Mina was running around as a fox again, the only thing odd about her as a fox was the fact that she wore her charm as a necklace. Other than that you couldn't tell she was actually a Mononoke until she spoke or changed. She was wandering around looking for someone to mess with, today was a really boring day and there wasn't anyone to talk to or hang out with at all in the town. Mina passed by a few regular foxes, she stopped and sat next to them for a bit as she listened for anyone who might be traveling today.
It was a beautiful day today, the whole forest was warm as the sunlight came through the trees. The other foxes and animals had started to rest in the shade and in places that they wouldn't be disturbed by travelers and other people who might walk through the forest today. On the other hand, Mina couldn't wait for someone to come by. She sat in the middle of the path and pawed at her collar for a minute, it glittered slightly in the light. "I can't wait to surprise someone!"

What a lovely day. The shining sun, the chirping birds, the warm grass… For all her days spent in cities and towns, Rosel did enjoy the country. For a while at least. Until it rained. In any case, it was a perfect day and she may as well revel in it.
Moonfall had gotten boring again so she’d hitched a ride to Clarus Arbor. Hillbillies weren't her usual fare, but nobody partied like they did. A farmer was more than happy to give her a ride, but he lived outside of town, leaving her to walk the rest of the way. She suspected he would have been happy to let her come home with him, if not for that eternal intruder, his wife. So, heels in hand, she walked in stockinged feet along the edge of the road.
She looked out over the meadow, eyes moving to the sudden flips and rustles of grass betraying the movement of the various woodland animals. She hoped it was the big ones; she’d had too much experience taking out her frustration on the small ones to respect them anymore. Mice, rats, cockroaches, toads (ew), spiders (extra ew)… Maybe there was a mountain lion out there. Or a stray dog. Or a…fox.
Rounding a bend in the road, she stopped short and tilted her head in confusion. There was a fox hanging out in the middle of the road. Just sitting there. ”Well, hello there.” She frowned, talking mostly to herself.
