Tried getting this through a while ago, but.... I don't know. Discussion about it just stopped sweatdrop ? Changes: -Increased chakra cost for Kamaitachi and Dance (3 per post). -Kamaitachi can't be used while in Chakram form or while using Dance, but it can be maintain while using Dance. -Kamaitachi's chakra blade isn't invisible, it's just really hard to see. -Size of chakram form specified to be the length of Setsuna's forearm. Kagetsukiko Well, not sure if this will pass since it's kind of like a lightsaber the way chakra is used to make a completely different weapon out of it. I don't know, figured that I might as well try sweatdrop ? By the way, we can modify our weapons as we rank up, right?  Name of Weapon: Loki (separately, they're Luki and Noki) Who Owns the Weapon: Setsuna Watanuki Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Setsuna created it herself as something useful that she could fiddle with whenever she was alone. It's taken her several years to make and even now she keeps on adding on to it. Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m ~ 20m) Weakness: The yo-yos are made almost completely out of metal so until Setsuna builds up a resistance to electricity, their ability to conduct electricity makes it easy for raiton users to shock her. Likewise, but to a much lesser effect, they also conduct heat so katon users might also have a bit of an advantage until Setsuna builds up resistance to heat. Weapon Description: Loki is a pair of coal-black yo-yos called Luki and Noki when they're referred to separately. Obviously, as weapons, they're made out of a light, durable metal that is much tougher than the plastic that most toy yo-yos are made out of and even the usual normal string is replaced by 20m of metal wires instead. To add to their usefulness as weapons, Luki and Noki also have a pair of slightly curved blades attached to opposite ends of each of them, one blade on each disk. The blades are sharp on the inside of the curve but dull on the outside, allowing Setsuna to control whether or not the yo-yos cut or simply attack bluntly. Luki and Loki can also be used as tops thanks to the conical extensions sprouting from the center of each of the two sides of each yo-yo. Special Properties/Abilites: To sum up the special properties and abilities of this weapon, Loki is able to conduct Setsuna's chakra to either extend its reach or offer precise control. Furthermore, it's ability to conduct heat and electricity could also prove to be a strength once Setsuna has grown skilled enough. Name: Chakram Form Chakra Cost: 5 points Stamina Cost: n/a Description: By channeling chakra through and away from Loki and then solidifying the chakra, the user can create a dual set of white chakrams with Luki and Noki as the center of each. The blades of the chakram are the length of Setsuna's forearm, changing as she grows. The chakra used to form this weapon is the same pale blue as Setsuna's chakra color and extends outwards like flames before solidifying and turning even paler into the white of the completed form. The full change takes one post to complete during which the chakra segments can cut but not defend. While changing, the user must have both yo-yos held directly in their hands (indirect contact through the string is not enough) partially because the Loki does not have any strings hanging off from it after the change and partially because the direct contact is needed to successfully channel the needed chakra . Because the chakra solidifies into a metal-like material, extra chakra is not needed to maintain its form. To return Loki to its original form, Setsuna has to simply hold the chakrams in her hand and disrupt the solidified chakra. Disrupting the chakra requires no additional chakra and causes the solidified chakra that had coated Loki to fall down like a waterfall of white ash. These minuscule pieces of chakra disappear after a second or so. Returning Loki to its yo-yo form takes only a moment. Name: Kamaitachi Chakra Cost: 3 points/ post Stamina Cost: n/a Description: While in yo-yo mode and in contact with the user (whether it's by keeping hold on to the string(s) or touching the yo-yo(s) directly), Loki's blades can be lengthened by several inches with chakra as long as Dance isn't being used at the same time (however, it is possible to maintain Kamaitachi while using Dance). The strings (excluding the areas that the user touches) are also sharpened with chakra while this skill is active. These chakra blades are just as strong and as sharp as the original blades and incredibly hard to see as their color (an extremely pale blue) is so light. Name: Dance Chakra Cost: 3 point/post Stamina Cost: n/a Description: By charging her chakra through the strings, the user is able to precisely control the movements of both yo-yos independently and at the same time. While Loki is in Chakram Mode, the user does not need strings to control the weapons. Instead, the inherent connection of the user with their solidified chakra allows them to control the chakrams with the same level of precision