Meet the Parents: Oh gods… Zeru:: *Perched on the roof of the shop, basking in the sunlight.*
Avia: -soars in the sky near the shop, fluttering down to the grass below-
Zeru:: *Stretches, standing and opening his eyes, he spots his mate below him, a soft, playful purr emitting from him.* "Ready or not~" *Leaps off the roof, his jump powered by a burst of silvery magic, and spirals down towards her.* <33
Avia: -ears flick as she senses Zeru close by, turning her head to look around just in time to see him coming right for her. with a laugh she prances a few steps in the opposite direction then jumps into the air, taking off-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, veering up to pursue her, using a bit of Air magic to increase his speed.* "You cannot run, shei'tani~" <3333
Avia: -looks back at him, still laughing- "I can try!" -pushes herself faster, but not quite enough to push much further ahead of him-
Zeru:: *Flicks his tail, pushing himself to fly faster, getting just close enough to brush the tips of his fingers over her tail fur.*
Avia: -giggles as she feels his fingers touch her tail, flicking her tail at him before swooping down to the ground. paws tread over a few feet of the ground as she slows to a stop-~
Zeru:: *Smiles, following her to the ground, circling her for a moment, nuzzling her as he passes, before landing beside her.* "Good day, kem'san~" *Purrs.*
Avia: -lets out a purr at the nuzzle, prancing in a circle to follow him as he lands- "Hello my love!" -all smiles as she scoots right up to him-
Zeru:: *Grins, not bothering to hide his fangs, as he wraps his tail around hers.* "How are you, my dear?"
Avia: -melts into him, nuzzling her head under his chin, thinking about how glad she is that he was big enough to snuggle with, giggling to herself and chimes- "I'm well. Happier now that I get to see you." -runs her paw along his tail, playing in it's fur-
Zeru:: *Purrs, feathering light kisses all over her face before placing one gentle kiss on her lips.* "I, too, feel the same."
Avia: -blushes lightly, giggling at the kisses, her face turning bright red as he kisses her lips, but happily returns it. feeling happily dazed after it- "Hmm?" -taking a moment to snap out of her daze- "I've missed you Zeru.." -pouts-
Zeru:: "I have missed you, as well, shei'tani." *Runs a paw through his hair, mussing the windswept strands even more.*
Avia: -smiles, unable to resist, and paws at his hair to mess it up- "We need to fix this, because I don't want to have to miss you so much."
Zeru:: *Quirks a brow, his eyes sparking with red lights.* "What kind of solution do you propose, shei'tani?"
Avia: "I'm not entirely sure, but I just know I don't want to be so lonesome for you so much..." -paws at his chest fur, sighing sadly-
Zeru:: *Catches at her paw, holding it against where his heart should be beating strongly.* "I am trying to stay more, kem'san, I swear that to you."
Avia: -ears droop as she sniffles, trying her best to smile- "I know Shei'tan... It's just hard sometimes." -flexes her fingers, weaving them into his fur-
Zeru:: *Lifts her chin gently with his paw, feathering kisses over her cheeks.* "I am here now, shei'tani."
Avia: -smiles at him, her eyes still a little sad and nods- "You know what..." -pauses and perks her ears up- "I don't think you've met my parents yet!" > <;
Zeru:: *Blinks, taken back by her statement.* "I do not believe I have, shei'tani. Which reminds me. When will I meet them? You have met my family."
Avia: -looks at him with 'oh dear' eyes- "Umm... well.... "-looks off to the side, pinning her ears back against her head before looking back to him- "I suppose.. we might be able to find them now if you'd like to meet them." -heart starts pounding, unsure if her parents will react to this.. especially her father-
Zeru:: *Feels her worry seeping across their bond.* "It will be all right, shei'tani. I will be on my best behavior." *Grins, snaking an arm around her to kiss her deeply.*
Avia: -gives him a nod, smiling nervously as she leans her head against his- "My mother might not be so bad, but I'm my daddy's little girl.... and I didn't tell him" D> -feelingbadguiltyworriedandfranticallinonejumbledmessnow-
Zeru:: *Kisses her forehead, wrapping his arms around her." "Las, kem'san. All will be well."
Avia: -nods and sighs, still all flustered and feeling guilty- "Do you want to go see them now then? I think I know where they are right now..." -nervously pokes her fingers together-
Zeru:: "We can search them out if you feel up to it, Avia. I do not want to make you do something you feel uncomfortable about." *Nuzzles her, trying his best to calm her before her emotions frazzle his nerves as well.*
Avia: -nods then takes a deep breath- "Okay... " -smiles, giving another nod, not realizing she had done so already- "Shall we then?" -hesitantly pulls back from him, taking a couple steps-
Zeru:: *Nods, kissing the back of her paw before she moves and he follows, twinning his tail with hers.* ~<333
Avia: "It's not too far from here so we can walk.. if you don't mind that" -takes a couple more steps, then looks back at him again-
Zeru:: *Falls into step beside her, bending his head to nuzzles her shoulder.* "I do not mind the walk as long as I am with you."
Avia: -a bit more relaxed now and lets out a sigh, just a sigh- "So.. my momma will most likely love you right away. She's a bit shy, but she's wonderful." -smiling as she thinks of her mother- "My daddy.. he a little bit of work. social most of the time, but really protective of me.... which is kind of why I haven't told them yet. Please forgive me Zeru..." -turns her head, looking at him with pleading eyes-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, bumping his shoulder against hers.* "I cannot blame you for not telling your father." <3
Avia: -giggles quietly, taking a side step from the bump- "He's a wonderful guy, but yeah.. just acting as daddies do I suppose." -nudges him back playfully- "We'll be there in a few." -looks off, seeing the little wooded area her parents lived in-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, brushing a wing against her side.* "I suppose I should keep all extremities to myself from now on, aiyah?"
Avia: -prances to the side, giggling at the tickling touch of his wing- "That might not be a terrible idea for now shei'tan.. just till my daddy gets to know you.... but even then who knows.." -laughs, stretching out her wings for a moment before tucking them back in-
Zeru:: *Turns his eyes on her, giving her a pout before he folds his wings to his back.* "All right, then, shei'tani."
Avia: -pouts back, prancing back over to him, bumping him lightly- "Well we aren't there yet now are we?~" -with a mischievous grin she stands up on her back legs and paws at his hair-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, standing with her.* "I suppose not." *Leans in, nuzzling her cheek before nipping playfully at her shoulder.*
Solstice: -soaring about in the sky, enjoying the cool air when he spots his little girl. smiling he looks down at her, but his face turns angry as he sees a rather large demonic fox attacking her [high up enough to where he can't see that they're playing]. instantly enraged he swoops in, landing with a thud and a menacing glare towards the stranger. lowering his he with a snarl he growls at the male- WHAT are you doing to my baby?!
