1. Please post only in character. Out of character comments may be made to me via PMs.

2. If there is any way for you to approach me for RP in a different thread, or in AIM, or through some other medium, please do so. I far prefer for my diary to have posts of consolidated roleplays, rather than a post-by-post account as we go back and forth. You are, of course, more than welcome to use The Menagerie to do this.

3. If we roleplayed a scene and I have edited it to post in my diary, you are always welcome to copy and paste the portion you participated in to your own diary, rather than being forced to edit it yourself.

4. The only people welcome to post in this diary, ieldi and human alike, are people I expect or hope Kikuei to regularly interact with. If you are not on this list, it is not a personal slight against you. It is merely that Kikuei either does not know you or does not expect to regularly interact with you. All invitations have roleplay somewhere backing them up. If you believe you should be a part of this list, contact me via PMs to discuss.

Personality -- The youngest of the deities, Niyati is an eternal child with the attitude to match. Sometimes sunny and hyperactive, sometimes petulant and tantrumy, it all depends on what sort of mood you catch her in as to her willingness to speak with you and concentrate long enough to devise a quest for you. As she -is- a child, you may find it easier to appeal to her if you bring her an offering of candy or toys, but no promises.

How to reach Niyati through her consort -- Trio visits when she can, paging through whatever mail she's gotten while her Kun-kun, Aimi, goes off in search of pretty things to show off to Fizzle. The easiest way to reach her is to leave a message for her with Trio (post a private RP with "Hey Trio!" in the subject), which she'll get when she checks her mail. The least likely way to reach her is to attempt to use Aimi as a messenger (PM - please use as a last resort). (currently, contact is unavailable)

What You Can Ask Of Niyati -- (coming soon)

Benefits -- Niyati's quests tend to be on the fun side. She will send you on scenic routes that lead to interesting places due to her overactive imagination with equally-interesting things to find. Due to her short attention span, your quest will likely also be brief...there are some who have completed Niyati's quests within the span of three days.

Drawbacks -- As she is a child, Niyati's directions are sometimes not as accurate as they could be. In fact, you may find yourself going around in circles at times or having to guess what she may have meant when you find yourself at a dead end. Only those who are good at guessing and enjoy wild goosechases ought to quest with this deity.

Personality: Trio is usually cheerful and exciteable, and adores opening her home to new friends. She does have her darker moments, though she generally prefers to have them in private, disliking showing such things to others. Trio depends on the others in her household to help her out, and most of them do. Many of her companions look out for each other, although the occasional disagreements have sometimes resulted in rather strong tension.

Notes: She has many Gaians she cares for, but few ever penetrate far enough into her defenses to be truly and fully trusted. Even her closest friends do not know the full story of her past, and none have met her family, though it's obvious that she adores her fathers.

Distinguishing Marks: A scar that starts on his left cheek and goes across the bridge of his nose and his right eye and ends at his right temple.
Other: Shiromaru is a water demon, and sports horns and (sometimes) wings.

Personality: Formerly rather quiet, depressed and reserved, Shiro has recently discovered a wonderful reason to let out the effervescent, warm, outgoing personality he'd kept locked within. He loves people, loves music and loves the water.

History: Even Shiro himself doesn't quite know his full history, where he was born, or even his real name or who his parents were. Somewhere between the age of twenty-five and fifty, he lost his memory in an accident, and woke up in a flat, black land. He was found when he was still confused and frightened and taken to the demon realm, where he lived for fifty years. He escaped there and fled when he could to Gaia, where he has lived for the past century.

Abilities: Capable of changing color from vivid pink to soft blue at will

Personality: Aimi is very shy and tends toward hiding. Her innate tendency to quiet nervousness was not aided when she was "glopped" by Trio's Lifeblood. She developed a rather strong fear of most others, and the only ones currently to have made it past those fears are Trio and Fizzle.

Species: Kyuu
Abilities: Flight

Personality: Euphoria was named after Kikuei's first guardian, euphoric, and is still very young. She (for although genderless, Kikuei and Trio have taken to using feminine pronouns for her) is playful, though she's already shown signs of being protective of Kikuei, and tends to hiss when she feels threatened or feels he is being threatened.