without needing to be connected through a material like string. Rp Sample:Setsuna sat alone in the trees. Well, almost alone. No one was talking to her and few people seemed to be paying much attention to her but the girl was surrounded by people, as expected seeing how she was in the usual training area. As usual in such a case, Setsuna had a foolish smile on her face. This time, she decided to occupy herself by practicing with her yo-yos. The girl's fingers moved nimbly as she manipulated the string of each yo-yo so that she could manipulate the main body of each yo-yo. If the control the girl managed to exercise over what seemed to be toys wasn't impressive enough, then the speed that she manipulated them with was sure to cause at least a bit of awe, especially considering that the girl had yet to use any of the special properties of this toy. Just then, slashes suddenly appeared in the branches above and below Setsuna. The girl hadn't widened the reach of her yo-yos a bit and up until that point, there was no sign of the yo-yos having so much as touched the branches. However, if a sensor was nearby, they would be able to pinpoint the cause to invisible blades of chakra that had suddenly sprouted from the blades of Loki. Obviously, these supposed toys was not has harmless as they seemed. Then, Setsuna changed the pattern of her maneuver and wrapped the string Luki around the part of the tree trunk that was above her. The girl pulled to tighten the string and, with the Kamaitachi skill still active on her weapons, the strings cut into the tree trunk. Meanwhile, Noki resorted to a basic up and down movement while Setsuna wrapped Luki around the tree trunk. After the trunk was cut, though, the girl maneuvered Loki to the part of the tree trunk above her as well. However, rather than having the top-shaped yo-yo wrap around like its partner, the girl had Noki hit Luki, along the latter to unravel while the former rebounded back. As Loki returned to Setsuna, the girl firmly grasped them and shot her chakra through both of them, extending their reach. When the chakra solidified, Loki had changed into a pair of chakrams. As a bit of a flashy finale, the girl simply let go of her newly changed weapons and allowed them to whiz around in one quick circle before returning to her hand. Once she had firmly grasped both chakrams upon their simultaneous return, Setsuna broke up the solidified chakra that coated her weapon. The chakra fell off the yo-yos looking like a bunch of white ash, disappearing after it had gone only about a couple of feet. Once the process was done, the girl was holding a pair of bladed yo-yos once more.

Name of Weapon: Meibara
Who Owns the Weapon: Claire Farron Akashino
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? It was a gift from her father, who helped the royal blacksmith fashion the Rapier to specially fit the young woman. Its one of very few weapons that is capable of bonding with a chosen person, that person being Claire.
Range: Regular (Melee) | Chain-sword (Melee/Ranged)
Weakness: Being a rapier, the weapon lacks the cutting power of its larger counterparts such as a cleaver or axes. It also isn't very adept to blocking larger weapons. Using this weapon to directly block an incoming strike from one of these's weapons would be ill-advised.
Weapon Description: Meibara is a double-edged rapier with a blade that is approximately 100cm [39in] long and the roughly 2.5cm [.98in] wide to the piercing tip. Being the type of weapon it is, it's crafted from titanium for a light yet sturdy body. The hilt consists of a complex design of weaving vine-like rings with spikes on them, resembling the vines of a rose bush; there is a single black rose-like design in the center of the hilt. The vine-like rings are made for protecting the hand of the wielder as well as the hilt of the blade and for keeping balance. When in chain-sword form, the blade will seperate into multiple segments (8 segments) all held together by a cord made of the same material as and similar in appearance to the rings around the hilt, though to where it can give a bit of a push when slicing without hindering the weapon's ability to recoil or extend. This allows the weapon to be utilized like a whip, making it much more lethal then it would be in its original form, giving it a slicing/slashing effect. In this form, the length of the blade grows until it is roughly 8ft. By pressing the rose in the center, it'll extend into its whip form.
Special Properties/Abilites:
• Recall - By adding a pinch of chakra to the weapon [1pts of chakra], making the rose on the hilt glow darkly, Meibara will snap almost instantly back to its sword form. This bypasses the slow process of it going back together.
• Breakdown - Claire's kekki genkai allows her to utter a word to make her weapon turn into a cloud of slicing petals. Being a chain-sword, the rapier will be able to do this with less effort as its already capable of breaking into segments. Reducing the cost of using 'scatter' by one chakra point and one stamina point (cannot go lower then one).