Avia: -all giggles up until her father comes in out of nowhere- O O; Daddy! -tries to scoot over by Zeru-
Solstice: -blocks her off with his massive wings- Don't worry baby girl... I'm here! -protective daddy mode engage!-
Zeru:: *Drops back from his mate, even though every instinct in him is screaming at him to stay close to her.* "Sieks'ta. I do not mean to upset you." *Bows to him deeply, swooping an arm across his chest elegantly.* "I believe we are here to tell you something." *Gives his mate a pointed look, a small smile pulling at his lips.* «Should you tell him or should I, shei'tani?»
Avia: -just about as freaked out as she could possibly be for a few moments, ever so grateful that Zeru was so calm and collected. taking a deep breath she calms herself down-
Solstice: -watches the male, finding his reaction unusual and his mannerisms unexpected. his eyes narrow at the male, uncertain of what he could possibly be talking about. warily he takes his eyes off the male, turning his gaze back towards his daughter. with a tone of voice that was still angry, he speaks to her- What is he talking about?
Avia: -looks to Zeru, slightly worried still- -she gives him a small, nervous smile before looking to her father- Daddy.. Zeru... is my shei'tan, my mate. -holds her breath as she waits for his response-
Solstice: -stands there, stunned, unable to process what she was saying- What.. did you just say? -his eyes turn back to the male. were it possible they would be burning red with immense anger-
Zeru:: *Nods, never taking his sparking midnight eyes off her father.* «Seems you were right, kem'san. He is angry.» "I am Zeru Skellington-Cullen-Hale, God-kin, and your beautiful daughter is my truemate." *Stands his ground, willing to take the full brunt of his wrath, should he choose to show it.*
Avia: -looks to Zeru with apologetic eyes- -in an attempt to calm her father down, she steps beside him and gently rests her paw on his- "Daddy, please... Don't be angry. I love Zeru and it would mean the world to me if you would try to get to know him..."
Solstice: -pins his large ears back against his head, not taking his eyes off the demonic male who is trying to take his little girl from him- ... -his anger is stilled by the touch of his little girl for a moment. his eyes look down at the small paw touching his, his body shuddering with confused emotions. taking slow breathes he looks back to the thieving male- "I have only words of anger right now, but I wish not to speak them in front of my daughter." -abruptly turning his back to Zeru he speaks to Avia plainly- "I do not approve of this, but so long as your mother does I will not interfere." -spreading out his wing to their full span, he crouches down then launches himself off the ground into the air for a quick get away, brokenhearted-
Zeru:: «i do not blame either of you for his anger, shei'tani. He feels as if I am taking you away from him. He is hurt and he deserves to have his anger.» *Inclines his head to Solstice before he leaps away, turning to Avia as her father disappears from sight.* "Do not worry, shei'tani, we will talk to your father again. For now, he must calm himself." *Steps closer, placing a single kiss to her forehead, just beneath her jeweled headdress.*
Avia: -looks to Zeru with tears stinging in her eyes, not quite sure how to handle the situation. sniffling, she nods as he speaks to her, knowing he is right- "I know shei'tan.. I know." -takes a moment to wipe the tears away and take a few breaths to calm herself. now laughing lightly and smiling slightly- "Are you ready for the easy part of this?"
Zeru:: *Moves closer to her, pulling her into his arms just to hold her for a moment, silently deciding that he would confront Solstice on his own next time.* "Aiyah. I am ready if you are, my dear." *Pulls back to smile at her.*
Avia: -wiping a few new tears from her eyes, she then nods- "I'm sure my mother will be glad to meet you... she may even scold my father." -laughs lightly, not really wanting that for her daddy. nuzzling her head under his chin, she pulled back, giving a nod. she takes a couple steps towards her family's homestead and pauses, still worried-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, shaking his head.* "I do not want your father to take blame for any of this. I should have come forward the day I claimed you as mine." *Bends his head, nuzzling her cheek as she stops.* "Do not worry, shei'tani, I am here." <3
Avia: -gives him a nod, smiling and trying not to cry more before seeing her mother. taking a deep breath she starts towards the house once more, walking quietly for now-
Zeru:: *Falls into step beside his mate, mentally preparing himself to meet her mother.*
Avia: -lightly pads up to the door, taking in a deep breath then lets it out slowly before pushing the door open- "Momma! Are you here?"
Aliza: -calls out from the kitchen- "In the kitchen baby girl! It's a bit a mess, but I think you'll live!~" -her happy laughs can be heard from the kitchen-
Zeru:: *Blinks, taking a deep breath as he stands in the doorway, her mother's scent along with the smells of baking and cooking assaulting his nose, reminding him of his mother's house.*
Avia: -smiles to her mate, nodding for him to follow her inside. happily she prances right into the kitchen, throwing her arms around her mother in a hug- "I've missed you Momma~" -pausing to take a deep breath and releasing it slowly, she noses her mother's cheek- "I have someone I want you to meet~"
Aliza: -squeaks happily at the surprise hug from her little girl- "Hello my baby~ I've missed you so too~" -turning around, she wraps Avia in her arms, closing her eyes and smiling. as her little girl mentions meeting someone her ears perk- "Oh?" -feeling quite shy now, but excited as well-
Avia: -leans over, peering out at Zeru and waves him in-
Zeru:: *Slowly enters the house, suddenly slightly unsure of himself as he approaches Avia and her mother.* "Hello, kem'falla." *Bows deeply to her, keeping his shoulders and back straight as he rises, a clear sign of his nervousness.*
Avia: -smiles as Zeru steps in, nervous as well. she looks to her mother- "Momma.. this is Zeru. He is.. my shei'tan... my mate..." -eyes dawn a worried look, hoping that her mother would accept him-
Aliza: -looks to the male, stunned by his size for a normal type fox. her lights light up happily as her daughter speaks of a mate. with a bright smile she bows her head- "Hello.. You may call me Aliza. I'm so pleased to meet someone my daughter loves enough to call her mate." -shivers from being nervous and excited-
Zeru:: *Lets his eyes flicker over to his mate, giving her a small smile, before turning his attention back to Aliza.* "The pleasure is mine, Madame Aliza."
Avia: -she smiles to Zeru, eyes tearing up with relief. letting go of Aliza, she steps over to Zeru, standing beside him and nuzzles her head under his chin-
Aliza: -laughs lightly, waving her paw- "Oh please.. no need to be so formal.. we are family now, yes? Just Aliza would be wonderful, Zeru" -she bows her head again, then wipes happy tears from the corners of her eyes- "I wasn't expecting this at all.. it's a wonderful surprise! Just wait til Solstice hears of this!"
