Bloodlines (Kekkai Genkai)

Kekkei Genkai (血継限界; Literally meaning "A technique limited to inheritance by blood" or "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei Genkai and their related jutsu can't be taught or copied by others, but it is possible to confer the ability to another person if it's localized in a particular organ like the eyes via organ transplant, e.g. Sharingan/Byakugan implants. (Kekkei Genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are referred to as Dōjutsu.)

Other kekkei genkai include mixing one type of elemental chakra with another, creating a new one unique to the users, which is usually impossible for normal ninja, e.g. Hyouton or Mokuton. These traits can also be passed down through people outside of the clan, through DNA re-modification/implantation to acquire the necessary genetic traits, though theirs are not nearly as powerful as the original practitioner. Also, Kekkei Genkai can be preserved through the creation of Human Puppets, where they retain the special traits of the users when they were still alive. It's also possible for a ninja to have more than one Kekkei Genkai, but such instances are exceedingly rare.


(Note: Kekkei Genkai should not be confused with Hiden jutsu. Hiden jutsu are exclusive to a certain person or Clan, but only because they have kept others from learning how to perform those jutsu.)

Uchiha Clan - Sharingan

History

The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.

The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

Stage One

Requirements:
•You must be in a life or death situation in order for the Sharingan to activate. This situation cannot be brought on by an NPC of any sort.

Rules:
•Once the Sharingan is activated, it may be activated at will
•The Sharingan costs Chakra when active: 1st 5 Posts = 1 Chakra Point eac ll 2nd 5 Posts = 2 Chakra Points each
•At Stage 1, the user will have 1 tomoe in 1 eye, and 2 in the other
•To gain tomoe, the user must be in a life or death situation {Same rule applies}

Abilities:
• Sharingan's users are able to see the chakra flow. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]
• The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a Genjutsu. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]
• The Sharingan's grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements[or mimic something like pencil movements. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]
• The Sharingan grants the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]

• As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects. [Requirement : 5 tomoe]

• Finally, the user is able to see what the user is doing with such clarity, that they can even predict what they will do next, and finish their own action before they can. (However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.) [Requirement : 6 tomoe]

Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi - Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade

Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.







Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique

Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.








Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.






Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.




Bunshin Bakuha - Shadow Clone Explosion

Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.

Stage Two: Mangekyou

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is a legendary doujutsu ability which has only emerged in a few clan members in its history. There is still mystery surrounding the eye and the Uchiha clan itself. Each user develops their own unique looking Mangekyou. The requirements for gaining the Mangekyou are very controversial in nature. After Uchiha Itachi murdered his best friend Shisui he gained Mangekyou. He told his younger brother Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyou, he too would have to kill his closest friend. Itachi told Sasuke that a scroll in their clan shrine revealed the true original purpose of the clan doujutsu.

Usage of the Mangekyou techniques drains quite a bit of a user’s chakra, more so than any other normal technique. Also as a result of Mangekyou usage, the bearer will slowly lose their vision. Madara lost his vision before his brother and sought to regain his power. To do so he removed Izuna's eyes and made them his own. With these new eyes, his Mangekyou took on a combined appearance of his original Mangekyou and Izuna's. These "Eternal" Mangekyou eyes returned his vision and gave him unbelievable strength. With this strength it was said Madara used Sharingan's normal ability to supress the Kyuubi and tame it.


There are 5 versions of the Mangekyou. Each Mangekyou has it's own techniques, which are only available to that specific version.



Rules:
•You will go blind after usage of 5 times
•Takes a great deal of Chakra so limited use required: 1st 5 Posts each = 3 Chakra Points ll 2nd 5 Posts each = 6 Chakra Points
•To obtain you must have proof that you have killed a Sharingan User (At Your Level)
•You must be Jounin or up to achieve Mangekyou

Mangekyou Versions

Sharingan - Uchiha Itachi Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) Form
This is the rare Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) form which is said to only appear in a few Uchiha members. Uchiha Itachi was able to finally master this form during the period he killed his clan. In this form Itachi is able to use the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi Doujutsu techniques.

Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun

Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.





Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon

Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can overcome the illusion. To counter the technique, however, Mangekyou is not required. A highly trained normal Sharingan user can break the illusion, causing the Mangekyou user to experience additional weakness from using it.



Sharingan - Hatake Kakashi Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope)
This Mangekyou Sharingan form was revealed by non-Uchiha clan member Hatake Kakashi. Whether this form is due to Kakashi or some inheritance from what Uchiha Obito was capable of is unknown. Using the eye, Kakashi can use a technique which appears to collapse space in around a focus point and transport it to another location.

Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it.

Sharingan - Uchiha Madara Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope)
This Mangekyou Sharingan form was attained by Uchiha Madara. After developing the Sharingan, Madara and his younger brother trained against one another and eventually awakened their own version of the Mangekyou. The use of these eyes increased the brothers' strength and allowed them to take over leadership of the clan. Unfortunately the usage of the eyes lead Madara to lose his vision. This Version of the Mangekyou is able to use Utakata.

Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Sharingan - Uchiha Izuna's Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope)
This Mangekyou Sharingan form was attained by Uchiha Madara's younger brother Izuna. After developing the Sharingan, both brothers trained against one another and eventually awakened their own version of the Mangekyou. Tensha Fuuin • Amaterasu is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. Seeking to protect his brother from Uchiha Madara, Itachi sealed his Amaterasu within his younger brother's left eye. Upon coming into contact with Madara's Sharingan, Sasuke's eye will begin to bleed and activate a Mangekyou resembling Itachi's. This Mangekyou will then unleash Amaterasu's black flames on Madara. This technique, once exposed to other Sharingans, will immediately release an Amaterasu directed right at the other Sharingan user.

Sharingan - Uchiha Sasuke's Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope)
Itachi sought to protect his younger brother from Uchiha Madara. To that end he used a jutsu to implant his Mangekyou and its techniques into Sasuke. When Sasuke's Mangekyou was initially activated, it resembled the version seen in Itachi, due to Itachi's sealing of Amaterasu into Sasuke's eye as a defense mechanism. Later Sasuke's Mangekyou took on its own look. Even though it bore a new shape, Sasuke was still able to utilize Amaterasu.

Susanoo - God of the Sea and Storms

Type: Defense
Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. This skeletal form will then generate muscle and armor for battle and wield both a sword and shield.

The sword is formed out of the sake in the gourd it holds, meaning the sword has no true physical form. This legendary weapon, known as Totsuka's Sword and the Sakegari (Sake Cutting) Long Sword, utilizes the main ability of the jutsu. Anyone or anything cut by the blade will be sealed away into a Genjutsu of blissful oblivion until the end of time. It is said the sword is thus the ultimate counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword. The shield is known as Yata's Mirror. It is said this shield can defend against any attack. Together the sword and shield will make the Susanoo user nearly invincible. Like other Mangekyou techniques, usage of Susanoo will damages the eyes and health of the user.



Kagutsuchi - God of Fire

Enton • Kagutsuchi, named for the God of Fire, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a small spiked disk of Amaterasu flames for defense purposes. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye.

Stage Three: Eternal Mangekyou

Unable to accept being blind, Madara did everything he could to regain his vision. A desperate Madara eventually removed his brother's eyes to use as his own. As a result, Madara awakened a new more powerful set of eyes which allowed him to see the light once again. This new eye form would combine the look of both he and his brother's Mangekyou Sharingan. The only way to obtain this Sharingan is to murder another Mangekyou user, one who has a different Mangekyou than yourself. The two Mangekyous will merge together to form one.

Rules:
-The user will not go blind, though this Mangekyou takes more chakra than the others
-The user can only obtain this by murdering another Mangekyou user, one who possesses a different Mangekyou than them. You cannot gain this from someone who wishes to die
-Chakra Drain: 1st 5 Posts each = 6 Chakra Points ll 2nd 5 Posts each = 8 Chakra Points

Abilities:
-The user will gain whatever techniques the other Mangekyou possessed, ontop of theirs.

