In the village of cloud, some ninja had a strange power. They could take more damage than most ninja. The Gozoku clan skeletons were made out of pure metal. They trained in the art of ninjutsu trying to control their bodies to take amounts of damage and how to control the metal so that they may use it outside of their body. As many learned different ways of controlling it and how well they used it, they began to expand the clan to larger and larger numbers. Though as they learned how to use the bloodline more and more, they also learned that their blood had much higher acid level than usual. The clan was almost all wiped out in an raid though. The members of the clan are weak against lightning jutsu. Making it so that most of them are wiped out. Their are only a few left. The clan members are rather strange, some turn out to be animals, some out to be calm. Some rather crazy others rather level headed. But Everyone in the clan seemed to love to fight



Rules/Abilities

  • Your skeleton is made of pure metal, so taijutsu, kenjutsu, and doton ninjutsu all deal 1 rank less damage to the user. The body also has a built-in defense mechanism that will run chakra over the bones in the event that a chakra coated weapon pierces the body and negate the bonuses that the chakra edge would give. This skill costs as much chakra as it cost the opponent to coat the weapon, and is passive (meaning it always occurs so long as the user has chakra).
  • Your body has a much higher level of acidity than normal blood that it is immune to, but it is damaging to your opponent. It has several effects.
    -This blood will cause second degree burns on contact, and third degree burns after 10 posts. Contact with the eyes for 24 hours without medical treatment from a medic will result in permanent blindness.
    -The blood acts as an anti-coagulant, and therefore any bleeding wounds it gets on other than your own will continue to bleed until cauterized by someone or healed by a medic.
    - This blood flares like a flash bang when it comes in contact with metallic weapons.
    Immunity and damage reduction to katon techniques and fire does nothing to lessen the damage of the acid.

  • Members of this bloodline are naturally good conductors, and thus raiton ninjutsu deal 1 rank more damage to the user than normal. Passive effects that would lessen the damage of raiton techniques on a member of this bloodline do not work.
  • You can manipulate your bone structures, but it must be part of a bloodline technique and any wounds created from doing so must be healed by a medic.
  • Your character must love to fight.
  • You get the poison resistance ability of the Toughness attribute for free, but it will not stack if you have the attribute as well.
  • Blows by opponents with less than three ranks more strength than you will not move you if you have solid footing because of your increased weight.




Techniques

Name: The Gift of the Metal Bones
Rank: N/A [E training difficulty]
Description: The user can manipulate bones to grow a special chakra-holding structure. The user summons up the chakra that they want stored and then performs the jutsu. At the time of creation, the user is in contact with the person s/he wants to give this item to, and grows a charm with his/her bones. The gift grows on the sternum, and is infused with chakra by the user. The charm cuts through the skin of the user, and then the cut heals after the gift is given. This item can hold any amount of chakra, and does not appear to contain chakra to people that can sense chakra. Once it breaks away from the user it cannot be infused with any more chakra. The chakra can only be accessed by the person the user was touching. The gift cannot be used by anyone except the recipient. The recipient runs a little chakra through the gift and squeezes, and the gift will shatter into dust. Then the chakra from the gift will be directly injected into the recipient's chakra network.
Users cannot make these gifts for their own use.

Name: External Metal Bone Influence

Range: Close [1-5 inches]
Description: One of the key elements of the Fierce Metal clan is their abnormally hard bones, which are made of steel. These bones normally would not be altered, because the amount of steel in your body cannot be re-grown by the body, except by absorbing metal into the body [Next Jutsu]. Therefore, the metal becomes weaker the further it is stretched, so it is only stretched a little. This jutsu requires no handsigns, and allows the user to make steel bend and form new things, so long as they remain attached to the body. After roughly 5 seconds, the metal can form something that sticks out no further than 5 inches from an area where bone is dense, 2 where it is not. They also must be no longer than 2 inches wide and long. Anything can be made, but it cannot be something that becomes detached from the body. These creations only take a second to turn back into the bone structure. Up to four such structures can exist on the body at a time.

Requirements: Genjuu-Kinzoku (Fierce Metal)
Description: This jutsu allows metal to be absorbed into the body. The metal has to be in contact with the user, and it cannot be a custom weapon. The metal's structure is changed and absorbed to heal and reinforce bones that have been bent/cut/lost due to being destroyed while in the External Metal Bone Influence form. If the metal being absorbed is metal that was originally metal from the bones, this move takes only an E rank of chakra. This move takes an E rank of training and no handsigns.

Kurama Clan
Genjutsu Leaders of the World

The Kurama clan is a clan of extremely skilled genjutsu users. This talent in genjutsu is due in part to the kekkei genkai that the clan possesses, named Tejina (Conjuring trick), as well as their overall choice of study.

At first, the Kurama clan was a major clan, always having a voice in Konoha decisions and matters. However, as other ninjas techniques begun to appear, the Kurama clan's genjutsu dwindled in power, and as a result, their shinobi became weaker. Reaching an all time low in which over half the members were still genin, Yakumo Kurama, heiress to the clan, decided to revamp the clan's ability.

After years of retraining its shinobi and developing their kekkai genkai, Tejina, the Kurama Clan now stands out as one of the most unique, as well as the most powerful, clans in the shinobi world.