Zeru:: *Purrs softly, wrapping his tail around her, his eyes sparking with lavender lights.* «Aiyah, you did. But, how will we explain that he already knows and is not too keen on the idea.»
Avia: -nestles herself into Zeru and sighs, happy for a moment- -nuzzling him once more to help her brave speaking bad news of sorts to her mother. looking back to Aliza, she lets out a quiet sigh- "Momma.. Daddy knows already... and.. " -sighs, her ears drooping- "He's very upset. Not happy at all."
Aliza: -watches the two, all smiles, quite curious as they seem to be communicating yet weren't speaking. her ears perk as Avia speaks- "Truly? He does not approve?!" -honestly surprised and not too happy. with a quiet sigh to herself, she steps over to the two and pulls them close, her large wings wrapping around them lovingly- "Do not worry... I shall speak to him. I am truly happy for you my darling." -nuzzles Avia's ear, then turns to Zeru, giving him a loving nuzzle as well-
Zeru:: *Stiffens as Aliza surrounds them with her wings, fighting not to breathe, since he was used to letting himself breathe around Avia.* "Beylah vo, Aliza. Thank you."
Avia: -snuggles into her mother, glad to have her support and comfort. her ears flick up as she realizes Zeru is not breathing. her mind backtracks to so long ago, remembering the effect she had on him even as a kit and almost panics a little. gently she nudges her mother to let go of him- "Momma... You can't do that to Zeru."
Aliza: -opens her mouth to reply to Zeru, but quickly steps back as her daughter nudges her, feeling quite confused and feeling as if she did something wrong- "I'm sorry Zeru.. I don't know what I did, but I truly didn't mean to...." -ears pin back as she tucks her wings in behind her-
Zeru:: *Shakes his head, offering a calm smile despite the panic roiling in him.* "It is all right, Aliza. Vampyres are not common here, so no one suspects they need to be careful around others." *Flicks an ear, glancing to Avia.* "I am all right, shei'tani." *Drops his head to nuzzle her shoulder comfortingly.*
Aliza: "'Vampyre'? Oh! That would explain why you're a good bit larger than a normal male." -still confused as to why she is not allowed to hug her new son-in-law that she's ever so grateful to have, regardless of her love's reaction- "Why is it that you can be close to my daughter, yet not me?"
Avia: -nuzzles her mate in return, glad to have someone she can be affectionate with. her eyes shoot over to her mother as she asks the question, wondering if Zeru would end up replying, too embarrassed to talk about it herself-
Zeru:: *Blushes brightly, something a vampyre shouldn't be able to do.* "Well... ah..." *Pauses, looking to Avia for help for a moment.* "A deity's power has.... strange effects on me, and I am used to Avia's power by now, so I can suppress the effects. You, however, are older and much stronger and I am not used to you." *Stares at his paws, still blushing furiously.* >//////.//////x
Avia: -looks to Zeru, blushing just as brightly as he is, still very innocent despite their being mates and such. all she can do is manage to stifle a giggle, not being much help to her poor darling at all... though she was suddenly hoping that when they got to that point.. that she would be intoxicating... wishing and hoping it to herself-
Aliza: -tilts her head ask he blushes, listening to him explain. her ears flicker back then forward again. she makes the 'oooooooooh! i get it now face', feeling quite embarrassed herself- "I am so sorry dear... I didn't realize that.. Oh my" o////o; -she turns her head as the oven dings- "Cookies!" she says, turning around quickly to retrieve them from the oven before the burn-
Zeru:: *Senses a bit of Avia's thoughts, the subject of which making his blush darken drastically.* «You already are intoxicating, shei'tani.» *Bends his head again, nuzzling her cheek and neck, before turning his onyx eyes back to Aliza.* "It is all right. There was no way you could have known."
Avia: -squeaks as he speaks to her through their bond, thinking she had made that a secret wish- O///O; ... >///< -returns his nuzzle quite shyly before slipping over to her mother, laughing lightly- "So Momma... " -whispers excitedly- "What do you think?" -can't help but bounce a little bit as she waits for the reply-
Aliza: -ever so grateful that Zeru was so understanding. she sighs in relief, and scolds herself mentally, also making a mental note not to do that anymore. all smiles as she sets the tray of cookies down to cool before turning to her daughter and whispering back- "I think your father is a doofus! He seems so wonderful~"
Avia: -beams brightly, so happy her mother is excited for her. quickly she snatches up a couple of the cookies and slips back over to Zeru, holding one out to him- "Try one shei'tan~ You'll love it"
Zeru:: *Chuckles, his voice taking on that deep, purely Fey accenting rumble, trying not to let either female know he heard everything they said.* "Mm..." *Eyes the cookie for a moment before taking a bite, chewing thoughtfully and swallowing.*
Avia: -smiles happily, unable to keep how relieved and excited she is about at least having her mother happy for them- "Wonderful, no?" -reaches up to brush a few strands of stray hair from her face-
Aliza: -shakes her head at her daughter- "Always the cookie snatcher.." -purrs out through her laugh as she sets up a plate of cookies and steps out with them- Please Zeru.. Would you sit and talk with a curious mother for a little while? I have the goodies if you have the time~"
Zeru:: "Aiyah, they are." *Turns to look at Aliza, having to tear his gaze away from his mate.* "Aiyah. I have all the time in the world." *Snerks at his own joke, moving to sit across from the elder Goddess, his ears twitching curiously.*
Avia: -feeling so much better about everything now. her father may not be happy, but he knows and her mother is thrilled. feeling tired from the whirlwind of crazy emotions, she curls next to Zeru and rests her head in his lap, closing her eyes-
Aliza: "Well that just makes me like you even more." -setting the plate down on the table between them and takes her place in her chair, tucking her legs under herself- "So I get the feeling you've known my daughter a good while now, but we haven't heard about you til now." -eyes full of a lighthearted mischief as they watch him while waiting for his reply-
Zeru:: *Smiles down at Avia, love and pride filling his gaze as he looks at her, stroking her hair.* "Aiyah. We were born the same week. I was a couple of days old, still a bowl, when we first met." *Closes his eyes for a moment, remembering that day and her infectious laughter, before opening them again.* "We met again as kitlings, and we played together occasionally. Then I grew, and came into my Feyan powers and skills, and my vampyre ones. I was hunting one day, when I came across her playing in a clearing." *Chuckles, tapping the jewels adorning his mates head lightly.* "We were talking and then, out of nowhere, this burst of magic engulfs her. Scared the living krekk out of me. I didn't know what was going on, and neither did she, so I was preparing to try to break through, but it kept sucking in my magic, adding it to its own power. Then, just as quickly as it came, it disappeared." *Stops, chuckling again st himself.* "Sieks'ta. I am rambling. Avia has that affect on me, somehow."
