Yakekoge Clan

“Legend has it, they were a cult of sadistic shinobi who were born with the mark of the devil. Their people disappeared from the face of the planet just overnight... perhaps a higher being punished them for what they were doing.”

The Yakekoge Clan was once a prestigious clan of powerful shinobi that originated in the Land of Fire. Very little is known about its history, though records state that it was founded by a highly talented shinobi that was affiliated with the Senju clan. As the clan grew, its fame grew as well, known for their powerful fire techniques that were believed to be stronger than any normal technique, even ones created by the Uchiha clan. The clan had everything – fame, fortune, power... and in the blink of an eye, everything was gone.

Legend says that its people were consumed by the flames of their own power, and in reality, this was partially true. The so called fire techniques were actually techniques from a special Kekkei Genkai that only a few select members of the clan had. The Kekkei Genkai was known as Phoenix Release, a combination of fire, wind and lightning elements to create fire that exceeds the temperature of any normal fire (2,000 degrees C or 3600 degrees F). Phoenix Release is a versatile Kekkei Genkai in that it not only could severely burn, but also had potential healing capabilities unknown to any medical-nin. Most importantly however, this Kekkei Genkai is known as Phoenix Release due to one powerful secret technique that was developed by the founder of the Yakekoge clan and the first person to hold this powerful Kekkei Genkai. Known as the ‘Phoenix Release: Divine Eternal Transcendence’, this technique was capable of granting immortality to its user at a price, and it was this technique that brought the downfall of the Yakekoge clan. At the cost of 10,000 human lives, the user of this technique would be given a permanent form of immortality – the ability to die in flames regardless of how they are killed and raise from their ashes devoid of injuries, fatigue, etc. The lust for immortality took over one young clan member who knew the secret technique, and devised a plan to test it out and become immortal. With a population of 1,492 people, the Yakekoge clan itself was not enough to fuel this technique, so the people were moved to the nearest village after their camp was ‘suddenly destroyed’, and after that night, the population dropped from 1,492 to around 20. It is unknown whether or not the technique worked, but no villagers remained, and any corpses or signs of existence could not be found.

The sudden disappearance of all its people left everyone to wonder just what happened to the Clan, and over the years, its name had slowly become associated with the word ‘cult’ and its reputation has been severely damaged to the point where distant relatives of the clan have basically disowned themselves from the clan and destroyed all records of having been associated with it. As of now, the clan is pretty much obsolete and the Kekkei Genkai is rare. Few people even know that the Phoenix Release is associated with the Yakekoge clan.

Kekkei Genkai: Phoenix Release: Combination of three nature types: fire, wind and lightning. Produces extremely bright flames that can range in temperatures from normal body temperature to over 2,000 degrees C. Trademark techniques include white flame healing and fire bird summoning. Users are known to be able to produce flames on virtually any part of their body without being burnt and can freely manipulate any fire around them. Thus, it's best to fight them with mid to long ranged attacks and avoid their flames at all cost. Users of Phoenix Release are generally lacking in defence as long/mid-ranged energy based attacks and gaseous attacks (ie. poison gas) can slip through any walls or defensive structures made of fire that they create, but are completely protected from projectiles due to the fact that they will melt when they come in contact with the flames. Phoenix Release also takes massive amounts of chakra as the flames run not on oxygen but on the chakra poured in, thus the users will tire much more easily, especially if they don’t undergo intensive training. The fire can’t be put out in conventional ways, but it also means that anything that catches on fire as a result of this attack will not burn for long once the chakra runs out, but if the flame leads to the production of natural fire, then the flames will burn as they normally do until someone puts them out.