Abilities
Tejina
-For the Kurama clan member, genjutsu is not only a mere illusion. Clan members are capable of producing genjutsu of tangible ability. Using the art of Tejina, which sends altered chakra waves to the opponent's brains, the user is able actually make the genjutsus tangible. The user may only use this three times per battle, and the genjutsu used is counted as double the cost (ie if the genjutsu, when normally used, costs 5 chakra, the tangible version costs 10 chakra points) Also, when creating tangible genjutsu, the user has to pay with stamina as a cost as well, though only the normal amount. After the genjutsu is used, depending on the genjutsu, the user then has to pay 5 chakra per post the jutsu is kept, as well as 1 stamina point per post.

(so, for example, say a person used Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) - Illusionary Version (D-rank genjutsu). To make it tangible, the user would have to pay 6 chakra points instead of 3. He would also have to pay 2 stamina (since a D-Rank ninjutsu costs 2 stamina to cast)

(Also, if he decides to keep it for 3 posts, he will have to pay 5 chakra for each extra post and 1 stamina point for each post the genjutsu is kept, meaning that in the end he will pay 21 chakra points and 5 stamina points.)

Shared Mind
-The Kurama Clan, after making eye contact, can cause a completely original genjutsu of their own. This is because for that split second, the Kurama clan reaches out with their own chakra to connect the brains of the victim and the clan member. From there, it is only a matter of thinking. The user can make the opponent see what they want him/her to see, make them hear what they want him/her to hear, etc. This can last as long as you want, but each post you use it takes away your chakra.

First Post: 1 chakra point
Second Post: 2 chakra points
Third Post: 4 chakra points
Fourth Post: 8 chakra points
and etc....

Since the user and the victim are sharing minds, if the victim dies, so does the user. The victim cannot move while using this technique, or use any jutsu, but any jutsu (such as shadow clones) used before the Shared Mind technique remains intact. This jutsu uses C-Rank amount of chakra to activate

Easier to Create Genjutsu
-Genjutsu costs less chakra for the Kurama clan members.

For B-Rank Techniques: -3 chakra points
For A-Rank Techniques: -4 chakra points
For S-Rank Techniques: -5 chakra points

Genjutsu Kai
-Karuma Clan members are not only proficient in casting genjutsu, but they are also skilled in defending it as well. Kai becomes auto-learned, and when using it, the clan member wastes no chakra (so basically, kai needs no chakra to use)

Unique Casting
-This skill is unique to the Kurama clan, and it can prove to be useful in numerous situations. Instead of performing handseals, the Kurama clan Member can instead channel their chakra in another way, making their performance of the genjutsu easier to hide. Yakumo Kurama started this ability with her painting, and many have taken after her. However, the medium in which you cast it can be completely up to you (with approval of the clan head as well as 2 crew members). Some examples of genjutsu casting mediums are drawing or painting, rapping or singing, poetry, dance, playing an instrument, etc.

Rules

    - Since genjutsu is your primary study of battle, you must be of genjutsu class

    - As genjutsu is their primary form of combat, the Kurama clan is skilled in defending against it. All genjutsus are treated as -1 rank when used against a Kurama clan member

    -Also, since Kurama clan members spend the majority of their training on genjutsu, either the member's ninjutsu or tai/kenjutsu will be severely crippled.

    *For ninjutsu disability: You can only learn half of the total number of ninjutsu offered at your rank. (since a genin that could normally learn 4 E-rank techniques and 4 D-rank techniques, would instead only be able to learn 2 E-rank and 2 D-rank. (for odd numbers, you round it to the next number, ie if you could learn 5 ninjutsu normally, it would instead by reduced to 3)

    *For tai/kenjutsu disability: You cannot learn any tai/kenjutsu style. Simple as that.

    -Karuma clan members can cast genjutsu on the Ranmaru kekkai genkai, although said genjutsu is -1 rank (so a chuunin genjutsu used on a Ranmaru clan member is counted as a genin rank)

    -Last name does not have to be Kurama

Clan History:

Originating in a village not linked to any of the hidden villages this clan soon became known across the shinobi world for their infamous Star Release Techniques. Soon after their discovery by the rest of the shinobi world the clan was splintered and fractured as several villages sent ninja to come and seize members to obtain their powers for their own village. This means that any remaining members can be found in varying villages however the majority of which are found in Kirigakure or Sunagakure. The shinobi of this clan display extreme prowess with their elemental abilities as they wield great power with the combination of 3 different elements and the ability to use the advanced elemental release (Star release) that they have discovered.

Ok so I developed this for another guild that really never took off... and I really like it but I recognize that it would grant my rpc some elements before he would normally get them... I am willing to work with mods on how to correct this or sort of alter the system to allow for it (will post jutsu after the basics of this are taken care of)

Distinguishing Features: Pale skinned (but not a deathly pallor) with
either snow-white or raven hair and pale (near colorless) blue-gray eyes (may
have distinctive blue, gray, or hazel eyes). Clan members have deceptively slim
figures; even the males appear quite feminine. Like their Konoha counterpart,
the Hyuuga clan, this clan’s fighting style is also based on graceful,
chakra-enhanced moves. However, the Fubuki clan uses their Hyouton limit in
conjunction to their dance-like movements to create a swift but brutal assault.
One would describe a Fubuki in their dance as moving ‘like the wind’.

