At Smogon, they've now officially placed Latias in the Uber Tier. Not only that, they're now investigating Salamance to see if it should be moved to the Uber Tier. I've also done some investigating of my own, finding out Latias has Latios's stats, just switched though. You'll notice if you look at the Uber page. Latios (Higher Attack/Lower Defense); Latias (Lower Attack/Higher Defense).