Name: Natural Control
Rank: N/A
Classification: N/A
Description: All members of the Yakekoge clan have a natural affinity for the use of fire. They are able to control any flame that is in the area or that which they create, and use it in any way they please. It gives the user more of an opportunity to use the flames in ways that would catch an opponent off guard. Being ones that can control fire, they have to be first in control of their own emotions. If they happen to become angry, flames may start to appear in the area, injuring or killing those close by, setting a building or several buildings ablaze, or killing the user. Flames used change color and potency in accordance to the user's emotions.
Normal: The flames seem normal, and burn with the heat of any other Katon technique.
Angry: The flames are a deep red in colour. They burn hotter than all others, giving them a +1 boost in rank. For instance a C Rank Katon technique or a C Rank Phoenix Release is used. They will act like B Rank.
Scared: The flames are a pale yellow in colour. They aren't as hot in this state, causing each Katon technique to lose a rank.
Sad: The flames are a pale blue in colour. These flames can be either higher or lower in rank. If there is a sadness around the user that was not caused by a serious, life threatening event, or the death of someone close, the flames will burn one rank lower. If it is a sadness fuelled by anger, the flames are no longer pale and will act one rank higher.

Name: Phoenix Release: Quiet Meditation
Rank: D
Classification: Supportive
Description: After taking a meditative pose and concentrating, a white flame will surround the user and burn constantly until the user loses concentration. This is believed to be one of the hardest techniques of Phoenix Release due to the sheer amount of concentration required. It is mainly used as a way of chakra training and body conditioning, learning to control the heat of one’s flames and the output of one’s chakra versus the effectiveness of a technique while getting one’s body used to the flames they create with the Kekkei Genkai. Quiet Meditation is also known to be able to slowly mend wounds if the temperature of the flame is just right, though the process is significantly slower than if the user was to be healed by a medical-nin. When used as a supplement to medical-nin healing, the healing process is completed much faster than normal.
Limitations: Concentration is the key to this technique. If one loses concentration, the flames may not appear, and if the flames are present when one loses concentration, they may go out of control and harm instead of help. Meditation when severely injured is also impossible, as it is impossible to concentrate on this technique while one is bleeding to death. Quiet Meditation does not serve as an alternate to poison antidotes.

Name: Phoenix Release: Devastating Call
Rank: C
Classification: Offensive
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will take a deep breath in and then scream at the top of her lungs. While they scream, a brilliant jet of fire will shoot out of their mouth, burning anything that gets in the way of the jet and incinerating the ground and surrounding area within a certain range of the jet. This attack ranges around 70 yards, and spreads out in a breadth of 2 centimeters. The user is also capable of manipulating the temperature of the jet, but that must be done before launching the attack.
Limitations: The attack will only work for as long as the user can scream. Once they stop, the attack will stop as well, thus if they are out of breath, then obviously the attack wouldn’t be very effective. This attack also leaves the user vulnerable to attacks from behind, so it’s best suited for when they battle one on one and the user can see their enemies.

Name: Phoenix Release: Supreme Wings

Classification: Offensive/Defensive
Description: One of the Yakekoge Clan's few defensive techniques. This creates two walls of pure flame that take on the appearance of wings. These wings can be used to defend the user from mostly all attacks, but it should be noted that the user can’t hold the technique for too long due to physical strain it puts on them. The wings may also be shaped into domes to protect the user from aerial attacks. Each wing extends from a range of 2 to 6 meters from the user's back and can be used as means of offense as well. The flames can obviously burn an individual should they make contact.
Limitations: The walls are capable of defending the user against all taijutsu attacks and all attacks involving solids or liquids, but it will leave the user susceptible to energy-based attacks, especially fire and lightning, and it will also leave them susceptible to attacks that aren’t solid or liquid. (Gas.)

Name: Phoenix Release: Majestic Rage Scatter
Rank: B
Classification: Offensive
Description: After gathering chakra in their mouth, the user will spit it out in a volley of fireballs that travels through the air at their targets. There are fifteen fireballs total that are scattered. Since it is a scattered attack, the chance that it makes any direct and/or fatal hits is low, but can be highly effective for distractions or setting up another attack.
Limitations: The attack is quite easy to dodge due to the scattered proximity. The attack does not travel far, and can only reach about 15 yards from its origin.

Name: Phoenix Release: Majestic Rage Focus
Rank: B
Classification: Offensive
Description: Similar to Majestic Rage Scatter, though instead of shooting out multiple fireballs, only one is shot out. It is about the size of a normal tire and despite being larger than the smaller fireballs, it travels much faster since more chakra is poured into it to fuel its stability and speed. It is most effective in smaller spaces where the target has less space to run around in. It can travel to a distance of 30 yards before it explodes.
Limitations: It is still rather easy to dodge this attack if one was farther away and had enough room to run.

