Please note: Any characters that are inactive for a month's time (save for those who requested leave and gave us a date stating when they'd be back, or that they did indeed expect to come back) will be removed from the storyline and added to the cemetery section. Once they are there, you have lost the rights to play said character and may not have them back...unless you give us a suitable excuse. This means you can make an appeal to keep said character, and we will review it accordingly and decide collectively if the reason is valid.
If you come back from an unexcused absence without any excuse as to why you deserted us in the first place, you will be on probation (see the rules for more details on what this entails) for the same amount of time that you were inactive. I.e: if you were inactive for a month, then you are on probation for a month. If within that time, you take an absence without posting in the leave forum or telling one of the mods (barring extenuating circumstances), then you will run the risk of being booted from the guild.
As for users who are gone for over a month without notice, they will be permanently banned from the guild, and their characters will be removed. If you feel that you have a suitable excuse for being inactive for so long, you may re-apply (with a new character, unless you give proper reason for keeping your old one) with said excuse, and your case will be aptly reviewed by the mods.
