Still, if one wishes to take their life into their own hands, they can brave the perilous traps of a dilapidated library, which consists of 2 upper floors, and 2 lower, basement floors. The underground floors are reserved for village shinobi, and are where the various scrolls for rental are held. The first basement floor is split into three sections, each one holding certain types of scrolls, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu, respectively.
The sub-basement floor is restricted and are where kinjutsu are held in secured locations along with other texts logging more 'top secret/confidential' village history details, like those regarding the bijuu, or other village secrets.
The costs for scroll rentals are as follow:
Nin/Genjutsu – Ninjutsu is purchased as a rental fee at the library. Scrolls must be returned after they have been used, and cannot be shared or given to another RPC after they have been used. You can buy a single scroll containing either one jutsu, one full rank of a single type, or even one scroll with multiple full ranks included. (If buying a full rank, it is the cost of all the jutsu in that rank.)

Kira walked into the library, returning his ninjutsu scrolls. He looked around in the library, trying to find the specific scrolls he wanted. He was here to simply get some more scrolls so he could learn some more jutsu. he fished around, finding the scrolls. He was in the Doton section of teh Genjutsu division, and he made his way to the ninjutsu section, lookign at the different sand jutsu. He picked out two, totaling three, and set out.

"IM BACK!" Kria screamed into the library for no reason. Nobody was here right now, so he didn't dsiturb anybody. He took two sand ninjutsu scrolls after returning his old scrolls, and took on big one that held the secrets of puppetry. That could be useful if he got into a fight. He then left for the training field.

lSand Sannin l Mangekyo Sharingan l The Red Death lCody walked into the library. He walked to the Ninjutsu area looking around he found the wind jutsu and took a scroll for each rank. He then took some Uchiha and Lightning just for him and any other Uchiha members. He then turned and walked out of the library and back to the gates

" All right, let's find those Raiton scrolls... " KirYuu said smiling Yuu steping out of the body.
" All right on the count of three" Kir said turning to Yuu.
" One Two Three! " They both said both running in different directtions, and Meeting back at where they started, each holding a couple of scrolls.
" Nice, I got a couple of good ones!" Kir sad handng them to Yuu. " We'll have these down in no time!" He said laughing, walking into Yuu's body.
" There, let's go now." Kir said sticking his hand out and pointing like he was charging to run at someone. " Goooooo!" He said in audible to anyone except Yuu.
" All right..." YuuKir said laughing and running out of the Library, the scrolls all safe in his arms.

Shayera enters the library, walking at a brisk pace.
Hmm, so all I have to do is stock the library with books. That shouldn’t be too hard. She muses to herself. She pulls some scrolls from her small, durable brown backpack and puts the on the shelf. She had decided to start off simple, stocking the shelves with scrolls on her clan jutsu, including Shadow Imitation, Shadow Neck Bind, and Shadow Hands. The scrolls are small and basic, taking the learner from point A to point B in very few steps. They are perfect for beginners.

She pulls more scrolls from her bag; surprised at the number of scrolls she managed to fit in the little bag. The next scrolls described the history of Sunagakure. She figures it is basic knowledge that should be read for pleasure and information.

Her next few scrolls contain information about the last Shinobi War, including detailed descriptions of the obliterations of the Sound, Rain, Grass, and Snow Villages. The recounts are graphic and bloody. She smirks as she thinks idly Tanzu might like this scroll.

Her next scrolls tell the story of the attack of the Shukaku and how it was sealed inside of the Kazekage over a hundred years ago. It also gave detailed information about the Kazekage’s background.

The next scroll she produces from her bag is short and concise, telling the story of the Hachibi and how it was sealed inside of a Sand Shinobi who is still alive today. She smiles, knowing very well who the Shinobi is.

Her final scroll tells a different story than the previous ones. It’s a book she wrote that discusses her philosophical view on family and how it pays off to be a close, understanding family. She knows the topic is controversial, but she adds the scroll, hoping that another father won’t make the mistakes that hers made. The scroll contains pictures of her in the hospital, her face and body mangled and scarred from the jutsu that her father had pushed her so hard to learn.

Akura entered the library with a smile on his face,he, he went toward the librarian, wich was a bitter old lady " What do you want you little whipper-snapper" she was staring at him as if she had the intent to kill him, he quickly looked away and said "Um... well im looking for scrolls on genjutsu, ninjutsu and a taijutsu" she then pointed toward the far right part of the library, he then walked toward it and it said "GENJUTSU HALL" above, he then saw a subtitle wich said accademy genjutsu; nothing like the basics for a great genjutsu-using future", Akura was looking at the scrolls, and he took a rather small one that said genjutsu for dummies, the basics; rock technique, annoying dust technique and poison ivy technique, he took the scroll and he put it in his backpack and scowered the library for the word ninjutsu, he walked to the middle of the library and noticed the Taijutsu area so he headed over there first.
Once Akura got to the Taijutsu area it was divided in two parts, universal taijutsu and sand taijutsu, he went to the part of the universal taijutsu and picked the only one that was in the accademy subsecction, taijutsu, the basics, he then redirected his attention back to the sand taijutsu area and saw a scroll that automaticly caught his attention, it was a very big and heavy scroll that was titled Shigure Shoen Style, Perfectly Flawless Style; the complete series. He took the scroll and put it on his back and headed to the ninjutsu secction.
Akura finaly found the ninjutsu area and headed first thing to the universal ninjutsu area. He searched from a low shelf and found a scroll titled art of rope untying. Akura then releced a long sigh " learning all of this shall take forever but, the show muct go on!" he then redirected his attention to the earth style jutsu "Earth Style for noobs", Akura saw the scroll, he took it and left the library.

As soon as she left the tower a clone took her place, then walked into the library and looked around."i had forgotten how big this place was."She mused to herself then looked at the librarian"Hello just wondering but has the library been updated yet?"She asked knowing that it should have by now." The library looked up then her eyes widen"l lady kazekage what a pleasure it is to see you."She said trying to flatter her. Koizumi narrowed her eyes and sand swirled around her"Flatter doesn't work on me, now answer the question, have they or haven't they?"She asked. The librarian gulped"Y-yes Lady Kazekage they have, they were just updated yesterday."The iron sand dispersed and she smiled"thanks that's all i wanted to know"She said then walked toward the ninjutsu area and stopped at the fire ninjutsu."Now to wait for david."She said

David walked in a few minutes later, he had become distracted along the way and taken a few wrong turns, but managed to find his way. Walking straight to the taijutsu section, he glanced through the books and scrolls until he found one on the style he was after. Pi Qua Quan. Stuffing the scroll in his pocket for now, he hurried over to the katon section, where the kazekage was apparently waiting for him. "I need a jutsu with both power and spread. Something that holds it's location, but still covers some range." He tried to explain, hoping that would be enough info. Pulling a basic scroll out he skimmed through it quietly, but couldn't really tell if any of the jutsu described were worthwhile.

Description: A more advanced version of the Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to hold the make spark in their hand. They then amplify it with their chakra until it is a small flame. By mimicking the gentle fist style, the push the flame into their opponent, causing clothes to light, or minor burns on the body. "Is this what you were looking for?"She asked him.