Name: Phoenix Release: Great Wrath of the Phoenix
Rank: A
Classification: Offensive
Description: A large-scale version of Majestic Rage Focus. The fireball produced is huge and may change shape to form a phoenix. It is capable of completely destroying anything that gets consumed in it, and the ensuing explosion will cause massive damage as well as a dramatic spike in temperature that will fade once the chakra in the fireball is used up. The fireball ranges 2 yards in size. It remains in a ball until it comes fairly close to its target, then it transforms into the shape of a phoenix. Upon collision, the explosion produced spreads to a range of 10 yards indefinitely.
Limitations: This attack can only be used in any fight as it’s really a one-time hit or miss kind of attack, though even if one isn’t directly hit by the fireball, the explosion may still cause burning and severe injury depending on how close one is when it blows. (Closer means more force which could result in broken bones.)

Name: Phoenix Release: Raging Tide
Rank: A
Classification: Offensive
Description: Similar to the Devastating Call technique, though on a larger scale and without the need to scream. Raging Tide produces a large wave of fire from the user’s mouth, drowning the battlefield with flames. These flames surround the field of battle in a sea of flames that range from around 5 to 10 yards. These flames spread to another 2 yards every other one of the user's posts. The flames created are so intense that they are able to grant the user their user an environmental bonus, but only after it begins to spread.
Limitations: The attack is dangerous when used on the battlefield, especially when it comes to battling in a team. It requires the user to spend and entire post building up the amount of chakra to use this technique. It is a double edged sword, as the user can be burned by their own flames if they aren't careful, and should only be used when the user is fighting solo.

Name: Phoenix Release: Eternal Cleansing Flames
Rank: C - S
Classification: Supportive
Description: White flames surround the user’s hands, and though they burn with intense ferocity, the heat emitted from them is quite calming and soothing. When used to heal, the flames are highly effective. This technique can be used to repair just about any form of damage and works faster than standard medical ninjutsu but as opposed to using the chakra of the user to heal, the flames burn slowly using the chakra of the target being healed. As long as the flames are touching the target, the user will not have to pour their chakra into the flames to maintain them. (Basically, it’ll look like they just set someone on fire.) If used in unison with medical ninjutsu, the patient will recover significantly quicker than normal.
Limitations: Though it is not entirely necessary for the flames to heal using the patient’s chakra, it would put much less of a strain on the user during the use of this technique for them to create and maintain the fire. Normally, the user would 'light the person on fire' and let their own chakra work with the flames to heal, though in cases where the target is out of chakra, the user would have to heal them using their own. The flames will never completely use up the chakra of its host. Once it gets to a certain point where they have low chakra, the flames will automatically stop burning, and if the user attempts to heal anyone who is already low on chakra, the flames will refuse to stick to the host. If the user were to heal themself or someone lacking enough chakra using this technique, it would take massive amounts of chakra, mainly due to the fact that the flames will not stick to them or their targets, thus they must constantly maintain the flames whilst letting it feed off of their chakra in order for it to heal. The chakra drain takes place each post this move is in effect, and it takes three posts total for the effects of this technique to be complete. If a user draws on the patient's chakra, the cot is halved. This move is unable to cure poisons, or heal any wound on an individual that has sustained poisoning of any sort.

Name: Phoenix Release: Veil of the Phoenix

Classification: Offensive/Defensive
Description: One of the strongest moves that a Phoenix Release user can perform with enough skill. The user’s body will be covered in blazing hot flames, allowing them to burn their targets with a simple touch if they get close enough. The fire around their body can be freely manipulated, launching it off as fireballs or jets and streams of fire. They is capable of flying via fire manipulation.
Limitations: The sheer amount of chakra it takes to maintain this move exceeds that of any ninjutsu. Even with intensive training, The user is only able to maintain this mode for up to 4 posts before tiring out. If used in battle, the user would be risking death by using this move, especially since after its use, the user's stamina will have diminished by three quarters of its original value before this move was used, and the amount of chakra used to maintain this technique must be paid each post for up to four posts, and can only be used once per day.