Avia: -tail flicks back and forth as she purrs quietly, shivering slightly as he strokes her hair. keeping her eyes closed, she happily listens as he recalls their earliest of meetings. a smile curls up at the corners of her mouth. her ears flicker as he taps her gems-
Aliza: -pretty much ending up on the edge of her chair as he speaks of everything as if she were watching a suspenseful movie, bright eyes wide and a smile on her face. one could tell easily tell who Avia takes after as they watch her mother- "Oh my goodness! That sounds like something from a romantic movie!... " -refrains from asking a question for fear of causing quite an embarrassing mood once again. giggling- "So you two have been together quite a long time now... I am surprised I didn't know about you til now..." -eyes peer down at Avia, slightly upset for a moment, but decides she happy knowing now at least- "So there aren't any granbabies I should know about yet, is there?"
Zeru:: *Blushes one more, shaking his head slightly.* "Nei. I promised Avia we would wait until she is ready." *Gives Aliza a sheepish smile, his ears laying back slightly.* "That is partly my fault. We spent some time with my family, and there are many of us."
Avia: "MOMMA!" -shoots right up and just about jumps out of her fur as her mother asks about grandchildren. her face burning as red as it could possibly be-
Aliza: -laughs, trying so hard not to, but unable to keep herself from doing so- "Please forgive me... I would just love some granbabies sometime in the near future." -teases her daughter lightly with the comment. with a wide smile she nods to Zeru- "I see! You have a large family then? That must be wonderful." -a ever so small twinge as she wishes to herself for more children of her own.. and grandchildren of course-

Confession: The Want is There Zeru:: o wo? *Curls around his mate and in-laws.* <3
Avia: -giggles and nestles into him, still clinging to her siblings- <3 Aren't they adorable?~
Zeru: *Nods, not wanting to admit it makes him want bowls of their own.* > 3>;;
Avia: o3o What's the matter? ... -grins at him- You know I could use my powers to find out if I wanted
Zeru:: "Nothing is the matter, shei'tani." *Nuzzles her shoulder before bending his head to gently poke his nose to one bowl's jewel, a slight admission of his thoughts.*
Avia: -follows his motions, not quite getting it... then it hits her and her face flushes madly- O////////////O Oh! I uh... -fidgets nervously as her face burns-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, lifting his head to flash a smile at her, pressing his nose to hers for a moment.* "Whenever you are ready, shei'tani. I will not rush you."
Avia: -feels as if all the blood in her body is rushing to her cheeks as her face turns all shades of red- "I.. I want.. you to be happy." -pokes her finger tips together as she fidgets- "If.. .. bowls will make you happy....." -can't seem to say more than that- @///w///@
Zeru:: *Frowns slightly, his brows coming together in confusion.* "Nei, you make me happy. We will wait until you are ready." *Bends his head to kiss her.* <333
Avia: -shakes nervously, trying to return the kiss, but having a hard time doing so from being so jittery- "Ze.. Zeru.. I want.. us.. to have.. bowls too" X/////////////X
Zeru:: *Blinks, leaning away from her slightly as her words take a moment to sink in.* o o!!!! *Currently stricken speechless.*
Avia: -skitters backwards, curling her tail around herself and hiding behind her wings, feeling as if she had said something wrong from his reaction-
Zeru:: *Shakes his head, a small smile pulling at his lips as he calmly stands, moving to curl around her, nuzzling her neck, a loud purr starting up.* "That is.... wonderful~" <3333
Avia: -ears flick forward as she hears him pad over, pinning them back against her head. her body shivers nervously as he curls around her, not sure how he was going to react- ... -ears flip up as he speaks, her head lifting to look at him.. still completely red-
Zeru: *Smiles at her, lifting a paw to cup her cheek.* "Sieks'ta. You stunned me, to say the least."
Avia: -looks at him, feeling shy and confused- "It's... a good stun.. yes?" -brows push up together as her worried eyes look over his face-
Zeru:: *Smiles, nuzzling her gently.* "Of course~" <33
Avia: -smiles cautiously, nuzzling him in return. a quiet purr rumbles out from her-
Zeru:: *Happily purring, his tail curling around her protectively.* <3333
Avia: -looks up at him with shy eyes- "We.. don't have to try for them quite yet.. though... do we?"
Zeru:: *Chuckles softly, shaking his head.* "Nei, we do not. We will try whenever you give the word, kem'san."
Avia: -breathes out a sigh of relief- "Thank goodness... Oops! Eep!" -covers her mouth, not saying that she didn't want to be with him.. but her overly shy and innocent self was making it extremely hard for her-
Zeru:: *Lips twitch, wanting to throw his head back and laugh, but decides that he would like to be able to live a few hundred more years and doesn't.* "I know what you mean, shei'tani."
Avia: -face still just burning with a blush, she nods before hunkering down and hiding her face under her paws-
Zeru:: *Bites his lip to keep himself from laughing before laying his head next to hers, pressing his nose to hers affectionately.* <33
Avia: -not peeking out her under her paws she murrs out- "I know you want to laugh... " -flicks her ears then peers out from uner her paws as he touches noses with her- <3
Zeru:: "I cannot help it, my darling. You are adorable~"
Avia: -smiles at him- "I get that from my momma~"
Zeru:: *Smiles, stretching forward to kiss her cheek.* "I could tell. She is quite the female, nei?"
Avia: -nods, sitting up- "Both my parents are wonderful... I love them dearly, but not as much as I love you." -pauses- "I just wish my Daddy would just..." -ears droop-
Zeru:: *Sits up with her, his smile faltering a bit as she speaks of her father.* "I will talk to him, shei'tani. Male to male. I may be able to get him to understand."
Avia: -ears shoot up before pinning back- "Are you sure?!" D>
Zeru:: *Nods, pulling her close to try to calm her.* "It is the way I was raised, kem'falla. I do not wish to hide behind you when it comes to your family, and i do not wish to get you into any trouble."
Avia: -lets him hold her, snuggling into him as much as she can. his lack of body heat reminds her of her father's natural chill, smiling to herself- "Okay shei'tan... I would like you to feel as much a part of my family as yours made me feel. I hope my father will give you the chance to talk to him." -giggles quietly- "If I know my Momma.. she's already given him a difficult time over it"
Zeru:: *Smiles slightly, purring loudly now.* "I hope she did not give him too much of a difficult time."
Avia: -shakes her head- "Momma doesn't nag.. just talks. If anyone can get Daddy to relax.. it's her." -nuzzles her head under his chin- "Zeru... ?"
Zeru:: *Closes his eyes momentarily, relishing the warmth of her.* "Aiyah?"
