The Kage Sanctum is where the Kages of all the villages shall gather to watch the final stages of the chuunin exams. From the Sanctum, each Kage can watch the several battlefields of the final stages of the exam. Not only that, but it's a good place to meet with the other Kages and discuss possible alliances...as well as declare rivalries towards others. The Sanctum is high above the clouds...to the point where it only acessible to the Kages who hold enough power and stamina to even reach it.

Koizumi looked at the mountain"Did the have to make it so high"She asked, sighed and smiled"This will be fun"She said.Ok I will figure out something on the way there.She thought.Then it hit her i could use the earth dragon blast to get half way there,then climb the rest of the way there."She said then did some hand signs then called out"Shindoryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon God Blast)"as a dragon made of earth shot out of the ground as it went up,she jumped on;but due to the altitude it fell apart when that happened,she jumped off."That was close."She said as she started to climb the mountain. When she found a cave she made camp there, and rested, then got out and continued, and continued that pattern till she got to the top and smiled."That wasn't so bad,now all i have to figure out is how to get down."She said then climbed and got in the gazebo,walked down the bridge to the other side and decided to take a short nap.

If I keep my speed up I can probably make the mountain in just under an hour. Unless....well, I guess I could ramp it up at the end and cut the travel time in half. It'll be a pain, but certainly worth it." Jumping back roughly twenty feet, Luo paused for a second to get a few breaths in. Then, in an instant, the man bolted off, dust kicking up behind him. Jumping after his blurred body began its ascent in speed, he landed on the side of the mountain just under one-hundred feet from the ground. Using the speed of the sixth stage, Luo's blody blurred into something unrecognizeable to the normal eye. Enjoying his speed, he performed a few acrobatics here and there up the mountain-side. Usually, Luo would have used the wall walkikng technique, but at the speed he was going simple friction kept him horizontal. It was after about fifteen minutes he disappeared from view, appearing ever so often. However, what was seen was in all actually not Luo, but an afterimage of himself moving. Ramping up to the seventh stage of the mist sword style, Luo sought to make the trip up there quick and somewhat painless. As the mist and high altitude of the top of the mountain shielded Luo from view below, his speed increased once more to a point where multiple images of him running up the rock face could be seen at once. Jumping skyward at last within the last one-hundred Yards, Luo twisted and contorted his body into flips and tricks which lasted for a full minute before he landed softly and elegantly on top in the snow. Sighing a bit with a smile, Luo straightened himself out. He had already figured out an easier way to get down from the mountain, but sought to make a path for the next time he would have to come up here. Walking towards the large palace with the mist symbol on the wooden doors, he opened them finding his things already in place. Unpacking, Luo wondered how Matsuya would approach the climb.

After a long nap,Koizumi woke up and fixed her hair as much as she could,then walked to wooden door with the Sand symbol on it,and smirked"well they sure work fast"She said as she entered herfully furnished room, then started unpacking,putting things where they belong after finishing that,which took about 30 minutes she wondered how the tsukikage was going to climb the mountain

Matsuya approaced the mountain slowly, his hands tucked into the pockets of his robes. He was still thinking about that problem of his. He looked up at the mountain, but only saw half of it seeing as the rest was in the clouds. "You can't be serious..." Then Matsuya remembered something he'd learned not to long after becoming Hokage. He smirked and started to weave handseals. "Shadow Release - Shadow Dragon Attack (Kageton - Kageryuudan no Jutsu)!" As Matsuya finished the handsigns his shadow started to grow and form into the shape of a dragon. The dragon itself emerged from his shadow and shot towards the top of the mountain. Matsuya quickly gathered his robes around him and shot with it, attached to its tail. About half way up the shadow started to weaken and eventually disperse. Matsuya landed on a flat spot on the mountain side and sighed. "Come on!" He cursed under his breath as he shrugged off his robe and tied it to his belt so that nothing would come out of its pockets. He looked at the rest of the mountain and sighed. "Time to climb." Matsuya smacked his well muscled arm against the cliff face and started to pull himself up. After about 40 minutes of climbing he made it to the top. He was panting as he put back on his robes and started to make his way towards the door with the Leaf symbol on it. He entered the room and started to place small things around the room. If one would look they would realize it was apples. Matsuya's favorite food. If he ran out of them he might go insane and tear down the mountain to find a market. Matsuya sat on the edge of his bed and removed his hat. "Some climb."

After setting up her room,she started to change out of her outfit and changed into the outfit her grandmother made her, It's a medium sized kimono,that's black on the outside and white on the inside and its lined with rhinestones. she smiled.She then walked outside and looked at the sky around her"It's beautiful out here"She said in awe.

