O t h e r N o t a b l e F e a t u r e s : When feeling particularly close to his demon (mainly when feeling greedy, he is using blood magic, thinking negative thoughts, or if his demon is influencing him and his actions) his eyes have a tendency to turn gold.

H i s t o r y : Alphonse was born into a noble family that had served the true crown of Avarice for as long as the kingdom itself had been around. When the true king was overthrown his family remained faithful supporters of the true rulers and went into hiding. Doing what they could to gain support for the true royal family they continued like this throughout the rule of the cambion and incubus pretenders. Alphonse's father was one of if not the biggest supporter of all the families and the day his wife gave birth to Alphonse was a great day for him. Raising the child with his own sense of duty and what was right and wrong he was proud of the man he was becoming. He inherited an affinity for magic from his father who was a great mage. Eventually he met the young Heiress Dominique and the two became friends after a few encounters. However, Alphonse's magic ability was not at the level his father wanted it to be when he was sixteen and therefore he did something dangerous.

All in the name of furthering his country and with his own greed for more power the man cast a binding spell on a very old and powerful demon. Using his own son as a host his intention was to give his son greater power and therefore making him more useful. The process was beyond painful and in the end Alphonse's heart stopped during the process. Seeing the error of his ways his father used the last bit of magic and life he had left to give his son a second chance. When it was all over Alphonse was breathing again and the binding spell had been successful. The demon now residing in his head was not at all pleased, but the spell had been done with powerful black magic and the odds of breaking the spell was slim.

The two conflicting personalities did not make for a peaceful time and for years the two couldn't get along for anything. However, after some common ground was found and the two learned to just accept one another begrudgingly Alphonse's magic was brought to a new level. During the time of turmoil between the two however, Alphonse was approached by the rightful King of Avarice. Having heard of his father's twisted ritual he asked for the young man to do something for him. Giving Alphonse the choice to refuse him the King asked him to infiltrate the court of the cambion usurpers. Finding the very thought to be revolting he could see where it was necessary. Deciding to do it Alphonse left for the Avarician court knowing what awaited him when he arrived.

Blending in with ease thanks to the demon that shared his body the young man gathered intelligence where he could, regularly sending updates to the king. Remaining in the court and climbing the ranks to better serve his King, Alphonse did his fair share of despicable things. Becoming a brief adviser to the then current Queen it wasn't long after that the rightful rulers were able to retake the city. Joining in the campaign with pleasure Alphonse helped in cleansing the land. When the capital was retaken Alphonse was named a Duke for his role. Staying to help rebuild and continue to cleanse the land it wasn't long before the King approached him with another request. He was asked to go to Veritas' realm and help watch over and protect the King's eldest daughter and future ruler. He could still vaguely remember the Heiress from when he was younger. She was an old friend and understanding that Dominique represented the future of Avarice he agreed to do so without hesitation and left immediately.

P e r s o n a l i t y : Alphonse is a pleasant enough person most of the time. Doing his best to show the whole world in his own way that Avarice is a pleasant place. He is highly honorable and follows his own code of ethics even if it is twisted at times. If he makes a promise he sees it through to it's conclusion to the best of his abilities. He is highly protective over his friends and beliefs. He plays the gentleman when need be. He prefers fighting on the battlefield to politics, but understands the importance of politics. Alphonse also thanks to Bale harbors a darker personality that the demon plays of off on occasion. The darker personality is something he is more familiar with than he would like as he had to use it while playing the part of spy. And when using blood magic he traditionally taps into at least a little.

L i k e s : Training, Ladies, Honor

D i s l i k e s : Bale (having the demon bonded to him was not his choice), His father, Cambions, Demons in general, Rudeness, Tardiness

P o w e r : Magic: Alphonse is well versed in magical lore. He has some magical prowess on his own, but as far as the great practitioners are concerned, his spell work is mediocre. He can perform a variety of simple feats that usually consist of cleanings spells, a light in a dark place, “magic tricks” ect…He also has an a natural affinity to flame.