Avia: "You aren't.. disappointed.. with me.. are you?"
Zeru:: "Nei, never."
Avia: -heart skips a beat, glad to hear that from him- "I'm.. so glad. We've been together a long time.. and.. I'm so shy that we do not have a family of our own yet...."
Zeru:: "Mela and Gepa were together for a while before they had me and my siblings. I understand it takes time." <333
Avia: -ears perk up- "Really?!" -snuggles back into him, grateful for that little tidbit- "I promise, shei'tan, I will give you a beautiful family.. a family you can be so proud of~"
Zeru:: "I know you will, kem'san~" *Leans forward, feathering gentle kisses over her cheeks.* <3
Avia: -squeaks happily, shrugging her shoulder to try and shrink back as the kisses tickle her-

Sunset Showdown: Time to Talk to Solstice Zeru:: *Nudges his mate gently with his muzzle.* "I do not mean that in a way towards your father. I simply understand how he might be more... aggressive than usual."
Avia: -looks down- "I confess.. it was not my father that came to mind. I do not like being so much trouble to you..."
Zeru:: *Lifts a paw, stroking her cheek affectionately.* "You are no trouble to me, shei'tani, so do not ever think that." <33
Avia: -smiles up at him- "Are you sure? My father may be more trouble than I'm worth" Dl
Zeru:: *Smiles, leaning down to press a gentle kiss on her lips.* "I am sure, kem'san. There is nothing in the world that would be more trouble than you are worth."
Avia: -smiles, all too happy to return the kiss- "I'm glad for that" -lets a smile curl at the corners of her mouth more, leaning in to kiss him again- "You should most likely try talking to him soon... especially since..." -pulls back, her face flushed red-
Zeru:: *Purrs at the second kiss, curling his tail around her.* "Since what, shei'tani?" *Blinks, slightly lost, his brain still reeling on how to deal with her father.*
Avia: -laughs lightly, shaking her head- "Nevermind shei'tan" -raises her paw, gently stroking his cheek- "We shall think on these things another day." -eyes look at him nervously- "So have you thought as to when you are going to speak to my daddy?"
Zeru:: *Ears flicker back, wondering what she had meant.* "I was hoping to find and speak with him tonight."
Avia: -tilts her head to the side, her hair falling in her face- "I could go with to make sure Momma and the kits are occupied if you'd like m'love~ You'd be able to have Daddy's full attention"
Zeru: *Smiles, reaching up to tuck the fallen strands behind her ear.* "I would very much appreciate that, shei'tani."
Avia: -purrs, catching his paw before he could pull it away, giving it a nuzzle- "Shall we go to see them then? I believe they should be home right now"
Zeru:: "Aiyah, we can go now. But, first~" *Wraps an arm around her waist, pulling her against his chest for a deep kiss, unable to help himself.* ~<3333
Avia: -squeaks as she gets pulled in, not expecting it. wide eyes look at him stunned for a moment before fluttering closed as she melts into his arms- <3 -inner swooning-
Zeru:: *Pulls away, a wicked smirk playing on his lips.* "Ke vo san, kem'falla~" *Leans in, nuzzling her while purring loudly.*
Avia: -eyes flit back open, glazed over happily- "Hmmm?" -completely missed what had been said to her in her happily daze moments, nuzzling him back with a purr of her own softly rumbling out-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, tightening his grip on her for a moment before letting her go.* "I love you, Avia." <333
Avia: -blushes lightly once more- "I love you too Zeru~" -flits out her wings to stretch them out, yawning, before tucking them away again- "Shall we away now? I'd love to see my siblings before bed time if we can~" -takes a couple of prancing steps, turning to look back at him-
Zeru:: *Nods, bounding after her, curling his tail with hers.* "They are kitlings, now, are they not? I would like to see them, as well." *Smiles, gently bumping her shoulder with his, purring.*
Avia: -gives him a big smile and nod- "Yes! They are so precious! Halalu is most likely to be around.. Lorik seems to be a wanderer" -laughs, stepping to the side a couple steps before bumping back into him-~
Zeru:: *Smiles, warmed by her excitement over her siblings.* "Which reminds me; Mela said she wishes to meet your family, as well. She was rather... adamant about it." *Laughs, shaking his head, as he remembers how his mother had cornered him.*
Avia: "Oh?!" -a bit surprised, but not at the same time- "Well I'm sure that once you clear the air with Daddy that shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure Momma would love to meet her as well" -ears perk as he laughs- "What are you laughing about?~"
Zeru:: "You remember Mela; the smaller, dark haired female, about one third my size? She cornered me, madder than an Elden Mage trapped in a Fey quintet, asking if I had met your parents yet. When I answered, she then proceeded to ask why she hasn't, then demanded I arrange a meeting." *Smiles, proud of his mother.*
Avia: -looks over to him, quite shocked for a moment before laughing as she pictures the encounter in her head- "I'm not sure as to who Elden Mage is, but I can only imagine that it was quite the scene to see"
Zeru:: *Nods, smiling.* "Aiyah, I am sure it was." *Decides not to tell her who or what an Elden Mage is right this moment, not wanting to worry her over nothing.*
Avia: -stops at the doorway, taking a breath- "You ready?" -slowly cracks open the doorway, peeking in- "Momma?~ Daddy?~ Are you home?" -lets the door swing open all the way, taking a few steps in-
Halalu: "SISTER!" -runs towards the door full force, jumping into her sister-
Avia: -laughs, catching her little sister- "Hello Halalu~ It's late! I'm surprised you aren't in bed yet!" -wraps her sister in her arms, nuzzling her-
Zeru:: *Stays one step behind his mate, a tender smile softening his features as he watches her.*
Halalu: -leans in and whipsers into her sister's ear- "Mommy is letting me stay up late tonight~... Don't tell daddy!"
Avia: -throws her head back and laughs then sets Halalu down- "Where is Momma and Daddy?" -scoots in more so Zeru can come in-
Halalu: -pouts as she gets set down- "Ummmmmm... Mommy is in the kitchen and Daddy is outside in the back yard" -gives a nod-
Avia: -smiles and starts scooting Halalu towards the kitchen, nodding for Zeru to follow-
Zeru:: *Steps in, carefully closing the door behind him, as he follows the two towards the kitchen.*
Avia: -chimes out to her mother- "Hello Momma~ Sorry to pop in on you out of nowhere" -swoops over and hugs her mother tightly-
Aliza: -turns about just in time to get hugged- "AH! My lovely~ What an unexpected surprise!" -gins slightly as Zeru comes into sight- "Ahhhh~ I see you've brought a certain someone back again~" -slips out of the hugs, wiping her paws off on her apron, almost giving him a hug, then stops, shrinking back- "Oh dear.. I almost forgot.." -laughs, blushing- "What brings you two here so late?"