Walking outside, he sat in the middle of the small pond in front of his villa, meditating for a short while. Taking his time in order to not hasten the process, Luo ran through seals at a steady and for him at least, slow rate. At two seals per second, really most shinobi over the chuunin rank would find it a bit slow, but Luo's jutsu had to make it all the way down the mountain; hence why he took his time finalizing what he was doing. He then seemed to mutter, "Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Realease: Dragon Fire Blast)" Placing a hand to his mouth and holding his pinky upward, Luo inhaled deeply. As he exhaled, a flame too fierce for any to withstand erupted from his mouth with a roar, it's shape of a Chinese dragon whose whiskers alone held enough destructive power. He tilted his head downward for the spectacle, completely melting through the mountain-side. As the dragon snaked down the mountain in a slight zig-zag pattern which wasn't too jagged, it carved a path for Luo to walk up and down from in the future. The reason he carved it in a snake-like pattern was because the mountain was too steep to tackle in a simple vertical line. And as the dragon neared the bottom, Luo released the jutsu. As he did, the mountain quivered; a signature ending to the technique. There was a large blast at the bottom, and it served to loosen up the rock on the mountain which would've avanlanched at any point in time during his stay. He then ran through a seperate set of seals rapidly, since this jutsu would continue down the mountian no matter what. He then muttered to himself once more, sure that the two other kages who wouldn't be able to see what was happening behind his villa were wondering just what the hell was going on. "Gekiryuu Chikara (Raging River Force)" Slamming his hands on the ground, water seeped out of his fingertips. At first it was slow and steady, but the speed began to quickly pick up, as well as the intensity. As the mountain was still red, scorched, and bordeline magma covered his path, the water rushed down the carved area causing it to sizzle and crackle as steam rose up. As intense as the jutsu itself was, it smoothed the stone for his path completely and cooled it as well. Standing upright finally as the rest of the water trickled down the path, Luo side and he brushed his hands off, turning and walking back through the villa to the front. He wondered when his genin were going to be done with the first portion of the exams." Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Blast) Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent in the shape of a large dragon from the users mouth. The intensity of the flame is enough to completely melt stone and the end result of this techniques rampage is an explosion enough to send an entire mountain aquiver.

--------------------------------------------------- As Kiyoko arrived at the base of the mountain, she looked up to see if she could find the top of the mountain with her eyes. It was not possible though, the clouds blocked her view. Kiyoko then looked as the mountain had several rocks, not small but big rocks that she could stand on, and trees aswell, that she could use to climb the mountain quite easily.
Kiyoko jumped on a tree by the base of the mountain and used it to get to a higher tree or rock. 'This is going to take some time if I keep doing it like this...hm...I guess I got an idea.' she thought by the time she was landing on a higher rock. "Soru!" she said and kicked off the rock, repeatedly with an enormous speed, to propell herself up really quickly and landing on a tree way higher than she was at.
Kiyoko was able to climb over half of her way on the mountain with another Soru. She had climbed past the clouds that covered her vision previously and she could see the top of the mountain. 'Almost there...' she thought and repeatedly kicked off the rock she was standing on at that moment to propell herself up once more. "Soru!" she said.
As she propelled herself up, she reached the top of the mountain, landing on tree beside a gazebo. "Finally here!" she said and jumped in the gazebo. Kiyoko looked around and walked across a bridge. At the other size of the bridge, there was another gazebo that had a bridge connecting to the Tsuchikage's room. "Lucky." she said once she looked on the wooden floor, that had the mark of Iwagakure carved on it. Kiyoko walked across the other bridge, towards the room that belongs to the Tsuchikage. The door also had the mark of Iwagakure. She opened the door and walked in, not fully closing the door as she entered the room. Kiyoko sat on the bed and leaned her back on the headboard. She grabbed her sheathed sword and held it in front of her, slowly unsheathing it to take a look at the blade. She looked at the blade for a while before sheathing it carefully, it was an impressive katana.
Kiyoko then noticed the door was not fully closed, she got back up and closed it. Walking back to the bed, she decided to sleep for a while, at least, untill something important happens. So she just got on the bed and fell asleep.---------------------------------------------------
Chakra Points: 161/180 Soru: This is a technique that allows the user to move at extremely high speeds. The principle of this move is to kick off the ground several times very quickly, as if in a blink of eyes, and propel the user, allowing him/her to move at higher speeds. The movement is not just quick, but swift aswell. "Don't pray. I don't send people to heaven...I never said I don't kill either."

She walked outside and sighed"I wonder how they are doing?"She asked herself"I can't believe I haven't seen them since i came here. I'm going to go see them"She said as she went to change into her kage robe and some sandals "Now time for me to climb"She said as she started to climb when she got half way.she did some hand sands and called out "Shindoryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon God Blast) "as earth in the form of a dragon shot up she jumped and rode it all the down.then walked to the Oasis

Matsuya walked slowly out of his villa, an apple in his hand. He took a bite from the apple and let the sweet taste roll over his tongue as he looked out over the sky. "Truly a sight for sore eyes." It was rare for Matsuya to see anything other than his village and the pile of paperwork that came with it. He sighed as he remembered that this wasn't completely a vacation. He did have genin to look after. But he wanted to work on a technique he'd heard of first. Then he'd get something for lunch. Matsuya sat cross-legged in front of his villa. He'd work on that technique of his in a bit. Now it was time to enjoy his apple. He took another bite.

Matsuya looked at Koizumi and raised an eyebrow. "A jutsu, huh?" He took one last bite from the apple before throwing the core into the grass. "I suppose so. I have to do some of my own training in a little while." Matsuya stood and looked at the women in front of him. "And what exactly would I have to do for this jutsu of yours?"

She smiled and chuckled"The Justu works wherever the person is,but it works better if the person is sitting right in front of the confessor,and they are touching in any way,like holding hands.So let's sit in front of each other and hold hands, for it to be work best"She said sitting down and waiting for it"How this jutsu works is that i connect my shakra to yours and search your soul for the truth or an answer, if used correctly it can be very useful"She said

Matsuya sat and held his hands out. "So you connect your chakra to mine and see if I am telling the truth?" Matsuya was a little weary about someone peeking into his soul. But he trusted Koizumi enough to let her do it.

she took his hands in her and smiled"Not exactly this jutsu gets answers out of people that they won't tell me themselves."She said then she thought of a question to ask, and looked straight at him,Her pupils turned black,then his eyes turned black,focusing only on his,she took a deep breath and let her shakra seep out and connect to his.Then she called out"tamashī no rīdā(Soul Searching)" in the moment she felt connected to him"and asked"what do you think of me?"She stayed focused and waited for his response
