Raiton Jutsu are weak to Fuuton Jutsu.
Jutsu with 'X-Rank' are trained in a similar fashion to those around them. The term applies to how much the jutsu takes in chakra. (ex. An ‘X-Rank' jutsu in the C-Rank section is trained as a C-Rank.)
All E-rank techniques do not take slots to learn unless an augment of them is known.

Mizu Henshou no Jutsu [ Water Reflection Technique ]
Rank: E
Description: A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind themselves and around corners with careful application of the technique. Lasts 1 post, after which it may be maintained with an upkeep of its cost per post.

Mizu no Waruasobi [ Trick of Water ]
Rank: E
Description: A very simple technique which requires only a simple flick of one's hand. Any water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision. Slight decrease to opponent's reflexes for 1 post if it makes contact with the eyes. Harmless otherwise.

Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ]

Description: A jutsu performing basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling and pressurization of water are included in these studies, but only on a small scale, like boiling a cup of tea. It can also be used to generate water based on its rank. At E-rank, about 2 liters of water is created, and the amount quadruples with each rank thereafter.

Mizu no Yaiba [ Water Sword ]
Rank: X
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, they can manipulate the size and shape of the sword, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to breaking. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post, to a minimum of 5 chakra. E-Rank for small weapons, D-Rank for medium, C-Rank for large, B-Rank for exceptionally large and unwieldy (i.e. decapitation swords).

Uo Tsuba [ Fish Spit ]
Rank: E
Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun if done properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag. Each of the five hits possible per use of the technique reduces the opponent's activations for the following post by 1, to a minimum of 1.

Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ]
Rank: D
Description: A technique used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Each is approximately 2 meters in length and is capable of attacking in all directions. For an upkeep of half the original cost per post, this technique can be continued past the first post.

Isonagi no Jutsu [ Beach Crab ]
Rank: D
Description: A Jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose earth. This technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling them under. If used on land, this technique is treated as though it were a rank higher for escape attempts; if used in the water, this technique is treated as a rank lower for escape attempts.

Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: The user pulls water in the air toward the area, causing it to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. This technique activates whenever the user wills it and it requires no hand seals. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost per post once active to continue past the first post.

Kokuun no Jutsu [ Black Clouds Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the area. The cloud is approximately 10 meters across and is capable of soaking anyone under it in oil, including allies.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Clone Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: Creates up to three identical copies of the user out of water. Water Clones are capable of attacking, but one solid hit will cause the clone to fall apart.

Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water Shuriken Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: The user creates multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launches them towards the target. The shuriken revert to water after use. These shuriken can be launched by hand or launched as they are created.

Mizutamari no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: The user melts into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows them to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. For an upkeep of half the original cost per post, the technique can be continued past the first post.

Mizu Tate no Jutsu [ Water Shield Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above their head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that durable: it can only withstand one hit before it is destroyed.

Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ]
Rank: D
Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the user can go under depends on their skill with the technique. This technique activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and it requires no hand seals. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost per post once active to continue past the first post.

Base Technique: Uo Tsuba [ Fish Spit ].
Description: The user spits out water, but instead of a stream, it comes out as a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed, and it is roughly about the size of a fist.

Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu [ Water Release: Instant Movement Technique ]
Rank: D :: Augment
Base Technique: Shunshin [ Body Flicker ].
Description: Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin, this one coats the user's body in a highly slippery water film, allowing them to merely slip around non-chakra objects in the environment. Also allows the user to transport to bodies of water they know of within range.

Haran Banshou [ Stormy Upheaval ]
Rank: C
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will create a waterfall to slam into their opponent. Requires a source of water.

Houmatsu Rappa [ Violent Bubble Wave ]
Rank: C
Description: After a series of hand seals the user holds their hands out before them, palms forward and a wave of water is created. This water is very foamy and can be used to wash away oil without worry and suffocate fire. Negates the secondary effects (i.e. dehydration) of Katon techniques below its rank.

Mizuame Nabara [ Starch Syrup Capture Field ]
Rank: X
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If someone runs on top of it, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. Requires using Suimen Hokou no Waza above this technique’s rank to move about on top of the liquid.