Description of Limit: The ability to manipulate air/wind patterns and
lower temperatures around the clansman (distance varying) to extraordinarily
low temperatures. Combining these abilities in different patterns gives a
Fubuki some form of control over the weather: in the form of creating sudden
blizzards, hailstorms, sleet, as well as encasing things in ice. Since the ice
for their Absolute Tundra was manipulations of their own special type chakra,
Fubuki members will be able to sense intruders whom enter their tundra field.
However, because the tundra field’s radius is determined by the skill of the
clansmember, they generally cannot determine the exact locations. Fubukis
cannot sense fellow clansmen who enter their tundra field due to them having
the same chakra types.

Their doujutsu, Boushi no Hyouden (Eye of the Eternal Snow Field) allows them
to see through extreme/heavy weather and the visibility of air/wind patterns.
Skilled members of this clan can use this ability to accurately predict the
weather and foretell distant enemy movements based on air/wind pattern
disturbances. What’s interesting is that their doujutsu’s field of vision is
neither set nor forced, rather, it is based on how widespread the inclement
weather around them is. If all remains calm, their field of vision is normal.
However, Fubukis can extend their field of vision by purposely stirring up
inclement weather.

Appearance upon Activation: The clansman’s eye colour fades to a icy
silvery-blue and the iris itself takes on a glassy appearance. Ice chakra will
emit from their bodies, turning a certain radius of their surroundings into a
tundra world. (3 Cp per turn for keeping the doujutsu activated.) Hyouden is a
necessity, in order for the clansmember to see through the heavy weather caused
by their own Hyouton techniques.

History: A nobleblood clan from Kirigakure. Sick and tired of the Water
Master Mistress’s mistreatment, the main family took their young son Shinratsu
and as many clansmembers from the Fubuki family as they could and attempted to
escape the village. Unfortunately, their plan was discovered and as the clan
tried to escape, Shinratsu’s father was murdered in front of his watching clan
in the hopes of discouraging them. However, instead of swearing loyalty to
Mistress, the clansmembers chose to fight to the death. Their combined
bloodlimit transformed the battleground into a tundra world; killing many of
the enemies by freezing them over. However, many died due to the side effects
of their bloodlimit (being the very blood in their veins froze over due to
overuse of ice based techniques, resulting in very painful deaths). In the
chaos that ensued, Shinratsu’s mother was able to escape with her son but she
later died of frostbite (because she shielded Shinratsu from direct contact of
the clansmembers’ assault) in a nearby town. Later, Shinratsu used the little
bit of money his mother left behind and traveled in a caravan to Iwa, where the
young clan head would remain for quite some time.

Currently, Shinratsu is the only known surviving member of his clan as the rest
were either killed or imprisoned. Shin was too young to learn the clan
techniques at his age but fortunately, Shinratsu’s mother was the keeper of
several valuable scrolls that the clan chose to bring before the escape. It was
said some copies of these documents remain in Kiri but no one other than a
Fubuki will be able to open them, due to the fact that they're sealed and
requires a Fubuki clansmember’s blood to open.

Requirements:
- All clansmen are wind/ice affinity. There’s no choice due to the nature of
Fubuki techniques.

- Younger clansmen (below Chuunin level) wears special chakra-repressing
gauntlets made of black metal. The purpose of this bracelet is to diffuse their
dangerous chakra so that their ice chakra won’t hurt them because poor control
over their bloodlimit could seriously injure a young Fubuki. Though it is only
necessary on their left arm and hand, because their ice chakra is only from one
side of their body (incidentally the side closest to their heart) most
clansmembers seem to prefer to wear both.

- Due to clan history, most clan members start out in Kirigakure unless
otherwise given permission.

FAQ:
- The Fubuki clan's Hyouton Jutsus are not created from mixing wind/water
chakra. Their chakra naturally branched off and specialized into an ice type
though they still need to manipulate oxygen and water molecules naturally
present in the surrounding air with this chakra for their Jutsus. This is more
of a disadvantage because this specialized chakra can cause quite a bit of harm
to the clansmember if used incorrectly.

- Their doujutsu don't have foresight. It's just logical predictions based on
disturbances in regular air/wind patterns. That means they could be wrong too
when reading these patterns. In other words, Fubuki doujutsu does not have
Uchiha's foresight abilities.

- Even though this clan’s ice chakra is limited to only one side of the body,
when using Absolute Tundra, they can use their wind chakra to even out how the
ice chakra is released to throughout the entire body.

Jutsu List:
- If protective techniques are not active, all rebounding Jutsu damage is
calculated after subtracting Fortitude (+2 Fortitude every 10 Survival Skill
ranks).