Strength: Members of the Yakekoge Clan are capable of producing inextinguishable flames that burn a bright white color with heat that exceeds any normal flame. With their fire defense techniques, they are defended from physical attacks (if they can't pass through the barrier), projectile attacks (they'll melt upon contact of the flames), solid attacks (ie. Earth would turn to molten rock), and any liquid attacks (ie. water, which would turn into steam). The flames are not hindered by water or ice and can not be put out in any normal way.

Weakness: Members of this clan lack defense - their only defensive move is not impervious to attacks like poisonous clouds or fire and lightning - but exchange it for sheer raw power in the form of blazing white fires. The special moves of the Clan all come with their own set of limitations.



Rules
*Members of this clan must be of the Ninjutsu class, and cannot have Endurance attribute as Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary.
*Members of this clan must have Great Chakra Reserves as Primary attribute, due to the large cost for bloodline techniques used. Also, they must have Elemental Master and Chakra Control as Specialties.
*Katon must be the user's Primary Element.
*The user must always be in control of his/her emotions, for getting too angry may result in a large building spontaneously combusting into flames.
*In accordance to the rank, all chakra used for the Phoenix Release is doubled. So to say that a clan member uses Phoenix Release: Veil of the Phoenix, which would normally cost 15 chakra, it would now cost a whopping 30 chakra points to use.
*This clan's fire is hot enough to melt even the Hyouton clan's Kekkei Genkai.

Name of Weapon: Reluctant Marigold
Who Owns the Weapon: Mileena Mayu
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? The Reluctant Marigold was crafted by one anonymous man, who showed to have psychic powers unlike Mileena's. He could feel her power, and through some whim of fate, he decided to make this special weapon for her use. He imbued it with psychic energy, which allows easy control by anyone with Mileena's abilities. (No need to worry about the lack of detail. I didn't want to put too much of it here as this particular incidence will occur in Mileena's story in Life of a Shinobi.)

Range: Melee/50 yards

Weakness: § There is a cost to controlling this thrown weapon and controlling it as it goes. The Mental Stamina accumulates by +1 for each 10 yards the weapon is sent flying through the air. If it is to go all 50 yards, the user has to pay 5 Mental Stamina. While the weapon is being controlled via the mind, the user has to maintain that focus, and in that case, is unable to use any form of jutsu aside from their mental abilities excluding the push/pull or the enhancement.
§ The cost for this weapon's repair should the paper be cut is irrevocable. The weapon feeds upon the user's mental stamina each time the paper, which is the source of the weapon's abilities, is damaged. The cost is 2 mental stamina for each time it is damaged, regardless of the nature of the damage sustained or the size and severity. Should all the user's mental stamina be spent, and the fan sustains damage, the properties and usefulness of the fan as a weapon would be lost forever.
§ Though the high-pitched sound may not affect the user, a person which understands the Mayu bloodline and their mental prowess can easily block the sound from reaching their mind. This works in the exact same way as a mental block, which forbids any form of mental penetration. A target with a 'hacked' mind however, cannot drown out the weapon's effects.
§ The weapon can only be moved in any direction by the user three times before it has to return to them. In essence, the user may throw the weapon in any direction, which does not count as them controlling it. Then they can move it to the left once, then to the right, then move it upwards. After these three motions have been made through the user's ministrations, the weapon will automatically disobey any further commands and return to the user's hand. Each movement of the weapon with the mind can only occur once for three indefinite posts, meaning the posts don't have to be back to back, simply leaving the weapon flying around without doing anything until the user decides to continue using it, thus continuing from their last use. On the third post, if the weapon were deflected or knocked away, it would not return to the user, because the user is unable to use their mental powers to control it. It would then have to be manually retrieved before further use is possible.
§ The user isn't immune to the weapon, and can be cut or killed by it just as anyone else if he/she gets careless with it or lacks the mental discipline to properly control it. If the user had hacked a person's mind at any given time while using the weapon, this counts as a decline in focus, and so the weapon loses a post turn, which means instead of three posts, it can only be controlled for two.
§ If one were to use the wind element against this weapon, it would inevitably be knocked aside and unable to be used until the user retrieves it manually. If hit by the fire element, this weapon can be destroyed. Should the flames persist for more than one of the weapon wielder's posts, the damage dealt to the fan will be irreparable.
§ The weapon is all about mental focus by the user, and the link causes one mutual effect. If the weapon should be hit with Raiton techniques, it would be useless for a duration of five posts, and the user would feel the Raiton technique on themselves too, which would muddle their own abilities, because it is a mental weapon that is linked to the users mind. The weapon is useless for those five posts even if it is retrieved, as mental focus has dropped significantly.