• Wrapping Gale - By channeling fuuton chakra through the weapon, a thin aura of wind will wrap around the blade, spinning around the blade tightly making it give a faint howling sound when one is near it. This increases the overall length by one foot and width by 2cm. This makes the weapon lighter in a sense, making it faster to use. However, the real danger is the wind itself. This increases the rapier/chain-sword's slicing capability as well as giving a drill like quality. When in whip form, it'll also have a shredding effect should the whip find its way around flesh. This lasts 3 posts and costs 3pts of chakra, and a recharge of 3 posts as well.
• Silver Storm - This only can be used just before the user makes Meibara "scatter". Before using 'scatter' Claire coats the weapon in a aura of fuuton chakra. When scatter is used, as the weapon breaks apart into a cloud of metal petals wrapped in fuuton chakra. Throughout the duration of 'scatter' the petals have increased speed and striking force by one rank. The cost is 2pts of chakra per post, and the recharge is the same as 'scatter'. This skill cannot be used during wrapping gale's duration. If this skill is used during wrapping gale's recharge time the number of posts needed to recharge will be carried to Silver Storm's recharge time. During this recharge time, neither Silverstorm or Wrapping Gale can be used till the recharge time expires.
• Dance of Meibara - By inserting chakra into the black rose on the hilt, it'll glow dimly and release several shuriken-sized bodies of chakra that takes the shape of rose buds. The number of 'roses' made depend on the rank. Genin can produce 3 petals, Chunin can produce 4, Special Jonin can produce 5, Jonin can produce 7 and Sannin/Kage can produce up to 10. These petals slicing strength is equal to that of the user's rank, meaning the higher rank Claire is the stronger the roses, and as fast as the user too. They will hover around the sword until the user slashes in a direction they want the roses sent. Claire can send them all at once, or one at a time per slash. Initial cost is one chakra point per rose created. The skill is named after the sword for the roses created resembles that of a black rose.
• Unbreakable Bond - This only becomes active once the user reaches the rank of Jonin. From continous training and communicating with her weapons Claire's bond with Meibara is as if they were one. The costs of the skills mentioned above is reduced by one and the cost of scatter reduces by one point in both chakra and stamina and decreases recharge time by one post.

Claire waited in the open fields of Cherry Blossoms, her father and her teacher asked her to meet them here. And yet, neither of them were present. Crossing her arms, she waited with semi-patience. A gentle breeze was constantly blowing, picking up rouge flowers from the trees and carried them through the currents, around the pink-haired woman who's hair was also being shifted. In the distance, she could see a tall figure in white robes with a blue vine like design along the seems. It was her father, and in his hand was what appeared to be a sword. Judging from its lean appearance, and the design of the hilt it was a rapier.
Approaching his daughter, the man held out his arms and nodded his head. "A gift, made especially for you. Your very first weapon fitted for you" He said, Claire looking at himi with a surprised expression. Her slender hand reached over, finding a grip over the hilt of the sword which had black vine like rings protected it. Unsheathing it from its scabbard, she looked at the blade with awe. Just holding it, she was overcome with a feeling that she never felt handling other weapons. It was as if this one, this one stood out from the many sorts she has seen. Her own, her very own. A connection that was said to be the beginning of many great things to come. Pale blue eyes looked up to her father, and she ran up to him and embraced him. "Thank you..." She said softly. Her father holding her smiled and rubbed the top of her head, making her squirm alittle laughing and swat his hand away. "What will you call it?" He asked, his daughter releasing him and stepping back. Bringing the rapier eye-leveled she looked at it for a moment or two. "Meibara" She said, which in english meant 'Dark Rose'.
The elder man clasped his hands together. "Now, you must train with it by realizing what capabilities it has. But first, press the black rose on the hilt if you would" He said. Claire looked at the hilt and pressed it, which made it glow darkly for a moment or two before the rapier suddenly seperated from the blade into segments, eight of them to the tip and all connected with a thin yet very tough wire. Her eyes widened as she realized the weapon was more then just a rapier. It was a chain-sword. The womanbegan moving her arm, the sword whip moving similar to that of a bullwhip as she flicked her wrist, making the bladed whip wrap around a tree branch where it bit into it deep and held firmly. She could swing from this if she wanted. "Now, put some of your chakra into the rose on the hilt. It'll make the weapon recoil much faster then normal" Her dad said with a faint grin. Looking at him she nodded and focused her chakra into the rose. It glowed once more as suddenly a loud crunch followed by a snap was heard. The chain-sword tore through the branch shredding it from the tree and snapped back to its original form. It was a beautiful sound, and deadly if used properly.