Due to the fact that his father bound him to a demon of fire, in an attempt to increase his talent with the arts, he is able to perform blood magic. This magic is used as fuel to make certain spells far more potent. It allows him to focus properly, and enhance it past it’s initial limitations. For example. While invoking blood magic, a small flame could become a fire ball, or something worse, of the same element. The knowledge from the demon, Bale, also increases his skill in spotting when something magical is afoot. His spells and aptitude without blood magic are unfortunately lacking in power.

While any spell used with blood magic becomes stronger, it is not without a price. It is considered dangerous, dark magic, and takes a toll not only on the body, if one’s own blood is used—But on the soul.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r S t r e n g t h s : Alphonse skillfully combines magic and his knowledge of the sword to become a dangerous opponent. By using blood magic he is able to extend the power of his spells and make them more versatile. Even the simplest spell could prove deadly.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r W e a k n e s s e s : Magic is by nature a draining ability. Especially when coupled with the use of Blood magic. At his level, it is highly exhausting, even while using the simplest of spells. Blood magic is violent, and can have a tendency to backfire, if a spell is not properly executed. He is limited by the laws of nature if he were to summon fire. (Fire can still be put out by water, fire melts ice, etc.).

Negative emotions can also affect his spells, leaving further danger, and a potential for madness. Being bound to a demon is both a gift, and a terrible curse. As such he usually only uses Blood Magic in emergencies, or his own skills if he needs something small done.

Since is soul has already been tainted by his father with the binding ritual, he is more susceptible to the allure of the dark arts.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r M a s t e r y : 9 (Alphonse was been trained heavily by his father since the moment he showed even a hint of talent for magic. Then when the demon was bound to him and the two eventually learned to begrudgingly get along, the demon allowed Alphonse to access some of his vast knowledge...He is skilled because he already understood the mechanics, of larger spells--He just needed the ability. The fire demon has provided him that.)

W e a p o n s : Alphonse is very well versed in the use of a sword to the point he can wield two at the same time quite effectively. He has a personal long sword that was forged by a master blacksmith and imbued with magic by a sorcerer. The sword was passed down through generations for many years and eventually blessed by a high priestess. As a result it is incredibly sharp even by modern standards as well as able to extend out to double it's original length in nearly an instant and back. It can also shrink to roughly the size of a long dagger for increased mobility and making it easier to carry around.

H i s t o r y : Young Alistair was the product of an extremist member of the Church seeking to create a warrior to fight in their name. A lesser noble of the Kingdom, Sir Damian Greystone made a pact with a demon. In exchange for the warrior he desired, he would allow the demon one night with his wife. In a ceremony of near unholy proportions, the being came and conceived young Damian along a marble altar. The boy was born under the pale moon light, the stars aligned in a dark and horrific manner. Lead by one of Greystone’s counsel, members of the King’s justice came and delivered their judgment. Deeming the incident one of pure evil and corruption, they slaughtered all that dwelled there. One of the warriors, a knight of lesser birth by the name of Nicholas, took pity upon the red-eyed babe, bringing him into his home. Having lost his wife and son in childbirth, he decided to raise the child as if he was his own. Leaving him his father‘s name, so as to not lose the line, he named the boy Alistair, and became lord over the slain noble’s land. A stern yet loving father, he took special participation in raising the boy, personally teaching him the arts of war, instructing him in hand to hand, and eventually to the use of a blade. For what other subjects he could not teach, he left to a scholar, a blind man by the name of Richard. Richard had a full understanding of young Alistair’s origins, having been the counselor that lead the knight to the ceremony all those years ago. Blinded as part of his punishment, he sought to atone for his crimes by being a positive influence in Alistair’s life, to bring out the man in him whilst Nicholas brought about the demon.