Hyuuga Clan - Byakugan

History:
The Hyuuga clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. Each clan member possess the "Byakugan" or "White Eye." When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the internal chakra circulation system in other beings. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings. The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blindspot that extends outwards from their upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist) fighting style. By focusing the chakra to their finger tips, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collasping the targetted tenketsu for a period of time. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

These great powers lead to internal strife within the family. Because the eye grants such a unique and powerful ability, the clan became possessive and over-protective of it. Seeing only the main family as worthy users and inheritors of the eye, the heads of the clan began to place restrictions on those branch family members not in power. What resulted were two Hyuuga lines, the powerful main family who would represent the line, and the branch family who were directed to protect the main family and bear the cursed seal.

The cursed seal is placed on the foreheads of branch family members. It serves as a means to protect the secrets of the Hyuuga Byakugan eye. If the branch family member was to ever betray the main family or be killed in battle, the seal would be activated to destroy the body's secrets. Thus forcing the branch family to further bow to the will of the main family.


Rules:
•No one can hide against the Byakugan, unless under special circumstances
•Using the Byakugan takes chakra: 1st 5 Posts = 1 Chakra Point ll 2nd 5 Posts = 2 Chakra Points
•When using Jyuuken, one must allow the opponent a chance to dodge, as it is not a simple punch or kick
•Main-Branch Members can seal Branch Members' Byakugan for 5 posts
•You must be taught the secrets of Byakugan, or train 10 posts to achieve, and 10 posts to adapt to {20 in total}

Stage 1

Once the eye is fully activated, the hidden iris becomes more apparent. Also when providing blood and chakra for the eyes' bloodline vision, veins will bulge lateral to each eye.

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.




Hakkeshou Kaiten - Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin

Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.





Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - Guardian Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand

Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique developed by Hyuuga Hinata. During the period after the Chuunin Exam, Hinata pushed herself harder than ever before. During this time she improved her chakra control and developed her own style within the Hyuuga bloodline abilities. She practiced the technique around water to hone it to perfection. Utilizing the Hakke Rokujuuyonshou style, Hinata uses her natural flexibility and her precise chakra control to create an absolute defense.

Hinata will emit chakra from her palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This chakra will be also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a more sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of chakra, she can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.


Juuho Soushiken - Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist

Juuho Soushiken is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Hinata. After gathering chakra to her fists, Hinata will skillfully spin towards her target to avoid attack and strike them. Spectral lion heads will then form around her fists.







Hakke Hasangeki - Eight Divination Signs Destructive Mountain Fist

Hakke Hasangeki is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending chakra from his body, Neji will thrust his palm into his target. This will send out a wave of chakra that will knock his opponent backwards into nearby rock to cause further damage. This move can damage tenketsu points since it makes direct contact.






Hakke Kuushou - Eight Divination Signs Air Palm

Hakke Kuushou is a ranged Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending chakra from his body, Neji will thrust his palm at his target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra that can knock his opponent back. This move cannot damage tenketsu points.







Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou - Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Ranmaru Bloodline

Powerful, Illusion, Sensory

Clan History
Ranmaru has a kekkei genkai ability similar to the Byakugan. It includes penetrating vision and a unique chakra particle extension. Ranmaru had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls of his small shack and view the outside world and perform Genjutsu that can fool even the Byakugan. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyuga trait. It is also able to sense how many people there are present.

Ranmaru's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers which allows him to see a user's life force and understand the vitality of that target, such as their internal physical condition and transfer their own life force to another person in order to heal or revitalize them. When activated, the user's eyes momentarily glow red.

Reddo Itten Ekusutenshon Giryou (Red Particle Extension Skill) - By using the user's chakra, the chakra will convert into visible, bright red particles. 1. Members of this bloodline gain a +1 rank modifier to attacking with and defending against genjutsu.

2. Members can perform any medical ninjutsu of their rank or lower without knowing those ninjutsu simply by looking at a wound and focusing their life force into it. This ability is quite costly however; it costs the same base amount of chakra and two times the base stamina of the medical technique, but this shuts down this bloodline's life force sensing ability for two posts.

