Personality:
Celestine is a very serious young man when it comes to work. He places his honor and the honor of the squad before his own life. Orders from the Head-Captain are absolute and must be followed. He will file reports, before having fun. However, when Celestine when not on missions or worrying about matters of pride, he smiles quite often and can be very kind. One of his major weakness is sake. One drink will cause him to be very disoriented. He tries to avoid drinking entirely.
Biography:
Celestine was born in Rukongai with unusually high spirit pressure. Due to this, he was attacked by a hollow that infiltrated the Rukon district. A low-ranking shinigami stepped in and saved his life. Celestine watched the man fighting. Eventually, the soul reaper vanquished the hollow, but not before receiving fatal wounds. When asking the shinigami why he would risk his life, the shinigami replied "we must protect everyone." before passing on. Celestine was inspired to enroll in the shinigami academy. There he focused on matters of honor, especially swordsmanship. Though, it took him longer than other shinigami to reach Shikai, he was still very dedicated. Because of the nature of his shikai, he learned fencing rather than kendo. When it came to kido, he desired more elegant forms to match his personality. He sought forbidden spells that he believed would bring him a sense of pride. After learning 3 forbidden spells, Celestine found other kidos distasteful. He gave up learning more offensive spells in order to focus on defensive ones. He believes that the final blow should come from his blade rather than some flash of light magic. After he graduated, he joined the Gotei 13. While there, he witnessed officers abusing the rules. Filled with disdain, he trained to maintain the honor and enforce the rules of Soul Society. The hatred grew inside of him as he trained for years, until one night he confronted the officers. With emotionless eyes and little to say, he lured them outside the seireitei. Using the shunpo he had kept hidden, he appeared before them thrusting his rapiers through two of them men. Using the powers of his swords, he crushed one man's heart and caused the other's to explode. With both men, a bloody mess, the last officer was almost too shocked to react. He scrambled to get away falling to the ground. Celestine finally began speaking. "Seeping crest of turbidity. Arrogant vessel of lunacy! Boil forth and deny! Grow numb and flicker! Disrupt sleep! Crawling queen of iron! Eternally self-destructing doll of mud! Unite! Repulse! Fill with soil and know your own powerlessness!" Darkness surround the shinigami causing him to scream. When his screaming stopped, the darkness dispersed leaving a bloody mess like the others. Hollows emerged from the woods to consume the bodies and Celestine was never suspected. After that night, Celestine began smiling again. The mysterious disappearance of the officers caused him to get a promotion. It was not long after that he was able to become a captain of squad 6.

Kodaijūryoku are dual katanas that are identical to one another. His movement with them are awkward to most since he is use to a fencing style of fighting. Usually, he'll only use one katana at a time to fight as time. There is no special trait to the katanas in there sealed form.
Shikai Command: Despair Kodaijūryoku
Shikai Description:
Both swords must be drawn when released since they share the same spirit. The katana pulse and transform into dual rapiers. The hilt has elegant framing that wraps around the user's hands. The grip is longer than most rapiers to greater balance, and the blade's steel was tempered in the same fashion as katanas for added strength.
Shikai Ability: (Right)
Repulse: His right blade emits a spherical spirit pressure pushing outward from the center. This ability can be launched from the tip of the blade slams into opponents with incredible pressure. The size of the sphere is usually the size of a person, however if the size is reduced, then dozens of shots can be taken at once. The cooldown of this ability is 2 posts. The cool down of the multiple shots ability is 10 posts.
Shikai Ability: (Left)
Attract: His left blade emits a spherical spirit pressure pulling inward towards the center. This ability can only be used from the blade and cannot be launched. Its purpose is to pull weaker enemies into the blade to be cut. However, on stronger opponent, the ability has very little affect other than distorting the opponent's sense of balance. The cooldown of this ability is 4 posts.

Bankai Description:
Both blades vanish with a pulse and style is switched mainly to long-range attacks. Celestine now can create spheres of spirit pressure crushing downward at any location within 2 meters.
Bankai Abilities:
Grand Repulse - Spirit pressure surrounds Celestine pushing enemies away or blocking attacks. The cool down of this ability is 8 posts and it becomes weaker with each use, and unusable after 3 times.
Density - A point in space is selected and everything with 3 meters in violently pulled towards the center. This ability takes a large amount of concentration and reaitsu. Celestine usually only manages to use this ability twice in a single fight.
Grand Suppression - A one time use ability that drains nearly all the user's spirit pressure. Celestine creates a giant sphere of clear aura that engulfs 1 kilometer. Everything within the sphere is pushed downward with crushing force.
My bankai will turn mountains into plateaus and plains into valleys.
Abilities/Special Training:
Once he revealed his shikai, Celestine gave up on learning the normal Zanjutsu and learned fencing as his primary. He would study all techniques of the style for hours after classes. One ability that was gained from studying his shikai was the ability to levitate. Though his was a limited ability based on his spiritual pressure, it dramatically increased his shunpo's speed.
Hoho: Shunpo is one of Celestine's greatest attributes and he prides himself on being faster than anyone.
Zanjutsu: Perfect fencing swordsmanship
Kido: Celestine knows few spells since he practiced more on reiatsu and swordsmanship. In learning kidos, he only focused on Bakudōs to subdue enemies. However, he did learn 3 forbidden spells as final resorts.
Hakuda: Only in his bankai state does he use such techniques.
