The Hyuuga district, on the outside is s**c and clean. To a trained eye, one would notice that there are no weeds, nor even a rock out of place. It is the definition of how a wealthy and powerful clan should look. There are a row of houses carving down the street, each house big and vast. Although separated due to each house holding one family, the houses are connected by a wooden walkway with stone paths in the area with less activity. Koi ponds and rock gardens are sprinkled throughout the district.
Etsushi's house is located in the back of the district, and is by far the biggest household house. The outside is as orderly and clean as the rest, but once you step inside you are assaulted with dust. Dust, an inch thick, covers everything save for a pathway on the floor that veers off towards the right down a hallway. The doors are open, so when you step in front of the hallway, you will immediately notice the blood splatters that have dried and stained the floor, walls, and ceiling. The farther you do down the hallway, the more stained blood splatter there is. To those with a trained eye, will also noticed the structure is damaged with badly done repairs.
Down the hallway, at the end is a room larger than by far any other room in the house. The most damage and blood splatter is located in this room. No repairs are done to it, and those with trained eyes will notice no dust has ever been disturbed here either. To the left is a small hallway that ends in slidding doors. The doors are the first to have no dust on it, and those that enter will notice the dust, blood, and damage ends in this room too. The room is large with four slidding doors at either end. One will open up into an outside bath that has been fenced in. One will open up into a small kitchen. The last two will open up into bedrooms. Though there is a small table with cushions to sit on, the rest of the room is bare; although glistening in cleanliness. This room is recognizable as a dojo and doubles as the part of the house Etsushi lives in.

No one will ever tame this animal I have become. ..................................................................................................................................................✖✖✖✖✖ The closer she neared to her house, the more unnerved she became. She knew Kiyoshi had been in her house, and LT and Zane; but she had never quiet had so many in her house at once. At least not since the massacre. Looking back at the four boys, she realized she was going to kill someone before the day was over. There was too much testosterone. The last time there was that much near her, she had attempted to attack the Mizukage. Attempted, being the key word, since Luo had practically suffocated her with chakra (and kindness, but that was a minor detail she didn't like to think about. Every time she did, she could practically hear Shi laughing at her from beyond the grave)
Although, she knew and assessed her students abilities, she had no idea about the Iwa nins. And that alone put Etsushi on edge. She turned back to to what was in front of her as she neared her house, determined to keep a close eye on the two.
She stepped up to the wooden walkway and reached out to open the door to her house, she hesitated for the briefest second, before turning to the four, "Don't touch anything," she growled, before opening the door. She stepped inside, the sunlight outsi giving enough light to show the interior of the house in detail. She walked the pathway towards her room, her feet crunching with each step due to the thick dust. Her eyes were dark and unreadable as she lead them towards the back. The damage to the house and the blood splatter told the story for Etsushi as she quietly walked on. You could almost hear the shouts and screams traveling from the past to that moment as those that were in the house had been slain, one after another.
When she reached the dojo, she stepped inside holding out her hand to usher them in to the room, "The two doors at the far end open up into bedrooms if you want to rest from your journey, Iwa-nins. The door towards the left opens up into a bath if you want that instead. The door to the right leads to a kitchen. I don't have much selection, but there is plenty of what is there..." she trailed off, waiting for the questions she suspected would come.

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Deciding to let Etsushi's students walk behind her like a puppy dog, Shinji backed off a bit from the two to ease any sense of impending doom from behind and followed the woman through the security checks and into the giant chasm which separate the desert from Sunagakure proper. Walking in the shadows of the huge cliffs, Shinji could see small amounts of movement far above, no doubt the movements of the ANBU which were tracking their movement through the pass. As he walked, Shinji suddenly felt a swift pain whip through his system vaguely reminiscent of being stabbed with a needle. His head instinctively winced in pain, distracting his gaze to the ground for a brief second as Shinji grit his grit allowing the pain to wash over his body before finally subsiding. Overall, it was not so bad and Shinji was quickly able to recover and continue to look forward and all around without allowing much time for others to observe his reaction.