For such a child, he took to violence quickly, becoming a skilled warrior, archer and even horseman. It seemed that Alistair could fill any position on the field he so desired. But what young Alistair loved so much was to be holding a blade, so much that he begun to adopt wielding two swords, turning himself into a blinding tempest of cold steel. When he was 13, he began to experience an elevation of temperature, his body spiked with great heat, even able to stand in the coldest of winters wearing nothing but a sword across his waist. Months passed, and finally he experienced his first manifestation of his dual nature. It came about in training when, in a rage, he unleashed fire from his unarmed hand, burning his sparring partner severely. His father’s guards, out of fear, took Alistair and locked him away out of fear of this development. Releasing him, Nicholas and Richard immediately went to work, trying to turn his fires from within into something better channeled. Turning the burning fires into a tool of combat, he soon became a much greater warrior through his newly acquired knowledge.

At the age of 14, he was made a squire to a higher noble, proving himself on the field as guarding his master with great ferocity, gaining a reputation for being hell on earth. He was knighted quickly, after only a few years of service under his fellow knight. Over the years since his knighthood, he became a traveling warrior, offering his services of protection towards any noble, usually as a guardian of the noble’s children. For someone of such a reputation of his origins, he proved to be surprisingly tender towards his young charges. The nobles of Justice have come to a realization that even though he is of demonic heritage, that it is not his fault. Though some have tried to brand him the son of a madman, Alistair's only response is that the elder Greystone was not his father. The court of Justice does not see him too often, as he is tired of their whispers as he makes his way in. The King respects this wish, as he sees that Alistair loves the kingdom yet hates the Court that partially despises him. Wanting no unjust action taken upon the boy, they communicate via raven where Alistair receives orders to assist that family or another within the realm of Justice. Finally, the day came when he was selected to be brought forth to the realm of Veritas, in order to see to the protection of the heirs and nobles of Justice. May he be a silent guardian, or will he become the terror-borne executioner of his crown’s enemies? Time will tell.

P e r s o n a l i t y : A skilled warrior of unique origins, he is calm and collected, usually only speaking a few words at a time. Despite his stoic nature, he is surprisingly caring towards children. He is also the one that will do his job to the fullest, ready to lay down his life for his charges.

L i k e s : Practicing his skills, meditating, a good pint of ale. The King of Justice.

D i s l i k e s : Anyone that dares to harm the ones he is to protect. Those that attempt to get a rise out of him. The Court of Justice.

P o w e r : Hellfire Manipulation- Calling upon his demonic blood, he is able to channel the fires of hell as a weapon upon his enemies.

]xxxxxxxxxxP o w e r S t r e n g t h s : As a pure offensive weapon, he can unleash the hellfire as a flamethrower, or even as bolts of hellfire. Hellfire is unique in that it burns the body, but grows in intensity based upon the sins that weigh on the afflicted person’s soul. The fire burns just like normal flames, and can be extinguished just like a normal flame with water. However, once the flames have been extinguished, the remaining burns still resonate with the pain of their sins. Only if the wound is treated with holy water or a blessed item will the pain disappear. He can call upon hellfire for about six hours each day before it gets too taxing for him to use. He usually requires some rest, usually a day and a half's worth if he has used his flames to their limit. Due to his own demonic heritage, he has certain protections from hellfire. Hellfire for Alistair burns just like fire would, though the residual sin based effects are not present due to the fact that he is in a way, damned already.

]xxxxxxxxxxP o w e r W e a k n e s s e s : Due to the unique nature of hellfire, he has a hard time managing and controlling the fires within him. His demonic half allows him the ability to keep it within him, but at times his human half will force him to unleash the flames uncontrollably. While it cannot hurt him, anyone caught within the fires can be burned severely. The fires that he channels come directly from the bowels of Hell, as such they affect the environment around him as well as his mind. At times he will have a hard time maintaining his location, for he will at times believe he is in Hell. These vivid hallucinations not only extend to his environment, but to other people as well: they will appear to him as a demon. He has been known to raise a hand against his fellow warriors without regard in pure fury. The hallucinations vary in their length of time, they can last for a few short seconds to a few hours. He hasn't been known to be under a hallucination for more than four hours at a time, though the danger is still present when he is in hallucinating. So far, the strong soothing words of someone close to him has a tendency to be able to bring him out of the hallucinations, which is less abrupt than dousing him in holy water which can be akin to waking from a night terror for him. On the subject of holy water, which is uncomfortable for him, similar to pouring every hot water on someone. Holy items themselves can be used very easily on him due to the demonic blood within him.

