I finally got my copies of New Moon and Eclipse back from my grandmother's. So last night I was reading New Moon and whenever I read something sickening, such as when Bella says "Whatever you want." and "Take my soul; I don't want it without you," I noticed I got very distressed, and strained the muscles in my forehead. The constant straining due to being constantly bombarded by blatant idiocy caused me to overstrain the muscles in my head, which gave me a terrible headache. I had to take an extra strength Tylenol and lie down for a couple of hours. I'm not sure if I can finish reading it now. I wanted to read both New Moon and Eclipse before the movie comes out.

I think you just need a rest, even if it means cutting yourself off from the internet and lying down for a couple of days, reading decent books and watching your favorite movies to get your mind off of Twilight. Go for a walk alone just to meditate.

You get a lot of negative emotion from Twilight issues and it can affect your health. So why don't you just relax for a bit away from it?

Anyway, I have been taking long breaks between reading. But the reason I want to read is because I need to have read the book to be able to write my thesis on it, which is my next goal.