After there seemingly endless travel through the grand chasm, Shinji finally found himself in the Sunagakure, but it wasn't quite 'Sunagakure proper' yet as the village and it's population was a bit further past the walls. Instead of heading that way however, Etsushi led them off to the right, bringing them to a somewhat ornate looking complex off to the side of the main village. From afar, the complex looked impressive and that perception was more then lived up to once they arrived at the Hyuuga complex. Looking around, Shinji had not expected such ornate beauty to exist in the Sunagakure, especially not the Koi ponds... but remarking it as just a sign of familial wealth, he continued following Etsushi over the wooden platforms until they arrived at her house.
Duly impressed with both the scale and opulence of the structure, Shinji did all he could not to hang his mouth wide open at the decorative and pristine structure where he would have assumed the desert wind would have beat that out of the house long ago. However, following Etsushi into her home, the situation changed entirely. Stopping in his tracks for a brief moment, Shinji's mouth would have remained gapingly wide open if he had not feared choking on the dust which caked the floor of the house like freshly fallen snow over a field. the home had all the charm and beauty of a haunted mansion, the floors creaking under the sounds of Etsushi and her student's footsteps leading down the only non dusty path. Following behind a bit warily, Shinji looked around in confusion as to how anyone could allow their own house to fall into such a state of disrepair.
Shaking his head at the scene, Shinji simply continued forward through the next room when he started to notice the dried blood patterns which were the only decoration he could find in the entire house. "Love what you've done with the place Etsushi..." Shinji said in a dry, yet sarcastic tone... "I really like how the dried blood on the walls accentuates the fluffy texture of the dust covered floors. It's truly artistic of you to combine the filth of the human condition alongside the inevitable bloodshed our outcry against that filth creates."
Not really expecting a response from the Lady, Shinji simply continued following her through the house, signs of incredibly amounts of struggle and bloodshed only presenting themselves more and more throughout the dust covered home. Shinji couldn't be sure, but from the amount of dried blood and the literal carpeting of dust in the rooms... it would seem that a large battle of some kind took place here and that since then, Etsushi has either not bothered to clean up... or perhaps in a solemn way, was leaving it as it was as a scarred memory of her life. Clearly she used this house as there was a pathway of non-dust for them to walk on, but everything else was left. It would seem that Etsushi's cold demeanor might have been more then a facade, but rather a true representation of some horribly traumatic event scarring her.
Finally reaching their finally destination after their romp through the lovely house of death, Shinji found himself in a pristine room, well kept and rather large and comfortable. Listening intently as Etsushi gave the grand tour, pointing out what each set of doors led out to, Shinji waited for her to finish and then immediately pounced at the opportunity to speak once... "Quite the place you have here. I will say however, that it's nice that you have a room which is NOT guaranteed to suffocate us in our sleep, at least not by means of the dust filled air. Tell me, do you keep the entire house in a state of perpetual gloom for a reason?... because otherwise I'd be happy to clean up for you a little bit as thanks for allowing us to stay. Iwagakure ninja have a fun little trick for cleaning up dust filled rooms and caverns... ya know, since we deal with it all the time. Would you like that?... or does the 'Don't touch anything' command extend to the dust on the floor?" Shinji then waited for a response... an unbearable smirk plastered across his face as he awaited the Lady's response with anticipation.[Chakra Reserves: 40 / ∞] [Stamina : 79/85]

Kiyoshi Hyuga ???|| Genin|| Weapon|| Byakugan || Raiton Kiyoshi followed closely behind Etsushi, as they entered a familiar house. It hadn't changed at all since he left, and despite all the blood and dust it was comforting because it was one of the only places he called home. As Etsushi gestured Kiyoshi entered the main dojo, he didn't want to say anything but he knew not to keep to close to Etsushi when their were visitors. Remembering the people who visited from Mist, Kiyoshi would try and be on guard. Jishaku Furimawasu |The Gold Lightning of Kumo|Ninjutsu Specialist|Elemental Control Sunaton(Sand)/Jiton(Magnetism)|Kumogakure|Raiton|Jounin|
As Jishaku who called himself Jin for the time being entered the compound, he rolled his eyes a bit as he walked behind everyone. He expected nothing less from the Hyuuga clan, and hated how clean everything looked. To him it looked like a mental patient went around constantly cleaning everything. It made him wonder if the Hyuuga's Byakugan ability gave way to high rates of obsessive compulsive disorder because of its ability to give the user a high attention to detail. When they neared the end of the block he gathered by the sheer size and ostentatious nature of what surrounded it, that Etsushi must have been the head of the clan, or at least the head of the Hyuuga chapter in Sunagakure. As they entered the home however, Jin found himself surprised.
