Division 1 Captain Commander There is nothing good or evil
but imagining it makes it so...You already lost....  Inside the city of the Seireitei was where the shinigami captains have their daily meeting assemblies. Since Ryoko was the new current captain commander it was his responisblities to go over the current survelliance of hollow activity in both the human world and hueco mundo. The assembly hall was a large scale room that had large monitors with a meeting table in the center with 13 chairs in place. Right at the end of the room was Ryoko Minamimoto wearing what appeared to be his captain commanders attire except the coat was black and symbol on the otherside was colored red instead of white. He sent out Hell butterflies to all of the captains to attend this assembly meeting to not only talk about the hollow activity but to gather them and announce his plan of creating special elite group of shinigamis for the more dangerous missions. "They better be here soon... Or consequences shall be made." Ryoko thought as he sat there with his hands folded together on the table. Soul Society needed to continue to stay on guard even when all seemed at peace. Ryoko's own honor and protection of Soul Society was his top priority as a captain and keep the balance of it. He planned to keep all shinigamis at there best and even though he plans to be a more harsh captain he will be a fair one.

Ikoi walked into the meeting hall with a tired frown on his face, he had been sleeping for three days recovering his battle with Juanes and regaining his spiritual pressure but when a hell butterfly started yelling in his ear with Ryoko's deep voice, Ikoi was less than pleased to get out of bed. Ikoi then began walking towards Ryoko and said "where do you want me to stand and is there any coffee my old friend?", Ikoi wasnt a captain anymore so he didnt belong in the lines with the others but since Ryoko had sent for him and it was unwise to disobey and order from the head captain whether he was an old war buddy or not, he had shown up. Not waiting for Ryoko's answer Ikoi retreated the back corner of the room behind the head captain where, after using his zanpakto, sat down in a chair of solid ice while he waited for the new and old captains to file in.

Sutai was casually lieing under a weeping willow in his squads gardens when a Hell Butterfly gracefully fluttered over to him, dipping and rising with its tiny wings.
"Assembly meeting! Assembly meeting! You must attend! The Butterfly yelled in his ear with the voice of the Captain Commander.
Sutai had rarely seen the Commander, and vice versa, Sutai had walked around Seireitei a few times but encountered few other Captains or Lieutentants.
Relunctantly he got up, brushed himself off. He had to attend this meeting if he wanted everyone to view him with equal respect as a new captain as well as show as he isn't late and irresponsible.
Sutai walked through the large double doors, bowing deeply to the Commander he swiftly walked up and sat down in the seat three spots from the Commander. The seat was mark with Squad Threes symbol as well.

Rey appeared at the meeeting and stood in a corner not trying to be seen. Rey here what's up?" Rey stated.

With news of a captain's meeting from his lieutenant, he had little time to waste. He glanced at the reflections in the water for a few more moments before taking off to the meeting.
He arrived at the meeting hall entrance and bowed to everyone. "Forgive my late arrival." He spoke quietly and with no sound at all, made his way to his seat. Upon sitting, he adjusted his glasses, but refrained from glancing around. He merely closed his eyes and waited for the meeting to continue.
The sixth captain was the sixth to arrive... ∞ℭaptain oƒ Division δixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxつの事から私達は多くのレッスンを学ぶ

 [-Battle-] Donovan [-Shikai-][-Bankai-]-Squad 12 Captain--The Scientist-
Donovan walked into the chamber, bearing his new-found role in confidence. He looked about, expecting to find something magical about the place. He did not find magic, but an air of wonder. Expectancy. Of course, he thought, looking about to the other captains present. Only about half of them were there. They were all waiting on their peers and the Captain-Commander.
He took his seat, prepared for whatever would come next, though he expected he was about to get somewhat of a crash-course in captaincy.

Kuin Misawa: 2nd Division Captain
The Unparalleled Force
Kuin walked through the large door for the first time in a very long time. Her duties to the Misawa Clan, Onmitsukido, and the Gotei Thirteen had most definitely hindered her availability. Still she had a window now and there just so happened to me a Captains Assembly. She looked around at the captains, some were new and others she'd recognized. "Forgive my tardiness...and for that matter my absence as well my fellow Captains." Kuin walked over to the chair marked with the symbol for the 2nd Division.

but imagining it makes it so...You already lost.... Ryoko kept his eyes close but could sence the presence of Ikoi and the six captains that have come to this meeting. Even though there were six here and still missing about two others or so he would have to begin soo if they don't show up. He opened his eyes to his suprise were the captains that have been alittle busy lately. He nodded in appreciastion for each one for coming as Ikoi took a seat in the back away from the table. "Good of you all to come. I brought you all here on a matter of hollow activity seems to have dropped not only in the human world but also in enemy territory. Now you may think that is a good thing but I would be lieing. But I have a new operation that everyone should know, I plan to gather 4 of the best shinigamis of Soul Society to perform high class missions. An elite force specializing in infilitration and neutralizing targets if you will..." Ryoko said before placing his hands down to here what the others have to say about it.

Sutai turned his head and eyes toward the commander as he began to speak. Listening intently he began to think how odd it was for hollow activity to quiet down... They must've been planning something.
"How will you be choosing these four... so called best shinigamis? To have us duel and go all out will surely force us to take a few days or even a week of recooping." He said with a tone of curiosity.
Of course, Sutai would attempt to go for a spot in this elite group, but to determine the best, that'd mean fighting and to win would to go all out, which would put most of the captains in a too tired position to fight afterwards until a few days of rest were taken.

The ‘best’? Was it terrible that Donovan could think of nobody in his squad to fit such a definition? His squad was made largely of scientists –researchers. They were not, for the most part, well equipped for battle. With the exception of himself, of course.
Donovan had been aware of the decline in activity. It had been observed some time before his captaincy. But he’d not known that there was going to be something done about it to the extent of sending for of the Seireitei’s best.
“If I may be so bold,” he began, his tone level, but openly curious, “Why must we send four of our best? If there is a decline, would it not be in our best interest to send only two with a team, and leave the others here and in the world of the living in case of retaliation? Or is there another aspect to this? What are we so afraid of?"

Ikoi oppened a fatigued eye as he listened to Ryoko's words. He was eager to go out on a mission and show off his new skills but he was still resting from the long journey he had returned from only 3 short days ago, Ikoi oppened his mouth to give his opinion but soon closed it for he was interested in how the newer captains would continue after everything was said. After listening to the others giving there opinions Ikoi finally spoke up and said "I would like a spot on the elite team, does anyone have any objections" Ikoi then looked on all who had entered the room: Rey had been his former lieutenant so Ikoi could fight with him without any problems, Kuin was the only captain he saw besides Ryoko from the old days, but the two new captains had to much uncertainty in there eyes to gain Ikoi's respect yet. Ikoi then began to stretch his legs because he did not think he would be able to go back to sleep anymore and he didnt need his movements to be sluggish if he was about to be deployed on a mission with such a high risk factor and people he wasnt used to fighting with or in this case it might be who he was fighting for.

Kuin listened to the conversation, it made no sense to her at all. "If these are mere hollow then why are we sending our best at all? Any shinigami can handle a group of hollow as long as they've graduated the academy. Commander...is there something you aren't telling us? Thats not a very good way to send us to the battlefield." Kuin didn't exactly want a spot on the elite team but she would take it if selected, it was for this reason that she responded this way.