3. Members can detect the life force of others. The characteristics of this ability are as follows:

a. They can sense the life force of any person within 30 meters of them. Physical obstructions, the stealth specialty, and [Stealth] do not affect this ability.

b. Instead being able to distinguish individuals apart by unique signatures (like the Sensory specialty can), this ability detects the size of organisms based on the amount of their life force (the bigger the creature, the larger its life force signature). Someone that is severely wounded or that is low on stamina also shows up with a smaller life force signature.

c. Members can sense the lateral distance/direction of anyone who's life force they sense, but not vertical distance/direction (much like a heartbeat sensor or UAV from the COD series).

d. Using any other bloodline abilities of this bloodline, except the passive bonuses to genjutsu, will shut down this ability for that post (unless stated otherwise).

Hikari - Kuroyami {Dojutsu}

Since the dawn of time an epic battle as ensued. The powers of light and dark battle against one another in a constant struggle. Two clans derived from each power, the Okari Clan {Light}, and the Kurai Clan {Dark}. Th two clans waged war against each other, always trying to gain the upper hand. A man from the Kurai clan and a woman from the Okari clan soon found the most forbidden form of love; each others clan. In an attempt to unite the clans, the two lovers eloped, secretly marrying each other. For awhile, they were able to live in peace, secluded from the world. The clans soon found out about this abomination, and blamed each other. The couple were kept under strict watch as the war continued. A few months into the renewed war, the woman was found pregnant. The Okari clan demanded that the man be put to death, for tainting their line. The Kurai clan demanded the woman be sentenced to death, for tainting their line. The two lovers fled with their unborn child. The clans quickly forgot about them, and killed each other until they were nothing but a child's bed time story. The son of the lovers was born; the beginning of a joint kekkai genkai.

Rules:

• The light and darkness are being condensed into a physical form, thus they aren't as fast as they normally would, though they retain good speed

• You can only have one other element other than Light and Dark.

• Depending on the stage, the user's eyes will change color.

The pupil can be the color of night or blood, depending on the rank of the user.

History
The lunar clan is one of the very few clans that existed within the moon country. They were well known for their incredible skill and knowledge of the medical arts. Not only did they excel in medical skills, but as well as advance chakra control. The clan members are recognizable for their unique eye design. The females have a green eye color while males have a blue eye color, a misty fix in them and touched with a soft glow. The pupil resembles that of a crescent moon. Though the clan is medical dominant, they have been seen utalizing offensive medical techniques of their own, making up those medics who stood at the sidelines. Their combat skills however, are remarkable, using medical techniques as offensive techniques and even jutsu that are otherwise unseen before. This branch of medic nin are truely one to be feared. Water usage has been seen which happens to tie in and even be amplified in the presence of the moon

During the time spent in the circle which is only one post, the user is healed of any minor cuts, bruises, and any other minor injuries. When the user reaches the level of a jonin, the rank of this jutsu increases to B, and its healing capabilities increase along with it.

The blades themselves are only a threat to anything organic, for if used against a living thing it'll slice through it, while against an inorganic thing it'll not penetrate it. Great for medical uses and combat, the damage is unseen from the outside, but the inside one would see the outer skin is the only thing holding it together (Meaning if I cut through your arm, the skin wouldn't be touched, but the flesh and bone inside would be. Similar to what Kabuto's technique, leaves no outside injury but inside tells the story)

The sky darkens from the technique and the silver chakra makes a strong glow from the sky in the thick fog, making it appear to be a dim-litted crescent moon. Visibility is severed in half and only the clan members can see through this mist, though those with the mist vision skill also can. The technique lasts up to four posts, though at Jonin or higher it lasts six post instead.

A technique that is best used in conjunction with the hidden mist or hidden moon technique, or anywhere with smoke/mist/steam/fog. Its a powerful genjutsu, it goes unnoticed until its too late. It targets the opponent's five senses of the brain, smell, taste, hearing, touch, vision. During the fight, the opponent wouldn't realize the technique is affecting them until their third sense is lost. After combat, the victim is best advised to seek medical attention so they can regain their senses.

