Twelfth Squad Npcs [[All are considered Unseated level aka not good in combat.]]

12th Seat: Mark Arnolds [[Currently on Private Assignment]]
About: Mark was the third son of a mechanical supervisor of the old twelfth squad, after its dismissal he chose to move forward and attempt to become something of that himself. Having several peices of his body replaced with mechanical components, Both Legs, the right half of his body and arm, and his left from the elbow. Along with the top left of his skull. These are interchangeable with many types of weaponry including hidden guns, daggers, sword, and such.

13th Seat: Arther Renalds
About: Arther uses Small black steel balls with anti-gravity devices inside that are controlled by two sensors over top of Arther's eyes in the form of contacts. He uses a thinker than normal sword and is one of the few on this list with actual spiritual power. Though he doesn't know shikai.

14th Seat: Kibo Rulong
About: Kibo has a fast growing genetic abnormality that was further improved, it can be seen as a form of cancer, he needs to operate on himself often to remove the tumors that are created from this process of self regeneration.

15th Seat: Rupert Kelowin [[Currently on Private Assignment]]
About: Simple Put Rupert is a regular shinigami, he's an above average intellect and thus came to the twelfth squad, Often Rupert does tasks as laid out for him, He seems to work at an amassing pace and does well to increase his speed as often as possible.

16th Seat: Eric Coreman
About: Eric Coreman is a Test subject from the Rukongai 5th district that offered himself as a subject in order to achieve strength, he is now the 16th seat and has limited powers he has no shunpo, or kido, and is highly physical. His way of gaining spiritual powers was through an experiment where Charles attempted to attach some portion of a person with spiritual power to the soul of one without. For this reason Eric has been added as the 16th member of the squad and does very basic work. He isn't capable of much, but he has a lot of 'luck' to him being the only living test subject is a display of that.

23rd Seat: Ryan Richards
About: Another Test subject that was focusing on converting the muscular structure of the body, Ryan's muscles no longer compress and expand, but with a tension system where the tension is compacted and than released in a single burst allowing him to perform actions that could make shunpo look worthless.