Reido Tougen (Absolute Tundra)
Description of Jutsu: The first and all future activations of the Fubuki
kekkai genkai is accompanied by their doujutsu. Icy chakra emits from their
bodies, freezing their nearby surroundings. The clansmember will be able to
sense intruders in their tundra field due to body heat and recognizing a
foreign type of chakra in their purely ice chakra-based field. However, if this
technique is kept on for too long, rebounding damage will be inflicted on the
clansmember as well. It is possible to keep this technique on indefinitely.
Rank: E
Cp Cost: 10 Cp + 2 per round + 2 per extended feet
Damage: 20 + Chakra mod. + 2 inflicted for first round active + 3 on
second round active + and so on
Drawback: From the 5th, 6th, or 7th full length post (depending on the skill level of the clansmember), the same amount of damage
inflicted on the opponent is done to the Fubuki clansmember as well unless a
protective Jutsu is active.
Requirements: Fubuki Clan, naturally activated.
Special: The Fubuki bloodlimit doesn't work until it is activated. It’s
either grave danger is posed upon the Fubuki clansmember or someone close to
them is in lethal harm. After it activates, surroundings will slowly be encased
in ice (the longer the bloodlimit is kept on) and increasing damage is
inflicted. From then on, their kekkai genkai can be activated by will. However,
more talented members can force their limit to surface due to having a certain
level of chakra control.

Atsui Nanpouboufuu (Warm Southern Gale)
Description of Jutsu: Due to the unpleasant nature of their Jutsu style,
the Fubuki clan had to come up with a way to lower rebounding damage inflicted
upon themselves and their comrades, since they technically don’t have control
over who their tundra field damages. The Fubuki performing this technique
modifies the flow of air patterns around themselves and their comrades with
their wind chakra, so it almost seems like a warm southern gale is protecting
the clansmember and his/her friends from the cold. This technique may also be
used to treat frostbite. The clansmember will breathe onto the injured part of
the body and a gentle, warm wind will slowly thaw the frozen blood/veins and
gently coax back blood flow. This Jutsu cuts rebounding Fubuki Hyouton
techniques damage by half. Can be kept active indefinitely.

Cp Cost: 2 Cp + 2 per extended feet. No stamina cost.
Drawback: Does not do damage.
Requirements: Fubuki Clan
Training: Two days
Stage 1: The user must get into a situation where they require this technique in order to either pass or survive.
Stage 2: The user must spend two days using this technique, equivalent to 10 paragraphs or 10 Successful attempts at using the technique.
Special: The clansmember don’t train to obtain this technique. It comes
naturally upon need, for example if they or their comrades are seriously hurt
by their tundra field. However, they would then need to spend two days
mastering this technique; otherwise its protection would be much weaker and
thus less effective in future battles.

Bouheki Nanpouboufuu (Protective Southern Gale)
Description of Jutsu: Manipulates air/wind patterns around the
clansmember. Added with wind chakra, it creates a protective sphere. This Jutsu
is a much more powerful version of Warm Southern Gale and is strong enough to
negate all double-edged Fubuki techniques for a total of 5 minutes (50 rounds).
If correctly used, this technique can negate most thrown weapon (small weapons
like shuriken/kunai knives/senbon needles with extended version unless the
opponent rolls a 20) damage. The extended version may cause medium-sized thrown
weapons (unless the opponent rolls a 15 or above) to go off course.

Cost: 3 Cp + 3 per extended

Cp Cost (extended version): 20 Cp + 4 per round (up to 50 total rounds) + 2 stamina
+ 4 per extended feet
Drawback: After 50 total rounds is reached, a resting time of two
minutes (20 rounds) must be maintained before utilizing this technique again.
Requirements: Fubuki Clan
Training: Four days
Stage 1: There 'must' be twenty paragraphs of literate role-play around using this technique.
Stage 2: The user must practice with this technique at least ten times, plus one for every failed roll. (Dice Rolls at less than 10).
Stage 3: The user should further time using this technique in spars, or where others are attacking. Roughly another ten paragraphs from the user.
Special: This wind barrier has no effect on heavy weapons. An example
would be a battle axe. Simply combining wind and chakra cannot possibly stop
weapons that big and dense.

Hyoutenka Youkai Rensa (Demonic Freezing Chain)
Description of Jutsu: The Fubuki performing this technique attempts to
encase something or someone in ice. If it’s a person, the freezing is slower.
One post for freezing a small thrown object (negates thrown
kunai/shuriken/senbon damage for that turn unless the opponent rolled a 20,
thus being unable to counter in time). Three posts to freeze a medium
sized object
and four turns to freeze a large object. Seven posts to freeze a person.
Rank: C
Cost: 5 cp + 1 round per post active + 3 stamina
Damage: 4 + 1 per post active. (4+1 on first post. 4+2 on second post. 4+3 on third post, etc. Increases as the skill of user increases. Stats listed are the base amount.)
Drawback: Easy for a taijutsu specializing shinobi to escape.
Requirements: Fubuki Clan, Level 10, Activated in
conjunction with Absolute Tundra
Training: Ten days
Stage 1: The user should be Level 10
Stage 2: The user must have mastered Absolute Tundra.
Stage 3: The user should activate both techniques.
Stage 4: There should be about fourty paragraphs worth of role-play around this technique.
Special: When used on a person, it causes an extreme sense of fear, as being frozen alive gives much the same sensation as being lit on fire. It isn't at first painful, but the body begins to numb, and after a while it becomes almost impossible to escape without the help of others.

Shipuu Kiritsukeru (Hurricane Slash)
Description of Jutsu: Manipulates air/wind patterns into very fine
blades. These wind blades literally wraps itself around the Fubuki’s arms, as
it harmonizes with the wind chakra emitted from their hands. The clansmember
then uses the wind as if they’re physical blades for slashing techniques. This
Jutsu is more powerful when used in combination with any long bladed or chained
weapon. In this case, the wind blades wrap around the weapon itself.

