He is always dressed as he was a beggar, only sometimes he dresses with his ususal shinigami clothes.His hair is from a pure white as well as his skin. His skin is white as marble and it is also hard as marble due some experiences that someone made with him. So literally his skin is marble!

His red eyes were also implanted, a scar can be seen in each of his eyes, within an experience. These eyes’ purpose was to make it possible for Raijin to see through high distances, He is able to see clearly for about 10km.

Also his blood vessels (not visible from the outside) are protected against his own blood since within his blood is a powerful acid. So when he bleeds it is dangerous to touch his blood. In battle it can be very useful, but around friends it can be drastic!

Personality: Calm, deathly, lazy, weird, shy (sometimes), courageous, he doesn’t fear death.
Accessories:
He has three piercings in each ear. All of them are reiatsu supplies. So when he is down on reiatsu he takes one piercing out and some reiatsu his restored. (The reiatsu restore is 1/3 of the one that Raijin has when he uses the piercing)

Also he has three black circles (tattoos) on both arms under his clothes. These six marks are able to exit his arms, and explode when Raijin wishes. He can use only one or all of them at a time.

Shikai Command: Reveal Lubert!
Shikai: The zanpakutou stays the same but this time with two blades instead of just one.

Shikai ability: This shikai allows both blades to stretch till a determined size (20meters). The stretch goes at a medium speed.
First ability: Raijin will try to cut the enemy and get some blood into one of the blades. After he has some blood from his enemy he tastes it and he is able to know everything about the person from whose blood he drank. After he tasted the blood he would know what were the weaknesses and strengths of his enemy making it easier to fight them.
Second ability: When Raijin strikes his zanpakutou blades on the floor near him he is able to make the blades appear, from under the ground, at any location (with limited length). The blades only goes in one direction till 20 meters. So people can dodge them running till it doesn't reach or moving to the side if they are fast enough.

Bankai Name: Melt and disturb Lubert!

Bankai ability:
First ability: Hot metal balls are formed around Raijin when the Bankai is called out. Raijin can control the quantity and quality of the balls around him. They can fuse with each other forming irregular shapes of hot metal or they can act by their selves and spread through the air, ball by ball. These balls are always controlled by Raijin.
Second ability: The zanpakutou is able to manipulate the light around them and so Raijin is able to disturb the enemies vision making them see things that aren’t really there or the opposite (visual illusions). For example Raijin can make the enemy see that he is in one place but really he is in other place.
He can control who is under the illusion. Higher the rank of the person/people under it more reiatsu is needed.

#54 Abolishing Flame- Shoots a blast of purple energy at the target devouring it in flames and completely destroying it.

#1 Restrain- Locks a target's arms in place behind their back

#9 Strike- Engulfs the target in red light, completely paralyzing them for a short amount of time.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!"

#39 Arc Shield- Summons a shield of condensed reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.

Biography:
Raijin died when he was 10 years old. He then went to RUkongai due his high reiatsu levels. He was found by a science maniac shinigami who submitted him as his personal subject test. That shinigami made many weird experiences with him which can explain his strange body complex but it also changed his personality. As a kid and human being he was happy, cheerfully and compassionated. But now after these years with this maniac he had became more serious, deathly and rigorous. Sometimes it seems that he hasn’t any emotions. It was hard for him to pass this years but that was then when Souls Society discovered what this shinigami was doing and sent him to prison. Raijin couldn’t be more relived and he was invited to join the Gotei 13.

Please Restate the Marble Defence Skin, HawkEyes, and Acidic blood under "Skills and Abilities:" as "Extra" or something to that extent.

How much spiritual power is gained with each of the earing being removed. Reiatsu replenishment is a form of healing so we have to be careful not to overpower ourselves in that area.

And Speed at which the Shikai extends, 9.8 meters per second is about as fast as gravity, so i'd use that as a starting point.
-Edit- Speed doesn't need to be 'exact' just give a little insight into it.

Medium speed isn't really what i was looking for, but it will do.

I'm assuming the new addition to Shikai's second ability is within 20 meters, like the blades length.

But yes, Ryuta will read it over and give it the thumbs up, or state some more edits that need to be done, but i think it looks fine.

On his second ability on Shikai, what is the range in which he can have the blades go? Is there anyway to dodge it?
On second ability with Bankai, Does this affect all levels of people or just a certain range? Can the illusion be overcome or broken?

Added all the information. I just didn't posted the weakness of my Bankai but it is easy to break.

If you use a mirror based attack or if you are able to break the light somehow like the mirror does the illusion will be off. Also a higher rank may be capable to break it only with his reiatsu preasure, since that would disturb the air molecules and so the light would be also disturbed. There are many ways but you have to have the means. I hope this is ok... biggrin

Or as Rem said... it is also a possibility. But the enemy would probably have to have good senses...xD
