Seems a bit much, considering the rewards. I'd be fine with it if it were limited to the AC/Ryou, but I assume that wasn't the intention?

She started to lack and fall behind on her studies yet at the age of 14, she was about to graduate from the academy until the devastating attack from UHV had occurred in her hometown. On that same day, she had lost her parents and the body of her older brother, Ryouichi, was missing. For a year, she didn't want to talk to anyone, hang out with her once before friends, and she had postponed her graduation. It also didn't help that the previous Hokage had kept an eye on her when her brother disappeared. Kazumi, her sister, left her all alone 6 months later after Ryouichi disappeared. Kazumi believed Ryouichi was still alive and Hozuki did not. She wasn't sure to why she was treated differently. The moment Masahiro became Hokage, Hozuki felt comfortable enough to finally graduate and be able to work on her path of bringing UHV down for what they did to her family.
Moments after she graduated, Hozuki had been spending more and more time in the forest. One day, she found a cub by the river. Stay hidden, Hozuki didn't wish to help the cub if the mother was to return. Hours turned into days. After two days, the hungry cub was walking around and making risks to leave the area since the mother never returned. But the cub waited one more day and so did Hozuki. Now both hungry, Hozuki had found some food and started to nurse the cub back to health. When she was old enough to be on her own, Mizu, named for where she was found, refused to leave Hozuki's side. A bond had developed between the cub and Hozuki. Though she usually managed to convince Mizu to stay at the forest, hoping that she would be her own bear, those attempts so far worked but Mizu always waited for her return.
Her brother and sister returned. Hozuki needed time to calm down and collect herself. She was still not the old herself like she once was, but she was at least, becoming tad bit more kinder to others but still can have a bout of flare up and temper. Hozuki was sent away from Konohagakure for a mission, it was then, Mizu had followed her and it was revealed to many that the bond between the two of them was strong and only aiming to become stronger.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Ewen was born and raised on the salt flats south of Sunagakure. He lived with his mother and father and helped them harvest salt for trade on the marketplace. Ewen never originally intended on entering the academy and becoming a ninja. Instead, he had dreams of becoming an ecologist for the area. In his free time, he would study the local weather conditions in the area, as well as the local fauna and flora.
When he was eleven, a lucrative trade deal went south for the family and his mother and father both died when the warehouse where they were dealing out of was raided. Ewen was left alone on the salt flats, now spending even more of his time harvesting the salt and keeping up the facade that nothing was wrong in the marketplace, just so he could go on living. Years went by and he grew not only in strength, but in intelligence as well, now needing to rely solely on his own skills.
When he was fourteen, he thought back to the raid and how it was conducted. He remembered the stoic nobility in the ninja conducting the raid and didn't hold his parent’s deaths against them. They had died at the hand of their trade partners when the raid first began, hoping to save themselves by disposing of witnesses. So, Ewen decided he would join the Academy. It took a few years for him to get through, having no previous direct experience, but he did graduate at the age of sixteen and became a Genin for Sunagakure.

Personality: Reserved, peaceful, and oftentimes, quiet, but he has been tempered with a vigilant and vengeful side, as the youngest of three sons.

Although offered on many courses, the ability to join the Academy of Kumogakure, the family often chose to decline, furthering their own teaching of martial arts to the common folk. As Nobuo came of age and the dojo turned to his eldest brother, the young Hyuuga chose to wander and venture over the world, choosing to teach others and protect those he could, where he could, in a matter more befitting of himself, than befitting the whims of another.
In the last year he came upon the lands of Gimangakure and has chosen to remain among them for many reasons. Between minor conflicts with the UHV personnel who choose to punish young chakra adepts, and the roving gangs of Sasagi city that had ventured into the countryside, he found himself a purpose in life and sought to carve a niche of peace in the chaotic world he had immersed himself in. Perhaps one day, he will find that peace he seeks.