Cost: 7 to activate + 1 per strike after the first + 4 Stamina
Damage: 6 + Total chakra/10
Drawback: None
Requirements: Fubuki Clan, Wind Affinity, At least 30 Chakra
Training: Seven days
Stage 1: The user must be a wind type and have 30 Chakra or more.
Stage 2: The user should try to practice the technique. A failed roll or a roll less than 10 will drain twice the amount of chakra per use. The technique should be practiced at least twenty times. Not necessarily successfully.
Stage 3: The user should have around ninety to one hundred and twenty posts of role-play around this ability before it is completely mastered. The technique, however, is usable after about 10 or 20 posts, and will slowly be mastered over time as the user uses it in situations.

Description of Jutsu: Summons a fierce cyclone of wind/ice directly at
the enemy. The clansmember holds out their right palm to face their opponent
(which would emit wind chakra and would manipulate the surrounding wind
patterns to encircle that arm). Their left palm is placed behind the right
hand’s back (which would emit ice chakra). The fingers of the left hand would
then reach down to grasp the palm of the right hand through the spaces between
the right hand’s fingers, and then the user would mix and harmonize both
chakras into a fierce, violent cyclone.

Mysterious Peacock Chakra


Description: Countless years ago, a mysterious meteorite fell in the middle of the Land of Bears. A small group of ninja tried to harness its power, and did so amazingly so through hours of countless meditation around the meteorite. Eventually the power of the mysterious chakra proved too much for the small group of ninja and all who attempted prolonged practice with it died. The meteorite was still kept in a temple, locked away to keep everyone safe. Eventually, one brave ninja broke into the sacred building to prove she could survive the training. She did, never suffering any of the past symptoms of previous users. She realized that in her blood must have been a unique strand of DNA that made her immune to whatever had killed all the other ninja. Unknown as to where this special blood came from, she left the Land of Bears to find other long-lost family members that shared her blood, taking the meteorite with her. Over time, she amassed many immune ninja and together they formed the Kujaku clan.
While the original meteorite has stayed with the clan elders, on her trip, the kunoichi found several other smaller meteorites that maintained the properties of the original. Now, whenever another special ninja is found, he or she is given one of these smaller stars to the ninja's village. The star is automatically placed in the village training grounds (no post needed saying it was put there), though at chuunin rank the special ninja is allowed to take the meteorite and move it to another place in the village (so the ninja can train somewhere besides the village). To learn the kujaku jutsu/techniques, the first half of the posts (round down if it's an odd number) need to be at the star, but the 2nd half can be elsewhere.
Note: the smaller meteorite, while usable for training, can't be used for Implantation. If that is attempted, nothing will happen. Except pain, because you just rammed a decently-sized rock into you chest.

Ninja Art: Kujaku: The user’s chakra, a purplish-pink color, flares up behind them in a feather-like array that can be easily. For the Feather Array, Kujaku Jutsu can only be used when it is activated, and only Kujaku Jutsu can be used when it is activated. In addition it cannot be deactivated in the same post it was activated, nor can it be activated in the same post it was deactivated. Activating/deactivating Feather Array will be a free action though, meaning that it doesn't count against your use of jutsus in a post manipulated for a variety of techniques.

The user can either extend ropes made of kujaku chakra from their hand or from their feather array. These ropes can be short to long range and vary in strength depending on the strength of the user. Genin users will find their rope strong, but easily broken by ninja of a higher level, whereas jounin+ ninja’s rope will be practically unbreakable except against special ninjutsu that cut off or negate the flow of chakra. The number of strands of rope can vary, but in most cases would not be more than 5. The justu rank is automatic (i.e. genin rope will usually always be E or D, where chuunin will be C, special jounin B, etc) unless otherwise specified so the user can save chakra. Note:Fuuton jutsus that have slicing effects or jutsus that dramatically increase the sharpness of a blade that are of equal rank to the chakra rope can slice off the rope(s).
E: This rope can can stop a genin ninja dead in his tracks, even at a full run. Chuunin will be delayed, but can break free. Jounin can snap it without thinking.
D: Same as E, but now the kujaku user can use up to two ropes.
C: Genin and chuunin can't break free, and special jounin can but only after some effort. Higher rank ninja will be slowed, but with not have a problem breaking these ropes. Four ropes can be made at once.
B: Equal rank ninja and lower can't break free, higher rank ninja will can escape these bonds but only with considerable force. Getting out of these ropes are not something that can be done quickly, if at all. 5 ropes possible.
A: Only ninja with insurmountable strength can break free of these ropes if they are snared. Regular ninja cannot break free simply by struggling. Unless they are incredibly strong or have special jutsu, they are stuck.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Awakening

Focusing kujaku chakra in the user’s palm or finger(s) and touches an unconscious victim. The special revitalizing chakra acts to reboot the victim’s chakra network and awakens them. This technique only works on victims that have passed out, fainted, or are sleeping. This does not heal anyone of any kind of jutsu or ailment.

