Just an update that Zetshimaru has found on the Smogon tier list.
Latias has been bump to ubers once again. From what Zetshimaru has read it happened a couple of days ago.
Zetshimaru truly agrees with this move, Zetshimaru has been watching a lot of battles on youtube and Latias seemed to have the same kind of power scizor had when it first got bullet punch. Every team had to work around it. Latias' stats and typing where to powerful.