It seemed that Etsushi lived a very careless life, not bothering to resotore the parts of the home she didn't use to their former glory. Furthermore, she didn't even bother to clean the blood stains from what may have been past attacks, or even just attacks from her by what Jin could tell from her demeanor. As Shinji spoke, Jin stayed silent as his eyes continued to wander. The more he found out about her, the more Jishaku seemed to take an interest in this apparently demented woman. Like himself, she apparently didn't give a crap about anything else but herself really. Opening a door and allowing everyone in, he found it fitting that the only clean part of the house was the attached dojo. She must have stayed within its quarters, which meant that she valued her training over a lot of things.
Nodding to her, Jin walked towards the outside bath first. Dressing down, he folded his clothes and placed them on a stand next to the shower while running himself a warm bath. Getting in, he let out a sigh of relief. All this dirt, dust, and sand was starting to annoy Jishaku, even by his own lazy standards. It was everywhere in Suna, and he couldn't seem to escape it. It was the same with Iwa as far as dust was concerned, and he gathered that the land the two countries were on wasn't meant to be lived in. Taking a long deep breath, he submerged himself in the waiter to think, leaving his eyes open to watch above. "Just how long is it going to take the Kazekage to get around to doing his job? Geeze, I thought I could care less! This crap is forcing me to stay in this dump longer than I expected, freaking ridiculous." [Chakra points Total: 159/169]

She had wished they had all took it in stride like Kiyoshi did when he first saw it. Or even Zane who had taken a look at the house and told her, it had suited her personality wise. She bit back her irritation, reminding herself that it would not do good political wise to kill an Iwa nin, even if they're village had just been disbanded.
Etsushi tilted her head back, surveying the ceiling as she heard Jin leave the dojo and go to the bath. Looking back at the three remaining nin, she frowned deeply, "Yes there's a reason I keep the rest of my house that way. No, I do not want you to clean it," she answered him. After all, it served as a reminder to her of what happened those years ago. She took off her cloak, revealing her injured state due to living in the wilderness for weeks after Zane's invasion on Suna. Her left hand, which had been hidden under the folds of her kimono was now seen clutched close to her chest, wrapped in bandage and slightly blood. She took no notice of this.
"We can start training now," she said slipping off her shoes and moving to stand on the wooden floor of the dojo.

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Hoping to have illicited more of a conversational response out of the woman, Shinji was instead met with the same cold demeanor and a few brief statements which served to shut him down completely. Greatly annoyed by this, Shinji sighed deeply as it seemed no one in this group was any fun and decided simply to sit back and wait his turn to use the bath after Jin was finished. At least that was what he planned until he saw Etsushi remove her cloak, revealing what seemed like a serious injury. Shinji couldn't tell if the blood on the bandaging was fresh or old, but regardless, it did even more to explain the expertise of the woman standing in front of him.