Mizugusari no Jutsu [ Water Chains Technique ]
Rank: C
Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if they are strong enough to move. Moderately decreases speed for duration of technique. If the target has less than a moderate increase to their strength, they are immobilized. Technique lasts 3 posts. Can be broken by physical techniques of a higher rank, regardless of if they’re simple, complex, or spiritual.

Mizukagami no Jutsu [ Water Mirror Technique ]
Rank: C
Description: The user forms a large mirror out of water between them and an opponent, then pulls it down. The opponent’s reflection emerges during this motion and functions as a clone with all the opponent’s non-custom Jutsu but none of their passive or bloodline abilities. This clone takes Chakra and Stamina from the user and cannot use techniques above the user’s body rank.

Mizu Kamikiri [ Rising Water Cutter ]
Rank: X
Description: To utilize this technique, the user will slam their foot on the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards their target as a slicing jet. It is capable of doing fairly severe damage, but moves rather slow. Ignores up to a moderate increase to fortitude, but is treated as a rank lower for evasions.

Mizu no Muchi [ Whip of Water ]
Rank: C
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the Shinobi to whip the crap out of little kids. It can also be used to conduct Raiton techniques.

Mizu no Tatsumaki [ Tornado of Water ]
Rank: C
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning vortex around the user. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism, pushing away attacks and battering those who try to pass through it. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Has an initial radius of 2 meters centered around the user, growing to 5 meters before falling apart.

Mizu no Yoroi [ Water Armor ]
Rank: C
Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. Provides C-Rank defense for 2 posts, after which an upkeep cost of the technique’s original cost per post is required.

Mizu Oni Kuike [ Water Demon’s Appetite ]
Rank: C
Description: A skill which utilizes the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around them to try and pull them back under for a second attempt.

Mizurappa [ Violent Water Wave ]
Rank: X
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent. Those caught in this blast suffer damage as though it were a rank lower, but are shoved backward 1 meter per rank.

Mizuteppou [ Water Pistol ]
Rank: C
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will emit a jet of water capable of slicing its target into many divisions. This technique’s rank is increased by 1 for each additional shinobi Korabo'd with it.

Suihashu [ Water Wave Hand ]
Rank: C
Description: The user will raise their hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt an opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke based Jutsu. Techniques under this technique’s rank used by those in this technique’s stream deal nonlethal damage, as their user can’t aim properly.

Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ]
Rank: C
Description: A technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent, typically forcing them to wait for rescue. The user forms the necessary hand seals and lifts water around the target into a spherical prison, only allowing for limited movement and protecting those inside from outside attacks and vice-versa. The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. Those trapped inside cannot form hand seals or make large movements and must hold their breath or start drowning. Can be popped from the inside by increasing the size of the prison somehow, such as by increasing the amount of water it contains. If used by a water-based clone, the clone becomes the prison, allowing it to exist on its own. Requires an upkeep of its original cost once every two posts.

Suiun Suishi no Jutsu [ Water Transport Dispatch Formation Technique ]
Rank: C
Description: The user performs a string of hand seals, which causes a column of water to rise from a nearby water source. This Jutsu is often used by firefighters. Prevents the spread of fire through an area during a post in which it is used, in addition to extinguishing those below its rank.

Taihoudan [ Large Projectile ]
Rank: C
Description: The user generates water in their mouth and spits it as a stream at a target. This technique’s utility is readily apparent when used from the water, as it cannot be seen by those on the land until it exits the water.

Takitsubo no Jutsu [ Waterfall Basin Technique ]
Rank: C
Description: The user will perform the necessary hand seals and pull up a large volume of water from underground, creating a natural spring. If used on high ground, this technique can be used to create a permanent waterfall.

Teppoudama [ Bullet ]
Rank: C
Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in their mouth which they can then spit at their opponent as a large spherical projectile.

Fuuma Mizu Shuriken [ Evil Windmill Water Shuriken ]
Rank: C :: Augment
Base Technique: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water Shuriken Technique ].
Description: The user creates one large Fuuma Shuriken made of water and launches it towards the enemy. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single Shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from); the second requires a large body of water, but allows the user to create multiple Shuriken that they can launch directly from the water towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shuriken are hidden until they actually emerge.

Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Transportation Technique ]
Rank: C :: Augment
Base Technique: Mizutamari no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Technique ].
Description: The user turns into a puddle, as with the base technique. If this is used on a body of water such as a river or lake, the user can choose to appear anywhere along that body of water within 2 kilometers of where they started. This movement leaves no Chakra trail and as such is perfect for surprising any pursuers.

Shokushu Rendan Kyouran [ Tentacle Barrage Fury ]

Base Technique: Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ].
Description: Around the opponent, eight watery tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles each have a mind of their own and can be controlled like clones. Any Chakra given to them can be used to make physical attacks.

Baku Suishouha [ Bursting Water Collision Waves ]
Rank: B
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel water from their gullet. This will then expand into a volume of water large enough to fill a large pond. With enough skill, the user can even ride on the waves as they propagate.

Daibakuryuu no Jutsu [ Great Exploding Current ]
Rank: B
Description: After the needed hand seals, a whirlpool will form in a body of water near the user, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Has a radius of 30 meters. Those more than 5 meters from the center treat this technique as only C-Rank when resisting being taken under.

Gousuiwan no Jutsu [ Strong Water Arm Technique ]
Rank: B
Description: By shaping water around the user's arm, they can heavily increase their strength when using it. For an upkeep of half the original cost per post, the technique can be continued past the first post.

Hashira Kakomu [ Pillar Encirclement ]
Rank: B
Description: The user creates four water pillars which then circle around them as a protective barrier. Requires a source of water. Also acts as a viable source for other Suiton that need water sources, without degrading itself. Can block techniques up to its rank.

Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon [ Devil’s Domain Water Torture ]
Rank: B
Description: A skill which has to be used when the opponent is in the presence of a large body of water. Following several hand seals, the user’s Chakra quickly flows through the water, causing a large part of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave.

Ja no Kuchi [ Serpent Mouth ]
Rank: B
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent seeks out a target relentlessly until its destruction. After activation, the user can create further serpents if needed. Each homing serpent takes a B-Ranked amount of Chakra at minimum, but up to three can be made per activation. Serpent will follow the opponent until they hit something. Treated as a rank higher if used alongside Doro Houshi [ Mud Silhouette ].

Karada no Kanzen Shoushitsu [ Body’s Complete Disappearance ]
Rank: B
Description: This technique is typically used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead and they’ve been placed in a body of water. The opponent’s body is crushed completely by a torrent of water and can never be recovered. In addition, all knowledge from the person affected will be transferred to the user, giving them vital information the target held. This technique allows the user to learn one of the target’s techniques, so long as the user meets any requirements.

Mizu Funkei [ Water Decapitation ]
Rank: B
Description: A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one rank weaker for every 3 meters it travels.

Mizu Furiko no Jutsu [ Water Pendulum Technique ]
Rank: B
Description: The user generates a small amount of water in their mouth, then spits it upward. The water will then begin to swing behind them in a slow, rhythmic fashion. This pendulum can be used as the trigger for any visual Genjutsu the user employs. Lasts 3 posts. The user can also knead Chakra into it and launch it at a target to use Kai [ Release ] on them if it makes contact.

Mizu Kawarimi [ Water Replacement ]
Rank: B
Description: The user’s body becomes water that can be manipulated at will, making them temporarily unharmed by simple physical attacks. The user may also use their body as a source of water for Suiton techniques. In exchange, they have only two activations per post while in this state. Under the influence of Yomi’s E.M.E.C., this technique provides immunity to elemental Jutsu C-Rank and lower. Lasts 1 post, after which it may be maintained for its original cost per post in upkeep.

Mizu no Yaiba Rendan [ Water Blade Barrage ]
Rank: B
Description: A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent and launched toward them, leaving terrible wounds upon their body.

Mizu Shinmon no Jutsu [ Water Interrogation Technique ]
Rank: B
Description: A move used for interrogating the enemy, a bubble of liquid is placed around the head of the target, causing echoes of the target’s thoughts to sound throughout the water, allowing those who hear the echoes knowledge of anything in the target’s mind. Good for one piece of information. Target must be alive to get any information, and they must also be conscious to get anything that isn’t gibberish.

