Ennéa joined Madison at the dart game and watched as her friend botched her throw. "No luck?" she slumped a little, feeling a bit discouraged. Getting seeds and wining fish wasn't as easy as she thought it would be.
She picked up a dart with her left hand. Still, she had to try. She didn't want to fail this mission. Jordan would be disappointed in her.
Ennéa gamely tossed her dart and whooped when it actually struck true, popping one of the balloons. "Yeah! I won!" She pumped her stump into the air and impulsively gave Madison a hug. It was bony but she didn't care.
"Alright!" she cried."We got seeds! Let's win some FISH! How about that one tank place we tried before?"

When some other students had tried the game with varying degrees of success, Ys stepped up to take another turn. Since it had worked before, she selected another dart that looked like it might have seen better days and simply flung it at the balloons. Aiming hadn't gotten her anywhere before, so she would let dumb luck guide her dart again this time around.
It seemed that her quote for lucky shots had been met since the dark ricocheted off of a balloon and fell down somewhere out of sight. No yelp of pain or anything, so there was a decent chance that it hadn't connected with anything at all. Oh well, better luck next time. Ys shrugged and went off to try her hand at some other things and maybe turn her luck around.

Marosa walked to the booth and picked up the two darts, this time taking his time and aiming carefully. He let the darts fly, wings fluttering in agitation and anticipation as he hoped he hit a few...
... but completely ended up missing. Dejected, he turned around and left the booth. He'd only won once, but every time after that had just been bad luck.

Lizzy had decided to visit this booth again, taking a dart and aiming it at the balloon on the wall. She did it mostly because she wanted to see if her luck would hold...
... It didn't.

The booth seemed to be abandoned. Siddie leaned over the counter curiously, looking for the proprietor, but when she saw absolutely nobody, she shrugged and picked up a dart anyway. The sign said it was free, so what was the harm in practicing her aim?
The balloon she'd aimed at burst with a very satisfying pop, and Siddie bounced happily. She'd actually won! She'd come back and try again later, after she'd spent this seed.

Hmm, the leering old man was gone Sin noticed as she walked up to the booth and glanced about curiously. The bats however were still present it seemed they were keeping track of things now. She picked up some darts and tossed there were a few POPS as they hit but nothing came out of the balloons, how unlucky!

Malodore had made its way back to the booth, which looked a bit more tattered since the last time it had come by that way. Hm. Odd. Still, it picked up a dart and took aim at one of the remaining balloons.
But, alas, it missed.

Another try, and Marosa had nothing to lose. He picked up the darts and this time didn't really aim or try, but halfheartedly threw them at the balloons.
Imagine his surprise when he hit both of them, earning two seeds for his good work.
Maybe his luck was turning around?

Back at the balloon popping booth as it was fun here as he got to throw darts at balloons and sometimes win seeds. Picking out one balloon as he picked up a dart and threw it hard towards the picked out target and waited to see if he would pop it. This time nothing popped, Adyian was a little sad but he would be back.

Holding some booth goodies in his arms, Yorugami surveyed the empty booth, balloons and the bat staring back at him. Here was a slight chance to get himself off from being broke in a damn festival.
Slowly approaching the bat, who was looking at him like it'd like nothing better than to pull out his crest-feathers, the shadow demon gingerly picked up a dart. Narrowing his eyes, even as keen as they were...he knew he had an atrocious aim. But well...never hurt to try. It cost nothing after all.
He listened to the distant thud as his thrown dart landed on the board. Straining his keen demon ears, he heard to accompanying pop. Opening an amber eye beneath his helm, Yorugami peered to see his dart land at the very edge of the board...as far from a balloon as you could get.
Drat.

Ulmuka felt like he was becoming the master of this game. He'd seen something a little expensive at the festival and he has his eye on it so he he was trying to acquire and save as many seeds as possible.
He lined up his throws carefully and POPPOP landed a few more hits.

Oppa was back again, he was growing fond of the old batty and his horde of bats. He wondered how the old coot has enough breath in him to actually blow up the balloons. Oppa laughed at the image of the old coot being inflated by the recoil of not being able to keep the air pressure inside the balloon. "he he." He chuckled as he walked up to the counter.
Oppa looked around, "HELLOOOOOOOOO??" where in the world had the old bat gone? Maybe a bathroom break. Oppa noticed that there were darts laid out. So he grabbed one, he noticed all the bats were glaring at him, their beady red eyes were almost glowing. "What? It's okay if I just practice a bit right?" Oppa felt uneasy, but he threw the dart anyways!
Thunk. It hit the bottom of the back board with an unenthusiastic sound. Oppa backed away from the booth. "Don't tell old batty okay!?" and ran off.

Lizzy was back at the booth, nodding at the ToTer manning it before taking the dart. Aiming it at a balloon, she took her time to focus before tossing it, watching as the dart sailed across the air and... Yes! She cheered as the balloon popped, a huge grin on her face; she might just be getting better at this game!