Weapon Description: The Reluctant Marigold is a traditional black fan that weighs nothing more than a feather when held due to special properties. When closed, it takes on the appearance of a black senbon that reaches 0.5 centimetres in width, and 7 inches in length. This makes it quite difficult to see regardless of the position that it is being held in. When held this way, it can be thrown like a normal senbon, having very much the same effect. It can also be used in the same manner as a Kunai. When open, the fan itself is black with flower motifs all around. The edges of the fan are extremely sharp, and can cut a person even if they only barely touch the edge. If used in the right manner, it can sever even the thickest tree's trunk in one go and still persist. It is built in a way that allows easy opening without hindrance, and can be thrown and used as a projectile, reaching about 50 yards from its origin before it returns to its owner's hand. Blood never stains this weapon, no matter how many times it cuts through a person, the blood seems to simply slide off of it.

Special Properties/Abilites: Psychic Manipulation
§ This weapon has special properties which allow use by members of the Mayu bloodline only. This is so for the main reason that they are the only ones who can utilize the weapon's natural properties and control it with their minds. It moves freely in any direction that the user gestures, and can never be lost or used by another, as a special connection is formed between the user and this weapon.
§ No matter how much one may try to destroy this weapon, it proves futile. The Reluctant Marigold was crafted to withstand wearing or tearing, and it has been built to challenge even the most powerful of blades or raw strength. Try as you might, this weapon will never break unless the user is at a loss for mental stamina. The paper will repair itself immediately using the user's mental stamina as a catalyst should it sustain damage, so it is virtually indestructible as long as the user's mental stamina is available. The edges rival that of any blade, just as sharp and deadly in every way. If the weapon were struck in between the blade and the fan, as unlikely as it may seem due to the speed at which it moves, the blade would dislodge from the paper, rendering the weapon altogether useless for the remainder of that fight.
§ As it moves through the air, a kind of high-pitched sonic is transmitted to the mind of the person it comes close to. So if it is to fly close to a person and pass them, that person will hear a 'tolling' sound in their head that causes them to lose focus for a very short time. The sound changes delicately in pitch each time it passes, so a person cannot adjust their hearing to accept any single sound.
§ As hinted before, this weapon can be controlled at will by any of the Mayu bloodline, regardless of their rank or original power. It can be moved in any direction the user pleases, and once all movements have been issued, the weapon will return to the user in a slow manner, teetering in the air in several directions as if it does not want to return to its owner. This is the reason it was given the name Reluctant Marigold.
§ Due to the link between wielder and this weapon, the user is able to place a telekinetic barrier around the weapon if/when it is attacked. The barrier cannot last for more than a single post with the barrier around it, and the same cool off time is required before the shield can be used again. If the shield were used on the weapon, then the user would be at a loss of the shield for the same duration of time. The shield would only be as powerful as the users current rank, and it does much the same thing that it would should the user had used it on themself. The cost for using the shield is half of what it would originally cost to use to protect the user. So in this case, where it would naturally cost Mileena 2 mental stamina and 2 chakra points or 4 mental stamina, it would instead cost 1 mental stamina and 1 chakra point or 2 mental stamina.