]xxxxxxxxxxP o w e r M a s t e r y : 5

W e a p o n s : Alistair wields two curved swords with deadly intent, wearing them along his belt at all times.

H  i s t o r y : Millicent Faye Kudrin was born in the cold of winter, emerging from her mother's womb at nearly the exact stroke of midnight. Her father was in the good graces of the king, her mother a handmaiden to the queen herself. From a very young age, Millie, as she was affectionately called, was raised and educated per her station, showing great prowess in the arts. She also proved to have a silver tongue, to the delight of her parents. Despite her young age, she was the focus of her household, enjoying conversations seemingly beyond her years with some of the kingdom's great minds in preparation for her eventual marriage into higher nobility. Several brothers and sisters followed her, all of whom she loved deeply. Nothing was more important to her than family, and she was a caring older sister to them in every way. Her talents with dancing, playing music and even embroidery brought delight to those around her, both her mother and father working hard to find a match suitable to their charming, nearly perfect eldest daughter.

At the age of 14, it was announced that she would marry a Lord Isaac Borleas, Baron and ruler over a substantial portion of land in the southern part of Prudence. Her parents were ecstatic about the match, Millicent understanding the necessity of her role as a good wife to the Baron so that fortune would continue to fall on her family. They were wed in the spring, just after her 15th Birthday, and it was quite amazing the ease with which she adjusted to the life of a Baroness. Her silver tongue and fashionable household were the talk of others in her station, no one suspecting the unhappiness of the marriage behind closed doors. Isaac, despite his station, education and favor with the royals, was a heavy drinker in the evenings, and as such not entirely a pleasant man to be around. He was known to take many mistresses, all in secret, of course, and his unintended cruelty towards his young wife did not go unheeded by the clever Millicent. He saw her for nothing more than her incredible beauty, ignoring or chastising her when she tried to engage him in deep discussion or point out the flaws of his ways. His upset at her inability to produce him a child also played a critical factor, the young Millicent attempting anything to please her husband, as a good, dutiful wife should.

While she spoke to her mother of her treatment, it was largely ignored in favor of at least the semblance of her marriage's propriety. The lesson was a hard one for Millicent to learn, but ultimately, she became adept at suffering in silence, a darker side to her heritage's importance of propriety and duty. The years passed, Millie finding her relief in throwing parties and sewing beautiful gowns. Her way with words and honorable actions hid her anger at her husband, her only true joy coming from the visits of her younger siblings and members of her family to revel in the estate she had built for herself. Release only came at the death of her husband, who was sent to lead a small detachment of soldiers in a military campaign.

A widow at the age of 22, her sharp mind and grasp of language allowed her to easily fall into the political role attached to her class when she inherited her husband's land. It was the one thing she appreciated from him, the girl she had once been morphing into the woman she now was. Against many people's expectations, Millie proved herself a shrewd ruler, with a mind for finances and politics. She was able to add vast wealth to her late husband's fortune by halving their estate's budget for spirits and increasing productivity from her workers. Of course, as wealth amassed, she was able to increase her budget for entertainment and merriment, which she heartily enjoyed. She fell into a routine of smiling and performing when in public so no one would be able to guess the thoughts that lurked behind such a pretty face. Her faith in many of the ways of her people had been shaken by her married years, questioning the wisdom of always suffering in silence when she had the mind to do great things for her nation - after all, she was an elf, and was going to be around for a long, long time.