Ningu Kekkai: Gyakuuroko no Jin [ Shinobi Weapons Barrier: Reverse Fish Scales Formation ]
Rank: B
Description: Devised to counter Shukaku’s sand, the formation draws upon a group of three users’ weapons which focus their Chakra. Arranged in a triangle with the target at the center, the three users will draw up underground waterways to connect their formation. These waterways converge under their target. With their weapons charged with their Chakra they will activate the jutsu, sending a surge of power through the waterways, causing a dragon of water to rise from the ground and envelop the target. This water will soak sand and make it become much heavier, increasing the cost to use sand-based techniques by one rank for the rest of the fight.

Sensatsu Suishou [ Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death ]
Rank: B
Description: The user will hold a single hand sign, then gather water from existing bodies of water or molecules in the air in preparation. The water will then rise into the air, where it will take the form of long senbon needles that are launched at a target. The senbon can be held stationary in the air for as long as the user sees fit, but after they have been launched, they cannot be stopped, except by outside forces.

Suigadan [ Water Fang Projectile ]
Rank: B
Description: The user does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill that shoots straight up from its origin. If multiple users use this technique along with Korabo Ninjutsu, the resulting technique ignores any fortitude and reflex bonuses for targets.

Suihou no Jutsu [ Water Cannon Technique ]
Rank: B
Description: A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post, for as long as the user can hold their breath.

Suijinheki [ Water Encampment Wall ]
Rank: B
Description: The user will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a barrier against incoming attacks. Effective against shinobi and jutsu alike.

Suikoudan no Jutsu [ Water Shark Projectile Technique ]
Rank: B
Description: The user does a string of hand seals, which then causes a column of water in the shape of a shark to rise from the water and strike their target. If formed around the user, they can swim at B-Rank speeds for 1 post or until they hit something.

Suiryuudan no Jutsu [ Water Dragon Projectile Technique ]
Rank: B
Description: The user does a long string of hand seals, which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to strike their target. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum.

Goshokuzame [ Five Sharks Eating ]

Base Technique: Suikoudan no Jutsu [ Water Shark Projectile Technique ].
Description: The user will form the needed hand seals and then place their hand on the surface of a body of water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of their fingers to attack an opponent who is in the water below. Each shark can only attack once before dissipating, but will remain until they attack or are dispelled.

Hahonryuu [ Destruction Torrent ]
Rank: A
Description: To use this technique, the user will generate water in their hand and pressurize it to a great degree. Upon impact with something or when the user wills it, the water will burst out into a swirling torrent of water that can wash away trees.

Suise no Jutsu [ Water Torrent Technique ]
Rank: A
Description: The user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed. This torrent can carry opponents away with it, along with the surrounding landscape. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, the size of the torrent can grow to be quite large, able to fill a thread with water half a meter deep. Otherwise, the torrent is smaller and more specific, able to target one opponent or straight line of opponents.

Suishuu Gorugon [ Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain ]
Rank: A
Description: The user generates a mass of water that hovers in the air. Until it’s destroyed, the user can use an action to launch a snake-shaped projectile that can fly up to 30 meters from this water mass. Is automatically treated as a source if the user knows the Source Manipulation Alteration Style.

Ten no Gachan Hashira [ Crashing Pillar of Heaven ]
Rank: A
Description: A skill in which the user begins to gather a large amount of moisture from the air, condensing it using their Chakra. It makes a large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the opportune moment and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent with an incredible amount of force. Takes 1 action to form, after which it can be launched at any time within 10 posts without consuming an action.

Daibakufu no Jutsu [ Grand Waterfall Technique ]
Rank: A :: Augment
Base Technique: Takitsubo no Jutsu [ Waterfall Basin Technique ].
Description: After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will encircle the user and then erupt to hit an opponent. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Mizuhada Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Body Clone Technique ]
Rank: A :: Augment
Base Technique: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ].
Description: A powerful enhancement of the Shadow Clone, this technique creates a number of water-based clones with a strong mental link to the user. They act as normal Shadow Clones, but if used on a large body of water such as a lake, they can be instantly restored upon destruction without consuming an action to do so if the user pays this technique’s cost again. Any techniques the clone was using upon destruction are lost.