2nd post - Target loses their sense of taste
3rd post - Target loses their sense of hearing (this is when the target notices their in a genjutsu)

After weaving the proper handsigns the user sends chakra into the air, which collects then a faint ray of silvery white light falls onto the target that they choose. The light appears as if it came from the moon, and the silver chakra of the clan member's heal injuries the target may of suffered, such as minor cuts to torn muscles and broken bones. Even obliterating poisons. However, this technique cannot be used more then two times per fight, due to the amount of chakra and the amount of damage healed. This technique is best saved when the user or the user's selective target is near death from injury. However, this technique cannot regenerate lost limbs.

Description: A technique which involves the effects of the moon, only the chakra acts as it. The user must be precise when using this technique, for targeting the wrong thing can be their own demise. When using this technique the user targets a specific area on the target, be their limbs, or a weapon their holding, and moves their chakra around it. Suddenly that area targeted becomes either incredibly heavy or incredibly light, intended to throw off the target's balance or speed, motions in combat. Even make them sick if one knows how to target and change the weight. However, the effects last a total of three posts and cannot be altered once done. The recharge is roughly five posts. This can only be performed three times per fight. If the limit is exceeded, the user becomes paraylzed from overusage of chakra, making the ability to move incapacitated. (or in better terms, the part of your brain that lets you move is stuck since this technique requires chakra and mind power)

Description: A unique technique yet a signature move at that. The user creates a large crescent moon by channeling silver chakra out of their body and condensing and molding it in the air. Once the chakra crescent moon is made, its so condensed and hot from the compressed chakra being by it is miserable for the enemy. The user then launches it towards the target but before it strikes them it splits into three smaller crescent moons, which then homes in on the target. Following their chakra signature, the chakra crescent moons will attempt to strike down the target in a three post time period. If contact is made, the crescent moons will slice through the body, burning it as it moves through as a result of the concentration of the chaka its made from. The moons can be avoided, though difficult and can be stopped via other chakra techniques stronger or equal in level. (ex. Lightning, Earth, explosion related techniques or a chakra attack same rank or higher)

During this time period however the user cannot perform ninjutsu due to the exchange of great power and speed.

Description: This technique is one of a very odd type. But such a powerful technique the user can only use this move twice per fight, no exceptions. The user builds up a mass amount of chakra within themselves for one post, concentrating the chakra into the core of their being, which their body begins to glow hotly with silvery chakra. During the second post the user makes a seal and suddenly their body emits a very bright flash of light as all the stored chakra is released, launching a powerful wave of silvery white light. However, the wave looks partially dark and paritally light. This technique has been called yin and yang because it bares two seperate properties of medical chakra. The shinobi who are on the same side as of the user when struck will be healed of nearly all injuries, save for the missing limbs (max number of people is 3, your not included nor affected. The opponents however will be the opposite, their skin and flesh will be burned, their nervous system would be shocked and confused as eletrical impulses would be confused for up to three posts. The wave moves outwards from the user in a 360* area, however after using it the use is incapable of moving for one post, leaving him or her vurnable. A heavy price to pay to cause such damage and yet blessings. The wave is as tall as the yougan tsunami technique (doton tsunami is same height so that can be used as reference)


Name: Moonlight Goddess's Wrath - Armageddon Strike

Description: The most deadliest offensive technique of the Wangetsu Lunar Clan. It can only be used once per fight due to its intensity and the massive destruction it creates. This is truely the signature move of an expert clan member. The user concentrates a mass amount of chakra into their own being, their eyes glowing so hotly only the pupils glow from the concentration, which appears as crescent moons indicating the technique is being used. The concentration is so powerful the user floats into the sky, and is surrounded in a sphere of blinding white chakra. It takes one post to charge up. While in the sphere the user is immune to practically any attacks, being guarded by the massive sphere which strikes a resemblence to a full moon. On the second post the user ascends a little higher and the orb of chakra rises, just above the user as he or she grabs the sphere, and then hurls it towards the ground, it taking the shape of a bullet as it collides into the ground. It has a wide range destruction rate, exterminating everything in its path. The aftermath is quite devestating, from bird's eye view the majority of the area is destroyed, and a huge flaming white mark shaped like a crescent moon is left behind. This technique can easily cause a large amount of damage to a village.