Avia: "I'm here to distract you and the little one.. " -looks back to Zeru with a smile- "While he braves Daddy on his own"
Zeru:: *Smiles at Aliza, picking up her paw to place a kiss on the back of it.* "It is nice to see you again, Aliza." *Locks eyes with avia for a moment, nodding.* "Aiyah, I am here to speak with Solstice while she visits with you and her younger siblings."
Aliza: -laughs lightly as he kisses her paw, turning to Avia- "Such a charmer you have here~ If he can't win over your father then I think your father is just a fuddy duddy. Well dear Zeru, Solstice is in the backyard. Not quite sure what he is up to, but that's where you'll find him" -gives a nod, placing her paws on his arms, before scooping up you littlest and getting back to cooking-
Avia: -smiles, shaking her head slightly. nudging him in the direction of the backdoor- "I'll be in here shei'tan when you are done" -giving him a kiss on the cheek she slips back to her mother and sister-
Zeru:: *Takes a deep breath, readying himself, before heading out the back door. Spreads out his senses, searching for the other male.* "Solstice?"
Solstice: -perched on a large stump outside the house, eyes looking up at the stars. everything in him tenses as he hears his name coming from a familiar voice that he didn't wish to hear again. his ears pin back against his head- "And you want what from me? Have you come to steal my other daughter as well"
Zeru:: *Comes forward slowly, shaking his head.* "Nei. I have come to do what I should have done from the beginning." *Stops just in front of him, bowing his head before lifting his dark eyes to the God again.* "I realize I should have asked you for permission to court your daughter, and it shames me that I did not do so. Therefore, I am here now. Pleading with you to understand."
Solstice: -unusually cruel eyes fall on the male in a dark stare- "Oh.. so you've come to ask for what you've already stolen, is it?" -large tail twitches behind him, wings tense at his sides- "What is there for me to understand aside from you taking my daughter without speaking to me?" -his wintry fog swirls about him as if a miniature storm was forming around-
Zeru:: *Sighs, his shoulders slumping slightly.* "I understand your anger. I was not raised like most here, though. In my race, if a male finds his truemate, he claims her. I was so... surprised that I had found her, I did not think." *Pauses, shaking his head." "If you are worried that I have corrupted her; you are wrong. I have done nothing but been awed by how much peace she can bring me. By how she seems to embody all the good in this world."
Solstice: -ears flicker as the male speaks, unimpressed by talk of his race, but listening nonetheless. a growl rumbles from his throat, only to get much louder as the word 'corrupted' is spoken. his face falls into a twisted angry mess- "You are lucky you have not spoiled my daughter!" -he snaps, teeth bared. he steps down from his post, circling his 'challenger' as he saw him- "Why MY baby girl?! She is a goddess!.. and what are you?!"
Zeru:: *Stands his ground, making eyes contact whenever he can, a sick sounding chuckle ripping from his throat.* "I thought the same thing. I am nothing, and she is what she is. I do not deserve her, and I know this." *Turns to look at Solstice.* "My kind cannot lie. So trust me when I say, I do love her."
Solstice: -laughs cruelly at the male's confession- "Then at least we agree on something! That is the first thing you've said so far that hasn't made me sick to my stomach." -after circling around the unwanted a few times, Solstice settles down behind the male, flexing his fingers, unsoiled claws appearing from them- "I've never once had the want to use these until you came into my life." -stretches out his paw towards the demon, visualizing how it would be to use them, before setting his paw on the ground. cracking his neck side to side, he speaks a little more calmly- "My daughter thinks, even though she is quite wrong, that you are the one for her. I love my daughter too much to break her heart." -the large god takes a breath, releasing it slowly- "I will never give you my blessing to have my daughter as your mate, but I won't deny her, her happiness. I warn you..." -steps next to Zeru, showing the male his claws- "The moment you defile my baby.. she better want it more than life itself."
Zeru:: *Meets the God's gaze, never wavering as he speaks.* "Aiyah, I understand and respect your decision." *Stands completely still, waiting for any kind of reaction, fully expecting him to attack with intention to defend himself.*
Solstice: "If I EVER find out that you've done something to upset my little Avia I will have no problem soiling my paws in your blood as I rip you to shreds. Keep you d**k to yourself while you're at it.. I'll have no qualms tearing off your body. I just became a father again.. I'm not ready to be a grandfather, get it?" -slightly impressed by the dirty demon's unfaltering stance-
Zeru:: *Winces at the reference to his male parts, but otherwise stays completely still and silent.* "Aiyah."
Solstice: -convinced he got his message across, he rears up, smacking the males back and laughing, waving to the ladies peering through the kitchen window. turns his gaze down to Zeru- "Laugh and pretend all is peachy keen in the world or my daughter stays here with us and you'll leave a sad sap.. got it?" -waves again, smiling- "Now since you're here and we haven't eaten, you can eat with us if you want to. Aliza always makes Avia's favorites because the poor dear misses her so." -standing back up, he strolls towards the door, then turns to look at Zeru- "C'mon.. son. Let's go put on a show for the ladies..." -has no intention of liking the male /any/ time soon, but will at least fake it for now for his baby and his lady-
Zeru:: *Nods, s slow smile spreading over his lips like Solstice had said something funny.* "Remember, I cannot lie. Not even to agree with a lie." *Turns, trying to cut Avia off from his emotions as he nears the house, wanting to keep what was just said and done away from her in an effort to spare her.*
Solstice: "I'll have no problem cutting you off with my own remarks." -his cold eyes follow Zeru- "If anything.. you can call it an interesting talk." -he motions to Zeru to get in the house. quickly he puts his arm across the way to block Zeru, leaning down- Prove your worth and I may not hate you." -deciding to at least give him that for Avia's sake-
Zeru:: *Locks his gaze with the God's; silver, red, and lavender sparks glittering in his eyes at the challenging words.* "I intend to do just that." *Steps back, sweeping an arm out towards the door.* "After you, Ser."
Solstice: -laughs as the male accepts his challenge, at least wanting to put this male to the test- We shall speak again at a later time. I have some tasks for you.. -removes his arm from blocking the door, eying Zeru wearily- "You first." -has no intention of letting his back be turned to the demon again as he did before-
Zeru:: *Lips twitch, the ghost of a smirk slidding across his mouth, before he nods, stepping through the door. Immediately, he searched out his mate, tightening his hold on cutting off their bond, as he forced a smile.*
Avia: -smiles, squickly making her way over to Zeru, grateful to see him in one piece- "You are in one piece! How did the talk go?" -anxious eyes look him over, just making sure that he was not hurt-
Solstice: -steps on through after, a smile on his face- "And how are our little spies, hmmm?" -chuckles as he steps up to Aliza and Halalu, wrapping his arms around them as his eyes fall on Avia and Zeru-
Zeru:: *Nods, chuckling lowly.* "Aiyah, I am in one piece." *Eyes flicker toward the other male for a moment before refocusing on Avia, the dark orbs softening.* "It was interesting, shei'tani. We will have to talk more another day."
