Getting Fired - This might not be a hobby Irinei consciously pursues, but by the way he behaves on the clock could convince most people that it was indeed a serious hobby of his. Slacking off, sleeping, reading magazines, showing up late, even chewing bubblegum loudly, Irinei is possibly the worst employee in all of Destiny City. He is always in a state of half-assed job hunting, and on the verge of being/recently fired.

Napping - Somewhere in the dark recesses of his family history, one of Irinei's ancestors must have gotten a cat mixed up with his wife.The most common poses you will see Irinei in is sprawled on his back or stomach in a patch of light. It doesn't matter to him that he's in the back storage room of his work, on a small patch of grass besides a highway, or on the couch of a complete stranger. When he's got nothing better to be doing, Ireni is dead to the world. This has landed him in constant trouble throughout his life, and during his youth as a rather more sloppy dresser, he was constantly being mistaken for a street kid. Now people just think he's a drunk.

Arcade Gaming - Perhaps its a combination of the flashing lights, loud noises and sugary snacks available, or the fact that he spends so much time sleeping that he has to have some place to blow off the energy, but whatever the reason, Irinei reverts to the mental age of six whenever he's in an arcade. Jumping from one game to the next, he's deceptively good at the games from years of practice, and will not rest until his name is as high up the scoreboards as he can get it. One of his favorite games is air hockey, and he doesn't consider an arcade complete without one of the tables.

Pokemon - Yes, he has caught them all. While experimenting with home gaming consoles, he stumbled across the magical world of pocket monsters and it stuck. Unable to stay interested in any other of the newer generation of games, he explored every inch of Johto, Sinnoh, Hoenn, Kanto and recently Unova. While he doesn't battle competitively, he does ev train and breed movesets for people requesting certain Pokemon over the internet. Apart from the battling aspect, he will gladly and proudly show you all his beauty, super, and musical contest ribbons. He has all the ribbons. All of them.

Virtues:

Carefree - Irinei finds it bemusing how people can get so weighed down with worries. His mind always brings the good to the front and covers the bad with silver linings. Not demanding much of life, he gets what he asks for, and enjoys it to it's full extent. He sees other people's lives in the same way, and can usually point out at least a few upsides to the down and generally attempts to get people to see his point of view. After all, life is beautiful and it's a waste to spend your days moping in a corner. Not denying sadness, Irinei will be upset when bad things happen, and angry when unjust things happen, but he always regains his cheerful attitude with ease after the time for mourning has passed.

Steady - While even the friendliest of other people tend to have their ups and downs, Irinei is a pool of tranquility in a mad world. Taking things as they come, it's a rare and terrifying sight to behold him visibly upset. Even when wildly celebrating the joys of life he still tends to apply some moderation, and carefully moderates his intake of chaos. He is the guy who's still good to drive after a night of parties, the one who phones 911 in an emergency, and the one who keeps his head firmly on his shoulders and his feet on the ground at all times. If you bring him along on your escapades, don't worry, you can rely on him.

Confident - Irinei is young, good looking, unattached, and has a handful of dollars in his pocket. The sun is rising and the new day is a great big fish. Jumping headlong in to situations most people would say were over his head, Irinei tends to come out relatively unscathed due to optimism, unshakable confidence, and the occasional bit of luck. Not surprisingly, this tends to pay off as when you're the only person who dares to go the extra mile, you tend to reap the rewards. Even if he gets pushed off, turned down or foiled, his confidence doesn't waver and he rolls calmly with the punches. After all, things always tend to work out in the end, don't they? The day may come where he finds himself up against a wall, but until then Irinei's king of the world. So let him handle that, he can do it!

Genial - Irinei's the kind of guy who steps forward and shakes your hand with that energetic strength that's fired by pure pleasure to meet someone new. He's friendly and just enjoys spending time in the company of other people. Socializing is it's own reward, and he finds it easy to get along with all but the most difficult people. Of course, you can't win them all, and if he figures he's not wanted he'll leave you be, but otherwise he enjoys hanging out, talking, joking and laughing with anyone around him. After all, people are fun to be around! And the more willing participants, the more fun things you can get up to.

Flaws:

Condescending - Irinei has as nasty habit of talking down to people, brushing off their opinions, and treating them like children. In his mind he's the only one who really knows what's the deal, what's important, and what people need. Getting angry or upset at him tends to just cause him to think you're even more immature, being worked up over something as silly as whatever it is you're angry at him for. Everyone makes mistakes, life moves on, and he's sure they'll understand one day. When they're older. Unless you can prove to him that you're capable and mature, you're getting the adult voice and pat on the shoulder. Because everything's going to be alright, don't you worry yourself about it.

Lazy - The chair is comfy, the day is long, and he'll get around to it later. Irinei is always putting off work, lounging around, and refining the art of waisting the day away. He doesn't have any big life goals, so he doesn't see the point in running around trying to put effort into his shitty low-paying dead end jobs, or god forbid study for his classes. As for physical exercise, well his metabolism is holding out so far, and there's no point in running in circles like a moron until health dictates it. The only reason Irinei is bothering with college is to keep his parents from dragging him back to Russia. And as much as he loves his mother's cooking and misses his family, he doesn't miss Russian winters.

