Just to remind everyone: when attending an event, such as watching your favorite local ska band skank it up, keep in mind that no matter how pro-herb the band is, exhaling a cloud of fragrant cannabis smoke in the middle of the mosh pit is going to pose a problem. And the mosh pit is no protection against a determined -- and experienced -- security guard. Chances are, when he's not on duty, he himself moshes with the best of them. Discretion is always the better part of valor!
And yes, this reminder may very well have been inspired by events within the past twenty-four hours. ninja

Almost every concert I've attended had a cloud of pot smoke to go along with it. I've never seen anyone get in trouble for cannabis at any of the places I've been to for musical entertainment. Was probably just the wrong time to exhale. rofl

Might be more size-dependent... when the size of the venue is not much more than this, though... and on top of that, no smoking of any kind is permitted in any bar in the state... *shrug* Just not much of a right time to exhale. ninja

Yeah, when a small venue comes up, it's best to take it outside.
I'm going to The Gathering of the Juggalos in August. We can get away with smoking, drinking, any kind of drug you can find, dealing, you name it. Granted, it takes place in the woods, all the way in the boonies of Illinois.

Captian Asshat Yeah, when a small venue comes up, it's best to take it outside. I'm going to The Gathering of the Juggalos in August. We can get away with smoking, drinking, any kind of drug you can find, dealing, you name it. Granted, it takes place in the woods, all the way in the boonies of Illinois.
*nods* It's not as though either the Voodoo Glow Skulls or Buddha Bomb would be hurt by someone stepping out to medicate, y'know?
