Appearance: At a healthy 5'9", Repo stands out as 'slightly taller than the norm' among his fellows. In this country though, he's only average, and that's how he likes it. His eyes are a stormy gray, and usually narrowed in some form of discontent. Pale and freckled, not to mention a red-head, he's got a very specific look, that of his homeland. His typical day-ware around the base is the standard uniform, and on his off days he hides away in his quarters, so no one is certain of what other clothing he has. His build is more lithe than bulky, but he still looks plenty sturdy.
Personality: Something of a stick in the mud, he is markedly unsocial. He prefers solitude or company of the pokemon sort. He talks with a blatant accent, and his desire to blend in often keeps him from speaking to people at any sort of length. He highly values those who keep healthy habits as well as those who keep busy and don't laze around when they should be working. That's not to say he hates fun, he just knows when it's time to buckle down and work, not goof off.
He is a spectacular thief, and seems to follow orders to the letter regardless of possible moral conflict. A job is a job, after all. He does have strict values when it comes to unneeded violence and the treatment of women though, and is not above disciplining other Rockets below him who show delight in causing acute misery to innocent bystanders.
He is a talented singer and plays the fiddle like no one's business, but you probably won't ever hear either. Unless you get him drunk, which given his history, would take a VERY large amount of alcohol. He is VERY certain he could drink anyone in the Rocket organization under the table with little to no effort.
Biography: As Repo keeps to himself, it is hard to get information about his past. It is known however that he hails originally from a far off land (Pokemon-verse version of Ireland) and was either forced to or opted to leave under shady circumstances. In need of a job, he was quickly approached by Team Rocket, and though he knew what it was, he joined up willingly. His motivation beyond desiring employment is unknown.

Obtained second pokemon, Laidir, and third pokemon, Fiain, from on-base events.
Assigned to first raid: Assisted in defeat of Team Galactic and retrieval of Galactic Ball; suffered multiple broken ribs, one of which punctured his left lung. Hospitalized for recovery following surgery to repair lung.

Physical Appearance: Standard drifblim appearance with the addition of a strange black 'X' marking near/beneath her 'fluff.' Also seems to be wearing a permanent scowl.
Personality: Ambitious and aggressive, as Repo's first pokemon she assumes she will be his favorite, and treats the others in her party like she's the boss. Lacks the 'puffy' nature of many similar balloon 'mons, she is quite devious and passionate about her work, and Repo. Music soothes her, but not anything pop or rap. That just makes her mad.
Biography: Originally given to Repo as an egg. Parents are Repo's partner, Max's drifloon and pikachu.

Biography: Briefly loaned to Repo as transport after a raid where he punctured a lung and wasn't allowed to be physically active. He used it like a wheelchair, riding it around when he needed to go somewhere. The pair bonded, and he permanently gained ownership of it following his recovery.

Places You're Likely To Find Him:
The Gym/Training Rooms: Repo takes his work very seriously, and spends his free days exercising both himself and his pokemon.
His Room: Repo simply isn't very social. He keeps a low profile, and is a bit of a recluse. It's a pretty safe bet that he'll be in his room if it's an odd hour of day.
Hallways: Well, everyone has to be in the halls to go somewhere. His presence there may be fleeting though, so even though he uses them a lot, it's not for large portions of time.
Computer Lab: Repo is by no means a tech nut, but he does like to keep abreast of goings on in other regions. And what better tool than the internet?
The Infirmary: ***Temporarily, this is the only place Repo's gonna be. He got the crap kicked outta him on the recent raid and isn't allowed to leave yet.***
Known Major Relationships:
Max: Max is Repo's roommate. They've been known to behave like brothers, and if Repo's to be found in anyone's company, it's most likely Max's.