Sure, the village seemed shorthanded on escorts, but they had allowed two foreign ninja into the village under the supervision of a woman who only had one usable arm. Unless this woman was a master of chakra control, that meant no ninjutsu, and limited taijutsu... and yet still, she was considered the best person to watch over two unknown ninja, both of reportedly higher rank then her two students. Having a new found respect for the woman, as well as moved with compassion for her wound, Shinji stepped forward to offer his services once more in an attempt to alleviate any stress the teaching might cause her in a weakened state.
"I apologize if my previous statements were of any offense to you lady Etsushi... I was only trying to make light of the situation. Please, allow me to make up for my words by taking care of the training for you if I can. I am perfectly capable of training any ninjutsu to your students so long as I have a scroll of the technique and I am proficient in a fair amount of Doton and some Katon as well. I would be more then happy to assist your students so that you can preserve your energy. That is, unless of course the training is something non-ninjutsu related..."
Shinji tried to be sincere with his offer, but wasn't sure how it came off. Hopefully, she wouldn't see it as pity for her injury, as it was far from anything like that. There was also the possibility that the training would involve something he couldn't train... in which case, it looked like he might have to sit it out on the sidelines. Either way, Shinji simply waited for a response from the woman, no longer wearing a smile, but rather adopting a calm look, one which would bend to her will in the situation. Niajhay Yamamoto
An inpatient niajhay was getting very annoyed but then he calmed down when kiyoshi asked a question.Sand element? Now that he mentioned it confused him to what was the sand element there were only five in the world that he knew off then he remembered the story of a ma who was beyond that a man who supposedly had ying and yang chakra type but that was only a story he remembered when he was kid supposedly this man was the first one to use chakra too and was the one who taught it to people.Niajhay shook his head of the idea but the he mumbled to him self maybe."Erm sensei i have also heard of many stories of great ninjas who have exceeded the limits of the ordinary and have combined elements together and even create a new one all together and there are some who can harness the power of chakra beasts and come with unbelievable odds these are only story's my step parents have told me but when your an academy student u don't really know much. But i want to know is it real can we all achieve a higher purpose?Niajhays attitude changed as he become more serious no more focused he new that the answer he was about to get would be the one that could even change the way what type of ninja he wanted to be when he was older focusing his eyes at etushi whilst clenching his sword waiting impatiently for an answer from the woman. No one will ever tame this animal I have become. ..................................................................................................................................................✖✖✖✖✖ Etsushi starred at Shinji for a few moments after he had finished speaking, "You're too honest," she mumbled. She bowed her head in respecful thanks, "Unfortunately, Kiyoshi's training is only something I can teach him. But Niajhay's affinity is Katon, so there might be something there you could work with. To the best of my knowledge, he has received no previous training," she answered him, looking to the genin for confromation.
When Kiyoshi spoke, she turned to him fully, frowning deeply as her two students asked her both questions. She seemed to hestitate before stepping into the kitchen. She came back, with a folded poster in her hand and a marker.
"As taught to any Academy student, there are five main affinities," she said writing out the Kanji for Katon(Fire), Fuuton(Wind), Raiton(Lightning), Doton(Earth), and Suiton(Water) with arrows pointing clockwise to the next affinity, "Everybody has an affinity, and it's said that certain affinities are genetic. For example, the Uchiha's have a genetic Katon affinity. That isn't to say that only Uchiha's have Katon affinities."
She began to write more kanji in a circle on the outside of the five affinities. Hyouton(Ice), Shakuton(Scorching), Enton(Blaze), Jiton(Magnetisim), Suna (Sand), Bakuton (Explosion), Ranton (Storm), Mokuton (Wood), Youton (Lava), Futton (Boil), and Shouton (Crystal)*. "These affinites are sub par's of the original five. For example, Hyouton is a branch of Suiton. However the majority of these branch affinities are only allowable to be acheived through kekkei genkai, for example, once again Hyouton."
