Me : The bible is the best book ever. It has adultery, violence, hallucinations, and curse words.
Person A: not cool man, idk if you agree with the religion or not, but you should still respect it.
Me: I am respectful of almost all religions, and if you had read the bible you would know that my statement is true, and you would not be offended.
Person A: hehe I know it's true, that doesn't make a difference man. I meant no disrespect, just saying be careful =]
Person B: Just because YOU don't believe in it, doesn't mean you have to bash it or others that do. You aren't "cooler" for doing so, if I can respect you for your beliefs, learn to respect mine.
And whether it's true to you or not, it's still offensive.
e.g., if I was to tell you your mom was fat, you'd feel offended because she's YOUR mom. Whether it was true or not.
Person C: @Me just because ur daddy touches u at night and u suck c**k aint no reason to be disrespectfull =) ur probably a terrorist and support 911 acts do u ? do u think they should have a mosk on ground zero ?

Then I guess the bible is offensive.

Note- This conversation was held in another website where someone made a list of books to read before you die, and the Bible was at number one, and I agreed.

It's true though. The Bible is the best selling book, most read, and longest published piece of fiction, in the history of man. :U Contradictions throughout though.
I mean, look how many people believe it, and it was written by men who had nothing to do with Jesus. Most versions.

I personally like. the book of Judges. Especially Samson. Oh no a lion, BOOM rips it in half, then eats honey from it's dead body. He is such a d**k too. "Hey, here's a riddle only I know." "Ha we got the answer from your wife!" "If you had not plowed with my heifer you wouldn't have solved my riddle!" "What does that mean?" "It means stay away from my wife you dead ********!" Pissed off he goes and steals some clothes to give them as the prize they won for answering the riddles. Still in his tantrum, he splits the tails of 300 foxes, ties them together, sets them on fire, and scares them through some dry crops. Then kills like 3000 people.
In the end he lets some ho steal his powers and get him killed, and he kills even more people. The end.
