This booth is strangely vacant, its Trick or Treater having seemingly wandered off to sample the whimsy of the festival for himself. Along the back wall of the booth there are a couple of balloons with paper bat wings taped to them, but with no one here to put up new ones after someone wins, you might notice that the prizes have thinned out a bit. For the low, low price of nothing at all, you may have the honor of throwing a dart at this wall. If you break a balloon, there may even be a prize in your future!
The old man who was here earlier is nowhere to be found, and neither are most of his bats. A large, tough-looking one still remains, however, ready to retrieve your winnings if you pop something. If you even think of trying to cheat or jump inside the booth to pull balloons off of the wall, Tough Bat will jab his lit cigar into your face. SCREECH!

"What's this?" Oppa eyed the old bat hanging around behind the booth. "Balloons? That old goat is going to s**t his britches when they pop." Oppa waited for the old man to turn around before throwing the darts laying on the booth stall table.
Oppa threw the dart with a wild might and it ended up missing the balloon board entirely and almost hit one of the bats hanging out in the rafters of the booth. Oppa turned tail and ran before the old coot could get wind of what happened!

Gracie skipped up to this new booth. She observed the old man then read the game rules. Was this dude for real? It was free? Oh snap, Gracie thought this was just what she needed. She picked up the darts. after looking them over a second gave the first one a toss, and then the second. She jumped and clapped with dorky glee that she had managed to pop one. This was going much better than the crane game. She made a mental note to come back and try again when they would let her.

While the man who ran the booth intimidated Xiu ("He...he doesn't look very happy..."), she still wanted to give the game a try. Popping balloons: how hard could that be, right?
Stepping forward, she picked up one of the darts and squinted at the bat balloons, her tongue sticking out of the corner of her mouth as she tried to aim. Choosing a target, Xiu threw the dart forward.

Carmine rolled up to this newest booth super excited since it didn't appear to cost anything at all. Since this was the case, he threw his two darts, the first being odd, the second being 10, he looked down the list and upon finding what he'd won could only bounce with glee. Another seed, how exciting!!

Stopping by the booth, Jericho rubbed his chin, not paying any attention to the one manning it. This game intrigued him and if anything, he figured it could help him out with his pisspoor aiming. That aside, games were always fun and there was the chance to get himself some more shiny things out of this.
Grinning at that thought, he decided to go for it. So the dragon walked on up to grab some darts before flinging them at the balloons.
Success!
Having managed to pop something, he got himself a nice seed. He was going to need to come back to this later on to play some more for sure.

Ulmuka was pleased to find a free game because the number of seeds in his pockets seemed to dwindle and then vanish. He gave the man behind the booth his usual cheshire grin.
He blinked his eyes unevenly and picked up a dart.
His aim seemed be spot on and he let out a screeching giggle of pleasure at finally winning a game!

When Israfel approached the booth, he heard something interesting. Popping. Now, normally the idea of popping involved him, bubble wrap, and insane amounts of giggling as his minipets went berserk at the noise. But this was filled with the thunks of misses, and huffing and cheering of students. Was Israfel interested? Of course. The chance to do something destructive, annoy, and win? Israfel liked those things. After making a ;A; face at the booth's...keeper, Israfel picked up a dart and threw it rather blindly. At the sound of the pop, his feathers puffed out in glee. It was slightly commical in the fact that he just kind of went and puffed with his own pop. ( Two seeds, SN: Vamps)

Levia had been fully prepared to walk right by the booth in favor of chasing down a rogue lantern caught in the wind, but the pop that sounded from other balloon-goers caught her curiosity.
The balloons wavered gently where they were pinned, and she was intrigued by the concept. Well hey, why not. With no prior hand-eye-coordination practice, the grombie's pale fingers plucked up a couple of darts. She performed a strange over-the-head throwing motion, releasing the darts at sporadic points in the air with no clue on what she was doing.
With a sound thunk and a pop, Levia blinked in surprise that the balloon had actually given way. She beamed with delight over her won seed, making a mental note to visit again the next day.

Zen stepped slowly through the festive crowd, flute held under the komuso's basketlike mask as they played music that was imperceptible thanks to the amount of noise. It was simply a habit. As the noise became interspersed with instances of loud popping, Zen's attention inevitably turned to the source- ah, a stand run by an old man, with what appeared to be dark colored floating objects that... exploded when pierced. The skeleton approached out of curiosity, watching others play (having learned their lesson from the crane game- one should not leap before they look). Realizing that there was once again a chance at free stuff, Zen decided to attempt this for themselves.
The monk came up to the stand, and the man glared. Zen motioned to a dart. The man just kept staring until he realized Zen was holding up the line and nodded with exasperation- who was this fool- but now that the Komuso had approval, This One picked up the tool and made their attempt-
POP! Success! The monk make no sound or visible reaction, but simply waited. Grumbling for some unknown reason, the old man handed over a very lovely seed that shimmered in rainbowish hues. Without a hint of braZenness, This One bowed humbly in thanks for the gift and left the stand with discreet glee.

This game was.. free! Perfect! That was Cuinn's favorite kind of booth. The cu sith had been keeping an eye on this stand while Batty was setting it up. Now that it was finally open, he eagerly hurried over to give it a shot.
The dog spirit hated balloons. Hated. They always charged his hair and fur with static electricity. They reeked of rubber. They made a horrible "POP" whenever they broke. Cuinn was more than happy to rid the world of a few of these horrible creations.
After waving at Zen (Cuinn was not really sure if the skeleton could see him, but whatever), he grabbed some darts. This would be wonderful stress relief! He certainly needed some after that Boogy Booth!
He did a decent job, too! Cuinn wagged his tail, proud of himself, as the old man handed over two seeds. "Thank you ~ !" he chirped. This booth had been worth the wait.

The old man leered. Vero stared back. And stared. And stared . . .
Oh! The game. Yes. Perhaps it would have better luck with this booth than the crane game. Eyeing the darts as if a specific one was what it needed, the little spirit plucked one up, eyeballed the wall of ballon-bats, and chucked.
The balloon popped to its surprise, the sound making it blink. Still, the prize of a seed for doing very little would ensure Vero's return.

So far Kazuka had found some rather interesting games at this festival. It put him in a good mood, even if he didn't show it much, so even when he saw the old man looking he wasn't bothered. Much anyway. He ended up stopping at the dark game and trying his hand at it, seeing how good his throwing skills were. It seemed he had lucked out this round ad he managed to pop a balloon and win a prize. Natsukoneko
