Personality and other info Name: Mina Locke Age:17 and 1/2 Race: Mononoke Height: 5'5" Hair Color: Orange Eye Color: Orange Likes: Foxes, tea, books,exploring, and climbing. Dislikes: Big storms, people who hurt animals, and sitting still. Personality: Mina is a very curious witch, she is always out climbing in trees and going on adventures. She also goes around helping people in hopes of learning new things about almost anything. She prefers hands on learning instead of reading all the time. She does love reading but, when there is an opportunity to go do something that's explained in a book she will take it. She does have a lacking when it comes to directions. She gets lost in seconds in a city which is part of the reason why she left to live in the country-side.

History Mina started out living with her Mother in Lumena Castle Town, her father was always working so she would rarely see him. She would sit outside the back of her house and play with this one fox that always seemed to be there when her father wasn't. Her mother passed away after a few years of sickness when Mina was 14. She worked hard in her classes to become a Witch so she could explore more places. She always had a hard time with elemental magic except when it came to fire. But even then there were odd little quirks with her magic.
Soon after she graduated, she left to live in Clarus Arbor where it was quiet and open for exploring. She quickly became friends with many of the people who owned stores and restaurants in the area, learning each of their stories and helping when they were dealing with a loss or a bad day. She stays in her small house near the edge of the small town, something that her father had used as a vacation home for them when she was younger. She's almost never at home though, she's usually out walking around the forest or eating at the Sushi Restaraunt. *still working on this*

What's going on? Journal Entry 1
242 Words Something weird has been going on recently, I mean my healing spells aren't working all that well on people. Like they work really well on animals... I'm not really sure what's going on this time. But yeah I shouldn't go on and on about that here.
Well things here in Clarus Arbor are just perfect for me, it's so peaceful here except for the occasional city person who gets lost and confused. They always ended up annoying a few of the shop keepers with there endless questions about quality and small differences in products based on what they had been used to in the city. Just blah they annoy me too but some of them are ok. At least they don't go and start trying to cut the forest down to make it into a city, that would just be... well.... god awful to all the animals and people alike here.
At least everything is quiet at the sushi bar today, I had my usual order of Takoyaki and some spider rolls. I swear they get better every time. I still don't think too nicely of that Wasabi stuff, it burns my nose soooooo bad! I wonder how people can eat it, even in small little portions.
I'm kinda out of things to write today so I guess I'll just end this here? Maybe I'll have something else to write another day. So many uneventful days here with nothing to talk about.

Studies Journal Entry 2
231 Words Today was a little slow, I went down to the library to pick up a book. It's been awhile since I've been down there but the librarian still knows me by name. I went to go pick up one of the few books I like to read these days, the rest are really dull and make me want to sleep. I did see someone I know there, I didn't get to talk to them though. Maybe I'll see them around here sometime since the visitor season is slowing down a bit with the seasons. It's getting a little colder but the trees haven't started to change colors yet. I'm really looking forward to when they do though. It's really fun when there are huge piles of leaves on the ground. I can jump in them and play around with the foxes in the forest before they go hibernate in the winter. It's very quiet during the snowfall, I miss all the animals around that time. Hopefully it will be a short winter this year so there will be less time without them. I guess I'll get more time to brush up on my studies... It's so boring reading books though. I mean I like them but I can't stand not doing something hands-on.

Halloween Journal Entry 3
222 Words Something about Halloween this year seemed off, there was a sense of suspicion in the air after what happened because of a Majin or a Witch Eater. I just felt a little weird the whole evening, I felt like there was a permanent chill down my spine but I wasn't sure why. I really wonder if it's related to my father, my mother never told me where he vanished off too when she was ill. Or maybe that's why she was ill? Maybe a Witch eater had been the cause of her death? I don't know but sometimes I get that chill down my spine when I think about it.
I didn't like getting dressed up for the dance, dresses just seem so odd to me especially one with frill and lace all over for decoration. I don't understand how girls wear that stuff. Some of them are so tight that you can't even breathe in them, I swear I've seen girls faint in those things. At least the one I have is very plain, just a orangish brown color with white fading on the sleeves and around the bottom. I also have a little necklace that I can put my father's charm on so I can keep it with me even when I don't have a belt or loop for it.

Foxes Journal Entry 4
295 Words I've been spending more time in the forest recently, it just feels so nice when I sit out with the foxes at night. I still like the red foxes over the silver foxes since they don't look like old people with grey hair. But recently there have been some weird things going on. Like sometimes I swear I hear things that are too quiet to hear an also my healing spells have been gettin worse. Maybe I should try working with some of my other spells to see if they are effected too. I hope it's just because I'm out of practice and not something serious. My mother's spells started getting weaker before she fell ill, I really hope it's not like that for me.
It's times like this that I wonder about my dad. Had he known my mom was sick but didn't care or had he gotten hurt while away. I haven't heard anything from him in a few years. I mean I know he was always busy but he should be here for me and also for mom when she was alive. I know he said he would be fine but.. I just don't know anymore. I only feel better around the foxes in the forest, I mean they've very nice to me and don't n** or bite at me like they do with others. But they can't make me dinner or get me a gift for
my birthday.
I mean I guess I could tell Lilith or Salem about my birthday but I'm not sure if they would celebrate it with me, especially Salem. Something about him just seems really odd. I mean appearance means nothing but some of the things he says can be taken really in a bad way.