Her life became a mixture of visits to court and running her own estate, her confidence soon growing to match her intellect and means of expression. While others of her race marveled at her youth (as she was very very young for an elf), she used this as nothing more than motivation to continue to forge her own destiny in life. Despite her parents push that she re-marry, using her wealth and influence to continue to rise in the ranks of Prudent royalty, Millicent was not so ready to go back to the married life she'd already left behind. She used her influence, both within the kingdom and with her parents to establish marriages for some of her younger siblings, before moving to court where she was assigned as one of the Queen Fedora's principal ladies in waiting.

With the rumors swirling around the kingdoms of some whispered evil, the Baroness was sent to Veritas' realm for her own safety, as well as to look after the the heirs from afar, and to report back to her Majesty with updates as to their safety and status within their host's realm. Despite her desires to remain with her own estate, Millie agreed to the temporary move, packing her things and heading to the God's realm. There was a wealth of knowledge she would be able to discover there, and therefore she was not as opposed to it as some might have thought.

P e r s o n a l i t y : Millicent seems to live a dual personality, depending on who she is with and what kind of situation they find themselves in. In public, she is the perfect example of a duty-bound Prudent woman. She does exactly what is expected of her, and never deviates from the norms of society. She is confident, but known when it is best to confer to others, and comport to their beliefs to avoid conflict. It is dictated by her homeland that she hide her emotions, though this often proves to be quite difficult for her. It is for this reason that she often will lock herself away from others for short periods of time, to avoid an emotional overload that would tarnish her otherwise sterling social reputation. Aside from these few times, however, she prefers to be surrounded by friends and family of higher station, where she can dazzle them with her turn of phrase and the latest fashions. She revels in anything expensive and beautiful, known for her skills as a hostess and the lavish parties she would hold at her estate in Prudence. She likes to imagine the ideal world, and can often be caught laying in the grass, staring at the clouds with a small smile on her lips, or gazing out the window, lost in thought. Her wit and speaking ability are known to those throughout the kingdom, and possibly beyond, though she does not always feel deserving of the praise she is given.

Her private life is decidedly more controversial by Prudent standards. As a result of her marriage, despite it's relatively happy ending, she is not sure she would want to get married again, as they are hardly ever for love in Prudent society. She is often quite emotional, speaking with those closest to her of many things considered "imprudent" by her homeland's standards. As she has already been married, and experienced at least the physical aspects of love, she is a more sensual person than many women in prudence would deem proper. She enjoyed the "game" of courtship, revealing in the stimulation that comes playing cat and mouse - when one's affections are shiny and new. While she would never do so in public, in private, to those closest to her, she is known for speaking her mind, regardless of one's feelings towards what she might have to say. There is a sense of joy she gets from shocking someone, though it likely comes from the idea that she enjoys the attention from everyone that she is used to getting at home for her wit and eloquence. She does not worry so much about her own safety as her friends and family.

P o w e r : Psychometry. Millie can access the memories attached to an object through physical touch. The memories she experiences are very vivid, and she often feels as if she experiences the sensations and emotions of the person who's memory it is.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r S t r e n g t h s : Reading the memories of objects that those she wants to know better generally uses allows a unique insight into their personality.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r W e a k n e s s e s : Her powers are limited to objects that she physically touches. As of right now, she can get very vague readings off of people, but they are limited to generalized emotions or very current memories - anything more specific than that is beyond her. If it is an object handled by a great many people, she is often unable to discern one memory from another. She has to have a very specific idea of what she is looking for in order to achieve that feat, though it takes so much out of her that she only uses it in extreme conditions. She can only see the past of the object, and has no current way of looking into the object's future.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r M a s t e r y : 6

W e a p o n s : Two daggers that she carries for safety, though she will be the first to admit that she does not necessarily know how to use them properly. She prefers to talk herself out of a confrontation that use violence.

H  i s t o r y : When the affront against Patience had transpired, most believed that all but one of the children (the young princess Maelona) had been mercilessly slaughtered, and those who had fallen to these thoughts even included the King and Queen. It'd been a travesty, and all had mourned the loss of the innocent and so treasured royals.