She put the poster down and closed the marker with a click, turning back to the three, "The Sand Affinity is, of in itself a branch of Doton(Earth) simply because, although a different affinity of itself, sand is nothing more than incredibly small rocks and pebbles. The previous Kazekage Gaara, was the first known user of Suna. It was thought that he could control it because he was a Jinchuriki, but even after the tailed beast was removed from him, he still had control over sand. As such he began to develop jutsu that allowed other users such as myself to be able to control sand much like a Doton user controls earth. Since then, although rare, people with the main affinity for it have popped up. The jutsu's are however a carefully guarded secret for Suna and considered an S-class secret since they are a village jutsu, much like Mokuton(wood) is a Konoha jutsu."
"However you are correct in assuming that people over the ages have developed new jutsu's by combining two other affinities. Yukigakure nin were able to create a different type of Ice-release from Hyouton (Ice) by drawing on the already existing snow and ice in the area. They did this by combining Sution (water) and Fuuton (wind)*," she answered, her voice cracking a little towards the end due to the fact that she hadn't talked this much since before Shi was alive.

Jishaku Furimawasu |The Gold Lightning of Kumo|Ninjutsu Specialist|Elemental Control Sunaton(Sand)/Jiton(Magnetism)|Kumogakure|Raiton|Jounin|
Gasping for air as he came up from under the water, Jishaku gathered he was under for just over ten minutes. For a Kumo-nin who lived in the mountains with good chakra control, it wasn't a surprising feat that his lung capacity was higher than most shinobi from the great five other than mist-nin, who just as well lived within a mountain range. Jishaku loved the feeling he got when he gasped for air, it was as if his body cared for nothing else but to survive. The man pushed his body to that limit constantly, having grown too skilled for the normal spar. Finishing his bath, he got out and dried himself before getting dressed. In the Hyuuga compound, there didn't seem to be much sand if at all which Jishaku found to be delightful. For once it seemed, he escaped the dust and dirt he was to be surrounded with for quite some time.
Walking back into the house, Jin stumbled into Etsushi explaining sub-elements. Of course the man didn't mention it and hid what would have been a wild grin very well, but he was in fact a master of Sunaton. Just as well, he dared not correct Etsushi while she spoke especially in her own home. He felt as if that alone would set the ill-tempered woman off, although had he not been undercover he would've served to do just that.
It was not Gaara who was the first known user of sunaton, but Shukakku himself. It was a technicality, but still the truth in his eyes. The second thing he took note of, was that it was actually the Kazekage before Gaara's father who was the first human to observe and manipulate a substance (iron powder) in a way to mimic the ability without being the host of the one-tailed demon. The man was a genius by all accounts having studied a previous Shukakku host to attempt to copy the movement style of the techniques and before Gaara, was considered the strongest Kazekage to have lived. By using jiton in conjunction with iron powder, he created a similar and quite devastating affect. The second man to create the effect but with gold dust, was in fact Gaara's father. The gold was heavier and so posed as a greater defense and stronger offense against just sand. Had it not been completely suspicious of "Jin" to mention that he was an expert of sunaton given the fact that he stole the style as a chuunin and learned it, he would have mentioned that not only was he a sunaton master, but that he had mastered the use of iron sand and gold dust as well. The young man was an outright genius, and he knew it too. Jishaku viewed this endeavor as nothing more than a puzzle, and even as a child he enjoyed very much solving each and every one he came across.
It seemed however, that Jishaku was not needed as far as teaching anyone anything was concerned, at least for the moment. He knew nothing of katon, and would continue to pretend to know nothing of sunaton until the time was right. So, he causally leaned against the outermost wall with his right leg up and his arms crossed. He really had nothing to do except for watch, and he didn't enjoy it. He found himself bored already, wishing to engage himself in something more interesting. Who knew though, he might see something that caught his attention.