History : When and where the Kansatsu clan first originated is shrouded in mystery since no actually documentation for this clan was ever conceived. But from what has been passed on by word of mouth, this clan, for as long as anyone can remember, have been a nomadic tribe wondering from town to town avoiding any specify contact with anything associated with ninjas and ninja villages. It is said that the founder of the tribe was a person gifted with the natural ability to detect heat signatures and sound wave as well as being able to catch glimpse into the past and future. Because of his amazing natural abilities, he was taken away from his friends and family and asked to do many dangerous tasks under the will of a selfish tyrant ruler. Seeing how his abilities were misused and his will was consistently being oppressed, the man snuck away from the lord's castle during a lunar eclipse and ran as far away as possible.

Knowing that there was a chance for the Lord to come after him as well as others wanting to use his abilities for evil, the man began living as a wandering hermit doing little things here and there to gain money while avoiding unwanted attention. It was during his travels that the man gained several followers one of which he eventually married. The tribe continued to expend over the years and as different people with natural abilities to see wavelength integrated into the tribe, the bloodline eventually developed into what it is today.

Though most members still keep to the tradition of their clan leading nomadic lives, several members have begun to question their ways and left to sought out for a different way to live. As members continued to leave one by one, the tribe weakened and eventually was thought to have died out. Several years later thought, a familiar hermit cloak can be seen worn by various people who would every once in awhile enter town and set up a large triangular purple tent with gold trimmings. The people who tend to seek out members of this clan whenever they appear in town are the people hoping to get their fortunes told or in the rarer of cases, to track someone down.


Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :

1. 'Intelligence' and 'Great Chakra Control 'are required character strengths for this bloodline. (Users must have a strong mind and the chakra control to utilize their chakra in various different configurations and with very fine control.)

2. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind is required (yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc)

3. Only one sight can be activated at a time.

4. Sight limitations:

Genin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 5 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 5 posts non-stop before requiring a 10 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Chuunin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 8 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 10 posts non-stop before requiring a 15 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Special Jounin/Jounin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 12 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 15 posts non-stop before requiring a 20 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose thier eyesight.

Sannin/Kage:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 15 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 20 posts non-stop before requiring a 25 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Overuse cost:

1 post past limit: Roll a d20, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (10% chance to lose)

2 posts past limit: Roll a d10, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (25% chance to lose)

3 posts past limit: Roll a d6, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (30% chance to lose)

4 posts past limit: Roll a d4, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (50% chance to lose)

5 posts past limit: You lose your eyesight.


Weaknesses:

1. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind/eyes is required(yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc) since the mind is in constant high gear trying to grasp onto the various wavelengths and process them into a image for the user to see.

2. Constant shifting between the various 'sights' may cause temporarily blindness to the user because of the mind's inablitly to process the quick changing pace of the user's sight.

3. Over-usage of the eyes can lead to a malfunction of the brain, blindness, loss of control over the 'sights' (the mind is constantly switching between the sights sometimes picking up on infrared, other times ultraviolet, etc.) or a fixed eyesight (meaning that the user can no longer shift between the various sights and will be stuck with one of the sights for the remainder of their lifespan - there's a chance for the user to lose their Kekkei Genkai ability and be stuck with regular eyesight)

4. The user's eyes change a certain color according to the specific stage of the Kansatsuryoku the user is currently using allowing for easy identification of what 'sight' their using unless covered.


Strengths:

1. Users are able to pick up on various heat and chakra impressions left behind by people, allowing them to track people's heat signatures and detect the presence of sound waves with their eyes.

2. Capable of absorbing chakra and utilizing it to bend the visible spectrum of light allowing members to see into the various classifications of electromagnetic radiation/waves (infrared/ultraviolet/X-ray)

3. More skilled members of this clan will eventually be able to gain the ability to see into the past and future.

4. Members have an acute sense of hearing as well as a keen eyesight because of their clan's natural ability to see/hear electromagnetic waveslengths

5. Due to their constant training of the mind, members of the Kansatsu have built a sort of immunity against Genjutsu. With their developed insight clan members easier spot the difference between illusion and reality and are able to quickly find the weak spot of the Genjutsu thus breaking out of it before it can even take hold.