He'd been the seven, and learned well (and of course bitterly) at the tender ages of childhood that war and power inevitably spelled death, and that it was really only the strong that endured, survived. The gods had blessed him on that horrendous day, had willed his weakened heart to beat, and hadn't allowed the rugged breaths to cease in his lungs. It'd been a quiet existence, every particle in his being knew that if he didn't appear dead, that his executioners would do better in their next attempt to steal his life.

The enemies had tossed him aside, left him for dead in the forest that they'd found the child in. And for the first time, Dafydd shifted into a sphynx on the mossy forest floor. Slowly, his body re-knitted itself with the change, brought back the threads of life to the once wholly human child. Spirits in the forest hovered around the boy, whispering to him of what the Fates had decreed for his destiny. But of course, such utterances were lost on the child, the slew of promises and expectations were drowned by the pain, and no seven year old would have been able to grasp exactly what the voices were. Seven was such an impressionable age, one filled often with imaginary friends and rampant ideas of fabrications, he'd not been able to distinguish the difference in the state of excruitation that he faced whilst his body recovered.

But, Dafydd soon learned that only on the day of his twenty-first birthday would he regain the ability to go back to his human form. Only when all thought that Dafydd of Patience as nothing but a tragic memory, a tainted stain in the fabric of which Time was made, would he be able to return, and rightfully claim his place among the nobles.

Until then, the young prince learned to live off of the land, and eventually traveled from kingdom to kingdom to learn what he may of his potential enemies, and perhaps who would make a stronger ally in the future. He observed closely the circle that life took, and it slowly carved into him the animalistic outlook on politics, his ideas motivated to be more practical than based upon the fleeting emotions that so many let rule their lives.

Patience. It'd been the hardest lesson to sink in. Nearly fifteen years he'd have to wait to return to society, to return to his rightful place alongside what was left of his family. But many throughout the animals had offered to assist in bringing the boy up in a way that the kingdom would be proud, in a way to mold him into the person they so desperately needed to be an influence for the rest of the kingdom. They'd spent a large portion of the time teaching him why the way policies in politics were corrupt, why he couldn't trust anyone fully. They'd taught him the bloody history of Patience, and it was a shameful bout of lessons, because they were a virtuous kingdom with such a tainted past. The animals remembered far more than just what had transgressed, but also the motivations of those who'd acted, or had failed completely to act in a way to bring much needed change to Patience.

Only months before his twenty-first birthday did they teach him how to melt into the human world, how to resemble what he was expected to be. And he spent three years living amongst the lower classes as a requirement by the animal kingdom, to keep him humble to those who would soon be below him. Dafydd had waited, anxiously for the words of when it was okay for him to return, and when it came, he'd been instructed to go to Veritas' kingdom, to seek refuge there before inching into the borders of what had been his early childhood home. If he were to go directly back to his family's castle, it would most certainly spell out another attempted execution.

So, like the other royals, Dafydd made his way to the castle, bracing himself for something he couldn't quite make exceptional expectations. Though, the birth mark behind his ear and the ring that he now wore about his neck on a chain, would assure everyone of his identity, but never would they understand his absence, why he'd not contacted anyone to let them know that he was alive. And he could only hope that someone in the old man's kingdom would give him an embracing welcome.

P e r s o n a l i t y : Driven to be the king of the Patiente empire, patient, cunning but often ruthless.

L i k e s : Women to warm his bed, monetary gain, and opportunity

D i s l i k e s : Anyone who would stand in the way of his achieving his goals.

P o w e r : Shape shifting to that of a sphinx

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r S t r e n g t h s : Because Dafydd was given this ability at birth, he is able to shift at will, into the form of a sphinx. This allows him to keep a sharp eye on those below him by flying. The sphinx's form is far stronger than his own human form.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r W e a k n e s s e s : Switching from one form to the other is quite painful, given the displacement of bones. The sphinx, albeit able to move quickly, is heavy and flying for hours upon hours is quite a burden upon his endurance. His appetite increases substantially with the animal form, and he is not able to communicate with vocalized words.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r M a s t e r y : 6 - trained

W e a p o n s : Dafydd is quite skilled with a sword, quick to draw one when it is needed. He often resorts to a more instinctive manor, using his bare hands instead.