"Good" He said nodding with approval. "When you go to use 'scatter', you'll find this much easier to do. The rapier is already able to break into segments, thus less effort to break down into a cloud of slicing petals. Also, you can fit your element around the weapon. Giving it more of a cutting bonus and lighter for quicker use. Try it" He said, stepping back as Claire nodded and looked at Meibara. Focusing her chakra around the blade, from the hilt to the tip a thin swirling aura of light blue coated the blade. If one listened closely they would hear a faint howling noise. From the coating it had grown a foot more and two centimeters wider. Indeed, it did feel lighter. Running up to a tree, she leapt into the air and spun around, bringing the rapier in a diagonal movement slashing the tree. Usually, a rapier wouldn't of done much at all when used to slice. But the thin layer of wind chakra left a gash in the trunk. Stepping back she then thrusted Meibara into the trunk, penetrating deep into the bark as the sound of a drill could be heard. As she kept pressing into the hilt, the blade gradually burrowed deeper and deeper. Pulling the rapier out before it made a hole completely through the tree she knew this would also have a similar effect if it was in whip form. The wind dying out around the blade, it was back to its original state.
"Now, use scatter. But this time apply chakra just before doing it" Her father said, the woman nodding her head as she focused once more on the weapon. As the familar coating filmed the blade, she made a single seal and muttered the word "scatter". From the tip down, the rapier 'disintegrated into a cloud of shimmering silver petals. All the petals had the same coating around them as well, giving them a light blue like appearance. Commanding them mentally, she noted the dummy her dad had brought and sent the cloud to assault it. The storm of petals moved at a much faster rate then normal, and made impact hard. Within a few moments, the dummy was shredded. Returning the cloud to her, the petals flew back to their master. Leaving slashes all over the trees as they made their way back. Claire looked slightly embarrassed as she knew she would need more training to control them better. As the rapier reformed, she noted she wasn't able to make another coating. Telling her it'll be some time before she'll be able to cast another aura of wind. Her father clapped his hands together. "Excellent, now for the last part. As to go with the name, it can create small chakra projections that takes on the appearance of small rose buds. Insert chakra into the rose design once more if you would hun" He instructed his daughter. Looking at the hilt, she once more channeled chakra into the black rose.
It released a faint glow for a moment as several bodies of chakra the size of shruikens began forming. Within a few seconds, there were three 'roses' around the weapon. Just floating there, until Claire tried to flick them away by slashing at a tree. The buds flew off towards the tree, cutting into it alittle before fading away. Slowly, Claire sheathed the sword as her father rested his hand on her shoulder. "Well done....in no time you'll be able to build your connection with Meibara. And help you in the world beyond here. I just wanted to be sure you'll be alright" He said to her, his daughter in response looked up at him and kissed his cheek. "I'll be fine. I'm ready for this" She said, a serious expression on her face. He looked at her for a few moments before nodding. "I know you are" He said, hugging her as she hugged back......
[Flashback ended] Claire sat on the log, smiling to herself as she looked at the sheathed weapon lying in her lap. She looked up at the sky, listening to the sounds of villagers going about their busy lives and other shinobi training in the training grounds of Konoha. Standing up, she walks away in search of the Hokage.

Who Owns the Weapon: Terry Kaim Sindoue
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Terry's father crafted this blade.
Range: 73cm
Weakness: Being a weapon master, Terry can use the Energy Slice ability. However, this ability will not work when using this weapon.
Weapon Description: The Resonating Blade is a beautifully crafted katana. It has a balanced weight and is the perfect length for weapon master. The blade shimmers in the light and shows the true beauty of the art of craftsmanship.
Special Properties/Abilites: The Resonating Blade works in unison with Terry's Clan's abilities. The Vibrating Heart Bloodline and the Resonating Blade walk hand-in-hand together. Below are a few abilities that are used in conjunction between the weapon and bloodline.
