Greetings,

The last movie meet-up for "The Last Airbender" I thought went fairly well, and it was fun (at least I thought it was), so I thought I'd post and suggest another one.

If anyone's interested, perhaps we could go see "TRON: Legacy", which is a movie I'm currently foaming at the mouth for. It looks friggin' awesome, and if it's anything like the first TRON, it should indeed be awesome.
TRON: Legacy hits theaters December 17, 2010, so there's still a fair amount of time for planning.

Last time we went to Cinetopia to see The Last Airbender, but I know that the theater was a bit more expensive, and perhaps even a little out-of-the-way, so if preferred we could go to another theater. Or we could go back if that's preferred, seeing as those who went should know where it is now. Doesn't really matter to me.
If you'd prefer another theater please feel free to suggest one, as I really don't know too many of them besides the two Lloyd Center ones, the drive-in, and Cinetopia... And one over by a Wal-Mart where I can't think of the area it's in is called...

So what do you all think? Wanna go hit TRON? Or perhaps another movie?

P.S. And yes, I've already pre-ordered the collector's edition of "TRON: Evolution". razz

No way in hell I'm going to Vantucky, not unless Portland is being destroyed by Mothra and even then I'd try to head south first.

No one said you had to go; if you don't want to, don't. But I also said people could make suggestions for other theaters, as I realize that not everyone lives as close to it as I do-- and I don't live extremely close, probably twenty to thirty minutes way, give or take.

No one is interested in this?
Ah well, guess it'll just be me, than.

My family and I are thinking of getting some tickets for the midnight showing of TRON at Cinetopia. So if anyone wants to go as well, feel free to. I got an ad from Cinetopia about it, so if anyone wants to reserve them (you have to buy the tickets before hand), I can forward along the link to purchase the tickets.

If not, I'll probably want to see it again anyway, so if anyone would like to meet up and see it sometime later, than that's open too. smile

I am so looking forward to that movie. I haven't even seen the first. But I don't care it looks kick-a**. And Daft Punk does the sound track. If I can save up the money for it I'll definitely go. Wherever the theater is. XD

Could you forward that link for the tickets, so I have it just in case?
PostPosted: Mon Nov 01, 2010 5:27 pm

Sure, though the only link I have is for Cinetopia, as that's the only place that has E-mailed me so far. razz

But I have to find the link again. I can't find it on the Cinetopia website for some reason, so I'll have to go searching through my inbox. I'll post it ASAP.

IosefKoranison, I could only find the URL for the midnight showing at Cinetopia. They might not have the other showings up yet, I'm not sure...

http://cinetopia.com/cinema/cinema.php?day=12162010

And 2playangel77, I'm up for suggestions. Cinetopia is just really the only theater I know of, besides the two Lloyd Center theaters and the one in Clackamas mall. Plus it's a nice, comfortable theater, so that' the one my family and I tend to go to most often.
But yeah, if you have suggestions for other theaters, feel free to suggest them. We don't have to go to Cinetopia, it was only an idea... smile

I bookmarked the link. Thanks. ^_^

But yeah, I know tons of theatres like, there's Fandango.com for all over the place. Also cinemark.

Well the Llyod center mall isn't bad.It is close for those who live in portland and those who live on the outskirts (LIke me),not so bad either.
So it wouldn't be a bad choice.
But it would also depend on the other guild members.
I don't want to feel selfish..
About complaining where it is.