The user uses part or all (depending on his proficiency) of his feather array to form the top half of a beast, which is connected to the array, and therefore the user as well. The beast has two arms with sharp claws and a mouth full of sharp teeth. This is a short-to-midrange technique. The beast is of average speed but strong, and is not damaged by traditional weaponry (kunai, throwing stars) or taijutsu. The jutsu rank is automatic (see “chakra rope”), with lower rank beasts being smaller, slower, weaker, and more vulnerable to ninjutsu. Once a ninja becomes jounin rank, he is able to use two beasts of equal power at once, though he will need to pay for the jutsu twice to do this.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Destroy

The user uses feathers from their array to attack their opponent. This attack is pretty straightforward, though it can curve to get to an opponent. The higher level the ninja, the stronger the attack.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Protection

The user brings the feathers over his head and in front of him, shrouding his body from attacks. The technique can block attacks of equal rank, but are less and less effective the greater level-difference. After it blocks a jutsu, it requires a 3-post cooldown. If an S-Rank Protection is used to block another S-Rank jutsu of any kind, then Feather Array will be deactivated and there will be a 3 post cool-down on the Feather Array, and a 5 post cool-down on Protection.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Choke

This technique is only useable after a ninja has learned the Chakra Rope jutsu. Similar to chakra rope, the user uses thick tendrils to quickly wrap around a ninja’s neck and suffocate him. These tendrils are strong enough to lift the opponent a few feet off the ground. The technique may also be used against parts of the body (such as the torso, arms and legs) to break bones.Note: Fuuton jutsus that have slicing effects or jutsus that dramatically increase the sharpness of a blade that are of equal rank to Choke can slice off the rope(s).

When the user is controlling two beasts, he can use this technique to join them together into a larger, stronger beast.

This is an advanced form of Awakening. The user can break other ninjas, but not himself, out of equal level genjutsu (it scales with the clan member, it can break people out of genjutsu of their rank or lower for the same chakra cost as the genjutsu being dispelled, but it can't break S-rank genjutsu) by touching them. If the user is a medical ninja, he can use this technique to temporarily wake up a ninja that is a deep sleep due to illness, poisoning, etc. Genjutsu two ranks or lower than the Kujaku clan member can be dispelled for free.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Wings

The user’s feather array transforms into a set wings (two large ones facing up, two smaller ones facing down). He can fly short distances quickly and high enough to soar over most buildings. The user gets flying for three posts.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Bird

This jutsu is an extension of Ninja Art Kujaku: Wings. The body of the user is covered in kujaku chakra forming a shell, or the "torso" of the bird, so to speak. This also covers the users hands, so he is unable to attack offensively, but the technique is good for escaping, or for finding cover or higher ground from which to mount an offensive. The chakra shell is extremely resistant to projectile weapons, and moderately effective at blocking jutsu. Ninjutsu 2 ranks or lower don't damage the user, 1 rank lower ninjustu do half damage, and jutsu of equal or higher rank completely penetrate the shell and do regular damage.


Ninja Art Kujaku: Predation

rank: B

The user forms the head of a kujaku beast with his chakra and eats the visible chakra of an opponent (the opponent loses B-rank chakra). When used against a fellow kujaku user, the chakra lost is A-rank and greatly damages the kujaku opponent. There is a 3-post cool down after using this technique.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Apparition

rank: A

The kujaku user draws a kanji on a flat surface and kujaku chakra is infused in it. After the user either puts himself to sleep or passes out, a ghost-form of the ninja comes from the kanji. The user creates a link from his mind to the jutsu when he draws the kanji, and when he falls asleep, his mind is transferred into the created Apparition, leaving his body an empty shell. The user does not feel anything from his former body and will not know if it is moved or damaged or the like, so this can be a very dangerous technique if the body is left somewhere that is not safe. It can be used to relay messages to other ninja (by touching another ninja, the ghost transfers recent memories from the user to the ninja) or to temporarily protect other ninja (the Apparition can use 75% of the user's chakra). The Apparition can travel up to a mile away from the user's body before it dissipates. If the Apparition is used to defend an ally, it can do so for 3 posts before it dissipates. The Apparition is not a clone. It can only use kujaku jutsu and in-and-of-itself is indestructible except to techniques that disrupt or absorb chakra. The user can return to his body at any time by forming the appropriate handsign.

Implantation

After a ninja has dedicated endless time to perfecting Ninja Art: Kujaku, the head of the clan gift him with a small piece of the meteorite, an honor reserved for only the best of the kujaku clan (if the clan head is not of the same village, or is a lower rank than the first ninja, an NPC clan elder will subsitute). In order to be deemed worthy of a piece of the star, a ninja must have learned at least 10/12 kujaku jutsu and be jounin or higher rank and fought in a minimum of 3 battles using the kujaku jutsu (with links provided, of course).
Stages/Effects:
In times of great need, the user can implant their star piece into themselves to greatly enhance their chakra and strength and allows for new jutsu to be used. When Implantation is used, the Feather array is automatically activated (if not already active), and cannot be deactivated until the shard is removed. The ‘implantation stage’ should last for 5 posts. The user with get +3 chakra points/10 max chakra points and his strength will increase by 50%.
1-5 posts (active)
If the shinobi removes the star piece on the 6th post, his chakra will return to normal, suffering no adverse side effects (that is, subtract however much chakra you gained from what you have, and that is your regular chakra). The ninja's speed and strength will fall to 75% of his normal level, but returns after 5 posts. The feather array will be deactivated, however, and will have a 3-post cooldown.