Poison Name: Tainted Love

Poison Type (Custom, or Private): Private
Poison Duration: First the user rolls a four-sided die to determine how soon the poison will take effect after it comes into contact with the target(s). After this is done and the time comes for the poison to take effect, the user rolls an eight-sided die to determine how long the poison lasts. Whichever number it lands on becomes the post duration.
Can multiple doses of this poison stack? If so, explain in the effect: No
Creation Time and Method (per dose): The poison takes a duration of five indefinite posts to make, and the creator must have complete silence and concentration. This poison is never made with the same properties more than once, but the effects remain the same. This was devised to give medical ninjas a hard time in finding an antidote. The recipe changes each time and only one ingredient remains constant. It is a plant that produces many different types of allergens in its pollen in random cycles. The creator of this poison would have to spend an indefinite amount of posts travelling to a certain hidden area to receive this ingredient.
Number of doses you can carry at one time: Three.
Special Storage/Activation Conditions (if any): This poison is stored in a small heart-shaped necklace around Mileena's neck. The black, elastic string is concealed by the sleeves of Mileena's outfit, and the emerald heart-shaped pendant is hidden within her clothes between her breasts. If the target is under stress (has less than half their total stamina), the poison will take effect immediately without the need for a die roll. One batch of the poison has the same effects throughout its use. A batch of this poison cannot be dumped to make another, and as such, the entire batch must be used before a new batch is made.
Method of Affliction (ingestion, inhalation, wound, etc.) and area range effect, if it's an airborn toxin : It can be ingested or rubbed in a wound.
Poison Effect (if multiple doses cause their effects to stack, explain what happens per dose stacked): The poison acts the same regardless of the amount imbibed. It affects a person's body slowly after use in various, indefinite ways. Depending on the amount of posts required before the final effect takes place, the target(s) will start to experience problems in certain parts of his/her body, and the effect lasts until the post limit is met as stated in the duration. The target has to roll a ten sided die as soon as the time comes for the poison to take effect. The effects are as follows:
1. The targets right leg becomes paralyzed
2. The targets left leg becomes paralyzed.
3. The targets right arm becomes paralyzed.
4. The targets left arm becomes paralyzed.
5. The target(s) alternates each post with blurred vision, double vision and severe dizziness. The cycle repeats itself in this way for as long as the poison lasts.
6. Involuntarily invokes an increase in hormonal factor and the epinephrine, in other words, causes an adrenaline rush within said individual(s). An adrenaline rush being an abrupt surge of energy that leaves the individual feeling weary afterwards, the person will expend twice the amount of stamina they normally use as long as the poison is within them. This is a double-edged sword however, as the victim gains a +1 rank to all physical stats except toughness. i.e. strength, agility, speed.
7. Loss of feeling in the target's lower body.
8. Loss of feeling in the target's upper body.
9. The target's lucky break. Nothing happens to the target during the lasting of the poison. In the case of a jinchuuriki however, should they roll a 9, they will lose their bijuu's rapid healing ability.
10. A sharp headache that causes a loss of 1 point stamina each post.
What is the poison's color, odor, and taste if any (and how potent are the odor/taste)? This poison has no set color, odour, or taste, which makes it rather difficult to detect.

Aside from doubling the amount of time it takes for the poison to affect the target, how does Poison Resistance (a perk of the Toughness attribute) effectively half the effect of your poison?: In the case of an individual with the Toughness attribute, the die roll is especially easy for them. The time taken for the poison to take effect is doubled, and the time the poison lasts is halved. Aside from 9, the effects from 1-4 are rendered void, and they are unaffected by the stamina drain at 6. They do still feel the adrenaline rush however, and all their physical stats increase by +1 all the same.

Physical Description: Mileena is very small. She lacks the height of most of her peers and her body is slight in the sense that she has no physical strength whatsoever. Her beautiful silver hair extends to just below the center of her back, but she always wears it just below her shoulders. She adorns it with two pure white feathers and and two brown beads. Her attire does not do her beauty justice. She wears a simple black sleeveless shirt with white linings around the place where the sleeves would start, a simple pair of black pants, and her Ninja shoes. A strange tattoo has been on the upper section of her left hand since birth, but she has yet to figure out its meaning. She carries only various small weapons. She also has a small notebook in a small pouch on her waist.