Suitenhoufutsu [ Sky and Water Convergence ]

Base Technique: Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ].
Description: The user first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround a target. This water orb acts like an instance of Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ] that floats a few feet above the ground. The prison lasts until the target dies or it is broken. Victim will likely pass out after 4 to 5 posts. Works as long as the user stands still and pays an upkeep cost of half this technique’s cost per post.

Daikoudan no Jutsu [ Great Shark Missile Technique ]
Rank: S
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will generate a large shark which they will launch towards an opponent. The shark is no mere blast of water, though, as it also absorbs the chakra of anyone and anything in its path, which causes it to increase in size. It gains in strength depending upon what Jutsu is absorbed. Strength increases by one rank for every two techniques it absorbs at its rank, or four at a rank below, and so on. Can be sustained past its initial usage for its original cost per post in upkeep.

Idaina Kamikaze no Jutsu [ Great Typhoon Technique ]
Rank: S
Description: A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This Jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with its tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other things. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the earth. Affects an entire thread, but requires the presence of a large body of water.

Shindo Futan [ Depth Charge ]

Description: The user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, places them on the surface of a body of water, and then expels it to compress the water beneath themselves. This compression will disperse throughout the body of water, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. For this reason, it is rarely used except in life or death situations. Affects all the connected water in a thread (with exceptions made for particularly large bodies of water, such as oceans).

Suishouha [ Water Collision Destruction ]

Description: Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave to completely flood a thread with water up to 3 meters deep. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water level drops by half a meter per post before draining into the sand. Has very little direct destructive force.

Uramiame [ Grudge Rain ]

Description: A vicious technique requiring multiple users. The users create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Requires at least four people or clones, each using 100 chakra each post, to stay active. The flood drains 100 chakra from everyone trapped in it, per post, and then distributes it evenly among the users. Chakra is not transferred to clones. Civilians trapped do not yield an appreciable amount of Chakra.

Daibaku Suishouha [ Great Exploding Water Collision Waves ]

Base Technique: Baku Suishouha [ Bursting Water Collision Waves ].
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a great amount of water from their gullet. This water will then form into a massive dome, encasing them and their targets inside. If Korabo is used between this and Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ], the water created fills a thread with a massive version of the Water Prison, with the caveat that those inside are not restrained. Breaking out in this latter case takes an S-Rank technique directed at the wall of the prison.

Senjikizame [ Thousand Sharks Eating ]

Base Technique: Goshokuzame [ Five Sharks Eating ].
Description: The user will form the needed hand seals and then place their hand to the surface of the water. Numerous sharks of condensed water will emerge to create a tidal wave of frenzied beasts. This Jutsu works well in conjunction with Kuchiyose, as it can hide the location of a summoned shark bearing secret mission intel.

Suiryuuben [ Water Dragon Whip ]

Base Technique: Suishuu Gorugon [ Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain ].
Description: The user generates a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale the target up to 100 meters away so long as either visual or sensory contact can be maintained. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

Kirisame [ Mist Rain ]
Rank: S+
Description: The user exhales a thin, Chakra-laden mist that rises up into a pre-existing storm and forms rain that eats foreign Chakra. Any Chakra-containing entities are drained of 40 Chakra per post spent in the rain. Exactly half of the chakra absorbed is sent to sustain the jutsu, while the other half filters into the user's own Chakra pool. For each post it’s active, the user has to spend an activation to maintain it or they will also feel its effects. If a post of maintenance is missed, the technique is permanently beyond the user’s control. Lasts until 3 total posts have elapsed from the last absorption. Changing the weather is an effective way of ending this technique.

Tsunami no Jutsu [ Tidal Wave Technique ]

Description: An even better and more devastating water technique than the Suishouha Technique, this Technique can drown a large village but requires enormous amounts of Chakra and Stamina. Usually an 'all or nothing' technique, as it is not used under normal circumstances due to the widespread and indiscriminate destruction that it wreaks. Drowns an entire subforum in 2 meters of water. Requires knowing Suishouha [ Water collision Destruction ] and has the same limitations thereof. Drains an S+Rank amount of Chakra and Stamina when used.