Solstice: -watches the two, pleased that Zeru did as was suggested. a grin spread across his face at it-
Avia: -smiles, letting her paws smooth over his arms and up his shoulders- "Well.. it's not what I was hoping to hear exactly, but.. " -bounces happily- "Seems all shall be alright~" -excitedly she through her arms around her mate, purring-
Aliza: -smiles, pushing Solstice off and scooting Halalu- "Time for the little one to go to bed. Lorik is off doing whatever he is doing again." -she smiles down to the kitling- "Go say your goodnights darling"
Halalu: -groans, wanting to stay up, but nods, giving her parents hugs before slinking over to Avia and Zeru- "Good night sister~ Good night sister's Zeru~" -gives her sister a hug, then latches onto Zeru's leg, giggling-
Zeru:: *Smiles, nuzzling her cheek with a small purr before her sister latches onto his leg.* "Good night, kitling." *Lifts a paw, prying her from his leg, using a burst of soft, cool air to push her back towards her mother.* "We will be back again, maybe before you have to go to bed."
Avia: -giggles lightly at Halalu and Zeru, unable to stop her mind from thinking about their own kits some day. happily she leans against him as she thinks on such things-
Aliza: -scoops up Halalu, nodding to Zeru before carrying her off to bed-
Solstice: -watches his daughter snuggle up to Zeru, a cold swirl of wind blowing about him before he calms down- "Avia.. shall we sit down to eat?" -he nods towards the food, trying his best to smile-
Avia: -snacks out of her train of thought- "Hmm? Oh no thank you Daddy. Zeru and I should go. I'm sure you and Momma haven't had much time together since the kits came." -quickly steps over to kiss his cheek- "We'll be back though. Please let Momma know?"
Zeru:: *Smiles, turning toward Avia as she politely denies her father's request., thankful for the escape. He did not like keeping things from his mate.* "Aiyah, you and shei'tani need time together. You know how it is." *Flicks his tail, stepping forward to extend a paw to him.* "We will be back. Soon."
Solstice: -eyes flicker, unhappy that they were leaving, but bows his head- "As you wish my dearest. Your mother shall be sad.. she made some favorites of yours." -his eyes shoot down to the extended paw, wishing to deny it, but reaches out his own to it- "I'm sure you will." -his voice harboring a low growl-
Avia: -looks between the two, sensing something quite off. shaking her head she steps over, hugging her father- "I know Daddy, but we'll be back soon~" -giving him a kiss on the cheek, she quickly turns about- "Let's go Zeru~" -trots on over to the door and steps through, squishing her tail as she waits from him to follow-
Zeru:: *Gives him a small smile, releasing his paw as he turns, following his mate out.* "Good night, Solstice." *Gently shuts the door behind him, secretly glad to be out of the house.*
Solstice: -watches them leave, the muscles in his back twitching and tail flopping back and forth in agitation-
Avia: -takes in a deep breath after being out of the house, door closed behind them, and lets it out slowly- "Okay.. so what really happened with Daddy?" -peers over to Zeru-
Zeru:: *Shakes his head, pulling her close to him, pressing his forhead to hers.* "Do not worry about that, shei'tani. It is nothing I cannot handle."
Avia: -looks at him with questioning eyes, an odd smile on her face as her eyes stare back into his- "I'll let it slip for now, but I know my Daddy didn't handle himself very well while you two were talking." -lifts her paw, stroking his hair-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, nuzzling her affectionately.* "We were both a bit tense, aiyah." *Pulls away from her slightly, looking around a moment.* "Come, shei'tani, I wish to show you something."
Avia: -watches him curiously, mimicking him by looking around- "What? What did you want to show me, shei'tan?" -confused and curious as to what was going on-
Zeru:: *Smiles, grabbing her paw to gently pull her away from the house.* "Come. I will show you." ~<333
Avia: -smiles as well, laughing as he pulls her away- "Zeruuuuuuuuuu! Where are we going?!" -excited and curious-

A Magical Night: A Touch of Romance Avia: -smiles as well, laughing as he pulls her away- "Zeruuuuuuuuuu! Where are we going?!" -excited and curious-
Zeru:: *Turns, smiling at her, before gathering her up in his arms, a silvery tinted wind swirling around them.* "You will see~" *Carries her off a good distance from her parents' home, coming into a clearing with a deep purple velvet tent situated in the middle of it. Large, fluffy cushions, a shade of light blue peeked out from the open tent, half circling a few bowls of strange looking fruits and bottles of a rainbow glittering clear liquid, complete with two jewel encrusted goblets made of an impossibly clear crystal. Balls of green, silver, red, lavender, and pale blue magic hung in the air all around, casting a multitude of coloured bands of light everywhere.*
Avia: -gives him an uncertain look as he picks her up- "Hmmm... " -wraps her arms around him tightly, once again, amazed at how strong he is. her eyes look about as they land, trying to focus on the change of scenery- "What in the... Zeru.. this is.. beautiful!" -wide eyes look to his, excited- "When on earth did you get to setting this up?! It's..." -voice trails off, just in awe of how beautiful if all looks-
Zeru:: "I have actually been slowly working on it for a few weeks." *Sets her on her feet, taking her paw to gently lead her closer.* "I thought since I am graced by your beauty everyday, then you should at least have something beautiful to look at every now and again."
Avia: -gets her footing, following him as she takes it all in, still stunned completely- "I just.. it's.. it's so wonderful..." -her eyes start to tear up, feeling so wonderfully blessed that he would do something like this for her. she reaches her paw out to touch one of the colorful floating lights-
Zeru:: *Smiles, watching as the moment her paw made contact with the orb, it crackled, reforming itself into a heart, smaller sparks continually exploding from it.* "That was Mela's idea. She said it would be romantic."
Avia: -pulls her paw back quickly as the orb crackles, laughing at it for it scaring her slightly- "Oh my goodness~ That startled me!" -she holds out both her paws under the heart as if to hold it- "Mela was quite right.. it's more romantic than I could have ever imagined." -turns back to looking at Zeru, eyes straying as they come across the food and drink- "What is all this? It looks wonderfully delicious" -giggles excitedly-
Zeru:: *Steps forward, picking up a small berry looking fruit.* "These are fruits from the Fading Lands. They are very sweet. I cannot recall the names of all of them right this moment." *Sets the fruit back in the bowl, picking up the bottle of liquid.* "This is Faeralis. Magic-infused water. Absolutely wonderful."
