Experience: I, Katarombei Heshishimo request the seat of Lieutenancy for the division seven barracks. I have been an unseated member of squad two for many years now and I detest the stealth force ways. I believe that the Hakuda specialists are the best way to both increase my hand to hand combat style and fulfill my desire for a true style of fighting. Though my sword has been my fist for many years I am willing to learn from you, Taicho. I believe you are the right choice for me and I hope that you see that I am the right choice as your lieutenant.

Roleplay Sample: A simple breeze floated through the air in the Seireitei. It wasn't strong, but enough so that a lone leaf was caught in the maw of the twirling invisible fingers of the wind, flipping and pushing the leaf like a cat might play with a mouse. The leaf floated over the barracks of the Seireitei, skipping from rooftop to rooftop, never settling in one spot too long. It wasn't until it passed another corridor of the large city that it was plucked from the winds grasp by a lone soul reaper. This young looking man walked along the left side of the large stark white walls that stretched high into the air. He turned the leaf over in his own hand, which must have upset its previous owner because as he did so the the wind rustled around him, rustling his white blonde hair until it fell across his vision. Katarombei let go of the leaf to return to its previous flight so he could fix his hair. He effortlessly brushed it to the side of his face clearing his eyes from under the white veil. His eyes fell upon the sign in front of him, as he did so, and read the small text that was imprinted on the door. It read:
"Squad 7 Meadow, training institute of Kuroyanagi Taicho." Katarombei gulped as he read the sign. He had requested transfer to here from squad two a few weeks ago and only recently had the transfer been finalized. Even though he had already been placed in a division previously, he was still worried about what this new squad would be like. Would he get along with his new squad mates? Would he be up to par to the standards that this captain required? Of course he would soon find out as he pushed the large mahogany doors that lead into the meadow area. After all, he had been summoned here by Kuroyanagi Taicho herself to test his abilities and where he would be placed. Even though Katarombei clearly had the skills necessary to be a lieutenant it may not be the right ones that this particular captain was looking for. All he could hope for was that she didn't completely crush him and his lowly Hakuda skills.
References: At the moment I don't have a sample that I believe is up to snuff for this position. However I will say that I have been in a guild with you, as well as role played with you before and hopefully you remember my posts with the length, detail, and thought I put into them.
Actually while I was writing this I wanted to know if we could have a hand to hand sparring match to determine my rank. I feel that not only would it be a good exercise but a great way to introduce Katarombei into the squad, even if he doesn't get the lieutenant position. =3