Inconsiderate - Oh, you needed those notes back for the test? Well Irinei would give them back, only he lent them to some other dude. Who? Well he had hair like this, and walks with a slouch, and has an amazing trick he can do with his tongue and his ear. Rarely thinking of the results of his actions, Irinei goes ahead and gossips about how you and your ex broke up while you're in the same room, spills his drink on your sofa, leaving it to soak in, and opens the back door to let your declawed cat to go explore the raining neighborhood in the dark. He's not trying to drive you nuts, he just honestly hasn't thought about the consequences. And he's uh - sorry about that. It just didn't cross his mind you might want that back.

Distanced - While Irinei strolls through the comfortable groove of his life with smug confidence, he relies heavily on staying on the sidelines to keep it that way. He's always the wingman, the guy who saw it happen, and the third wheel. Although friendly, confident and physically intimate with people, he values his comfortable lifestyle more than risking the lot on the big gamble of human relationships, and one of the few things that can get him bothered is cornering him for a good old talk about our feelings. The word commitment makes him itch. This also extends into a dislike of being the center of attention, and therefore there is nothing Irinei enjoys more than hanging out with someone who is louder, and more outgoing than himself.

Physical Description

Eyes: Light purple, with thick eyelashes.

Hair: Halfway to his shoulders, messy and straight. Is grey green, and has long bangs parted on the left. Two sections on either side of his face curve inwards.

Face: Two piercings on each of his ears, beauty mark on the inner corner of his left eye.

Senshi: Sailor Aletheia, senshi of Clarity.

Challenge: "Let's clear the air!"

Fuku Colour:

Main Color: #9bb7ff
Secondary Color: #fcb94f

Fuku:

Bow -- butt bow. stripe at the bottom.
Bodice -- v neck bodice
Sleeves -- cropped jacket with short sleeves and a popped collar. flaps on each sleeve held up with a circular button
Brooch -- placed on his choker
Bottoms -- straight up pants
Tiara -- classic tiara with stone
Choker -- classic with brooch set on it
Shoes -- high boots with pointed toes. have two circular buttons mimicking his ear piercings at the ankles, and one at the top on the outside, mimicking the same flap held down as on the jacket.
Gloves -- wrist bracers
Accessories -- two earrings on each of his ear, directly above each other

**this is only a concept!! the only things i really want in his outfit is a sense of casual style, high boots vaguely styled after the cowboy boot sole style and his ear piercings. and a bow.**


Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Clear Sight
Aletheia closes his eyes and places his hands over them while saying the name of the ability. His hands glow white, and when he removes them, the light stays on his face, and move into his eyes which become solid glowing white. They remain that way until the power dissipates.

Allows Aletheia to see through any illusions/disguises for the next 15 minutes. Does not allow him to see through civ identities.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Clear True Sight
Aletheia closes his eyes and places his hands over them while saying the name of the ability. His hands glow white, and when he removes them his eyes have become solid glowing white. The glow remains in his hands, and he can 'throw' the white energy at the two other people he wants to gain his power. Their eyes glow as his do while this power is active.

Allows Alethia and up to two other people to see though any illusions/disguises for the next 20 minutes. Does not allow him/them to see through civ identities.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Clear Field
Alethia covers his face with his hands, and his entire body glows white. He then throws his hands out while saying the name of his power, and the glow moves from his body outwards, creating a dome of glowing white light.

Creates a dome the size of a block around him. Entering it removes all obstacles for line of sight, and makes all geography in the area 'disappear', leaving behind a simple grey stone floor and blue misty sky, allowing each person inside it to see every other person at all times. Alethia is completely aware of the location of every single person inside this field.
Alethia cannot move or fight while using this ability, he can keep it up as long as he can keep his focus on it.
When the field is dropped, if a character was standing where there should be a solid object normally, they are moved slightly out of harms way, so there is no chance of them getting stuck in a wall.

As far as the civilian form goes, I think you need more details about how his inconsiderate, condescending, and shameless flaws co-exists with his genial virtue. Those're usually opposing forces, but it's not impossible to be them all.

why are you asking for crit he is fine

The only real thing I can think to comment on is that although he's balanced virtue and flaw-wise and plenty stamp-worthy, he seems like he might end up frustrating to play against since psychologically he's a bit of an impenetrable wall. Nothing phases him: even when he's being portrayed in a bad light he still ends up 'winning' because he's always going to have a lot of control over any situation he's in. All of his flaws, even though they're great for giving people a reason to hate him, are still about how cool and collected and uncaring he is all the time. He comes out seeming better than everyone else because there's no way to get under his skin or make him fail in a way that would actually bother him.

So if you want me to get super duper nitty gritty, I think it would help even out the playing field a bit to give him one flaw that can serve as a genuine weakness. What I'm looking for here is something that allows him to lose his composure or otherwise be 'defeated' in a way that makes it possible for him to seem inferior to other characters. I think your best bet in this would be to replace Shameless, since the basic idea is already implied in Inconsiderate.
