind smile, he knew she didn't really care, but it was nice of her to ask. "Ehh..." he paused for a moment scratching his head before continuing "I going to be honest, we don't know much. Kenpachi's spiritual pressure had gone completely off the map. Not even the commander can sense her, and he know where we all are most of the time." He shook his head, showing some concern on his face. "If you haven't heard, we recently got into a pretty nasty squable with the Espada in the human world............Captain Fury was killed during the struggle. I only got there at the last minute and saw the aftermath, it wasn't pretty." He closed his eyes, recalling the image of Kenpachi leaving the barrier with Fury's corpse over her shoulder. It sent shivers down his spine. "Needless to say Kenpachi was a little upset at loosing a squad member, but she blew it off like normal because she's incapable of showing emotion. She walked into the Commander's office and dropped his dead body on the floor and left...we haven't seen her since." "Keep your squad mates close, teach them all you can, and do everything in your power to protect them...even at the cost of your own life."

"I see." she said, seeing all too well. "However, being that it is Kenpachi we are talking about, I doubt that anything could happen to her." She knew this was completely true. Iroha had an ancient alley cat, the treasure of her heart: Kuma-san. Kuma-san was well-named, being bear-like in size and in nature, only more irritable due to his age. He had one quarter of his ears remaining, half of his eyes, limped, had a broken tail that pointed 90 degrees to its original setting, was missing most of his whiskers, and had fur only in odd spots. This animal was infamous all across Rukongai for decimating the male-cat population and raping not only the female cats, but, every now and again, the odd horse that got in his way. As such, if he was seen anywhere, there were usually mobs chasing after him, until he got tired of the game and returned the favour. But Kuma-san was, in Iroha's slightly biased eyes, still the tiny bundle of fluff she had discovered, stuck in one of the drains on her estate all those years ago. Kenpachi, she reflected, was rather like Kuma-san in one point, at least: one was completely incapable of imagining any harm coming to him. "I seriously doubt Kenpachi-san was killed," Iroha continued, "And if she was somehow captured, then all we have to do if follow the screams of her captors, if we fell like looking for her." Iroha then digested the information about the Espada. "Yes, I had heard. " she said simply, "However, I don't see that we could have done anything about it. If they attack us, they will be killed. They tried, now they know. Losses to our ranks are unavoidable." she added, raising an eyebrow at K'yon, wondering why the man was in such a fit over this. "We are soldiers: we fight until we cannot. Naturally, we all find an opponent worthy of our deaths sooner or later. This is our purpose." Iroha disliked becoming emotionally dramatic, but realised that not everyone agreed with her taste. This was a good thing, as she often used the emotions of others to further her own decisions. "I think that you should clam down, K'yon-san." she told the man, continuing her walk as if she were strolling along a marketplace to see the sights instead of going to an emergency council. "Your worry furthers no purpose whatsoever, and is likely to cost you more than it's worth, should you let it prevail upon you. Everything will run its course in accordance to Heaven, we are simply pawns to be used as we will to this final effect. You should give it no mind, and focus your mind instead on your being ready for the Call." One more thing before we start the final face-off,

Squad 3 Captain ---- Zanpakuto: Foji-Raka ---- Mood: Worried K'yon stopped suddenly mid-stride and paused for a moment before turning towards towards Iroha speaking in a calm tone. "Captain, do not misunderstand my feelings. I am fully aware of the risks we take when we pull on this coat-" he quickly gestured to his haori "-but knowing that does not lessen the blow we all feel as an army. Fury was not only a comrade but a friend." K twisted his head, looking around as to make sure no one else was around to hear what he was about to say. "What has me worried is that Kenpachi vanished from Soul Society without a singular shred of evidence to support a struggle. That tells us two things, either one: someone was able to slip into soul society undetected and subdue one of the most immensely powerful captain's we have in our ranks without a single sign of her fighting back, or two: that she left of her own accord, without leaving a trail which we both know Kenpachi has absolutely no ability or interest in doing. She would use a rocket to take care of an ant hill without a second thought. Either of those two scenarios are something we as an administration want to entertain lightly!" He caught himself at a low yell and backed off, holding up his hand to show his fault. "I apologize, what I meant to say is simply that I believe I'm not overreacting. The situation is grimmer than it appears on the surface and we must take every precaution to make sure we are ready for whatever this turns out to be."K'yon fell silent for almost thirty seconds, rubbing his temples he realized he had been stressing himself a bit. He knew Iroha was not one for compliments or kind advice, she was only trying to help in her own way. He chuckled to himself and motioned politely to continue walking towards the Captain Commander's office. "So..." he smiled genuinely shaking his head at his own hot-headed-ness. He waited for her rebuttal, he knew she most likely going to belittle his anger, he deserved that. His true intention was not to push that emotion towards her, but simply show the chameleon-like ability this situation had of masking it's true importance and severity. "Keep your squad mates close, teach them all you can, and do everything in your power to protect them...even at the cost of your own life." OOC: Seriously, he's not pissed at Iroha. He's just hot-headed like...ALL THE TIME Lol.

