Some say there is a Vocaloid anime already, but it's not. Have you ever seen the supposed op for Voca-On! on YouTube? The characters from K-On! were replaced with Vocaloids and they changed the name some. It does look like it's professional, though.... But it's not official. Crypton Future Media, Zero-G, Sony, and the two other companies that have official Vocaloids have to give someone permission to make an anime for the Vocaloids. However, it can't be based off of an existing anime. Therefore, you know it's fake. I hope someone can get this permission and actually make it one day! But sadly, people might get angry because of the already formed likings of different pairings. What will happen? RinxLen? MikuxKaito? KaitoxRin? KaitoxLen? LukaxMiku? PikoxGumi? Who knows? That is the only reason that a Vocaloid anime would be hard to pull off....

*sigh* I agreed with Dejiko about the pairings. My fave pairs are definitely different from yours, and I will be sickeningly mad if I watch a dislike vocaloid couple together.
I have a suggestion. Each song has their own story, and there's even a series of songs telling a tale. The anime's seasons will each have a story, and the vocaliods will each have different roles every arc. For example, one season could be about Alice Human Sacrifice and the next will be about The Daughter of Evil and so on.
I don't mind if my dislike pair is in the anime as long it's TRULY part of the story. But if they put him and her together just by the majority fans' choice. I will open a dimension filled with lost dreams and nightmares, wrecking the surface of the Earth; even if it means I will be tortured to. stressed

You mean arcs with different stories like Higurashi no Naku Koro ni's anime was set up? It's not a bad idea. As long as new Vocaloids are made along the way, it could work.... Maybe even official Utaus thrown in there. But there is no telling how it could play out. Once again, already formed pairing likings get in the way. Some don't have such an open mind like you do. And then the creator will get a headache from spam because of requests of different pairings. That will cause the anime to get cancelled, no doubt.

ARGG... Here I go being a troll again, and here comes the hate comments.
I personally don't think Vocaloid should get an anime. YEAH it would be ULTRA COOL, but from my point of view it would be kinda lame. I will tell you a little bit of what I think. For one, there are many Vocaloids that are released and it wouldn't be fair to have the most popular Vocaloids in that anime and the others aren't even shown. Gumi is becoming popular, and since she's my favorite, I would LOVE IT if I saw Gumi many times through out the anime. I even freak out when I'm watching MMD videos on either Youtube or NicoNicoDouga and Gumi pops up. Also, I know people who have other favorite Vocaloids like SF-A2 Miki, and I think people would be disappointed to not even have her pop up a few times. Although everyone loves Rin & Len, and Miku, and Kaito, ect., lets keep in mind that many more Vocaloids are being released in the future too, like CV04.. ALSO, like many people, if a pair doesn't agree with someone, say if someone doesn't like GakupoxLuka they'll go on a rampage! What type of anime would this be? It would most likely be an anime where they all go to highschool and they're normal teenagers who performs concerts and goes on adventures with their awesome singing... Being the Vocaloid obsessed person I am, I think Crypton and everybody else should stick with the Vocaloid creating and song making, video game playing, and rockin' concerts.. It's enough work for them, and putting extra work on them would be a little to much.. Get mad, but you asked for opinions forum.
