Bring back the "trash item" option in inventory.

I'm kind of surprised that they eliminated the trash option so completely, since the devs are always talking about gold sinks and getting rid of stuff.
But you do realize, don't you, that nothing that has ever been asked for in a gaia petition has been granted?

Well I signed it anyway cause I want that trash item button back. But I look at it this way even if we don't get that button back at least we can still get rid of those items that we don't want, right? *shrugs* Trying to look on brighter side somehow.

True
I mean, dumpster dive is nothing more then a trash bin with a re-open option.
It's stupid and pointless, but no one is being forced to get crap out of it.

But you do realize, don't you, that nothing that has ever been asked for in a gaia petition has been granted? That's not true!! whee I used to sign a lot of petitions back when I first started Gaia and quite a lot of them have actually become items. Like the CoCo Kitty ... Mermaid fins, The Lolita style set from Moira's shop.... The MC items where you can change your eyes.... recolors of old items... 3nodding .... If your petition can get enough attention, then you can draw in some admin attention as well.
.....But, as far as the Dumpster Dive thing goes ... It does seem a little silly. But interesting. I've thrown out a lot of stuff recently, and I guess it's nice to see that it's actually being "donated" ...but, I do NOT like the fact that it tells WHO donated the item. >_>;;; I've gotten Private Messages from people thanking me. ♥ [ r.i.n.i.o.a ]

Oy! I just noticed there's an option in account settings to turn off the Who Donated What feature so that it won't tell anyone if you donated an item! surprised