Squad Eight Captain Scott continued to flash step towards the two main sourse's of spiritual pressure he was feeling, Though seeing as he didnt really know any of the captains that well, it could have been anyone of them, Though Scott new that the best persons to see at the time were the third divisions captain that had sent him the message and the first divisions head captain that he had been told to meet up about a case of a missing captain, " As soon as i come i have to be dealing with something, so much for some nice quiet fishing " Scott said in a dull tone flash stepping closer and closer to his targets before he finally reached stopping about six foot from the as taking a slight breath of air as he noted the captains jackets of the squad's six and three captains happy to see one of the people he wanted to meet at least.
Scott gave a small bow even though he was the same rank " Good evening to you both " Scott said calmly before looking at K'yon " Your the one that left that note im assuming, can you explain to me in some detail what going on here? " Scott asked calmly looking at Michiguru as he hoped that the problem hadn't been solved as bad as it sounded since Scott really didn't want to have run all the way just to learn that Kenpachi had been found, the very though caused him to narrow his cat like eyes onto the man though it would like to be in a more tired way than weary.occ-Enters then exitsPerhaps this is what I have always wished for since that day.
The loss and destruction of all.
That's right, one must destroy before creating.
In that case, if my conscience becomes a hindrance to me, then
I will simply erase it. I have no other choice but to move forward

She had been vying for it, in fact. "Friend or no," she said simply, deliberately pour oil onto the fire, but also knowing this was completely true. "There is simply no point in regretting what we might have done." She shrugged slightly. "I find it hard to believe that there is no trace of such a disappearance." she continued, before the guy had a chance to blow up. "At most we do not know what to look for. But, I agree that a person capable of doing such a feat is a most interesting opponent." Here, Iroha's eyes flashed with keen anticipation, like one of her beloved cats waiting for a koi to surface in her fish pond. "No need to apologise, Michiguru-san." she added coolly, face giving away nothing whatsoever. "I was baiting you, after all." "Yes, yes," she continued, again leaving the man no time to respond to her comment of provoking him. "It is a very grave situation. But not without it's interest. I shall be most interested to meet this new opponent." She then turned to see another captain, Yamanashi Taichou from Squad 08 flash step to their position. " Konbanwa, Yamanashi-san." she greeted simply, dark blue eyes amused. "It seems that our Kenpachi-san has made a completely non-dramatic and secretive exit, bordering on the elusive, even." she added coolly. "Which is rather interesting, as I had not thought her capable of such a thing. It appears that others think so too, hence the emergency situation." One more thing before we start the final face-off,

She could have just sneaked out with a lover maybe, if she's the fighting type maybe she's also that sadistic type!' Scott said thinking more of himself with his words that of the female Kenpachi neglecting the fact that he'd messed up the captains name as he then took a breath " We'l if worst does come to worst and she is missing, is there any idea's of what the cause could be, id be willing to follow it up if able " Scott said calmly moving his legs uncomfortably because he was not one for occ-great so your like this here to but just to a lesser extent?Perhaps this is what I have always wished for since that day.

Lloyd arrived at the Squad 1 gates and he stopped in front of them for a moment as he gazed upon them. He seemed to be lost in thought for a bit as he gripped his Zanpakutou tighter before continuing to walk towards the Gates. He gave a slight bow to the Two guards and they proceeded to open the gates and let him in. He offered them but one wave of his right hand to signal is departure from their presents and he made his way to the meeting.
