Special Markings: Two sets of horns that wind up from his skull (one like ram horns, the other more like a gazelle); Multiple sets of eyes - one "normal", one "slitted" and slightly above the first set, and a final set above that (may also show as one vertical eye, rather than two -- and all but the "normal" set are typically hidden/closed); scars on chest/muzzle; under-colour of fur changes depending on mood**
Important Traits: Shape-shifting capabilities (fixed mass**). He is generally found in biped form - digit-grade feet and mostly humanoid hands; fangs are very sharp. His coat is a deep deep black, but there are undertone colors that change to reflect what he's feeling - if one knows how to read them.
Personality: Fractured and less-than-the-real-Khia; this version of Khiarhu has some major issues with his "lack of reality". Fragment has none of the vicious madness that the Gallu did, nor does he have the stability of character that Khiarhu did -- rather, he's very mercurial in his mental-state and has a fairly fanatical obsession with becoming something More.
There was never meant to be a third fragment; when the unicorn, Miako stabbed her horn through the Gallu-possessed "original" Khiarhu, a smaller, third piece of Khia and the inner darkness splintered off and flew into a corner of the sub-space that protected it from the destructive powers of the pure-unicorn horn.
That was Fragment.

**"Fixed Mass" means that Khiarhu's shape-shifting adheres to the laws of science. He can shift into many different objects, but the "end" mass must remain the same. For instance, he could not shape-shift into a small paper-clip, but he could shift into decent-sized desk/chair.

Personality: Xia Lu Ling has proven to be fairly even tempered despite the effect his host's twisted and mercurial nature has had on him during the rebirth process. He is fiercely loyal and utterly devoted to the Twin Crown; tolerant and semi-fatherly to the spawn Fragment made with Ashoka and treats mortals as valued subjects. Even so, there is a playful-if-cunning side to him; he enjoys toying with others and playing mind games to get what he wants from others.
A thirst for knowledge of both the past and present -- the past is gnaws at this Dragon King. The past is something that he would like to know quite badly; more so that his effectiveness in his post is higher and his understanding of things broader rather than because of any wish to reclaim who he once was or a sense of loss due to the Fading and failed attempts at rebirth.

Khiarhu is the Original, the starting point from where Fragment came and as such is a large focus to his life and his main reason for continuing to seek an existence outside the InBetween. The two are similar physically but mentally and emotionally they are wholly different beings.
Khiarhu's Tome can be found here for those curious about the past and what lead to Fragment's "birth".

Personality: Khia is a generally warm-hearted fuzz-ball with a strong sense of honor, loyalty, and right/wrong. He's highly intelligent despite the slightly "retarded" manner of speech he effects because of how incompatible a muzzle is with the spoken word; also, he is very athletic and enjoys physically tasking pursuits as much as a bookworm might enjoy a good book.
As the shape-shifter has grown, he has become a little more violent in temperament; becoming prone to sparks of anger and fits where he is almost uncontrollable though these mood swings and tendencies were very likely due in large part to the goings on of the Wizard and Edict during the MetaPlot. Only time will tell.
**It has long since been noted that there was a lot more to the answer Syrie gave that day, however - this is the only one that was ever recorded into Khiarhu's Tome.

Notes on Growing:
Jewel An Edelsteine has four stages. Purchasers will be given a jewel. These jewels contain the essence and magic of a specific type of deity/power/influence. The jewel will be implanted into the owner's body and will begin to form a connection to the owner's soul.
-At this stage, your rp is focussed on the slow wakening of the deity withing the mind of your character, and the beginning changes.
-At this stage, the magic of the deity is wholly limited to the host body and just barely to their environment. Their magic is not yet regained enough to form attacks on other players outside of plain brawl and melee that the body is capable of. It cannot form influence over others either. Such as: a deity if Thought could not yet use telepathy to read another person's mind as a jewel, just their host's.
-Use a "OOC:" when rping or storytelling at this stage, please. That will help other players and readers to delineate.
Morphs The morph is the second stage. It will replace the jewel in the owner's signature, showing the beginning chrysalis of merging between the jewel soul power and the soul of the owner. This process may be interpreted as painful, not painful, fast, slow, whatever, depending on the jewel.
-At this stage, the deity is either in process of destroying the hosts mind/soul, is trying to merge with the hosts mind to try to keep some shard of them alive, or maybe some other option. Talk it over with me if you have a fun idea.
-At this stage, deities are not reborn yet. Abilities of the host are still partially usable/manifest. Abilities of the deity are basic at best. Maybe one small magic is available to them, and not with great control over it. And example of this would be a water deity being able to fill a glass of water, and that's all.
-You will be given a small portrait image to use in thread rp. It has come to my attention that ooc chat and rp chat may be confused. So by providing these portraits at this "active" rp stage it should help clear that up a bit.
-Certifications include powers to avoid excessive God-modding.

Youth A "youth", the third stage of the Edelsteine, is the deity reborn. This means that everything is now the deity's, it is their mind, their body, their soul now.
-the original host character, provided they have not been destroyed by the deity, only exists as a whisper, a conscience, or a voice in the mind of the deity. None of their powers remain. They cannot control the body. They were sacrificed for the rebirth of the deity, and if they still exist in that smallest sense, it was only at the desire of the immortal whom is beyond their puny mortal comprehension. Maybe a mannerism of the host, such as sucking on their hair, or liking the color blue, is still apparent. But not much beyond that. -These creatures have minor powers associated with their fields of influence.
-These creatures are NOT AT THEIR FULL STRENGTH. A youth deity is a deity with no followers, no believers, no influx of any human regard to return them to their full glory and power. Just as lack of followers or cult is what made them forgotten and killed them, it is what keeps them from becoming great and powerful again.
-Certifications include powers to avoid excessive God-modding.

Deity The final and rarest stage of the Edelsteine.
-It is not a necessary stage of development, however if achieved the deity is at full strength. They can influence the world in major way. Their powers are at FULL STRENGTH. (please not this doesn't give any player the right to kill another player's character without consent.)

These many be pictorial, prose, poetry, or the like.