If the ninja keeps the piece in for a 6th post, when he removes it he will be half as strong and fast as he normally is, and can only use half of his regular chakra. If it is removed on the 7th post, along with the weakened strength, chakra, and speed, the feather array will be deactivated and require a 5-post cooldown.

When the implantation stage has gone through 7 posts, the body of the shinobi will have become dependent on the star chakra and when the piece crumbles on the 8th post (for it will have been drained by the body and no longer be stable) his speed, strength, and available chakra will only be at 10%. the utter abuse of the meteorite will make the chances of the elders deciding to give you another piece very unlikely, but not impossible (it will be up to the opinion of the can head to decide when, if ever, to give another piece of the meteorite. If the offender is the clan head, the choice will be decided by the kage of the village. If the person is a rouge ninja, it is the kage of their original village). In addition, if the user does not remove the star on the 6th post, but retains it for an additional 1 or 2 posts, when the user is seperated from the star, he will need to seek immediate medical attention. There is a small chance (die roll of 1-5 out of 100) that the user will faint once the star crumbles (assuming he used it for 7 posts). After the star crumbles, the user will be so weakened that he will be unable to even active his feather array for one week (real time).

Ninja Art Kujaku: Dragon

rank: S

The user’s feather array transforms into a giant dragon that wraps itself around the user. The body of the dragon is still rooted to the user, so the user is still free to move with the dragon body protecting his chest and back. The dragon can fire kujaku blasts from its mouth, as strong as an A-rank Kujaku Art: Destroy. The dragon can also grow a large pair of wings that can send waves out of kujaku chakra (as an attack of C-rank strength). The user can also fly, but because the dragon’s wings are more for offense attack, the user only gets ‘flying’ for one post. The justu costs S-rank chakra the first post, and C-rank chakra to maintain every post after that. The Dragon can be maintained as long as the piece of meteorite is implanted in the kujaku shinobi.

If the shinobi removes the star piece on the 6th post, his chakra will return to normal, suffering no adverse side effects (that is, subtract however much chakra you gained from what you have, and that is your regular chakra). The ninja's speed and strength will fall to 75% of his normal level, but returns after 5 posts. The feather array will be deactivated, however, and will have a 3-post cooldown.

If the ninja keeps the piece in for a 6th post, when he removes it he will be half as strong and fast as he normally is, and can only use half of his regular chakra. If it is removed on the 7th post, along with the weakened strength, chakra, and speed, the feather array will be deactivated and require a 5-post cooldown.

When the implantation stage has gone through 7 posts, the body of the shinobi will have become dependent on the star chakra and when the piece crumbles on the 8th post (for it will have been drained by the body and no longer be stable) his speed, strength, and available chakra will only be at 10%. the utter abuse of the meteorite will make the chances of the elders deciding to give you another piece very unlikely, but not impossible (it will be up to the opinion of the can head to decide when, if ever, to give another piece of the meteorite. If the offender is the clan head, the choice will be decided by the kage of the village. If the person is a rouge ninja, it is the kage of their original village). In addition, if the user does not remove the star on the 6th post, but retains it for an additional 1 or 2 posts, when the user is seperated from the star, he will need to seek immediate medical attention. There is a small chance (die roll of 1-5 out of 100) that the user will faint once the star crumbles (assuming he used it for 7 posts). After the star crumbles, the user will be so weakened that he will be unable to even active his feather array for one week (real time).

Ninja Art Kujaku: Dragon

The user’s feather array transforms into a giant dragon that wraps itself around the user. The body of the dragon is still rooted to the user, so the user is still free to move with the dragon body protecting his chest and back. The dragon can fire kujaku blasts from its mouth, as strong as an A-rank Kujaku Art: Destroy. The dragon can also grow a large pair of wings that can send waves out of kujaku chakra (as an attack of C-rank strength). The user can also fly, but because the dragon’s wings are more for offense attack, the user only gets ‘flying’ for one post. The justu costs S-rank chakra the first post, and C-rank chakra to maintain every post after that. The Dragon can be maintained as long as the piece of meteorite is implanted in the kujaku shinobi.


I made this clan for POTS, but I, like everyone sadly, can feel its probable doom and its been a month and it hasn't been approved *anyway* so I thought I could make the character I was hoping to make there, here. heart

Ishida Clan

Clan description and history: Originally from the Land of Lightning, there rose a clan of mercenaries largely sought after during the fourth great shinobi war. Their skills with a bow made them professional assassins. Whoever the target was, they were guaranteed to go down. What makes this clan so deadly is their accuracy at extremely long distances. Enemies could be taken out before they ever realized that they were in range of the Ishida's bloodthirsty reach. After the bijuu destroyed their village, the clan dispersed into the rest of the shinobi world. Members of the Ishida clan come in many different shapes and sizes, but one thing remains the same for all of them, their dress. Members of the Ishida clan require of themselves to wear white clothing at all times, any clan members seen wearing otherwise are killed on sight.

Rules:
Clan members clothes must be predominantly white.
If any clan member is not wearing predominantly white, it is the obligation of the other clan members to execute them.
Clan members are forbidden to teach their techniques to outsiders.
If any non-clan member is seen using the clan's techniques, or if clan members see another clan member teaching their techniques to an outsider, they must be executed.