((Sorry if the real and fake name switches are confusing you guys! Oh, and I researched jiton and sunaton a while back when I was making this character Shira if you wonder why I knew all that stuff out of nowhere haha. EDITED FOR CONTENT[Chakra points Total: 159/169]

Kiyoshi Hyuga ???|| Genin|| Weapon|| Byakugan || Raiton Kiyoshi listened quietly as Etsushi explained the process of sub-elements. It just caused him to be more engaged. Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Shinji simply smirked and let a small 'Hmmph' escape his lips as he heard Etsushi say that he was too honest. it was probably true, but it was also a quality of the young man that helped others to accept him and which made him a more trustworthy individual. He supposed that perhaps to some, honesty would appear to be a weakness, especially in the ninja world where secrecy was required by many. Shinji was never good with subtlety however, so the comment more or less bounced off of him and restored the grin on his face. Shinji looked to the young student when Etsushi did to see if he would confirm what she said, curious to see how the boy would respond. If indeed he had had no prior training, Shinji would have to start from the very beginning. he had hoped that the academy in Suna at least taught the basics of ninjutsu.
Amidst his thought, Etsushi had left and then arrived back in the room with a board to explain what Shinji believed these Genin should already know. He cast a quick glance at Jin as well since he had just emerged from washing up, but quickly looked back to Etsushi to see how she taught. After a few seconds, it was clear that the woman was not particularly practiced in teaching others, but she was doing a well enough job of explaining the basic concepts. However, when she began to explain the Kekkei Genkai, Shinji had some differences of opinion. Overall, Shinji would not consider the Kekkei Genkai subsets of the original elements, as they were more fusions then anything else, producing something completely different. Hyouton was not a 'branch' of Suiton so to speak, but rather it's own entity requiring Suiton and Fuuton to produce... but it was a small detail easily overlooked.
As to the 'Sand' element being proclaimed a branch of Doton however, Shinji had vastly more to say considering it was his primary element and the one he was most knowledgeable of, but he quickly bit his lip from correcting her as it would be improper to do so in front of her students. Shinji listened closely as she explained the other concepts of this 'Sand Affinity' which was foreign to him... as was the discussion of a Jinchuuriki. The terms caught his attention and he would be sure to research them, but he was fascinated to learn that the Sunagakure through the ages had somehow developed a form of ninjutsu based on using the environment of Sand around them. Naturally, it wasn't too hard to believe that Suna ninja would develop a Sand Release branch of Ninjutsu, controlling the sand much like Doton controls earth, mud, or rock... but it was a new form of ninjutsu that Shinji had never heard of.
Thinking back however, the discussion brought Shinji's mind back to one of the opponents he had faced in the Chuunin exams... a seemingly young boy who had had the power to turn large amounts of stone into sand, which he had used in an attempt to trap Shinji several times. It was only now that Shinji considered that it might be this 'Sand Affinity' that Etsushi was referring to... but then again... that boy's techniques weren't just controlling sand... it was making it as well, as would be hard for Shinji to forget considering an avalanche of it almost crushed him. even stranger still, most of the time the boy made no hand seals. As the memories flooded back, Shinji smiled at the thought of meeting the child again and having a rematch, but snapped back to Etsushi's speech just in time to hear her say that it was rare for people to have the ability naturally and that the techniques were a carefully guarded technique of the village, much like Mokuton of Konoha.
Again, Shinji bit his lip as Mokuton was a Kekkei Genkai, requiring a certain genetic profile to use whereas the Sand Release seemed to be a separate entity, but he let it slide. In the end, Etsushi could teach the young boy whatever she wanted... it wasn't really his concern in the end how accurate the child's knowledge was. disagreeing once again with her final statement, Shinji simply let it go and turned his attention back to the boy he was suppose to begin training and waited for a response from him, or a reaction to what Etsushi had said. for starters, Shinji figured the room would be large enough to teach Katon in, but he would have felt better doing it outside. he would just have to be careful to point the Genin in the right direction and be ready with some water just in case.[Chakra Reserves: 40 / ∞] [Stamina : 77/85]