Avia: -moves herself closer to the foods, eying them eagerly- "Everything looks so different.. " -reaching out, she picks up one of the fruits he was holding, popping it in her mouth- "Oh my goodness!" -quickly puts her paws over her mouth, embarrassed about talking with food in her mouth, giggling as she chews-
Zeru:: *Chuckles, shaking his head slightly.* "I knew you would love them." <3
Avia: -looks up at him after finishing- Aren't you going to have some too? -flicks her tail, watching him-

A Magical Night: A Touch of Romance Continued Zeru:: *Picks up another of the fruits, this one star shaped and a pale pink, using his claw to shear off a piece of the flesh, popping it into his mouth with a smile, quickly chewing and swallowing the delicate fruit.*
Avia: -watches him curiously, wondering what the fruit was that he had picked up. moving herself closer to him the goddess leans in and peers at the fruit- “What is that one? -all the different foods unknown to her started to make her think he would be so annoyed by the end of the night as she spills out questions to him about everything-
Zeru:: *Smiles, lifting a paw to shear off another piece of the fruit.* "This one is called Faery's Star, I believe. It has a bit of a sour after taste, but it is very sweet." *Holds out the piece clutched lightly in his claws, giving her a small encouraging smile.*
Avia: -watches as he cuts another piece from the fruit, actually quite amused by it. eyes looking up to his as he tells her about it then back down to his paw- I'm not very fond of sour.. but the sweet is very tempting. -not quite sure what to do she gives an awkward smile then opens her mouth, trying not to laugh-
Zeru:: "The sour taste is not so bad. The closest thing I can think of to compare it to would be a lightly sour candy." *Smiles, lifting up the piece of fruit, lightly trailing the flesh over her bottom lip, his eyes following it, before chuckling softly, laying it lightly on her tongue.*
Avia: Oh.. well then I think I shall like it~ -giggles quietly as he seems to tease her with the fruit, giving his fingers a playful nibble. the slight sour taste makes her cheeks tingle, her paws raising up to rubs them as she giggles once again- My cheeks are tingling.
Zeru:: *Chuckles, moving to curl up on one of the cushions, gently pulling her down toward the cushion next to him.* "I am glad that you like you it, shei'tani. I picked these fruits specifically for that purpose." *Leans over, nuzzling her lightly.*
Avia: -smiles to him, blushing as he pulls her down with him. purring, she nuzzles her head under his chin- It's all so wonderful Zeru. -with eyes closed she happily nuzzles him back. still awe-struck as she nestles herself into him, looking out at the setting-
Zeru:: *Smiles.* "This is not the best part." *Looks outside, his eyes glowing and sparking a bright lavender, thick bands of Spirit forming around his paws as he lifts them, weaving a tightly intricate pattern. The view outside shifts and changes, morphing into a rolling landscape dotted with large white flowers, seeming to glow in the light cast by all the different coloured witchlight balls. In the distance, a white marble structure jutted up from behind a hill, the edges of the building lined in glittering gold.*
Avia: -blinks to him- How could it possibly get any better than this? -as she notes the glowing in his eyes her gaze shifts to follow his. blinking in amazement and gasping as the landscape beigns to change, not realizing he was even capable of something like this. wide-eyed in shock she turns to look at him, mouth open to say something, but her words just not there-
Zeru:: "It is just an illusion, but because I am a master in Spirit, it will feel and look real. This--" *Waves his paw, indicating the landscape.* "--is the Fading Lands, home of the Fey. I wanted you to see it, to know of it
Avia: It's.. stunning... -tilting her head to the side as she eyes the marble building- What is that over there? -still completely in shock of the change though. getting up she slowly pads out, slipping her paws over the ground to test it- It really does feel real! -a small surprised laugh bubbles out from her as she reaches to touch one of the flowers. feeling kit like in her amazement and amusement she bounds over the landscape
Zeru:: *Purrs softly, watching her with a smile as she bounds out the tent, pawing at the grass and flowers.* "That building?" *Gets up, padding slowly out with her, his eyes focused on said building.* "It is the old capital of the Fading Lands, Dharsa. It was once a boisterous and beautiful city, but not it is simply gorgeous ruins."
Avia: -making her way back to her mate she gives off a slightly saddened expression as he speaks of how it used to be and how it is now. through still beautiful even in ruins it was a sad thought to her that something so wonderful could die- I am sorry that it's not more than ruins my Zeru... -setting herself down next to him she nuzzles his cheek softly- It's lovely all the same though. Did... you live there
Zeru:: *Curls his tail around her, laying his wing over her protectively, his purr deepening at her nuzzles.* "It has been that way since I I was born. It happened two years before Gramma left. She lived there. I only wish I could have been there to see it as a whole. She says Dharsa was the most gorgeous city, with the most becoming sort of people one has ever known." *Smiles, turning to look at her with adoration
Avia: -taking in a deep breath then letting out a long, contented and happy sigh as she feels cared for and protected under his wing. head resting on his shoulder she peers up at him, ears flicking forward as he speaks. hints of a smile peek at the corners of her mouth as he speaks of how the city once was, sad that neither of them could have been able to know it. as he smiles down at her, she blushes once again, eyes closing and she buries her face into his fur-
Zeru:: *Chuckles softly, bending down to nuzzle her neck with a light growling purr.* "And that still wasn't even the best part of this night~" *Smiles, wrapping an arm around her
Avia: -looks at him curiously as he wraps his arm around her, sitting up slightly as she looks around and tries to see if something else was around to see- I think if you surprise me more I may just die in shock, my love. -giving a quiet laugh
Zeru:: *Chuckles deeply, feathering a kiss over her lips gently.* "I was speaking of you, shei'tani. Having you here with me is the best part of tonight."
Avia: -giggles and blushes at the kiss, purring ever so quietly to him- ... Oh Zeru! -face flushing bright red now. feeling shy she tucks her head under his chin, hiding-
Zeru:: *Smiles, pulling her gently closer to him.* "I speak only the truth." *Purrs to her, his eyes lifting up to the stars, the illusion falling slowly as he dissipates the weaves.*
Avia: I love you Zeru... -smiling she nuzzles her cheek against his. as he looks up to the sky her eyes follow, giving a quiet sigh as the scenery dissipates- Thank you for sharing that with me. It was beautiful
Zeru:: "I love you, too, Avia." *Purrs softly, returning her nuzzles.* "As I said, I thought it would be nice to give you something beautiful to look at, since I have you."
Avia: -laughs lightly, raising her paw and running her fingers through his hair- And I have you. You are most handsome. I do not see why you act as if I don't see you as someone wonderful to look at.