Requirements:
Must have Dokujin kenjutsu style.


Strengths:
Ishida's attacks are considered +1 rank when they use a bow and arrow.
Ishida clan has a +1 rank to their agility.
Ishida clan members suffer no penalties to their attacks up to one mile away.

Weaknesses:
Ishida's attacks are considered -1 rank when they use any weapon besides a bow.
Ishida clan has a -1 rank to their toughness.
Ishida clan members suffer a -1 penalty when their attacks are less than fifty feet away, unless they are using the Sparrow jutsu.

Training: After training you accuracy for 10 post you gain pin point aim with chakra arrows, and a normal bow, after another 20 post you are able to hit a bulls eye while using your chakra bow, and chakra arrow while at it's max distance.

Jutsu Description: Focusing chakra into the hand, Ishida clan members can mold the chakra into the shape of an arrow. These arrows fly faster and farther than normal arrows. When used with a regular bow, their range is fifty feet larger. When used with a chakra bow, their range is one hundred feet larger. When used with a sparrow bow, their range is fifty feet smaller than that of a regular bow and arrow. Chakra arrows fly twice as fast as regular arrows.

Jutsu Description: A truly unique bow with a spiderweb design. This bow is no good when it comes to long range combat. However, it truly shines when it comes to close range combat. This bow's capacity for shooting multitudes of arrows at the same time is truly what sets it apart from the rest of the Ishida's arsenal of weapons. The limit is ten arrows at once, and reload time is one post. However, that doesn't mean you have to shoot all ten arrows at the same time. If the user wants to, they can shoot each arrow, one at a time. They do not have to reload until they shoot ten arrows. There are some drawbacks to this technique however. Firstly, the bow cannot support regular arrows, only arrows made of chakra. Secondly, because of the massive amount of arrows needed to successfully use this technique to its' fullest, the user can run out of chakra very fast if they are not careful. It is recommended that the Ishida that uses this technique is at least a Jounin before they try to use it in battle.

Jutsu Name: Ransotengai
Jutsu Type: private ninjutsu (restricted to Ishida clan)
Jutsu Rank: A

Jutsu Description The only non-weapon jutsu this clan has, ransotengai creates strings made of chakra to wrap around the various limbs so that Ishida can still use them after they have been injured, or even broken. This puts a heavy strain on the body however. If they aren't careful, they can damage their body beyond fixing.
-10 chakra/ -7 stamina every post this jutsu is active

One we don't have a cloud village yet.

You have "The Combination of water, lightning And Wind chakra creates the release used by The Vaan clan" but say suition are strong against the clan, and then give fire as one of the elements in the clane... Seems like some typos, but they need to be fixed.

For a elemental jutsu clan you will also need to create some jutsu, (The barrier of light for example would be a jutsu, but you need to create it. the idea is fine though, and you can get the clan passed through if you put in the work to polish, and finish it.

Is this supposed be be a Hyuuton Hiden Clan? because I am not sure if that will work, if it is not then remove any mention of the Hyuuton clan.

Other than that please format you clan the same way our bloodlines and clans are formatted, with a section listing all there abilities in one place (Makes it easy to find and make sure what your trying to do), also please remove things like "level 10", and "damage =13-15" please use our system in you clan, so it is easier for us to judge weather or not it is far, and balanced.

@Sasori: Not only what Havik said, the combination of three elements is a very special technique. The Tsuchikage is known throughout the world for this. Anyway, I don't know if we allow this.

@Hyozo: I believe we have the Kurama Clan set somewhere in VR, maybe Cobra is working on it and will bring it later. You'll have to ask him if he is doing so.

@Freak: You'll have to pass this by Cobra, it's very similar to the lightsaber term we negated the use of.

In the strengths were you say the chakra stacks... the little chakra you made is kinda hard on the eyes, and we add something like...

2 chakra points for ever ten, with a 10 max chakra at Genin, 20 max chakra at Chuunin, 30 max chakra at Sp. Jounin etc. etc.

Or, simple add a +10 chakra, or +5 chakra, or just a stable amount granted at each level?

All of your D-A or S ranked jutsu, need to have a set description explaining exactly how much stronger each higher jutsu is, using our system. Once you have done this I will go over more of you bloodline.

Not sure what Gohan means, but you arrows do not seem to have any extra piercing ability, only range and speed, so I don't see a problem with it. Cobra does however have the final say in all matters, specifically things of the magnitude from a clan, so he will be the one to make the final call on this...

Why do you need the chakra control specialty? Hiden clans are only hidden jutsu that aren't taught to the masses, I am not sure why you added it since any of our other jutsu do not REQUIRE chakra specialty, only give it a decrease in cost... Would changing it to lower the cost of each clan jutsu by some margin be okay? So to keep the specialty's purpose the same for this clan, and outside it?

Truthfully, I added the Chakra control specialty requirement to further reference quincys. Quincys have the natural ability to absorb reiryoku and turn it into weapons. They are exceptionally skilled at controlling it. That's why I made the chakra control specialty a requirement.

A 'lightsaber weapon' is just what it sounds like. We negate weapons who take the coat of 'pure chakra' and take a lightsaber-like look. Much like those arrows or the bow.