K i n g d o m : Prudence

C l a s s : Royalty

O c c u p a t i o n : Heir to the Throne

A l l i e s : Asmoda (Were she not dead), Demetri's spirit. Maybe Nathaniel or Altonair Wood (if only because they're cousins).

E n e m i e s : The King and Queen of Prudence/Lust

xxxxxx[ ȶ | ћ | e | H | ɨ | s | ȶ | σ | r | ӌ ]...

H i s t o r y : ] Born an identical twin to his brother, Demetri, Nikolai was not originally chosen to be heir to the throne. The title fell on his brother, who was reasonable, calculating, and certainly the more obedient of the two. He seemed to surpass his twin in every courtly valued aspect. Nikolai undertook some of the same studies as his brother; But seems more familiar with battle stratagems. While Demetri remained indoors and surrounded by books-- Nikolai often fled and passed his time learning from the men in the barracks. He believed that the Queen wished to have him shipped to the furthest corner of Prudence in the most dangerous battlement as soon as Demetri was crowned. With that in mind, he sought to be prepared. (He was right about that...The Queen would have sent him by his Fathers command--And would wish that he never returned.)

Nikolai himself is often brash and a bit too outgoing for his family’s taste. He’d never concerned himself with their moral values or ideals, and preferred acting on his own impulses as much as he was able. He detests the cruel courtly games they play with one another and refuses to participate. There are stories woven about his name that hold varying degrees of truth earning him the title of the 'Black Prince' or the 'Black Brother' amongst those who hold favor with gossip mongers.

Ergo, Nikolai could hardly be called the ‘favorite’ child (this puts it lightly- his parents loathe him), but that no longer mattered; Demetri died; fell to the hand of an assassin, an act which Nikolai was witness to. No one else remained before Nikolai, and as such the prince has suddenly been forced to adhere to his family’s rules (which isn’t going well), and with the threat of more assassination attempts, is being sent away in the interest of protecting his life (which is also probably not going to go well).

P e r s o n a l i t y : Outwardly chilled, quiet, and broody. He does hold compassion, it is simply deeply buried. Laughter does not come easily.

L i k e s : The few friends he has, eating, avoiding his duties, avoiding his fiance (whom he believes hates him), avoiding his family (except the ghost of Demetri-whom he secretly enjoys).

D i s l i k e s : Marriage, his parents, his kingdom.

xxxxxx[ ȶ | ћ | e | A | ɗ | ɗ | ɨ | ȶ | ɨ | σ | n | s ]...

P o w e r : Telekinesis

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r S t r e n g t h s : As with most in his family, Nikolai possesses the ability to move physical objects with his mind. This ability can be used to heave heavy substances upwards from the ground or over certain distances, to make things float, etc.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r W e a k n e s s e s : The heavier the object, the harder it is to move, and the more concentration and energy it costs him. While his powers are potent enough at their level to lift particularly heavy objects (a large tree or rock, for instance), doing so saps a great deal of energy. Range with the power will vary depending on how well/focused he's feeling, but generally tapers out at somewhere between 30 and 50 feet.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r M a s t e r y : 6

P o w e r : Minor sixth sense

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r S t r e n g t h s : The soul of Nikolai's deceased twin has latched itself to his own, which grants him the ability to see and speak with the dead.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r W e a k n e s s e s : He has absolutely no sway over the spirits he sees (save for Demetri, as he ties him to the mortal realm), nor can he switch the ability off. It's not something he's even come to realize he possesses, as the addition of this power became new upon his brother's death.

]xxxxxxxxxx P o w e r M a s t e r y : 4

W e a p o n s : He's been known to carry a sword--Of which he is quite skilled.