Personality: Mileena has this constant air of peace and quietude around her. She doesn't speak at all, for the simple reason that it is not possible for her. She is always calm no matter the situation, and her eyes betray no emotions. She never smiles or tries to make friends, and people see this as her being self-centered and unwilling to share her feelings. Though Mileena has the ability to speak to people telepathically, she refrains from exploiting this talent. She does not think it necessary to pry into the sanctity of a person's mind, and so whenever the need arises for her to communicate with someone, she writes in a small notebook she always carries.

Behavior: Mileena is quiet no matter the situation. Even in the company of an Elder, her eyes remain passive and she regards them in the same manner she does everyone else.

~Quite arguably an Assassin's most valuable skill... the very essence of Stealth is that others cannot see you, and makes it harder for Sensors to sense your chakra. This means, more or less that you are invisible to the eye and to the senses by some means, either chakra-based, or by understanding how to disguise yourself in a crowd so as not to be seen.~

~Members of the Assassin Ninja Class are also the ONLY ninja who can [CRAFT POISON]. These ninja are immune to the poisons they create. Assassins can create up to 3 'Public' Poisons, which any other assassin can obtain in some way or another, and which ordinary ninja can access the antidotes for within their villages. Additionally, an Assassin can create 1 'Private' Poison, which only they have access to, and which only they have the antidote for.

Tweak: Giving up Genjutsu to learn one Kenjutsu style.

Mileena has decided to ensconce herself into the Assassin Ninja Class because it fits perfectly with her life altogether. The Stealth is like second nature to her, as she has mastered the art of silence since birth. She could move around without making so much as the sound of a single footstep carry. The Crafting Poison trait fits well also for the fact that it requires and intelligent person to develop the skill. Her mind is far more developed than most, and so creating her own brands of poison became easier through the years.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Intelligence

Benefit: All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required.

Combat Ability: Additionally, a ninja with this attribute can spend a post to "Analyze" an opponent allowing them to learn something specific about them, or understand the secret behind a technique or style. This also allows them to more easily dodge whatever attack is coming next, or make their next attack more likely to hit.

Secondary Attribute: Cunning

Benefit: +1/2 rank to all Genjutsu. Able to think quickly to dodge/counter incoming attacks, and able to more easily detect traps set by an enemy. Their traps are also more effective then others, increasing their chances of working. Cunning ninja are also affected less by the manipulative effects of those with the 'Sexy Attribute'... though they would still be rather attracted to them.

Tertiary Attribute: Great Chakra Reserves

These two don't really mend, but I chose Great Chakra Reserves because it provides the user an additional +1/10 chakra points. [For every 10 points of chakra a user has, they receive an additional 1 point of chakra]

Tertiary Attribute: Sexy

Sexy was chosen because she has that natural beauty and inscrutability that would cause people to become enticed by her.

She is one of the smartest individuals you will ever meet, though she doesn't flaunt it. It will seem as if she is peering into your very soul as she analyses you. She is quick-witted and takes only seconds to think of a solid plan to overthrow her adversaries. Her sexiness comes from her beauty as well as her enigmatic persona. People become mystified by her for the fact that they cannot really understand her. And the Great Chakra reserves work wonders when she finds herself in a sticky situation.


Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

Weapon Description: The Reluctant Marigold is a traditional black fan that weighs nothing more than a feather when held due to special properties. When closed, it takes on the appearance of a black senbon that reaches 0.5 centimetres in width, and 7 inches in length. This makes it quite difficult to see regardless of the position that it is being held in. When held this way, it can be thrown like a normal senbon, having very much the same effect. It can also be used in the same manner as a Kunai. When open, the fan itself is black with flower motifs all around. The edges of the fan are extremely sharp, and can cut a person even if they only barely touch the edge. If used in the right manner, it can sever even the thickest tree's trunk in one go and still persist. It is built in a way that allows easy opening without hindrance, and can be thrown and used as a projectile, reaching about 50 yards from its origin before it returns to its owner's hand. Blood never stains this weapon, no matter how many times it cuts through a person, the blood seems to simply slide off of it.

Special Properties: Allows the user to control the weapon through telekinesis and render it nearly impossible to break.