Stage One: X-ray vision

Description: The user has just recently awaken their Kekkai Genkai and is starting the basic training on how to use their special ability. Still new to this, the user has yet to develop the sense/skill necessary to detect long wavelengths but the user does have the natural ability to hear high frequencies allowing them to easily detect the high pitched frequency and short wavelengths of X-ray radiation. While in this stage, the user's eye-color will turn a jade green indicating that this stage of the Kekkai Genkai is currently being used and the user's vision is able to penetrate the surface of objects/things such as human skin, allowing them to see what's inside (human bone).

Description: The user is able to focus their vision to detect very small objects, enhancing them under their eyes, allowing them to see things at a nearly microscopic level.
Range: 1 meter

Stage Two: Ultraviolet vision

Description: This is the second stage of the Kansatsuryoku which grants the user the ability to see things in ultraviolet. At this stage, the user's ability to detect wavelengths have increased allowing the user to pick up on the long wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation. When activated, the user's eyes will turn violet and the user will seen everything in a screen of violet thus toning down the brightness and damage of certain things (looking at the sun). Using this stage of vision, the user will be able to detect objects normally unseen, such as bodily fluids, sweat, blood, and otherwise which have long since become invisible to normal eyesight.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Chunnin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using the X-ray vision for more then 15 posts

Description : Using this ability, the user will be able to identify the chemical structure and makeup of many objects, allowing them to know exactly what it is as well as find out specific information on any special abilities/construction of the item.

Jutsu Name: 'X' marks the spot

Description: This allows the user to create a 'Black Light' mark on an object or person which remains permanently on someone until it is released by the user. This mark cannot be removed and cannot be seen by anyone other then a Kansatsuryoku utilizing the Ultraviolet vision.

Stage Three: Infrared vision

Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a good control over their ability and is able to move onto the next step which is infrared vision. Infrared radiation have longer wavelengths then ultraviolet radiation but a lower frequency. During activation, the user's eyes will turn an amber color and by absorbing chakra to bend the visible spectrum of light, the user can now see clearer the left over heat impression made by people as well as their heat signatures. Their vision then turns into a set color palette of dark indigo to white representing the different body temperature radiating off the things in the user's sight.This gives the user the ability to see through walls, the ground, and other solid objects to lock onto those who may be hiding.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Special Jounin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using Ultraviolet vision for more then 15 posts.

Description: User is able to channel an item, and most energy based jutsu with a heat-seeking ability, making any thrown projectile (or projectile-like jutsu ex.fireballs, lightening bolts, etc.) capable of tracking it's intended target, bobbing and weaving around obstacles to strike it's foe. This jutsu ends once the item/energy jutsu either hit's a target(if someone quickly shifted behind a tree) or gets destroyed.

Description: This is a minor ability, it allows you to warm surfaces, food, and even add heat to a therapeutic massage.

Stage Four: Visions of Time

Description: The user has finally reached the point in their training where they have fully master the basic 'sights' given by their bloodline. Having trained their mind and hearing to the max, the user now must go beyond that for this last and final stage of the Kansatsuryoku. At this stage, the user has finally awakened the ability to spot the long wavelengths created by radio waves and detect chakra imprints between all of the visual spectrum allowing them bend the radio waves/ chakra imprints to create flashes of imagery projected on objects. If trained enough, the user will eventually build up the skills necessary to predict movements.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Jounin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using Infrared vision for more then 15 posts.

Jutsu Name: Future Sight (Clairvoyance)

Description: This is basically the same thing as the Past Sight technique except instead of glimpsing into the past, the user is attempting to catch a glimpse at the future. Because of the uncertainty of the future, if the user tries to see too far into the future, there's a chance for it to change or go wrong. The percentage of it being wrong increase the farther the user attempts to see. However, the user will have a better chance of predicting the movements of opponents of lower rank than the user, thereby increasing the odds of reacting properly against such opponents.
